Fantastic experience: I’m thrilled! I had a night guard made at this office for my clenching at night and it was made in less than 24 hours and fits amazing. Super comfy! Also, I didn’t have to take those gross impressions. Dorothy scanned my teeth in less than 5 minutes and I was finished!! She is amazing, and even called me after to make sure I was doing okay with the new night guard and if I had any questions!!!

Fantastic experience: This was the BEST and the WORST experience I ever had!! I’ve been going to my family dentist for the past 30+ years since I was born. I always left with my mouth hurting from teeth cleaning but having known nothing else I thought this was normal. They always made me open my mouth as wide as possible, sometimes even wider than physically possible. Yesterday I realized my whole life was a lie and that teeth cleaning can be so simple and pain free!! I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in over 3 years so there was much buildup but Victoria was so gentle and effective my teeth have never been this white EVER after a clean. She was so gentle that I even fell asleep while she was cleaning, she held my mouth open with her fingers with a technique I’ve never felt before in my life. This was the WORST day ever as I now feel robbed of my childhood and teen years of being abused by an old grumpy dentist and his untrained patsys. I wish I had found Smile Culture sooner!!!

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 month cleaning today, I love the staff at Smile Culture Fairless Hills, they are all so easy going and nice from the staff behind the desk to the doctors and hygienists. Victoria cleaned my teeth today and Dr Shin popped in as well to make sure everything was looking good. Both were so nice and thorough and gave me a lot of options and tips to keep my teeth healthy with no judgement. I also only waited not even 5 minutes to be taken back and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Smile Culture for YEARS! It started out with my 2nd round of braces as a 21+ somthing man. Fast forward past a bunch of fillings, a crown, my 1st implant (basketball injury), many teeth cleanings, a root canal ETC. nobody likes the dentist… but I’ve never been happier with my care, the experience while I’m in there etc. my sister works with them now with her Invisalign! Oh and my Dental Hygienist Victoria Silva is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Dr. Shin has a way about him as well, what a stud! Love this team.

Fantastic experience: I had the worst day ever yesterday everything that could go wrong did, my scheduled routine cleaning and checkup cleaning turned into an emergency dental fix, due to an issue with my crown the night before. But Smile Culture took care of everything. They took me a little earlier to make sure we had time for everything. Victoria is the BEST hygienist. The care she takes to educate and help you have the best overall dental health is so appreciated. And Dr Shin is wonderful, so pleasant and caring, turned a stressful moment into no big deal. Dr. Patel was also very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They both gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I also appreciated that he gave me the opportunity to keep an eye on my 2 small cavities, rather than jumping at the opportunity to fill them right away and get more money out of me. Negative experience: Just found out from a legitimate dentist that there are options for me for a partial denture when these people try to bully me into a loan agreement for $13,000 last year, even with a finance agent coming into the treatment room. I was scared there was no bedside Manner and they did not treat me like a human

I had to get my 2 wisdom teeth extracted that were already fully erupted, Dr. Ford had them out very quick, and Lynsey was the best for holding my hand while getting numb. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kush and Amy were brilliant. I had a filling that had fallen out and came in to have it repaired. They told me everything they were going to do before they did, which helped ease my anxiety, as I don’t enjoy dental procedures. All in all, the procedure took less than 45 minutes, and I was in and out without needing any numbing medication. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Fantastic experience: I called at 9am today with some absolutely wild jaw problems, thinking it was my wisdom teeth. Appointment was set for 12. Here I am 4 hours later sitting in my living room not in pain and so thankful for such a smooth experience with 2 tooth extractions. This beats waiting for a surgeon appointment by miles. Katie and Dr. Tony were the best. I have the absolute worst dental anxiety and they made this MONSTER of a procedure, so easy. My only complaint is that it was expensive, but for an emergency procedure and the kindness the staff showed me front to back, and transparency with which I was told every step of the procedure, options for solutions to the pain, and billing? Not to mention that this doctor did not expect to pull two wisdom teeth today and still fit me into his schedule? It's amazing. After insurance I paid over $500, which Is thought was high, but it could always be worse here in the US, right? I left a negative review for their Ortho department a long time ago, and I stand by the fact that Ortho was a very bad experience. But this office/team that assisted in my *emergency," really showed their bright colors today and I will definitely be going back. They pushed boundaries in their office to get me taken care of and out of pain! Edited to 5 stars 8/3/25

Fantastic experience: Had a very nice experience, as always, with Tracy, the hygienist . She is always friendly and answers any question I might have. As pleasant as going to the dentist can be.
Negative experience: I am torn in my review as the dentists in this location are very good and talented. Dr Patel was fantastic! I have also had nothing but good interactions with the assistants. The staff, however, are very rude and do not take the time to explain their charges on their bills. They take advantage of you when you are vulnerable and in a position of need, do not explain anything on the insane amount of charges they hit you with, and treat you like a nuisance when you do try to ask for information regarding said charges. Very poor customer service from their staff! EDIT: Thank you for responding but to whom should I reach out to in order to discuss this? I have doubts that I would get anywhere if I called and the office and spoke to the very same staff that dismissed my concerns and refused to elaborate on my questions.

Fantastic experience: The waiting room is inviting like you are walking into a living room so you don't feel anxious about being at the dentist. I had Dr. Shin who is super professional, kind, gentle and explains everything to you so you know what to expect. His assistant, Melissa was amazing! Very knowledgeable, skilled and puts you at ease with her sense of humor. She also explained everything so I knew what to expect & listened to my concerns about going away with a temporary crown. She let Dr. Shin know so they worked with me to ensure I had the best possible outcome and no worries while on vacation. Really great experience! Fantastic experience: I have to highly recommend smile culture as they truly care about your oral health. I have been coming to the Fairless hills location for a few years now and every time I feel like I am heard and any concerns I have are taken seriously. They have the latest technology and always make sure to do a thorough job and examining and cleaning your teeth. My hygienist today Victoria was fantastic and you could tell that she cared about cleanliness and ensuring that I was heard. She insured to show me how to floss better so that I can continue to improve my gum health. Dr Tony performed my exam and he did a fantastic job of reviewing any treatment options or care that I needed. I cannot recommend this location enough as they have been fantastic every time I've gone.

Negative experience: Came for a cleaning and X-rays. At the end they would not even do the cleaning because they only want to do a deep cleaning with numbing you up… ok for the future but you won’t clean my teeth today. Disappointing I am going back to old dentist even if I have to wait 5 months for an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Really good experience while dealing with doctors, technicians, and administrative staff at the Fairless Hills, PA location. Friendly, gave clear explanation of procedures and options, and provided coherent estimates. I was seen promptly on all my visits. The lobby and examination cubicles are clean and bright. Staff is conscious of and consistent with hygiene practices. They were proactive about checking for discomfort and took very good care of me.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth removed here with Dr. Shin and his assistant (forgive me I forget her name but she was so kind). They were awesome! I guess he knows where or how deep to hit because the numbing worked instantly. I was so anxious until he said let's try and I realized I really couldn't feel any of the tugging he was doing. Suddenly ALL of my anxiety dissipated. I was so relieved, I could have cried. They also kept a really good dialog and kept me informed. Checked in with me often. Told me fun stories. Some of it kind of reminded me of my job which kind of feels like my home away from home lol. They actually made it a fun experience. Had I known it would have been like this, I wouldn't have worked myself up to believe it was going to be something to fear. I was originally terrified because the practice I used to go to never numbed me enough for fillings. It would usually take 45 minutes of waiting for it to begin to kick in and by then, my old dentist would get so impatient, he'd start anyway. Then he'd try ignoring every time I'd raise my hand to tell him it hurt. If he did stop he'd do nothing about it and keep going. One time he told me that he only had so far to go before proceeding as if that meant me being in pain didn't matter because he was almost done, when he ignored several of my other attempts to tell him throughout the appointment. There were a few times I felt EVERYTHING and the dentist got so annoyed when I raised my hand in pain, he literally said "what" with a snappy attitude. I had to try not to cry from feeling so helpless. I went there since I was a kid so I just thought that was standard or that the problem was me. I actually didn't go the dentist for 10 years. I thought I was just being whiny and I needed some fillings so when I decided to start going again, I went back to him only to have all these awful experiences I still thought was normal. When I'd moved 20 minutes from there, I was originally only going to stay because I liked the dental assistant since most of my interactions were with her and she was always really pleasant. Then my first visit after moving, she tells me she's moving out of state. If that wasn't a sign I really just needed to move on, I don't know what is lol. When I came here, I knew I was going to be told my wisdom teeth need to come out. Since I had a persistent infection for years in my gums around a wisdom tooth or two and my old dentist just kept insisting that cleanings would drain them and do the trick (they never drained entirely or for good). I finally started to put it together that something really wasn't right. I think them telling me first visit they needed to come out was my first good sign about this place. But I had NO idea that the dentist could actually be a good experience. I'm glad I came here and got Dr. Shin. Totally different experience from what I was used to and I actually wouldn't mind if I needed another filling (although I really try not to need it) but I trust he'd make it as easy as the extraction was. An extraction seemed like the big guy to fear and I felt silly for it once I realized this actually wasn't the terrifying experience I thought I was going to have. Thank you Dr. Shin!

Fantastic experience: It's been an embarrassingly long time since I've been to the dentist and this place has been nothing but awesome in making me feel comfortable about it. I had to get the first half of the deep cleaning done last week and Tracey works wonders with them tools, she's a magician lol. The inside of my mouth currently looks like a before and after photo. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience, finally getting where I want them to be. Staff was amazing with helping me. They also were super accommodating since I had to bring in my four year old with me. They played and talked to her as I got my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Smile Culture Dental for about 2 years now. I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists/ortho in the past. They’ve done and continue to do everything humanly possible to make sure I’m comfortable, understand what they’re going to be doing, and lay out every option I have (if I have more than one option for something). I used to despise going to the dentist, and now, I don’t mind sitting in that chair. Victoria and Dr. Tony are great!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Smile Culture Fairless Hills for a few years now. I go here for regular cleanings, I got my wisdom teeth out here, and most recently, I had a cap tooth that fell out. The staff was super helpful. My cap tooth on my front tooth fell out in the middle of the night, and I didn’t want to go out because I was so embarrassed! I called the office and didn’t even realize that they were supposed to be closed on that day, but there were a couple of staff members that just decided to come in. Dr. Patel and Amy helped me out and did an hour and a half long procedure on a day that they weren’t even supposed to work! Not only that, but their attitudes were super cheery and joyful, they were just so happy to help me! They explained everything to me in clear terms, went over everything with me before beginning the procedure, and didn’t try to swindle me into paying more. Even my wife, who had never been to the office before told me, “Wow, they were super kind and helpful!” The team here is INCREDIBLE. I had never met Dr. Patel or Amy before, but the service I’ve gotten here in past visits have been just as helpful. Super grateful for Smile Culture!

Fantastic experience: Came in cause my son lost a filling. Dr. Tony and his assistant Kay P. Was very friendly gave my son a full dental exam and explained everything that needed to be done. I told them my concerns and they handled it with professionalism. The lady’s at the front desk were extremely friendly too.They also were able to get work in that needed to be done the same day! Will definitely be coming back.
