Fantastic experience: OMG, everyone in the office was friendly, professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I’m normally very scared of the dentist, but I felt completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: I took my baby for their first checkup. The entire process was really quick but Dr. Frank answered all my questions and reassured me baby's teeth are growing well. The staff and office were all around great. Edit: It was my first time getting an exam(not baby) and I had a good experience. Today 11/17/25, I had my followup cleaning and it went well. Abdul was great and my teeth look polished and clean.

Fantastic experience: I walked in this establishment by mistake, had an appointment with a different dental office. I walked in and it was Ms. MK and Ms. MJ, greeting myself and my daughter with a smile. We found out we were in the wrong office, they offered to assist us with an appointment on the spot (great CS). We left the office, walk about 50 steps and turned around, it was their positive energy for me, we were both seen and made an appointment for cleaning the next day. I don't want to leave the back office staff out, they were great, the lady that took my X- rays was friendly as also (sorry forgot her name), and the dentist Dr. Frank, friendly and professional and informative. Keep up the great Customer Service, that always wins me over.

Negative experience: They rescheduled my dentist appointment for me to show up and be told I wasn't supposed to be there for a cleaning. This happened twice. I don't have time to waste . My time is valuable

Negative experience: Worst communication I’ve ever had with any dental office, I’ve tried four times and left messages and I cannot get anybody to call me back.

Negative experience: I was just here not evening two months ago yet and already back here for the same reason I came in last time. Fill in came out due to me just flossing. When I came to my appointment they never did anything and I left still in pain and same thing is going on. I came here for no reason. I waste of time!!

Negative experience: I was told my crowns were cosmetic and not covered by insurance and I’d have to pay $3,000 or get my teeth pulled. I left in tears. After calling my insurance I’m told my crowns are covered with pre authorization or using a different material.

Negative experience: Went in as a new patient for an appointment assuming they would do cleaning same day. They booked another day for me to come back for a cleaning. Not a huge deal, but then it was canceled 3 more times and rescheduled. Receptionist explained they essentially only had one full-time hygienist and a part time. The reason it was canceled was due to the hygienist being out of office the day of my appointments. Finally had the cleaning and do not feel they did a thorough job. Reception/scheduling staff were kind and the dentist was nice.

Negative experience: It sucks they play to much an take to long with people dentures I’ve been waiting since march for one reason or another for them to get it right

Positive experience: Was hoping they could get my Teeth cleaning in. At the same time as my new patient appointment, but unfortunately they didn’t have enough time so I have to come back for another visit.

The team minded so much about how I felt at every stage and managed my pain during the extraction,by listening to me and gave me more pain injection whenever possible,as required . Invest in a good electric toothbrush with the water flossing feature it’s worth the extra money. My prognosis for healthy teeth and gums is set for my future. Thanks for your advice and service.

Fantastic experience: Oh man I wish I could add pictures. Dr. Frank Thomas , is whom I normally see, he is absolutely wonderful. Always does a amazing job , making sure your comfortable, & know everything you'd like to know and always answers any questions that you may have. I am always happy with the outcome & he is always also very friendly and personable. I love him. Would recommend 100%. This visit went a little differently as I was scheduled with Dr. Pearly this time around. It was different but I went ahead and went with it because my children have been with Dr. Pearly before & well whom better to make an assumption about a doctor for their children , than someone who has had the doctor personally themselves. I was scheduled for a small filling in the front of my mouth, after taking exrays we found there were actually two that needed filling. I went ahead with the procedure and left feeling confident.. well i should have went ahead and examined my fillings more carefully prior to leaving. I wasn't happy with my filling in my front tooth. So I frantically called the office about an hour after leaving and they were able to see me right away. So the same day I went back in expressed my concerns & let me just tell you... Dr. Pearly and his assistants were very accommodating, understanding, and personable. The filling itself really had no major faults. It needed to be polished(sanded down) sure , but my other biggest concern was the color. My tooth was whiter than the filling itself and even though probably not a eye sore to the average person , to me ( our worst own critics ) it drove me nuts. Dr. Pearly was more than happy to redo my filling. He agreed there was in fact a difference in color and fixed it. He took his time in making sure I was 100% happy. Was very detail oriented & just overall a saving grace. His assistants were so kind & I made sure the original assistant didn't feel as if she had done any wrong, bc she had done both fillings prior that day and the other matched my other tooth perfectly. She told me not to worry , that ofc they would want me to be happy with any filling but in the very front its a little more crucial that you love it. Anyone would feel that way about their mouths. So I just wanna say how happy I am with Georgetown Dental. The ladies upfront are always so welcoming and kind. & as for the doctors , both Dr. Frank Thomas & Dr. Pearly they are just genuine. & as far as their assistants, they are amazing and I wouldn't imagine it any other way with how great the doctors are. Just all around a great place to go. Being a certified EFDA myself, (not having been working for 4 years now a SAHM) & never working here, this is the office to go to. Whether it's for your babies, for a cleaning, for a filling or even looking for a new place of employment, I highly encourage you to look no further. This is the place. Really just a genuine, personable, kind & friendly staff. As well as always a very well takin care of establishment. Always clean, sanitary & well organized. Thankyou Georgetown Dental.

Negative experience: Abdul the hygienist was super nice and explained to me nicely what I needed done. There was a misunderstanding in what I needed done and I had to deal with one rude dental assistant and the rude lady that’s a dental receptionist. I asked her a question and she’s gonna huff like maam I’m sorry you have to do your job.She needs better customer service skills. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile and she’s not a very welcoming person.Just beware if you are coming here your gonna have to deal with her attitude!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I did not have the best visit this time around. Usually the hygienist is careful and understanding when I need a break but the one I got this time would not stop after I would wince and ask for a break. He also had his stomach right near my face during my cleaning and would still ask me to turn facing him. It made me uncomfortable and when I let one of the other staff know he wasn't gentle, she chuckled. It wasn't a very good experience at all.

My hygienist Shaquita throughly cleaned my teeth and left my mouth feeling good and healthy. She and Abdul are the best hygienist and give the absolutely best dental cleanings ever. They make me look forward to my cleanings. She additionally noticed my birthday passed and that added an extra touch of care. She asked me to check her work to my satisfaction.
