Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shoflick’s for 13 years. Everyone is very pleasant and professional here. Dr. Shoflick can accomplish amazingly high quality work in under an hour! I am extremely grateful I found him. Today, 4/16, I had an emergency dental appointment with Dr. Pullatto. He and Michelle, expert dental assistant took very good care of me. Normally, I see the amazing Dr. Shoflick, but he was not in the Rocky Hill office today. Dr. Pullatto was very honest and consultative with me as it turned out, the tooth likely needs a root canal. He did everything necessary for now to rid the tooth of decay , prep it for further work, and make me comfortable with the tooth, alleviating pain or more discomfort. He and Michelle both exceeded my expectations and as a bonus, they were delightful and funny. I have said this before, but I am very fortunate to have found Select Dental. The entire staff there is great and I have a wonderful relationship with whoever I meet. 5/15 As usual, Dr. Shoflick did excellent work in a very brief appointment today. He and Grace were very pleasant, funny in fact and professional. 7/14 Per usual, I had another appointment to take care of a small filling and Dr. Shoflick “took a walk around the neighborhood “ to see how the other teeth were looking. And everyone I came in contact with was professional, efficient, and extremely friendly. Another Grand Slam for Dr. Shoflick and his staff. 8/21 Another nice cleaning by Kim. Dr. Shoflick stopped in to see how I’m doing. We discussed strategy for keeping my remaining teeth healthy. (I have a partial to wear as a result of gum disease.).

Then comes the very best dental hygienists that provide the very best services cleaning and preventative care and preparation for any further treatment surgery for teeth and gums. Ramona, Kate and Connie and Marla and Tricia and Stacy , then further care comes provided by the very best dentists Dr Shoflick , Dr Salm , Dr Bunado Dr Mc Cabe they make sure that all is 100 % satisfactory and perfect. You can not go any where else and receive such very high quality care and treatment for all dental needs. Please forgive me if I missed any names. The entire staff at Select Dental is the very best that you can not find anywhere else.Dr Salm and Dr McCabe are very excellent Dentists and they always do a very phenomenal job I must mention Leslie and Lauren at the front desk that also do a phenomenal job. I must mention all the excellent front desk staff that are phenomenal and really do a fantastic job of helping incoming patients to be registered and ready to be seen. Michelle did a phenomenal job of assisting Dr Salm in the process of filling my cavity. Ramona and Adela are the very best hygienists and always do a very excellent perfect job and Dr Salm is very excellent as well

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not anybody's favorite thing to do, but Dr. McCabe. Makes some difficult procedures easier. He is a very talented dentist. And as far as the dental hygienists are concerned, they are superb and catch things early before problems arise. At least with me that has been the case. In the office, staff is nice as well and very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic experience: My recent experience at select dental was wonderful. My hygienist, Connie, was funny and witty and gave me a great cleaning. I am usually very nervous with clenched fists, but not this time. She made me feel very relaxed. She also new the right tooth brushes for me as well as a dental rinse. Her knowledge and experience is invaluable.

There is complete courtesy for the patient and I have been blessed with 5 years of exemplary care. Dr. McCabe is my dentist who works deligently to provide the very best care to the multiple procedures he’s been a great part of. I’m old school, I give credit out loud to those that deserve it The staff at Rocky Hill is in complete sync with the West Hartford office, be it appointments, billing, and caring far their patients, a valued work ethic to me. That’s a little extinct in service today so is HUGE for this patient. Dr. Matthew McCabe worked tirelessly for 7 months with the technicians at the lab that made my denture. Nothing worked and he kept going, which in my book, there’s not enough thank you’s to describe my experiences and gratitude above all. In a world of technology, I’ll take the Human touch! Thank you all -~ Dr, Betsy, Kyra, Alla, in West Hartford and Rocky Hill I am so very thankful for all you all do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If you want great care, I highly recommend Select Dental, Rocky Hill/West Hartford I go to the West Hartford office of Select Dental, but have gone to the Rocky Hill office as well and am always welcomed there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Matthew McCabe is my dentist and is always professional in meeting all my dental needs. In addition, he is always very concerned about my sensitivity to the work being done. He has an exemplary amount of patience when a procedure doesn’t work out, always communicates with the technicians at the lab, and always gives me his utmost attention. If there’s any concerns about a charge or insurance coverage, the staff is always willing to identify and confirm the status of any procedures. I am also impressed by the way the Rocky Hill and West Hartford offices work together on billing and appointments. I am extremely grateful to both offices, Dr. McCabe, and his staff for always making my visits very pleasant and effectively taking care of all my dental needs. I highly recommend Select Dental to anyone looking for the most excellent and considerate dental care.

Positive experience: I was a little late and they were very accommodating. But I absolutely hate the waterboarding that has become of getting your teeth cleaned. While the old method of manual tools was tedious, it was far better than being gagged and near drowned with the water. I think I am going to look around to find if there are still dentists that use the old method. New and improved maybe, but not for the patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shoflick is a wonderful dentist; very skilled and very caring. Dr. Shoflick replaced a crown on my front tooth that was poorly done by another dentist in my home state. I had been a patient of Dr. Shoflick's years ago when I lived in Connecticut and decided to travel back from out of state to see if Dr.Shoflick thought he could help. Dr. Shoflick took great care and worked closely with John from Express Dental to make me the best crown possible. The office staff and technicians are equally terrific. I could not have asked for a better experience.
