Fantastic experience: I have had the best dental experiences of my life here. I have needed some help fixing some cosmetic work done in the past that would never last more than a few years on my front teeth. Dr. Matt helped me to achieve beyond my goals, and their billing department helped to make sure that it was covered by insurance. I also needed a replacement set of retainers before I was traveling at one point, and they had them made for me in office with a 24 hour turn around. I always have a quick dental cleaning with all of the hygienists that I have seen in the office too. I am really grateful for Packard Dental!

Fantastic experience: Eric did a terrific job of cleaning my teeth. He’s not just good at his job but he is so knowledgeable. Each time I have gone to him, I learn something new. The last time I was at Packard Dental, he did a deep cleaning. One of the reasons I close them is they use a laser to help one’s gums and it seems mine are much improved. I would highly recommend them.

What a brilliant dentist and all round practice. A delight to deal with. Fantastic experience: As a grown man who also happens to be a full on card carrying dental fear wimp, I have to say Packard Dental did everything and more to calm my nerves. From the moment I came into the office for my first visit, I was in great hands with Kendra who gave me a full office tour and spent some time getting to know me, treating me with care and kindness. Shortly after the x-rays and getting a bit more comfortable, we were joined in the office by Dr. Matt. Everything you could want in a dentist, experienced, patient, calming presence, and a great chair side manner. After discussing a future treatment plan, I was transferred to Alexa as my hygienist. I bond with my hygienists, and Alexa and I hit it off right away. Ending my visit in Melissa's office was great as well. What I am trying to say is from beginning to end, my first appointment was FIVE STAR! Happy to call Dr. Matt and his team my dental team of choice.

Fantastic experience: I went to Packard Dental to have various dental issues resolved. My most recent visit was to fix a broken tooth. Dr. Joy, DDS and Jennifer, Technician , did an excellent job putting on a crown. The procedure was explained to me in detail. The preparations using x-rays and digital photos went smoothly. I was comfortable throughout the procedure thanks to the local anesthetic. The tooth was prepped, painlessly, and once the crown was made on their state-of-the-art machine Dr. Joy and Jennifer installed it on my tooth, restoring function and appearance. Fantastic experience: I have to start off by saying I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist and about five years ago I took my daughter to see Dr. Jared Packer who is no longer at the practice unfortunately and because of that I neglected to go to the dentist for way too long Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Joy and hygienist Eric… Both made my visit a non-traumatic one which I can’t even verbalize how much I appreciated that. Every single person in this office from the front desk staff to the schedule coordinator Rachel are absolutely amazing and quite frankly I feel silly that I waited so long to come back. They provide honest recommendations about dental health. These are many of the reasons they have been our family dentist for nearly 20 years! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Packard Dental since I moved to the area in 2020 and have really enjoyed my experience and treatment there! The staff are all so friendly and kind. You get the feeling that they really care about you and that they really enjoy what they do, which is really refreshing for a dentist office from my experience. Fantastic experience: 100% impressed! I came in for a consultation for veneers with Dr. Matt. He was so nice and explained everything to me and gave me his best recommendation for my smile. But what impressed me the most, was what he did for me that I wasn’t expecting. You see, the whole reason why I was wanting veneers was because I had a really old front tooth cap that’s kind of sticking out and was too long compared to the rest of my teeth. Although I wasn’t ready to get the veneers done, it was bothering me that my front tooth was longer than the rest. And because it was already a cap, he said, “don’t worry, I got you” and filed it down right there on the spot. I left feeling cared for and valued.

Negative experience: I was impressed and happy at first- then the recommendation for a 2nd deep cleaning (for just the back molars) priced quite high was made and a refusal to do a regular cleaning instead was disappointing- I truly felt pressured into this deep cleaning. I have found a new dental practice that is working with my dental needs nicely.

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing dental office with an awesome and extremely helpful and concerned staff!!! The Xrays were done in a snap by a top notch expert professionally and thoroughly without being tough to do and weren't scary. I can't recall her name now, but she was absolutely wonderful and she assisted the dentist as he examined each picture of my teeth carefully frame by frame. I instantly liked Dr. Mike!!! He was friendly and warm and his sense of humor just cracked me up which instantly put me at ease in that big chair!!! He gave me his expert take on what my Xrays showed so that I could understand him perfectly. Every step he took with me was carefully explained about each procedure before it was done, and every question I had was totally and professionally answered during the entire course of my consult with Dr. Mike with no surprises; totally loved that!!! Next, I had scheduled a dental cleaning with Alexa, the Dental Hygienist, and my experience with her was super excellent and we connected like she was my new best friend! She was so sweet to me and took care of not only me and my teeth but my head and my neck by placing a very comfortable pillow underneath me so that I could seriously lay back and almost sleep through the entire procedure. Again, she answered any and all of my questions patiently, professionally, politely and thoroughly. And I would be completely remiss if I didn't say a word about the front desk office staff who are all so welcoming, helpful and wonderful and I was so thankful to Bree (turns out we both love Dr. Mike) who was so helpful to me when it came to filling out the initial patient forms, too!!! I just could not maneuver my computer to work with their software so that I could complete them online no matter how I tried. (I know; It really is the user and that user would be moi---LOL!!) So, at my frazzled request, Bree emailed the forms to me and I was able to print them all out and fill them all out at my leisure the "old fashioned way"--LOL!!! And from there they were delivered by my awesome husband to the office where my information could finally be entered into their computer--PHEW!! Next I saw Rosie, the financial wizard who expertly handles the financial end of the program to people like me who are without Dental Insurance at the moment. Since I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box, I asked my husband to join me for this, and Rosie did an excellent job explaining the financial choices and what they each entailed to us as I move on with the awesome treatment plan Dr. Mike carefully designed for me. Again Rosie was very patient, thorough and very understanding of just where we are financially right now in this stage of the game. I am still mulling over the choices but I'll get there because there is no other Dental Office I would trust now for my dental care other than Packard Dental, and that's the truth!!! And I'll just add this note; Apparently. while we were with Rosie, our battery ran down and we had to call for someone to come and start up our car's battery. And when the tow truck showed up, Bree and another very wonderful office staff member came out and gave us each a bottle of water while we were getting this done!!! I was so thankful for the water that Bree kindly brought out to us as we were being rescued that day!!! So, this is one Dental Office that will go the extra mile way above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, absolutely!!! So, how was my first dental experience at Packard Dental? Well, I'm giving everyone there I saw that day a Superior Rating and Grade of A+++!!! And if you're someone like me without dental insurance and in need of dental care, look no further than Packard Dental; they will not only be happy to welcome you as their new patient, but they will treat you like family and offer you choices for how you can pay for your treatment as well!!! Fantastic experience: First visit here as a new client, my family in town visiting had an emergency infection they had to take care of and went to Packard and couldn’t stop raving about them. I went in for a cleaning and they were all amazing. The staff, doctors, hygienists all sat with me and gave me all the info I needed and more. Fantastic experience: Love Packard dental. Have been going for years and its the best. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Our insurance changed and was no longer one that they accepted, we pay up front but our insurance always pays us back in full. Sad Dr jared left but the new and existing docs are great. I see alexa and she is so bubbly. I have never liked the dentist but find myself looking forward going to packard!

Her assistant, Amanda, was very concerned about my comfort during the entire time. I feel as if they both went out of their way to make my appointment a positive experience. I have more appointments to come and I feel that I will be in excellent hands. I should also note that everyone on the staff was very friendly. However, this practice, and the professionals within in it, have actually changed my mind, and I finally do not avoid taking care of my dental health.
