Positive experience: Cleaning was very comfortable and Dr Gil’s exam was thorough and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: I wish to commend Winter Garden Smiles for exceptional dental work. My dental tech Vi, did a great job evaluating and cleaning my teeth. At other dental locations, this was often a very uncomfortable procedure. With Vi , it was not so. She is very capable, efficient, and friendly. I no longer dread my teeth cleaning procedure. Dr. Gil is an amazing Dentist. He is easy to talk to, answers all of your questions, and you sense that he really cares for his patients. He really looks out for what is best for his patients. He is not just in it for the money. I have also been treated by Dr. Ramdin, the other exceptional dentist in the facility. She also is an excellent dentist. I am 75 years old and I can honestly say that this is the best dental group that I have ever visited. Come to Winter Garden Smiles and you will find a home for all your dental needs. I’ve been a client for years, and they’ve consistently set the bar for what a dental office should be professional, caring, and genuinely invested in their patients. Unfortunately, my insurance will soon be out of network, but it’s going to be hard to find another office that compares to the level of care and service I’ve received here. Highly recommend! Fantastic experience: Everyone was so warm and kind at my dental appointment. It had been over 3 years since getting a cleaning (mom life)- so I was slightly ashamed… But Hygienist Michelle did a beautiful job to carefully clean & not rush. and I also liked Dr Ramdin’s calm demeanor & she didn’t push for any intervention… instead she wanted to monitor. I appreciate that & it builds trust for me as a patient to want to come back. Thanks to the whole team for making it a pleasant experience! Fantastic experience: I am a terribly nervous patient- Dr. Ramdin and her team are always really good with me. Procedures are always painless even though I am terrified going in. She uses nitrous which helps, obviously. I go a long time between visits, never get lectured or made to feel bad. I trust her completely which says a lot for someone who has such a terrible phobia. Office offers in house financing if you have an unexpected bill. I have not seen any other dentist there but I hear good things and there’s always kids in the waiting room who don’t seem nervous to be at the dentist!

Positive experience: Dr. Gil was friendly, professional and attentive. He even came back to check on some concerns that I was having. The hygienist was friendly, however was aggressive with my cleaning and my gums were very sore for 24 hours after my appointment. I’ve been going to this location for years and never had discomfort after a cleaning.

Negative experience: Dr. Gil is a wonderful Dentist, he is very thorough and explains everything involved in your treatment. I feel very comfortable with him and give him a major thumbs up! This was my first impression, I really like Dr. Gil, but I don’t like the practice’s way of doing business. They are very sneaky with their charges, and when I thought my account was paid in full all of a sudden at my next visit they said I owed more money. I was also charged an exorbitant amount to have a tooth pulled when I got another opinion from another Dentist which would have been much cheaper. They lost me as a Patient as my wife had left previously.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a truly professional and caring Dental Office , this is the place. Dr Ramdin is incredibly patient and passionate. Each of the Assistants and Hygienist have been both courteous and explained what the process included. The entire team from Dr Ramdin to the Receptionist practice customer service to the maximum degree. They all aid in making Winter Garden Smile.

Fantastic experience: Started going to Dr Gil in July 2025 and since then he’s been putting in work on correcting me dental concerns. The practice is very comprehensive and by far the most technologically advanced dental office I’ve ever been too. He came up with a proposed plan to address my needs and offered me options at various price points and i selected what fit my budget without pressure to do the most expensive like my previous doctor used too. I highly recommend Dr Gil if you need want a doctor that will meet you where you are and do stellar work. My smile is now restored and i couldn’t be happier

I have just completed having surgery for implant reconstruction that included numerous implants. Words don’t do justice for the competence, professionalism and compassion of the whole WGS team. It starts with a support staff that truly cares about their patients (Especially Brittney, Jasmine, and Jose). Dr. Eric Jimenez is an outstanding periodontist that developed and implemented my treatment plan. Finally, Dr. Roberto Gil has been my dentist since moving to Florida 10 years ago. Choosing his practice was by chance. It could not have turned out better. I have endured many dental problems through the years. Thanks to Dr. Gill, I believe these problems are finally over. Positive experience: My last experience was not good at all. I made an appointment because I was having sensivity in my lower left teeth. Howewer, I started to feel the same in almost all of my teeth. I informed that when arrived. The answer was that since I made the appointment because of pain on one side, the doctor confirmed that could not examine my entire mouth. Then, I paid for the appointment and was told that needed to schedule (and certainly pay for) another appointment, to have my entire mouth examined. Absurd! Despite the friendly service provided by the assistants, I do not intend to go back to this place.

Negative experience: Much of the staff is lovely - and I know from going there for years. I won’t be going there any longer. I had the worst experience in my latest visit with staff that was rude, didn’t answer questions directly and had zero empathy for serious medical conditions that would put a patient at risk. They made it very clear they only care about their bottom line. My family and I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Our family of 5 brings our smiles here. We have had great experiences with both doctors, the front desk staff & all the dental assistances & hygienists. Jasmine, the appointment coordinator, is so sweet & full of joy. We've developed a great personal relationship also. My last visit was to adjust my bite after some filling replacements, crown & Invisaline (at another facility) within the last 8 months. Dr. Ramdin was kind enough to help take the pressure off some areas. Feels great. The only issue I've had, is when I've paid, it's turned into insurance & it came back that I over paid. No one notified me, until my next appointment, which could be 6 months later & that's if I have a charge to pay at that appointment & so your credit sits there. I wouldn't mind if it were low (like the deposit amounts you pay to reserve an appointment) but once it was over $100. I have expressed my concerns to the office.

Fantastic experience: 1st time patient today at Winter Garden Smiles. Everyone I encountered at the practice was so welcoming from check-in to check-out. As someone who doesn’t love going to the dentist, Paola and Dr. Ramdin were incredible. From x-rays, to cleaning, and final examine I felt like I was in great hands.
