Fantastic experience: Dr. Cho was THE BEST dentist I've ever been to,honestly. Im terrified of the pain bcuz my teeth are a mess, Dr. Cho and his team had me numb and ready before I knew it, literally. Dr Cho said ok sit back and relax, I was preparing myself for the process mentally. Dr Cho says, we're all done!! (With the numbing needles) I thought he was joking. 10 mins later, tooth gone,out the door!! First vist and new customer for life. Have a lot more work to be done but im not as anxious about it with Dr.Cho.AMAZING . Sorry so long everyone but I had to share. THANK YOU Dr. Cho and team.

Negative experience: Went to get Dentures replaced but was instead bombarded with oral surgery recommendations after the x-ray which I could've taken care of at a dentistry that will actually do the work. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cho and staff are amazing. I did a walk-in appointment today 8/18/25. I was in extreme pain from a dental procedure a week prior. I did not wait long at all. Dr. Cho and team talked to me like I mattered. I was in tears when I walked in, and smiling as I walked out. Thank you so much for the wonderful bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the office I was treated with the utmost respect. I had a 9am appointment and when I arrived I was escorted in the back . I got x-ray and teeth cleaning . The dental hygienic explained the x-ray and when she finished teeth cleaning the dentist came in checked my teeth went over x-ray with me and asked if I had any questions . I was finished and out the door by 10am. In my opinion Dental Works is the best dental experience I have ever had .

Fantastic experience: Needed to be cleared by a dentist for hip surgery and was racing against the clock. Staff helped me get earlier appointments when there were cancelations and were very nice. 7 extractions and 2 root canals were smooth and painless. Dr. Lee is competent and nice. I'll be going back after surgery.

Fantastic experience: I was really surprised by this place. It is so nice & clean! There is so much space that you aren't sitting on top of anyone while you wait. And both times I have been here, they took me back right on time, so it's not like i had to wait long anyway! The ladies behind the counter, the ladies in the back, the dentist who did my extraction.... EVERYONE is lovely! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had previous extractions done here without any pain or issues whatsoever. So I returned and had 11 extractions at the same time and again I did not have any issues whatsoever. I will recommend your team to everyone that I know.

They gently and patiently treated my 89 year old mother despite her dementia issues, and successfully delivered her new upper and lower partial dentures.They also amicably tolerated my brother and I hovering about to ask questions and assist with communication with mom. We greatly appreciate all their hard work.

Negative experience: I had a had a few good experiences there and then Dr. Cho did a filling that was way to tight and close to the next tooth. He would not adjust the filing in the way that I needed and gave me excuses on why this was better. I went in three times to have the bite adjusted and then he tried to recommended me for a root canal on a tooth that wasn't infected! My bite has never been the same. In addition to this the same thing happened to my husband from this dentist! I can't go back. I don't trust him and now I have to deal with the reprecussions of this misalignment.

I'd had it done before at my previous dentist and it was not a pleasant experience. I'm very happy that I chose Dental Works as my new dentist and will also refer my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased the moment I walked through Dental Works of Middle River. I was helped as soon as I reached the reception desk (very polite). The dental assistant was kind and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was absolutely the best. I had 2 rootcanals so I received 2 needles and I can honestly say I barely felt the needles. I can tell you that every dentist at different practices giving me needles hurt tremendously. Pleasant experience for getting 2 rootcanals. Dental Works is definitely going to be my go to dentist!!!!!!!!

I've had a justly fear of a dentist and when I walked into the office I was very scared. By the time I got done between Jen and Dr. Lee my experience was wonderful! Nicole recommended that I come to this office because she knew I had a fear and I'm so glad that I did! This. Dentist office comes highly recommended from me for anyone that ever asks and I honestly look forward to coming back in for more service. Fantastic experience: Hello everyone and anyone that is looking for a great dentist please give Dr Lee a try he was so caring patient understanding and educated I had to have a tooth extracted I suffer with anxiety and anyone who hates going to the dentist well when you have anxiety it intensifies it times 10 and I had a tooth that was right against the nerve in my bottom jaw and had a great deal of pain because of the abscess and Tooth being against the nerve he used the X-ray to look very carefully where the nerve was as he carefully and precisely slowly and gently removed the decayed tooth that had been giving me so much pain I will forever be indebted to him and his assistant thank you so much Dr Lee you are an angel Ps . I did have an anxiety attack right after he gave me the numbing medication my anxiety got so bad that I started sweating profusely feeling like I was going to throw up or pass out and had a tightness in my chest the doctor and his assistant were so caring and so professional through all of this I never lost consciousness they remained with me and patiently sat with me until I was okay like I said I feel as though given my experience with Dr Lee is the best doctor to go to in this area

Fantastic experience: If I'm being honest, nobody really likes the dentist. The previous owner/dentist was great and I had my reservations at first years back when the current dentist took over the practice. All of that has gone away though. They are great. Staff has been the same which tells me the place is not only treating patients well but employees too. Always kind. Great chair side manner. I also don't have insurance and things have been reasonably priced as far as cleanings and a filling. Really is a great place.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great! I can honestly say I have been putting off the dentist because of my fear of pain. The dentist and assistant was pleasant and he provided me with the numbing gel before inserting the needle! I will be returning for my follow up. I definitely Recommend. Fantastic experience: The receptionist Michelle has an awesome personality. She is the person you want out front to greet the people who come threw your doors. Dr. Lee was very kind and I feel he is an honest dentist. He gave my 3 options and wasn't strongly opinionated about what he may have wanted done. That tells me he is in this profession because he cares for people and not pushing procedures just to make more money. I highly recommend this dentist. A+

Fantastic experience: I want to start by saying I was always scared of any/all dental experience. I reschedule all of my appointments I change dentists all the time anything not to go, anything to justify not going. Well I made an appointment at dental works I went in for a consultation They told me to come back for three root canals. My sister literally had to drag me kicking and screaming. When I tell you that I was blown away, I was blown away! Staff is so nice The doctor is amazing I felt nothing!!!! I literally fell asleep! I am serious ....imagine falling asleep during a root canal? I'm telling you these people are incredible. I literally am no longer scared of "the dentist" because of this doctor and this facility! I can't make it any more specific than that. I've been scared of the dentist my entire life, and now I am no longer! Thank you dental works! For your kindness, for your professionalism, and for making an experience that most people don't enjoy, pleasantly bearable! I know it sounds exaggerated, but you did you changed my life!

Positive experience: The hygienist was very good. My only complaint was that one employee was obviously sick, coughing, sneezing, sniffles, and was unmasked. I give her credit for coming to work sick, but she should have worn a mask. I was very uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth over the weekend. Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Was told to come in asap, and was seen within 20 minutes. Made a decision on what to do next and made a follow up appointment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: So I got new insurance that my old dentist didn’t accept and this was my assigned dentist. I was scared to switch because I had a large treatment plan that I’ve been working thru with the other dentist but I did. I thought I was going in for an exam and then we would make a treatment plan. The last dentist (aspen dental) I’m not kidding I’ve done 5 exams in the last 8 months… it’s a long story but they kept pushing me around and I feel like they were just trying to suck me dry of money. At first they said they only had time to do an exam on the tooth teeth I needed pulled. (I need like 3 teeth pulled, 4 root canals and a bunch of fillings). Then they said they had time to do the full exam and I was happy with that! After the dentist came up with my treatment plan he asked if I wanted to get a root canal right now. After only getting one root canal and crown in 8 months of going to the other dentist, I was excited to get something done at my first visit! So I said yes and we started on it! The dentist was so nice (sadly I don’t remember his name), and he was chatting with me the whole time, seemed very nice and understanding and nonjudgmental. We made my next appt to get the two teeth pulled and another root canal, all at the same appt. It’s so refreshing to have a dentist who has a sense of urgency to do the work, who is kind, funny and understanding. I am actually excited to come back for my next appt. When I called to make my first appt, the lady at the front desk was also very sweet and made me feel so comfortable! All of the reviews about this place are genuine and I’m happy that I found them by chance. Like I said I have a long treatment plan to work through and I’m happy to be doing it here.
