Negative experience: My experience was terrible. I cracked my tooth. I needed an emergency filling ,nothing major. They took x-rays for no reason or maybe it was for a reason, but they refuse to give me a regular filling on my front tooth before I went out of town. a waste of time and a waste of space I would never go there again or recommend them toanybody. They kept giving me excuses on why they couldn’t do a very simple procedure. I had the same procedure done four months ago and the dentist were very professional and courteous and did it with no problem within 20 minutes. These people lack skill. I wonder if they are truly licensed and if they are, they don’t know what they’re doing. They are scammers they run up your insurance by taking multiple x-rays over and over and over again so they can charge the insurance. The state of Nevada should look into this gouging of insurance for needless x-rays and then they told me they couldn’t do anything for me.

Negative experience: UPDATE: if you have dental insurance, check that against any payments you made at the front desk. They took my money for services AND BILLED MY INSURANCE FOR THE SAME SERVICES!! Of course they do not answer the phone, so I drafted a letter documenting my personal expenditure and showing how my insurance also payed those same amounts! They owed me hundreds of dollars back and were more than happy to say nothing about the double payment. I had to do the research and point out the errors myself. BUYER BEWARE ABSOLUTE DENTAL. I will be using a private dentist from here on out. ORIGINAL REVIEW: TERRIBLE. Rough and aggressive root canal. Luckily the numbing was thorough or I would have literally ripped the bib off and left. Dr. Francesca Cardinale left me waiting for literal hours. A 2pm appointment wasn't underway until 4 pm. Once she got into my mouth, she was so rough and aggressive that I almost felt I might have a panic attack. I was choking on my own saliva and the rubber pan kept going over my nose which left me no way to breathe. She acted in a hurry (suddenly) and the entire time she and the assistant were scream talking about their week at the top of their lungs which only added to my feeling of panic. She was unable to take an x-ray properly and spent 30 minutes cutting up the roof of my mouth with the metal insert. When she was done no instruction or bedside manner, she just abruptly left the room, I imagine because her shift was over. The front desk charged me twice and didn't even explain what the charges were for. Dark dismal waiting room with no comforts. Truly a nightmare dental experience and up there with the worst I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Today’s visit was great they addressed all The issues and made next day appointment to fix the issues. This office is great. The dentists Dr Lee the oral surgeon on the other hand is not very good damaged my teeth, caused pain during and after my treatment.

Positive experience: Today my visit at Absolute Dental was great. The intake Clerk at the desk was very kind and helpful. My dentist was absolutely amazing. Very professional. I was in and out of the office and in an hour. Great service today.

Negative experience: While the dentists are good. They suck when it comes to letting you cancel appointments. I have an appointment coming up later next week. And I went there during business hours because I called before no answer tried to cancel on the website and got an error message so I walked there during business hours and the door is locked! I walked there on Saturday to talk to someone and they wouldn’t let me cancel. There is no excuse for this.

Fantastic experience: Always had outstanding service here. Came in for a sensitive painful tooth, and after using online portal, got a same day appointment. They did some x-rays and all was good, and then they offered me a cleaning. I already had an appointment for Dec 31 but they got it done for me as well while I was there.

Negative experience: Absolute Dental is TERRIBLE! I had a procedure done on September 8th, and they overcharged my credit card! I've been trying to call them since September, I keep getting diverted to customer service who say they are escalating the matter via email, and someone will call me back. No one ever calls me back! This back and forth with CS has been ongoing for 2 months! My insurance company has even reached out to no avail, and they told me that they have received MANY complaints regarding Absolute Dental. Don't go here! Customer service is terrible and they over charge you despite what your insurance claim says you actually owe!

Negative experience: This was my first visit to this office. Front desk was not very welcoming. Was given mixed information about already being checked in online and needing to sign the sign in sheet. Each patient that was leaving the office seemed unhappy with service and voiced those opinions while I was in front waiting area. The lady that came to give me a quote lied and told me I couldn’t get a cleaning because I had not gotten a “full” xray/exam. The X-ray and exam done prior to her coming over seemed very thorough so when I asked what a full exam and X-ray would include, she changed her response to I couldn’t get a cleaning because the hygienist was too busy and I would need to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: I have been to alot of dentists and Dr Jalali was one of the best. Could not ask for better!

Negative experience: Always rescheduling my appointments they tell me a certain time and i get there they tell me there in break my appointment was scheduled 6 months when it’s time the get checked they tell me the doctor is off and it wasn’t just once it’s happens multiple occasions currently looking for a different location .

Fantastic experience: I’M SO MAD I DIDN’T FIND THIS PLACE SOONER! I recently moved to the city, and adjusting to everything has been a challenge, especially since it’s just me and my baby. Out of nowhere, I had a dental emergency — my wisdom teeth started hurting so badly that I couldn’t sleep or eat properly. I had no one to leave my daughter with, so I had to take her with me. I was nervous and stressed, expecting the appointment to be complicated… but the moment I walked in, they treated me with so much kindness that I instantly felt safe. The entire team was not only extremely professional, but also incredibly patient, warm, and understanding of my situation. They speak Spanish too, which made everything even easier and more comforting. They truly made me feel like they had known me for years — something I did NOT expect, especially in a new city. They helped me stay calm, explained every step clearly, and even supported me with my baby while I was being treated. Honestly, I don’t know how to thank them enough for turning such a stressful moment into something manageable and human. Moving to a new place is hard, but finding a dental office that treats you with genuine care, respect, and empathy is a blessing. I’m beyond grateful for everything they did for me. I highly recommend them — thank you for taking care of me and my daughter when I needed it the most

Fantastic experience: Staff there was excellent and very helpful. I was so happy with how they treated me and my son went in to get a consultation for braces for him and they were amazing gave us all the information we needed and we ended up leaving with one happy kid with some new braces.

Positive experience: Very long wait time. Dental assistant did not communicate well. She explained nothing. I had to ask what I needed to do while trying to navigate a xray machine I had never seen before. After returning to my cubicle, she left me sitting there and started working on another patient. I almost left, but the Dentist came by and asked me not to leave. The Dentist was very professional and nice. Also the 2nd Dental assistant the Dentist got to help me after the first one ditched me was very nice as well. My overall opinion is there's always one bad apple. But it didn't spoil my experience. The office personal was nice as well.

Negative experience: I made an appointment to see one doctor through their app when I got there they told me that doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks I'd be seeing another lady doctor 5 minutes before they told me no you're seeing another doctor. My appointment was at 12:00 all I had done was x-rays and the doctor looked in my mouth for maybe 3 minutes I didn't get out of there till 3:30 and they wanted to charge me $7,000. And they should have at least offered me a prescription for antibiotics for the infection in my mouth they didn't even do that I need to call them tomorrow and see if they will do that for me but they should have done that they're the doctor they should know better. Lots of fancy equipment and you're going to pay for it

They educated me on my teeth and helped me understand the treatment plan seamlessly. I can tell Absolute Dental does a great job on who they hire for staff, especially at this location.

The only down side of the overall experience is the waiting time to see the actual doctor. Worth the wait.

Negative experience: Terrible service by the front desk! Today my husband had a checkup/cleaning appt at 12pm. We arrived 11:45am and signed in. There was nobody at he front desk for 15 min. By 12:10pm they informed everyone waiting that the area we were at were only for braces and that the next door was for adults and kids. So we walked to other side and had to sign in again. The front desk people on that side were also terrible and rude. Prior to coming in, we had tried to fill out the online form that they texted us 30 min before the appt time. After spending 10 min filling out the form, we tried to submit several times but keeps erroring out. Finally we decided to fill it out at the reception. Anyways, we explained this issue with the ladies at the front desk but the one who was in charge of the form looked at us like she didn't believe us. So we tried again and towards the last part of the form it gave us that error we were experiencing the first time. We showed it to that lady in charge of the form. She took the phone from us and did it herself. And it had submitted when she did it. Instead of being understanding and kind, she looked at us in a very condescending way like why couldn't we have figured it out. After today's appt we will no longer come to this location. We will try a different location. Maybe the receptionists there will be better professionals.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made my child feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic is bright, cheerful, and designed specifically for kids, which immediately put my little one in a great mood. What I appreciated most was their focus on Making sure the kids arent scared. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my son received after his unfortunate accident at the park. He fell and hit his mouth, which resulted in a loose tooth. We were quite worried, but the team at the dental office was incredibly understanding and supportive. They made sure my son felt comfortable and reassured him throughout the process. What’s even more remarkable is that the same day, the tooth that was already loose ended up coming out, but the staff handled it with such professionalism and care, making the experience much easier for both him and me. Their expertise and gentle approach made all the difference in what could have been a stressful day. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of pediatric dental care. Fantastic experience: Thank you for your kind experience I left Absolute Dental after having an agreement with a receptionist who was debating my doctor note update of my medications I take 1 hour before a dental procedure…. I was a client of 15 +years … I never saw her before but she gave others trouble too so I left but the next dentist was awful I went to and cost me so much more too because they said they took my insurance but charge me for processes I never had and never gave me medications to nub a very painful procedure.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and comfortable office. I was impressed with the high tech equipment and the detail taken during the onboarding, examination, and cleaning. I left my other dentist because every time I went in, they told me I had another cavity or two. I went to Absolute Dental for a second opinion. I was told that I do not have any cavities. My teeth and gums are in good shape. I was excited to hear that. This is going to be my new dentist!

Negative experience: The people who work here are wonderful, but whoever answers the phone needs to be fired. I've called a handful of times whenever I've had a broken bracket to see when the ortho can fix it, and EVERYTIME they've said it can be fixed on so-and-so day. But, when I actually get to the office, I'm told that they actually CAN'T fix it because my ortho isn't there, despite being told and reassured over the phone they would be here at that specific day. I don't know if there's a lack of communication or something, but something needs to be fixed because some people may have issues that can't wait until their next appointment or just be straight up lied to and have their time wasted. Again, the people are wonderful, but communication needs to be better over the phone.

Negative experience: I went there with a problem and left with the same problem and gave me ibuprofen and my mouth is swollen and hurting can’t sleep eat nothing and they can’t pull them till October so I have to sit in pain till then ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: The dental Assistant and dentist were so nice to my boy. They made it a good 1st experience for him as he was nervous & didnt know what to expect. After a good checkup he was given a goodie bag with his own dental floss, toothbrush & toothpaste that he was excited to use, and told all our family members about his visit.

There was one instance that happened that I needed to complain about but once my next visit came up the dentist herself came to me, apologized for the situation and made sure everything was fine. Laura is out of this world friendly, helpful, kind, and a complete pleasure to be around. She was very compassionate & took her time explaining everything from start to finish. Negative experience: The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming — our initial interaction felt a bit cold. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and although we arrived at 8:45, we weren’t finished until 12:45 PM. The waiting area was overcrowded, with patients sitting practically on top of each other, which made the long wait even more uncomfortable. On a positive note, the back office staff were much more pleasant and easier to communicate with. My husband and son were both new patients and received basic cleanings, X-rays, and treatment plans. My son also had three baby teeth extracted, which was handled well. I really want to love this place because it’s conveniently located and they accept both of my insurances. I’m hopeful that our next visits will go more smoothly. However, if you’re on a tight schedule or value timely service, this may not be the right fit.

The Dr. Was incredible, and took care of my needs. The Dr. Really is amazing to take care of needs. The Dr. Even went out of his way to take care of my. The Dr. Gave me antibioctics and told me to come back in an hour and he will do the procedure. The whole entire staff was amazing and so caring. I just found a new Dr. To go to. Once again my visit was amazing.
