Fantastic experience: Best place I've ever seen for kids dentist. Dr Keith is an amazing dentist, he is super nice, and very patient. My son got a tooth pulled, he didn't even flinch. 100% reccamend this place.

Fantastic experience: It's been a struggle finding a local dental practice which works with children. Jolene along with all of the front desk staff (I apologize I can't recall their names) has been amazing and so accommodating to both my daughter and both her father and myself. My daughter has a major fear of any/all doctors. The dentist and assistants have been so patient and understanding with her situation. They have made her feel so comfortable to the extent I we have very little problems taking her to follow up visits. I actually look forward to her appointments!

Fantastic experience: If you have kids, this is the place to take them for dental needs! The staff is amazing, they really go out of their way to cater to the needs of kids. They’re extremely patient, kind and accommodating. Everything from the appearance of the office to the goodie bags were awesome. We’ve had nothing but great experiences. My son has ADHD and is very fidgety with doctors, and they were so great with him. My daughter had her first appointment yesterday aa well and they were fantastic. Both kids are excited for their next appointment! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: The hygienist Nella, which is what they told me her name, gave the worst attention, my daughter and I greeted her and she was so bitter and angry that she even rolled her eyes at me, I understand that maybe she was tired but it is a place that takes care of children, I transmitted all my frustration to my daughter who asked me that she never wants the assistant Nela to see her again, I changed dentists because they were annoying with children and I went to dental care kids because they recommended that they were nice and kind to me. the children, and I meet this most annoying and rude lady, I also work with children and it is tiring but I never fight with the children or take out my frustration on them, the clinic and doctor Gabby are so kind and the best but that hygienist Nella makes me and my daughter not wanting to go back, she had to ruin the good impresion, HORRIBLE!

Fantastic experience: We’re new to Dental Care Kids — the kids love it here and actually look forward to coming to the dentist. The office staff and dentists are all friendly and welcoming. The kids love Dr. Adams. He explains everything so clearly and shows what each tool does before starting. Their favorite part is getting their balloon and stickers afterwards. The office is clean and well maintained with fun murals and decor all around. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Two stars because the doctors and assistants are very caring and helpful. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and both my doctor and her assistant were always understanding with me. I gave two stars because of their customer service. On Monday October 30th I had an appointment at 11am. Unfortunately I woke up not feeling well and ultimately cancelled and rescheduled it for 3:30pm on Tuesday October the 31st. I deliberately asked for 3:30pm as this would be better for my schedule. The person who I spoke to on Monday confirmed a 3:30pm appointment and I was all set. Around 3pm, I received a call from Kaitlyn or Katherine one of the girls at the front desk. She was asking me if I was on my way. I told her my appointment is at 3:30pm I am on my way. She said no my appointment was at 3:00pm. She went back and forth regarding the appointment and my cancellation the day before and said i had rescheduled twice in the past for this specific appointment when no this appointment was made the last time i was there. She was very rude. She kept saying my appointment was at 3:00pm and I explained that I did let the person who helped me the day before that 3:30pm would work best for me not 3:00pm and she had given me 3:30pm option. Instead of apologizing for their mistake she took the route of being completely unapologetic and unhelpful. I ended up arriving 5 minutes before 3:30pm which was always my intention. I went to check in and I said hello and excuse me a couple of times while Katherine or Kaitlyn blatantly ignored me. Another girl ended up checking me in. Is this the type of customer service you have? Regardless of the situation that happened. You should never ignore a customer. Katherine was completely disrespectful and unhelpful. Regardless of her, the rest of the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gabby is a miracle worker!! Two cavities filled for my 6 year old with zero tears or drama. Have had a great experience overall with the practice.

Was so patient explaining the gas, the X-rays & everything to her. Her helping team was also excellent. Fantastic experience: In one word--Amazing! From the scheduling of the appointment, the office space, and the technician and dentist this office is by far the most amazing dentist I have encountered. BOth of my children are patients (4yrs and 1 1/2yrs) and have been patients since my eldest was 1 1/2 years old. They work wonders with the children that clearly shows their passion for their work. The props, the decor and friendly demeanor help to relax the children and allow them to develop a great sense trust. My children actually look forward to their dental appointments! Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I've ever used for my three children. Their waiting room is kid friendly with a giant school bus painted on the wall. They used to have more activities for the children to play on but these were understandably removed during Covid. However, I did notice they have brought back some of the tablets. All the staff is very friendly. In all the years I've been coming here I have only encountered positive attitudes and lots of patience from all the employees, including front desk, hygienists and doctors. Most of the people who work there are bilingual which is wonderful. The walls inside are painted with an under water theme which is very relaxing. There are tv screens for the children to watch while the they're laying down on the dental chair. Once their appointment is over the children are given a balloon and a good bag with floss, toothpaste and a toothbrush. They conveniently offer evening and weekend appointments which work well with our school and work schedules. I highly recommend Dental Care Kids.

Negative experience: Waited over 30 minutes with no explanation. When I got up to say something about it I was told the doctor had taken an emergency patient. I had to leave without my child being seen. We are a busy family of 5, and I had to rearrange our schedule and ask a favor to make it to this visit. I asked for an appointment today, but they couldn’t give me one that works. Going to see Dr. Naomi, who has her own practice now. Love dr. Steve, the orthodontist and his team. We had good experiences with dr Ariel as well in the past. Maybe this office is too big to properly manage all the appointments.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Dental Care Kids based on all the great reviews. I have to say, Dr. Gabby, was excellent with my daughter. My daughter is very difficult when it comes to going to the dentist and also has sensory issues. Due to her special needs, I didn't know if she'd even cooperate with a cleaning. However, Dr. Gabby took extra time to help her through the process. She was extremely patient and didn't rush through the exam or cleaning. She even sang songs to my daughter while cleaning her teeth to keep her calm. I can't say enough great things about our visit. I was really happy with the care we received and highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gabby is the best! I have 2 children that's see her. One of my boys is autistic and was very fearful of the dentist. She is extremely kind and patient with him. He isn't really afraid anymore My youngest just loves her too. I moved and refuse to switch dentists. I drive an hour and a half to see her because you won't find another dentist like her.

However they always try to entertain her and try to be really nice to her. Today was actually our first time that she cooperated, and she was happy with their job.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Gabby for my daughter's first dentist visit ever (16 months); she came highly recommended - and she did not disappoint! She was so sweet, gentle, patient and caring with my daughter who never even lets me put a finger in her mouth. Not only did she do the entire exam, teeth cleaning, and fluoride without a single tear, she actually got a smile. Dr. Gabby and her tech, Sabina (also very sweet), were great at giving tips, mentioning some concerns to keep an eye on with a lip tie and even gave Sophia a hand written Valentine's Day note, goodie bag and balloons. The entire office staff is so sweet, accommodating, and friendly that I wish I could be a patient of theirs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: My husband took our 1 yr old and he loved the experience states everyone was friendly and patient from staff at front desk to dentist and assist. He is not one to volunteer to take our son to appointments due to him getting impatient but he said it was so kid friendly that our son was very patient and just so observant and he liked everyone as well, would definitely continue going there until he turns 18 most likely !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my oldest son here since he was 3. He is now 5. The whole staff is so very kind. These days, a hard staff is unheard of. Dr. D is so funny and so good with children. My son always gets excited and looks forward to his cleanings. He also had to come in to have some cavities treated. As a mom, you worry about the procedure and how your child will respond. My son loved it!!! I don’t know how they do it but they even make treating cavities fun for kids! We have since moved out of town but we continue to bring our son to this practice.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter’s first dentist appointment and she had soo much fun. The place is clean and due to the risk of covid they are taking all the necessary precautions for ensuring safety of our kids and themselves. The staff is very friendly and they take very good care of the child. Dr. NAOMI is the best. Before starting the process she explained about all the tools to be used to my daughter (3year old). She sang the brush brush song while cleaning and my daughter was soo calm the entire time. Definitely recommend this practice for kids and dr. Naomi is very good.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Dental Care Kids since our son was just 1 years old, and 6 years later and we still go to them. My kids love them, they are super nice and know how to talk to them, they explain what they are doing and what they are going to feel so they are not scared. Love the fact they are open on the weekends! even Sundays!! The front desk are very professional and helpful.

The procedure went so well that he now asks to go back for the next and remains calm throughout. I take it as a result of so much confidence she instilled in him. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to take my 21 month old son to his first dentist appt but had heard great things about Dental Care Kids and Dr Gabby so I did my best to prepare him for the experience and went for it. They were amazing and I am telling all my friends about them. The office staff were friendly and warm, and the hallway and exam rooms are decorated like an aquarium. There was a tv screen above the exam chair if my son wanted to watch during the cleaning, but it was so quick and easy that it wasn’t even necessary! Dr Gabby sat down and chatted with us for a while first so my son felt comfortable and trusted her. Everyone was a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Office place is beautiful.... staff extremely helpful. Dr Naomi Sedani was beyond great. My son is terrified of the dentist. Dr Naomi made my son feel so comfortable and not afraid. First time ever my son was able to sit on the chair. She was so patient and explained every step. She even went on the Xray machine with my son to make him feel comfortable. Very happy to come to an office where dentists and staff are able to just arm themselves with so much grace and patience. We highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist for kids. The office is set up with lots of great visuals and things to do. My kids love coming here! The care they have received has been exemplary. I use the adult office which is great as well! Best part is the kids can hang out on iPads while I have my appointment. The staff is very nice, professional and upbeat. Highly recommend!

Dr Gabby is the best Dr ever, she gives my kids hugs and kisses on the chicks and my kids loves it. It makes my kids not scared of coming to the dentist. We love dental care kids.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly and welcoming. You are always greeted with a smile when entering the office. This might sound crazy but We drive over an hour to come here because my kids love this place so much. We have been coming here since my daughter Giulietta was 5 and that was 6 years ago. All 3 of my kids leave with a smile and a cute little goodie bag.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I both come here for our orthodontic care. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Dr.Z is very knowledgeable and makes sure my appointments are quick and easy. I also like that he makes sure that any pain or sensitivity is taken care of during my dental procedures.
