My son had some dental work done here a couple of years ago that his current dentist was unable to perform, and even though I take him elsewhere for cleanings, he has expressed a preference for Storybook Smiles. The environment is always clean, and the coffee in the lobby is a nice touch ✨️ I would certainly recommend Storybook Smiles to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: If you're in or around Tyler and need a dentist for your littles this is the best place. The staff are the sweetest and so gentle with my kiddos. They make it a calming and fun experience. Each room is a different theme and the kids seem to love that. It's also got a little waiting room where the kids can play cafe, read, or an iPad expedition wall. They even have prizes after each visit for the kids.

The receptionist even opened the door for us when I was coming in from the rain with a 4 year old, 3 year old, and 2 month old in tow today! Our dental hygienist talked my girls through everything, spoke to them directly, and made the experience so much fun for them. Dr. Patrick is very personable and kind. He is a great communicator and skilled dentist. We’ve been going to Storybook Smiles for 4 years, the office is always very clean and runs efficiently. My kids love going to the dentist!

Dr.Patrick is awesome along with his staff!! What in other dentistry would've been in for hours with the procedure, Storybook smiles did it in a very short time and very well manner..Definitely recommend this dentistry! Fantastic experience: We had an unexpected dental emergency with our 3-year-old after a fall that resulted in a knocked-out tooth. After being referred to Storybook Smiles by the ER, we contacted them and were met with such kindness and compassion from the very first phone call. Dr. Ragsdale and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure our little one was taken care of. Even though our situation was overwhelming and stressful, they made us feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Ragsdale was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough in her exam, and she spoke to both us and our son in a way that put us all at ease. We are so grateful for their empathy and their willingness to help during a difficult moment for our family. I truly can't recommend Storybook Smiles enough — they treat your children like their own, and that kind of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Thankfully all we are walking away with is a toothless smile too!

Convincing a toddler to go along with things can be tough when they're not feeling it, but our hygienist navigated it gracefully and with a smile!

Fantastic experience: Dr Miller here did my 4 year olds crowns today. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. We have always had so many issues with my son’s teeth so he needed them all crowned. I felt terrible about it but he never shamed me, like some other dentists have. He made us all feel comfortable and helped so much in a very stressful situation. The office is beautiful, all of the staff is sweet as can be, it was just great overall.

They worked very calm and quick doing both girls at the same time and communicated clearly to me and the girls about it all. Both girls loved the fun rooms and TVs above their heads to distract them. Adriane and Dr. Miller were knowledgeable and friendly! the BEST! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 4yr old daughter is terrified of the dentist. We went to a few other places before this one and we just were not having luck letting them look at her. A friend recommended Storybook and I am so glad that she did! This place made her feel comfortable and even me as well. They were so patient with her and took their time with each part, letting her see what they were doing and explaining it and letting her be apart of it as well rather than just laying her back and going at it. Before we booked our appointment they went over the entire process and plan and I knew ahead of time what to expect and what I would be paying. They did amazing work and I will recommend them to everyone.

From the front desk staff that greeted my son and I when we walked in, to our dental assistant Vivi making us feel comfortable, to the awesome care from my son's hygienist and his dentist (Dr. Ragsdale), we could not have asked for a better experience. We look forward to future appointments for (both) of my sons down the road!

Fantastic experience: My daughter usually gets anxiety when she is at a new place and around people she doesn't know. Karina and Dr Patrick are the best! She has been great to where my daughter feels comfortable getting her cleaning done. Dr Patrick is very detailed and thorough with everything. I could not imagine going somewhere else for her dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patrick is WONDERFUL! We switched to his office about 3-4 years ago; he is the best. He doesn't just request to fill or pull teeth for any reason like our old dentist (who causes nerve damage). Today, we had Mrs. Avery, and I was so impressed with her personality. My son loved her. They both deserve more than five stars.

The staff members are also fantastic and always go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. My son is on the spectrum and nonverbal, but he always has a great visit and he’s always happy to come back to the dentist office. I’m so grateful to see such great support for my little guy. Everyone is so patient and accommodating, and it makes a big difference. Thanks a bunch! This dental office is always my top recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service my son has been going since his very first dentist appointment before he was 1yr old he’s now 6yrs old Dr Clint Miller is amazing with him makes him feel so comfortable my son has NEVER cried or been scared at the dentist the Dr is so good at explaining to me (parents) best care for child while also explaining to the child (patient) so they are getting the absolute best care. I will NEVER take my kids elsewhere.

I was hesitant at first especially since it meant driving two hours, but it was WELL worth the drive because I finally feel like my son is going to get the proper care for his teeth we’ve been wanting and needing for him. Dr.Miller was so nice and understanding. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly reassuring me that he'd do his best to help my son's teeth. The staff was equally impressive - friendly and respectful. They left no detail or questions I had unexplained making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking good dental care!!
