Fantastic experience: Dr. K always takes the time to explain to me what she’s doing, what she’s gunna bill my insurance for and try and get stuff covered through my insurance before I have to pay out of pocket. She’s patient even though she has every single room full of clients and has to bounce back-and-forth, she’s great at her job being the only doctor there

Fantastic experience: The hygienist at this location is great. Overall great with how she treats her patients and give them their care plan. I definitely would recommend if you want good quality service and treatment then you definitely should come here!

Negative experience: The staff is friendly but the office is money hungry. I came in there got X-rays and I was told I needed fillings. Shortly after my visit I’m in pain and TMJ all of a sudden that I didn’t have before and come to find out I really needed a root canal. Instead of telling me the first time and referring me to the right place like a caring dentist …Dr.K went ahead and just did a fill in because they don’t perform root canal’s at this location. She knew and didn’t care. I won’t be back ! The intentions are bad in this office.

Fantastic experience: Love. These. Ladies. Been visiting for years, (not to mention, they put up with me fainting for no reason... I'm blessed.) They're so patient kind and helpful. Always a step ahead, too. Often organizing my treatment plan in advance, so I know what's best and when for my future care. Thank you thank you thank you. Ps, the jams are spot on in here too.

Negative experience: Been a patient here for years as well as my children. But over the last year the staff here have been going down hill. We love Dr.k but lately the rest of staff has sucked. Will be looking for a new dental office. I had to cancel my appointment and re schedule it. But never got a call to confirm even though they say they called. Which is complete bs. Then when I called to make sure it was for today she proceeds to tell me it was last week and I missed it, which I never got a call to confirm it then either. And tells me I can't get another appointment till December yeah ok that's bullshit. So you have lost a whole family of business and I won't be referring anyone else here either. As I have sent tons of people. Update to review just came in to get a bite guard came to pick it up im on a walker bc of a broken ankle and as walking by on my walker the dentist shakes her head and says lets she what else ur gonna break first your tooth and now this. Very un professional I will be taking my family else where this is the last straw for me

Fantastic experience: The specific hygienist I seen, this visit was excellent. She was very thorough and she’s removed calculus from my teeth that was left by previous hygienists that also work in this establishment. I should’ve gotten her name. An excellent hygienist !

Negative experience: I've been coming here for 10 yrs at least. This is the worst experience I've had. My 3 yr old daughter's appointment was at 1:30 and mine was at 2:00. Mind you less than 10 people there. We did not get done until 3:45. They only had 1 hygienist there but kept calling back more patients. Just really bad time management. If you know you have only 1 hygienist, why double book her? Drew Shaffer

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office I went today to get a root canal and fill in and when I say I was so scared Ms.k assistant was sooo helpful she gave me a lil gel to numb it a lil before that long needle had to go in and when I say I felt nothing at all Ms.k was fast and most definitely a professional she will definitely be the only dentist I go to for now on

Fantastic experience: Please allow me to start by saying I was traumatized with the dentist at a young age so it took me a while to find a dentist that I was completely comfortable with. From the time I walked into this office the waiting rooms was clean the Ladies at check in and check out was the most polite people. The dentist (Dr.K) was very attentive to Me and my fears of the dentist, and her assistant Irma was so pleasant. If I can recommend any dentists to anybody this place will be the one thank you soooooo much Everybody.

Fantastic experience: AGAIN this place definitely deserves a five star , love the environment, the energy and the atmosphere! Love the dr. And the people that works there.

Negative experience: This place was very slow, but also so fast paced. They were moving so fast that they would forget people either in the room or waiting room. I had an appt and waited half an hour to get pulled back, then after they cleaned my teeth, they kept forgetting I was back there waiting for the dentist. If you need a place to go just to get in, they always have appts but expect to be there for more than an hour, possibly more than 2.

Fantastic experience: Doctor was awesome... She has a good aura about her... Took out a couple fragments of another that was on the same side as the one I needed removed. Got that whole quadrant done. I didn't even realize till I got home. Thought I would need an oral surgeon for that other broken tooth, can't believe it's out too

Negative experience: The front desk staff is so rude they just look at you instead of greeting you to check in and if you greet them they ignore you. This is the most unorganized place ever . The Dentist barely knows what she doing. I never had any issues with my teeth until I switched to here now have root canals etc I hate my dentist retired.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. They had me in & out fast. The only problem I had was the bathroom didn't have a light that worked & there was very little toilet paper. I did say something about both. They replaced the toilet paper & said they will get ahold of maintenance about the light.

Negative experience: Nurses were very kind, but the doctor not so much. I was already worried due to a few previous patients coming out of the office just to tell the front desk about how rude the dentist was to them. The dentist, who never even told me her name, only spent a total of five minutes in the room after waiting so long to see her. She didn’t bother speaking to me, and the time she did was just to tell me that my teeth looked bad because of them being overcrowded. (I’ve always had overcrowding issues, its just genetic.) And proceeded to send me on my way because my singular tooth extraction was ‘too much’ for her. No bedside manner whatsoever, terrible service, and just overall a unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this dentistry to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I went in really nervous because I had never had a root canal or fillings before. Dr. K and her team were excellent in reassuring and calming me down. Fantastic experience: For a Root Canal it wasn’t bad at all ! I was scared & Dr K made sure I was comfortable THE WHOLE TIME & She Didn’t Just Look at What I Came for, She saw what was needed & Insisted, I Initially called the office crying boohoo tears because I broke my Partial Tooth, (boyfriend never saw me without it) & She’s Getting me in to Take care of everything! The Staff was nice literally everybody had Smiles & Good Energy, I Didn’t have to wait long to be serviced & my Service didn’t Take long, Last but not least, No PAIN even after the numbness wore off ! They took their time explaining everything and made sure that I understood everything.. I left feeling very confident and comfortable knowing I was in great hands and in great care.

Negative experience: If i could give 0 stars i would. Always scheduling issues. 3rd time in a row I’ve came to my appointment and not been seen because of a scheduling error supposedly. Missed days of work for nothing. Switching dentist ASAP.

Negative experience: I had came to this dental office years ago and to reminded me while I never went back. Dentist told me she can’t clean teeth with braces on when clearly 6 months ago I got them clean with my braces on. Another thing they said they did root canals, I get there she states she only does the front, and can’t put on a crown with braces, like how is that possible, not only that she was rushing the whole process and was rude with her remarks because I haven’t been to her office since 2019 as if she is the only dental office around. I’ll never return and the Dentist needs to learn some customer service skills. I only came to get my root canal check out and that was a waste of time. However, the dental assistant was wonderful, her professionalism was top tier. Meanwhile because of the Dentist i’ll keep going to my dental office I been going to that cleans teeth with braces and who is more professional and experts at they job and work because clearly this Dentist lady isn’t!

Negative experience: NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS BEWARE!! I’ve come to this office 2 times with my mom last year July 2023 and each visit we got no service done by any dentist in that office. The staff is rude over the phone and won’t let family members translate for the patient EVEN WITH CONSENT FROM THE PATIENT. I explained to the staff that we came twice & didn’t get any service done and we want to confirm if insurance approved the procedure then we will make an appointment & come. We dont want to waste time by having to come in & then having to reschedule again like the last two times. The staff told me I have to come in with the patient and sign a waiver & then they can schedule an appointment. The whole point of my call is that we CANNOT come in to the office to find out if insurance covers & make an appointment when it can easily be told through the phone. & I did explain to the staff that my mom is next to me and she can confirm her information just to get an answer. They couldn’t give us any information Also the 2 times we went for service the first day we arrived at the office and they told us we have to reschedule bc their water line doesn’t work. Which was fine. We rescheduled. Second time we went they couldn’t do a clean bc they need a prior authorization for tooth removal not a regular clean. We also called day before to see if insurance is active for a cleaning at least & their staff confirmed with us before coming for appointment. I did not want to waste time to go back again with my mom and sign a waiver just to find out if insurance approved & make an appointment when it can easily be done through phone or online via email. The staff seems to be stuck in 1998

Fantastic experience: Had a Great Dentist Experience for the 1st time in 40 yrs. Grateful to save my exsisting teeth and Have a Beautiful Smile again. Minimum pain. Clean office, Great Staff. The Dentist are Upbeat and Amazing. The assistants are well Trained and polite.

Fantastic experience: My 1st time at THIS location, UNDER THIS DOCTORS CARE. Here's my personal opinion, facts, & oversight to help others. Recently on July 12 2024 had an appointment & received treatment/care at Advanced Warren Dental, I don't know the doctors name but it was a young/mid-aged female. *Starting off, it was clean floors, wait room chairs, front desk, plexiglass windows? at desk- no smears or smudges from people nasty finger/handprints. But my APPT was in A.M (8-9AM) probably because office just had opened, appeared to be 3 people myself included, 1 patient was already cared for just waiting on desk?!?! so 2 patients (again myself included) waiting to be seen but got called back rather very quickly. QUICKLY! *Medical assistant whom took me back did x-rays, my info, & walked me to room, was very attentive, listened carefully to my info/knowledge/experience of prev visit at a "sister location" as she still did her duties. Was done PROMPTLY & taken back to enclosed room, sat in clean dentist chair, no garbage or dirtiness. *Doctor left me with 5 minssing front teeth and no explanation on going forward other than removing MORE OF MY TEETH. I have to walk around with no teeth & insecure & hurting. I asked about plans to fill in my mouth after removing my front ones either with partials or dentures, she was vague & unclear stating "we will see after she takes the rest of my teeth that needs to come out". She didn't ask about any tests or gum diseases or why my mouth is like this. She doesnt even know what my hygeine routine is or why is my mouth like it is. She just pulled the teeth & left me on my own. Doctor was effective with my extraction of 5 teeth. I was by myself so I really could've used her comfort letting me know I'm alright or if she's almost done & more importantly showing me & telling me her confidence in doing well through her performance of extracting my teeth out of my head. other than that she did the job & nothing went wrong. *was done in under 30 mins & already home. That was all.

They were eager to help me feel confident again and started immediately so I can start my healing process! Positive experience: The wait was not too long and it was a little frustrating that they didn’t even know what my appointment was for they had to ask me did I want my tooth pulled that day when that was the reason that I came to the dentist in the first place, but they did a good job pulling my tooth. I didn’t feel any pain and I’m recovering fine.

Fantastic experience: I had battled with very low self esteem about my teeth for decades. I been a patient to many facilities trying to get that self esteem back.. My self esteem kelp going down more and more as I became older. Until I started being a patient a advance dental I was unhappy however being a patient for the past 5 months.. MY MOUTH HAS DONE A 360 . My confidence has blossom to the roof. I have a full mouth full of teeth, I don’t have no bad teeth, my teeth are all the same color in I have a nice cleaning.. I have had the best experience with my overall health of my teeth since being a patient. The complete staff is amazing. The dentist She is a beautiful person, caring soul ,great listener and she don’t waste your time., I LOVE IT

Negative experience: The doctor was unprofessional to say the least. The whole visit was unpleasant. I left the dental office not knowing what to next and in pain. They rushed me through like I was on an assembly line. They will never get my business again. The doctor’s exact words “that’s why they told you to get a root canal 2 years ago!” REALLY? YOU DID NOT NOTICE IT WAS A PANDEMIC? Horrible and Heartless******

Fantastic experience: The X-ray lady who works here is great. She has a super personality, which is hard to come across these days. The doctor and hygienist are both good as well. It's clean. Service is good. Sometimes you have to wait, but that's to be expected. The staff is good. Some of the patients are questionable though, lol.

Negative experience: I won't be back! The staff was cold and unprofessional to say the least. It took about 10 minutes to be brought back, that's average. When I said the X-ray was cutting my mouth, I was told I it was going to, to bite down, and to not move. WHAT?!? The assistant kept walking out of the room but left the booking program open. I'm so glad I refunded to give them my social security number. Talk about HIPPA violations! I wondered why I had to sign a threat that if no showed for 2 appointments I would be put on a list of patients not allowed to booked for same day appointments. I can see why they can't retain patients. The information I filled out wasn't discussed by anyone. I have no idea what the doctor's name was. She put one instrument in my mouth and spoke over me to her assistant. Her bedside manor was non existent and she was back out of the room in under 4 minutes. I was left taking my bib off and handed it to the assistant. I waited for another 10 minutes to check out. I got up and walked out. PS my face has broken out around my mouth, and on my forehead where the X-ray was against my face. I can only conclude the disinfectant the assistant was wiping everything down with is to blame.

Today was upper and lower molds...so in and out. From my understanding this will be a process as gums and bone in jaw takes awhile to heal... But so far so Great

Negative experience: Well everything was going great until they started losing patience. I canceled my appointment for some reason and then they kept calling me to see if I wanted to reschedule. I see why they lost patients. Had a appointment to get a filling done, I go in and they do a root canal. Next time I make an appointment for a tooth pull, again they do a root canal. Ever time I would make a appointment for one thing they said "Oh no your appointment is for a root canal." So this last time I go in they told me it was a root canal again. I said "no it's a tooth pull." so finally got them to agree, then they tell me my insurance was used up and wanted me to pay $200. Wait you was going to do a root canal and didn't tell me my insurance was used up, but told me when I was only getting a tooth pull. Oh that's because the root canal was over $2,000 they would of gotten paid. My insurance was maxed out because they drained it. I ended up not getting it pulled glad I didn't. I went and got a second opinion found out they screwed up my teeth just so I would come back to get work done so they could get paid. So not only did they drain my insurance 2 of my teeth they just fixed broke and fell out with in the matter of 2 weeks. Oh and I'm only paid $68 to get my tooth pulled at the place I went and got my second opinion at. (Aspen Dental if anyone is interested.)

Fantastic experience: This was a nice and respectful dentist clinic. The staff was cool, I'm making this clinic my permanent stay. And thank you Dr.Hawazin Kheder for referring me to a couple affordable oral surgeons that takes my insurance. #Blessings.

K she is awesome very polite and curtious she's great at what she does she has helped me gain back some confidence when I smile I had 2 missing teeth and she was able to get me a partial it looks amazing... thank u so much Dr k. I would recommend people to see u as their dentist ... very pleasant experiences seeing u as mine and my families dentist.... I'm very pleased everyone at this location are great!!! God bless!

And as for her assistants nothing less then the same all have welcomed me each time with the most positive vibes. Fantastic experience: I was so nervous cause it had been so long since I had been to the Dentist. Dr. K and staff was so nice, comforting, and good. I didn't feel a thing!! Didn't feel the needle when numbing and afterwards, I didn't feel nothing while Dr.K worked in my mouth. She was attentive to my needs, and she makes sure you're satisfied with her work!! Also she's and assistant is very pleasant. The 3 receptionists are all pleasant. All the staff in the back were exceptional. I'm glad I chose Advance dental for my dental care. I recommend this place to anyone!! Especially if you have anxiety or is just nervous. My anxiety is so severe that when it's triggered by annoyance or nervousness, it pushes my blood pressure through the roof.. but they made me comfortable and my BP went down....So please go here they will make you comfortable and get you all smiling pretty again! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Advance Warren Dental for a long time now. Dr. Kay is the best. My cleanings are always good and putting in my new filling. When I needed a biteguard she made sure I took care of what needed to be done. I got it today. Thank you Dr. Kay.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental office, all of the ladies are very nice and gentle, the ladies at the front desk were awesome and greeted me with a smile, the young lady that did my X-rays did and awesome job, The hygienist oh my goodness, I am so bad with names but that is the first time in my life that I had a deep cleaning and I didn’t want to die, she was efficient and she has a light hand she was fabulous, the dentist is a woman and she was very polite, I explained to her that I fear the dentist because of the heavy handedness and that I always leave in worse pain. She was very reassuring and I’m excited that I made my appointments and so far I am very pleased with all of the staff and their work

Positive experience: I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time, but once I was called back for xrays, everything went smoothly and the staff and dentist were kind and knowledgeable. The front office staff were nice as well.

Negative experience: Been going here for years, used to love it before the pandemic. Went there after the pandemic and it's like she's in a hurry to get out of there. She barely looked at my teeth as if I was a bother to her being there.

Fantastic experience: I use to hate going to the dentist because I had a very traumatic experience, but the dentist here made me feel at ease and was very patient and gentle with me. I'd recommend her to anyone. She is a beautiful person , and her work is top tier!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the way they get me in and out of the office every time I go in for my visits. I really enjoy the the front office team greeting me and the staff in the back always explaining what I need to do and reminding me to do certain things that I tend to forget sometimes.
