Fantastic experience: I am very thankful to Edwards team accommodating me same day appointment due to severe toothache with my wisdom tooth. Edwards team explained actual situation after initial diagnosis and further course of action nicely. And advised both short & long term solution to get rid of this before surgery. They performed well planned surgery in removing my tooth without any pain which was amazing. Having said that they made me feel confident every second before surgery. I also wanted to thank finance team the way they explained the expense towards my surgery. Finally I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care to Dr Edward and his team.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to Edwards Family Dental today. The staff were all great! My hygienist Kenzie did an excellent job during my exam and cleaning. She was personable and took the time to explain everything to me. Dr. Lynn Monstwil is my dentist. She did a thorough exam and was able to answer all my questions. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Edwards as a damsel in distress. It was Christmas Eve and I had 12 people coming for dinner. Suddenly a gold inlay came out and I was literally beside myself to find someone who would come in on a holiday. My regular dentist was not available, so I started looking for dentists nearby. Not only did Dr Edwards come in for a new person, but I felt completely cared for and satisfied with his procedures. I am now a full time, satisfied patient and would recommend Dr Edwards to anyone. There is a feeling of togetherness when you enter his office and, without doubt, everyone cares sincerely about each individual patient. Everything written above tells how I started with Dr Edwards. Several years have passed now and I still have the same respect for him. I have had several situations that require great knowledge from him and have never been disappointed. He puts the patient first and provides great support through his team of workers. There is always a feeling of caring for each patient coupled with the expertise for how to treat the situation. I have never walked in to his office without a smile from every worker. I highly recommend Dr Edwards.

I had extensive dental work today and walking in I had such a high level of anxiety, however, from the moment I sat down in the chair I found a sense of calmness as the staff made every effort assuring me it would be okay. I called on a Thursday and explained my urgent need. Quiana got me an appointment for the next day. Kendalynn was the primary person taking care of me. Dr. Edwards was the one to perform the procedure. Every one was so nice and welcoming and friendly, that it made the process of getting a tooth pulled feel almost enjoyable! Negative experience: I’ve been going to Edward’s Family Dental since I was a kid. Recently I called in and asked to schedule a cleaning because my gums were sore and bleeding when I brushed. I went in for the appointment and they didn’t even clean my teeth. They just told me I had periodontitis and that the doctor was going to check a filling that was loose. The doctor came in and in under 60 seconds said I have a cavity under my filling and need a crown. I was surprised the doctor said that because the dental hygienist didn’t say anything about a cavity. The doctor also said I had a cavity in another spot. I didn’t appreciate how the person who spent more time checking my teeth didn’t tell me about the cavities, and the doctor who looked for less than a minute just blurted it out with zero compassion. I then asked the hygienist why she didn’t clean my teeth and she said she didn’t have time because she had a patient right after me, otherwise she would’ve. I told the front desk lady that I’d appreciate getting what I ask for when I make an appointment, and she said they couldn’t clean my teeth because of the periodontitis - which doesn’t make sense because my lack of cleanings is what caused the periodontitis according to the hygienist, plus the hygienist said she would’ve cleaned my teeth if she didn’t have a patient after me. Overall, I’m disappointed with the inconsistent information and explanations given, as well as not getting the service that I was scheduled for. On the bright side, the hygienist Carrie was super nice.

Fantastic experience: I recently chipped my front tooth during a “baking incident” ( that’s why I don’t bake!!!)… Dr. Edwards’ team got me in on an emergency basis and repaired both of my front teeth, and I was able to attend a family event the following day, with a beautiful new smile!!! Had my first appointment today, and was pleased with the facility and the kindness, gentleness, and thoroughness of Courtney, my dental technician. Dr. Lahm was professional and friendly, and showed me photos of my teeth including cracks around old silver fillings (will need crowns) and a cavity under a crown I’ve had for several years. Before I left Missy had an estimated cost ready for me, including an estimate of insurance coverage. We booked the next appointment and although I csn’t say I’m looking forward to dental work, I am confident that I need this wotk done and that they will do a good job. Yay!

Fantastic experience: I first came to Dr. Edwards over 10 years ago when I needed to get braces, and from the moment I walked in, he and his staff greeted me with warmth! They were professional and went above and beyond in making sure my comfort was a priority - whether it was fun colored brace bands, TV during appointments so that I wasn’t nervous, or just offering a smile, I absolutely loved my braces experience. Though no longer a child, I have since visited Dr. Edwards and his skilled hygienists for a few unplanned issues, and their amazing service continued into my adulthood even a decade later! I am so excited to now be switching to this practice as my regularly scheduled dentist - I truly cannot recommend it enough!

She helped me today with an issue and put my mind to ease, giving me a real sense that my feelings count. In 2014 I moved to Dublin and within a month had a crown fall off a tooth. Upon recommendation of a family member, I called Dr Edward’s office. They saw me that day and I’ve never gone anywhere else. When you find the best, you need no one else!

Fantastic experience: Cracked tooth and my wife blindly picked this place from Google Maps, we moved and were looking for a new dentist. Almost bizarre how in-sync everyone is from first walking in to scheduling/billing on exit. It’s difficult to get me fully numb but they get it done. Don’t feel rushed, modern open room layout is comfortable. Constantly explaining what work they’re doing as they do it, we communicate via text for pre and post visit which is perfect for me. Out of pocket costs are at or below national averages. Bre and Dr. Lahm are great.

Fantastic experience: A dentist office you can trust! I am a mother of boys that has spent way too many years, putting myself last. I am also not the biggest fan of dental work and have had the hardest time finding a team that I can trust. After reading reviews and coming in for my first appointment here, I knew I had found my dental home. From Tiffany at reception, to Brie and the dental assistants, Dr Edwards and Dr Didonato- everybody has been so caring and professional. I finally have an effective treatment plan in place that I trust and the work so far has been amazing. They make sure that I am comfortable and the healing process has been going over very well, which really helps with job that involves a lot of public speaking. Fantastic experience: Dr Edwards and James were able to accommodate an emergency root canal in wonderful fashion. They made my experience comfortable and easy while accommodating work and vacation schedules. I'm not normally a good root canal patient, so to be this pleased is really saying something!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I have been looking for a new dentist for over a year, and finally found Edwards Family Dental. I called to book an appointment for a broken veneer and to my surprise they booked me within the hour. Dr. Lahm was exceptional, as was Dr. Edwards, Kelle, and Andrea. Not only did Dr. Lahm fix my broken veneer, she also addressed a few surprises, as did Dr. Edwards - and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: Went and had my wisdom teeth removed today. All of the staff at Edwards were top notch and genuinely caring. Dr Edwards is a pro and his experience and knowledge on oral surgery were evident with the speed and efficiency he worked to get me in and out quickly. Loved the friendly staff and atmosphere at the office. Several times I got lost in the Netflix movie overhead with headphones on breezing through the surgery. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: We've happily been with Edwards Family Dental now for three years. During my recent appointment (and consistent with all my other visits), the Edwards team---and in this specific case Amy-- was very well organized, well prepared for my particular situation, focused, purposeful, and personally engaging. I was very pleased with Amy, her competence, skillsets and the final result of her effort. I give the Edwards team a solid five.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Dr. Edwards for years. He and his staff are truly at a whole other level. They are dedicated, friendly, efficient and go the extra mile for their patients. It’s amazing today that such a practice even exists.
