Fantastic experience: I normally wouldn't leave a review for a dental office but this place is great. Dr Estrada took excellent care of my root canal. The front staff is also very nice and helpful. Lia helped me out with a bill where I received an amount for the estimate and the cost ended up being significantly higher. She was able to work with me to figure out the bill and make it a little more reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I had an accident at work and needed to get an emergency appointment. Lacey scheduled me immediately and Dr. Roberts took great care of me. The whole office felt warm and inviting. I will return here for any future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tumen and Carrie are seriously the best. I went yesterday for a consult and they did the treatment the same day. Their bedside manner is so warm and they made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Tumen is an artist, you can tell he knows what he’s talking about and is super precise. I’m so happy I went!!!

Negative experience: Unfair and unethical practice -- do not fall for "Best Dentist" placard - not the best Dental team and charge unfairly. Please look for other Endodontist - or atleast do a thorough research before wasting time and money. I would give -5 to this clinic.

Negative experience: I had a root canal scheduled at this clinic this morning that I needed to call and to cancel, because I woke up this morning sick with a sore throat, headache, cough and a runny nose. Dylan, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I understand paying a cancellation late fee, but when I questioned it he said, “You are cancelling an 1.5 apt with Dr. Robert’s when you have an apt at 10:45 today”. I stated back, “Well, I’m sick, pretty sure you don’t want me coming in there getting all of you and your patients sick”. Then he preceded to tell me if I felt up to it I could come on in because they were all masked! And this is a healthcare facility? They want sick people coming in there where they are doing dental procedures? What the actual hell? I don’t want going anywhere near that facility ever. I’m sure Dr. Roberts is a decent doctor, but I won’t be stepping foot in there again.

Fantastic experience: If you need a root canal, this is the place to get it done. The entire staff from front desk to dentists and dental assistants does an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: My dentist had referred me to Dr. Gabel for a root canal and I was honestly pretty nervous about having this done. Dr. Gabel and his team worked so quickly and efficiently to get my procedure done. They explained to me what all they would be doing and put my nerves at ease. Once the procedure was done all my pain instantly went away. The office staff worked quickly with my insurance to determine what my out of pocket cost would be and left me with no surprise medical expenses. They even called me the next day to check-in and see how I was doing. I was very grateful and appreciative that they followed up with me afterwards, it shows they truly do care about their patients.

Dr.Gabel went over exrays told my husband he absolutely didn't need a root canal. Wow the honesty from this Dr and conversation about his issue outstanding!! My experience with a root canal I actually did need was pleasant. As I'm scared so bad from a horrible experience (hospital) the reassurance and level of comfort I received through this procedure all so outstanding!! Highly recommend. Very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: If you have to have a root canal, you might as well go to the G.O.A.T. Issqquah Endodontics was absolutely fantastic with my procedure. I was in so much pain. They were able to not only see me same day, but also provide same-day treatment. The people at the front desk were also fantastic in estimating what I would owe out-of-pocket with my dental insurance. LOVED my doctor. I was in and out in less than an hour. Life-changing! Their facility is not only friendly, but also immaculate. I even loved the bathroom This is absolutely where I will go again and refer all of my people if anyone is ever in discomfort!

Negative experience: I signed a quote for a $500 extraction. They ended up charging me $1,700. They told me afterwards, "sorry it looks like your insurance doesn't take those codes after all." I called my insurance to ask about the codes and they told me that Issaquah Endodontics didn't even check with them. It took me all of 3 MINUTES to find this out. Issaquah Endodontics' excuse was. "well you were already in the chair." I would have happily waited 3 minutes to save $1,200, but it doesn't matter because you got your money either way. What's the point of a quote if they don't have to hold up their end of the deal? Be aware they will not lift a finger for you! They were laughing and gossiping at the front desk, so it's not like they were even busy, just lazy.

Fantastic experience: No one likes to have a root canal. If you have to have one this is the place you want to go to have it fixed. They are one of the most professional and friendly dental offices I've ever been at. They really try to make you feel comfortable and they really do know what they're doing. I really enjoyed the staff. And cheers to Dr Estrada.

Negative experience: Terrible practice, it is charging left and right, not able to provide a proper estimate and once they get you they overcharge by far. they ignore any other images and insist in doing their own which is over charged by far almost 600 dollar for one side. The practice is not clean, they touch every where with their gloves then it end up in your mouth, so easy to get infected due to the improper hygiene. If you saying on your reply to the review that you charged 269 then you should refund me the rest. you did charged me 600 dollar for an image of only one side of the mouth upper portion. I can post a copy of the bill for others to see

Negative experience: I was sitting with my son in the dental room and there was a mouse that ran across the floor. Absolutely filthy! I have never in my life seen a mouse in a dentist office before.

Fantastic experience: I had been referred by my dentist, and this practice saw me the very same day. I came in with a LOT of pain and infection in my gums, and even with 3+ shots of novocaine from my dentist, they were able to take care of the infection and bear through my crying and shaking. Dr. Telmen Tumen-Ulzii was incredibly kind and compassionate, and reassured me I would feel much better today (and he was right). I cannot sing their praises enough; if you need endodontics work, go to these guys!

Fantastic experience: I cannot express what a great experience I had with Dr. Gables on Wednesday for an urgent root canal, and the great care both he and Desiree (the assistant) took when working with me. I was so lucky they were still open, but even more lucky with who I was able to get to perform the work, and that their offices had taken such great preventativemeasures against COVID-19....I felt very comfortable and confident being there. I've been here twice now and both times were great, with this last trip topping the first. Such a wonderful practice and great group of people!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Issaquah Endodontics for a consult 12/9/24. Dr. Estrada was fully prepared. He thoroughly reviewed my X-rays prior to my arrival. I left 1.5 hours later with a root canal. Dr. Estrada and his assistant were amazing. Made sure I was comfortable. Thoroughly explained each step of the process. After the novocain wore off I was pain free. No meds required. I highly recommend Issaquah Endodontics.

Fantastic experience: If you have to go to a dentist for an emergency root canal this was the was to go. Lacey was the first person i met. She was very friendly and had a great smile. I really appreciated how her wonderful personality took the edge off of having to be at the dentist office two days before christmas. Once in the chair , both the dentist and dental assist were great. Once again very friendly and caring. Both constantly checking to make sure i was ok. Needless to say i was very grateful that Issaquah Endodontics was able to take me in and treat my tooth issue on such short notice. Fantastic experience: The team here SAVED my holiday on Christmas Eve by helping me relieve the worst pain I have ever experienced. I have had multiple issues with my teeth and this one did me in for sure. They were so kind and patient as my husband and I rushed over from another place about 45-50 min south as we had no luck on any other emergency dental clinics closer. We came right after the time they were closing but they understood the situation, financial stressors, and extreme pain. They didn’t judge me once but they also don’t sugar coat the information needed to be given and helped me come up with a plan for what I need to do next asap, and helped show me an affordable insurance that will help drastically lower my costs as we get this taken care of. Now, as the numbing worse off, pain did come back for a little bit but as my body adjusted and is trying to heal from the trauma this tooth has caused, it’s 70-90% pain free and I can think and breathe again as I was having a 24 hr long migraine and ear ache due to this tooth. The Dr reassured me that tooth pain isn’t fun at all and this is why he does what he does. I’m an expecting mom, scared of the X-rays and anything and everything as I’m early in my pregnancy but I was put at ease by him and his staff that we would be okay and they took all precautions to make sure things are absolutely as baby safe as can be. Thank you thank you thank you. If you need help, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE call them! Tooth pain isn’t worth being tough over and trying to ride out. Payments are annoying, but it’s worth it and they have information to help you get dental insurance and so much more if you’re in need. Maybe even call them and seek out the information and talk to them if you’re scared. Don’t be embarrassed, it happens and it’s hard, but I promise, these guys have your back and genuinely care. After being what felt like shamed and judged and shut down everywhere else, I couldn’t recommend these guys more. Merry Christmas everyone

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gable was kind, friendly, and VERY fast. They got me in quickly and helped me with a very painful tooth. He and the assistant were both kind and patient. Will definitely be returning if I ever need another root canal (which I hope I don't!).

Negative experience: Here are list of reasons to consider a more professional Endodontics & Periodontics clinic 1) They request that you show up 20 minutes early before your appointment. I did and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Apparently this rule doesn’t apply to first appointments of the day and they make know effort to inform you. Wasting your time is not a big deal to them. 2) I call to make another appointment and they stated I had only had one procedure done there and I have two done by 2 separate doctors from there office. Apparently they don’t try to keep accurate records. 3) I showed up for my 3 appointment only to find out they didn’t have power and they didn’t make an effort to contact all patients with appointments to inform them that they were cancelling them. They charge a fee if I don’t show up, but I can’t charge them for wasting my time taking time off of work to go there. No excuse not to call or text once they knew they wouldn’t be open which I figured out was 3 days earlier. 4) I received a message 6 hours after my cancelled appointment. The message was for some other patient. This level of incompetence to not even pay attention to who you’re calling has me concerned to never go there again. My dentist has recommend another clinic that has already showed a much higher level of proper communication 5) The response from the owner states “they did the best they can do” It comes down to priorities. They could have made the effort to contact patients to inform them of their cancellation but didn’t. Obviously the issues I have raised will never be address because they don’t care if they waste the patient time or leave voice message for some other patient etc.

Positive experience: Have you experienced there is training going on during your treatment? At least let you know before you walk in. I had to hear one and half hours intern training from two dentist assistants the whole time, dealing with the uncomfortable + hearing aggressive words, “You must, you have to, that’s wrong… “ Using me as part of experiment training without notice! Notes: I tried to be nice to the intern girl because she needs encouragement for her job. But when I said the bites is too big for my mouth after taking three times X-Ray to get the right position of the tooth, what did the trainer say? “You have to use this one, and this is the only one we have.” Do you get the picture?

Fantastic experience: Dr.Gable is AMAZING. I needed a root canal, and I needed it quick. I was referred to Issaquah Endodontics and they were able to get me in right away. With years of experience on Dr. Gables end, I was comfortable right away. His knowledge and ability to talk me through the treatment process put my anxieties right to ease. It was super quick. He numbed me up real good so I didn’t feel a thing!! My hygienist Kristin was also amazing and super sweet. Thank you to the staff for being so awesome and getting me out of pain!

Fantastic experience: I've never had to have an emergency root canal before yesterday. I was so nervous! Issaquah Endodontics was excellent from the minute I came into the office. The procedure wasn't as bad as I thought it would be at all. I saw Dr. Tumen, he was wonderful! So nice, great with the needle to numb my mouth, and his assistant was the sweetest and treated me with care. I even got a blanket to have on me which as crazy as it sounds, was comforting as I was having my root canal. Thank you for making my root canal be like a regular filling appointment. No pain the day after either by the way. Piece of cake!

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical any place related to root canals would have honestly good reviews, but I also had as good as possible experience here. First, I got the appointment scheduled the same day, which I was very surprised by. I got checked in quickly, and after only like fifteen minutes into it Desiree had all the scan work done. Dr. Tumen-Ulzii did the actual root canal. The first part really, really sucked. Despite the anesthetic there was a lot of pain driling to the nerve, but they were very compassionate and were eventually able to dull everything. Super friendly and the two of the worked really well together.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Estrada is amazing, today was my 2nd root canal from him. They gave me heavy sedation and nitrous oxide. The procedure was quick and 100% painless. I was so relaxed that I was cracking jokes with Dr. Estrada and his assistant and talking about movies. You won't regret coming here, they do accurate and beautiful work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tumen-Ulzii is an artist. He was careful, precise, and thorough when he worked on me. When the numbing wore off, my tooth hurt less than before the procedure. And today, the next day, my tooth feels almost normal. I’m amazed. Thank you to Dr Tumen and the great team at Issaquah Endodontics.

Fantastic experience: I cannot leave a good enough review on here. I came in to have two root canals done. Right away when I checked in for my appointment, I found Dylan at the front desk to be so helpful and generous. I was so nervous for the procedure but Dr. Estrada was so patient and caring. He took his time, was so gentle and did such an amazing job. I was worried about the pain afterwards but was so surprised to fine it was barely noticeable. Only slightly achy, nothing Ibuprofen couldn’t handle. So happy I chose this office!

Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law is tremendously thankful for the care and treatment she received from Dr. Gabel! She has dental anxiety, and me and my wife were with her throughout the procedures. Dr. Gabel made sure she felt comfortable, explained every step to help us understand what was going on and what needed to be done, and made the procedures go smoothly and painlessly. Fantastic experience: I received some of the best medical care in my life yesterday at Issaquah Endodontics. My new dentist (Dr. Matt Tanner, who I also highly recommend!) was concerned that I might have an infection under an old crown, and gave me a referral. I walked upstairs to their the office to make an appointment; Rebecca and Dylan with the admin team greeted me right away, and asked me about what was going on and how they could help me. They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment, and shared all of the cost estimates with me up front. As soon as I finished filling out all the necessary forms, Elicia took me back and completed additional imaging so that we could get a more complete look at the problem. They were all very kind, professional, and efficient, and had me feeling at ease despite my tooth pain. Within minutes Dr. Estrada joined us, and reviewed the images with me. He explained everything in a very clear and compassionate manner, and provided his recommendation for immediate treatment as well as what might eventually be needed in the future. He listened to all of my concerns, especially related to my history of TMJ, and when we moved into treatment continually checked in and made adjustments to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I've had two root canals prior to this, both completed by excellent endodontists, but Dr. Estrada was even better! It's now been 24 hours, and normally following a procedure like this my jaw would be extremely tight, sore, and producing loud uncomfortable popping. Instead, I have only very mild tenderness--basically the same as what I would experience following a basic teeth cleaning. I woke up this morning with zero pain in my tooth, and am hopeful that at my follow-up appointment we'll find all traces of infection gone. If it was possible to enjoy retreatment of a root canal, this is the team who can achieve that! If you find yourself in need of endodontic care, Issaquah Endodontics is the place to find it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roberts and her team did a great job today. I'm 62 years old and just had my first root canal. I'm a nervous patient to begin with so I may not be the best to work with. Right away I felt at ease and comfortable, both Dr. Roberts and Elicia did awesome. As the novocain is now wearing off I feel zero discomfort. So happy I was able to see both of these professionals today. Nice work!

Fantastic experience: I was in excruciating pain after my dental crown due to root canal damage. Dr. Estrada is so professional and skillful who has good bedside manner. Less than an hour, he magically erased all my pain. He also helped me with a super sensitive tooth that I couldn't breathe in cold air, drank cold water and ate anything sour for years. Now I can enjoy all of the above. It's totally amazing how he did it. He is the best endodontist! We're so lucky to have him in Issaquah area. I would strongly recommend him to all my family and friends. If you're suffering in pain right now, and still looking for an endodontist; please give them a call right away. They'll help you. Fantastic experience: I had a new crown that was giving me pain. I went to see my dentist to see what was going on and was told I needed to get a root canal done right away! They called around and I was lucky that Issaquah Endodontics had an opening that same afternoon. This was my first root canal, so I didn't know what to expect. But I'm happy I ended up at this office. Dr. Estrada is very kind and compassionate. I was pretty nervous, but he made me feel comfortable through the whole process. His assistants Tristan and Elecia, as well as the office staff have all been great too. I would highly recommend coming here if you need to see an Endodontist.

Fantastic experience: I’m always a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist, getting a root-canal, to quote Dr. Gabel “the best root-canal is fast and painless.” And that’s exactly what mine was. Dr. Gabel and team are pros…watching him and his assistant at work is poetry in motion, at times it’s was as if she was reading his mind and which instrument he needed, seems they have been doing this a while…this helps put you at ease!! Fantastic experience: I had the best experience for getting a root canal for the very first time at Issaquah Endodontics. Everyone was super kind, professional and explained the process to me in detail. I got a lot of information for follow up care and it was a very good process for a not so fun procedure! I had a beautiful view in a comfortable and warm room, which helped ease my nervousness. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing dental work.

Fantastic experience: I have been in pain for so long! The receptions were amazing at getting me in quickly and the doctor was able to do a root canal within 30 mins. I am so happy to be out of pain, it’s my holiday miracle (super cheesy, but I can’t explain how happy not being in pain feels).

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about getting a root canal, especially in an area of my mouth where it has been difficult to get me numb in the past. Dr. Gabel was great! All the techs were great. I had virtually no pain either during or after the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Can't ask for a better experience. From folks at front-desk to doctors, assistants, they are perfect. In my case, it was ambiguous where the pain is propping from on the right. He was concerned about the pain, helped subside with meds while we took 3 visits to rule out issues with my tooth. They do due diligence in ensuring you are taken care. I loved them!

Fantastic experience: Dr Estrada took great care of me with a same day, emergency, partial root canal after a badly cracked tooth. Everyone was so kind and helpful when I was in a lot of pain. They treated me so well and took great care of me. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: My experience was outstanding. The doctor and assistant (sadly can’t remember their names right now) worked together so well. The same evening after the root canal was completed I already had virtually zero pain. I drank ice cold beverages with no pain for the first time in months. It felt wonderful. Root canals are a bit of an ordeal for the patient but it went great and I got total relief much faster than I expected. I will definitely recommend them in the future if the occasion arises.

Fantastic experience: Today I had to have a root canal on a tooth that already had a crown on it. I was in excrutiating pain to the point that I actually couldn't wait to have the root canal just so the pain would stop. I was pretty much terrified - as I am with anything involving a dentist. Everyone in the office was so extremely nice. I made it clear how nervous I was and the dental assistant asked what I was nervous about and addressed all of my concerns. I was numbed up extremely well and the nitrous had me completely at ease. I couldn't believe how quickly the procedure went. It was less than an hour from when I walked in the door. I am so thankful that I had such a wonderful experience. I seriously wanted to cry after it was over because I had been so terrified when really, this was the most painless dental procedure I've ever had. I felt one tiny pinch from the first numbing needle and that was it! Dr Gabel & team - I can't thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: My dentist had issues with a tooth that he was doing a root canal on and referred me to Issaquah Endodontics. They got me in in about a week. Front tooth and I hate the shots under your nose and in the roof of your mouth. Hardly felt the two between lip and gun. Didn't even feel the one in the roof of my mouth. Staff were all great. Doc was awesome. Not a fan of anything dental but if I had to go I wouldn't hesitate to go here.

I was maxed out on my insurance benefits and could not afford most of the services recommended. Riley, my dental assistant, was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. Fantastic experience: It's my second time seeing Dr Gabel, I would say he is one of the best Endodontics, his explanation was very clear. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is amazing! The front staff were all professional, friendly, and happy! It was my first visit but they made me feel like I’ve known them forever. Dr.Estrada and his assistant Tristian were also awesome! They were consistently making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I had a root canal re-done during my visit. It was completely pain free during and after the procedure. Dr.Estrada was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything on a level I could understand without being condescending. Fantastic experience: I made an emergency appointment with my normal dentist due to extreme pain with a crown. Turns out I had an infection underneath and I needed someone who could drill through a crown and put in antibiotics. It was a Friday morning and Issaquah Endodontics was booked out but told me to come in anyway. I was so incredibly grateful that they did not turn me away. They were able to help me and also gave me the proper guidance to go to the ER for further evaluation. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have found out how truly bad this infection was. They were so caring and honest; I cannot express how much gratitude I have for their office. I would highly recommend coming here. I have had a few root canals done before and my experiences were not pleasant. But they were quick and honestly pretty darn pain free!

Fantastic experience: Today I spent my afternoon in the dental chair of Dr Roberts and I could not say enough good things about my care. I am a patient who has a very high level of dental anxiety. Dr Roberts made me feel very comfortable and she showed so much care during my treatment. She told me the steps as she did them and asked multiple times to make sure I felt okay. She was assisted by Kirstie and the level of patients and professionalism these women have together as a team is incredible!! A very clean office that feels right at home the second you walk in the door. I highly recommend this office and this amazing team to anyone looking for the best dental care. Super friendly, professional, and made sure my 11 year old son wasn't scared and understood everything that was going on before moving fwd with the procedure. Fantastic experience: I admit, getting endo work done is not my fav, especially with a doctor I don't know. In this case, my first visit leads me to believe this is the right place. From a smooth reception and booking on the telephone, emailed greeting and reminder of my upcoming appt, and also advance paperwork by email, virtually no wait at arrival, then in and out of The Chair, it was all a breeze. Trusting that you will be well cared for is a big deal anytime. Try out this team of pros to feel great about the results like I do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Estrada is possibly one of the BEST humans I’ve ever met! He took care of my mom who has stage IV cancer as it would have been his own parent. His kindness, compassion and understanding of mom’s condition while doing his best to save her failed root canal has been humbling to witness. Fantastic experience: Broken tooth, extreme nerve pain. Called Wednesday at 8 am, they got me in at 1pm and I was back home after a root canal by 2pm. Post procedure: had some soreness (as expected) from the dental work. Completely manageable without medication. Today is Friday and I am not sore at all. Dentist and assistant we’re both pleasant and professional and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess and needed to be seen right away. The courteous receptionist, Lainey, gave me a same-day appointment. Dr. Gabel did an excellent evaluation and was very empathetic. He knew he couldn't save my damaged tooth, so he gave me an excellent referral for an extraction. I was very happy to be taken care of so well, and so quickly.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering a dental emergency and was in extreme pain. After being told by my dentist I needed to see a Specialist for a root canal I called Dr Gabel’s office and was able to be seen the next morning. It turned out that I did not need a root canal after all it was an infection and could be treated with antibiotics. This is the third time over the years I’ve ended up in this office. The Endodontist and assistant were really nice and helped me relax and he completely explained everything to me to my satisfaction. The entire staff is good at helping people relax in since we as patients are coming to them in pain and looking for options and assurance on a plan of action.
