Negative experience: I used to really like this office and used to recommend them all the time! For the past year it has been a wreck though. My last 3 visit I have waited over an hour for each one. They over book themselves then expect you to wait an eternity to be seen (my appts are always morning appts so I can try to avoid them being behind schedule). In addition to, they ALWAYS try to add a service on for imaging. I had xrays at my last cleaning and they tried to give me 2 more today. The girls are nice that work there which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Outside of that the scheduling is poorly managed. After waiting for 56 minutes today I was told by a hygenist that even though I had waited this long, she had one more patient to do a cleaning before and then she would be with me. Infuriating after the third time in a row experiencing this.

Fantastic experience: Before coming here it had been roughly 15 years without seeing a dentist - thought I was invincible! I had two cracked teeth that I needed fixed and the got me in asap! I’ve been back a few times for fillings and a crown and have loved every visit since. The girls are super warm and welcoming and talk to you like life long friends. I think her name is Anna who does my fillings - I’m horrible with names, sorry! She is so sweet and makes sure I’m comfortable my whole visit there. The other assistant with the long brown hair is an absolute gem as well! I’ve only Interacted with Dr Baldwin minimal but he’s been great as well. Through all my work so far I’ve never had any pain post appointment (or during!) everyone is always afraid of going to the dentist but I genuinely look forward to my appointments and will be sad when we finish the rest of my work next month!

Negative experience: The dentist was so mean and rude I was crying due to pain and he asked me why I was crying and if it was because I was in pain or needed all my teeth out. He berated me made me feel an inch big and criticized me on my health conditions. Sent me to an oral surgeon who doesn’t take me insurance and would not give me anything for pain not even anti inflammatory medication. I was traumatized. I will not recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: this place is so slow. i stayed until close, waiting to see the dentist. My appointment was at 3, i was here over 2 hours. I ended up walking out and never saw the dentist. If you are too busy, please stop taking appointments. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having a great experience here at Refresh Dental, non judgmental and professional. Dr Baldwin is great and the entire team is as well!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. i’ve been coming to this Dentist office for many years. I actually stopped going to this office a while back and went to another Dr because it was so ridiculous at one point. now I go here again and i dont regret coming back because the staff is absolutely amazing. (All new ppl) Let me say that girl at the front desk Krista she’s absolutely awesome so kind and welcoming! All the ladies are in-fact the entire staff is, especially Dr.Baldwin , he is phenomenal. The ladies Ang, Anna , Andrea and the hygienist (sorry i’m bad with names ) They are so sweet and i always leave with a smile on my face despite having left a much dreaded dentist appt. I actually just left from getting cavities filled on my front teeth with no Novacaine and felt nothing. That’s how great Dr Baldwin and his staff is !! I highly recommend this place. The staff definitely is kind courteous welcoming and all-around wonderful thank you Refresh dental Poland keep up the good work .

Negative experience: It's apparent this business has no respect for their patient's time. I had what should have been a simple cleaning appointment set for 1540 on 17 Sept. The check-in instructions state to arrive 10-15 minutes early. I checked in at roughly 1520. I also had brought a DoD dental form with me that was due for my annual. The form clearly indicates that it needs a Dentist signature and license number. The attendant that escorted me to the back spoke with other staff to see who could fill out the form. He came back and assured me the Dental Hygienist could sign the form when they finish the cleaning. From this point I waited in the back until 1625, nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went to find someone to see if I had been forgotten about, or what the issue was. The staff checked with one hygienist who stated it would be at least another 10 to 15 minutes. This was the same timeframe I was given when first escorted back. They said there was another hygienist and that they would check to see if they were available. The other hygienist was available and entered the room. She looked at the form and then spoke with other staff. I was then informed that it would have to be filled out by the Dr and if I could come back tomorrow. Apparently the Dr had just left about 15 minutes prior to someone finally coming to start the cleaning. This was yet another inconvenience on my time. At this point I left and will not be returning. If you value your time, I would recommend finding another provider. Most working professionals have several demands on their time. This is an extremely poor impression for what should have been a fairly quick appointment.

Negative experience: I made an appointment here was confirmed what the receptionist and loaded everything on the website that I was supposed to thr day before my appointment was told my appointment was canceled for no reason and somebody else took my appointment I thought this was very unprofessional as I had an appointment for a reason and needed to be seen I had insurance I had a reason to be there just like anyone else this lady Chrissy called me and c Canceled my appointment filled it with somebody else and when I called back they couldn't reschedule me.this was very unprofessional and I would never go back here I wouldn't recommend it to no one else You should not go here. The people here do not answer their phones and they are very unprofessional. you cannot get an appointment here as I've been trying to get in here for months.

Negative experience: After waiting an hour, I finally asked how much longer it would be. I was told at least an additional 30 minutes. Thankfully, I was not charged.

Fantastic experience: Way better experience than expected. I was having some tooth pain and managed to get a quick appointment here, other dentists were booking 6 months out. Didn't try to upsell me on anything or do anything that wasn't needed. Good staff thanks

Fantastic experience: I just had my four front teeth filled today..Angela did an amazing job..Dr.Baldwin and the dental assistant made me laugh several times..Their a wonderful staff and very professional..Thanks again for my pretty teeth!

Fantastic experience: Very nice dentist, he never hurts me, always makes sure that I am comfortable and numb before he starts.Matter of fact I just referred some people I know to him. He is so kind and personable that means alot. I'm confident to go out and about again thanks for giving me back my smile

Negative experience: Horrible for two months I tried to get my tooth pulled called out missed work two times and both times they weren’t able to do anything for me. Keep in mind I had scheduled appointments and they told me both times their doctors were sick and couldn’t do the work. So here I am two months later after missing work two times and having scheduled appointments on both of those times and the tooth is still in my mouth and I’m in massive pain and they could care less. Told me to try other doctors to see if they could get me in sooner

Fantastic experience: Refresh Dental in Poland is amazing! They always make you feel safe and valued. The dentist is great at what he does and I'm very thankful to find such a wonderful place. I would definitely recommend it!

Positive experience: The dentist was awesome. The check in process with the new kiosk is awful. It's bad enough when you call the office no one answers or returns call, but now there is even less human interaction.

Fantastic experience: 02/24/25 I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, was treated well, and was taken care of by people who clearly love their work. The office is comfortable and the staff is super friendly.

Negative experience: Went to this dentist because of an insurance change. Was told “that I have a bunch of cavities and my teeth are separating from my gums” . Went back to my old dentist since I’ve never had a cavity in my life, and they said I had 0. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Lost my temporary crown 2 weeks ago. Called and told them. They said they would call me the next day and never heard from them. Now it didn't fit and have to wait another 3 weeks. Definitely not customer service oriented

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly!!! Today I got in quickly as they are refitting me and taking impressions for dentures. I want to say that I love all these girls... Barb, Kristy, Virginia, Tisha, Nyia,and Jayisha. They have all been very kind and helpful during every one of my exams. They are all very experienced and the dentists are wonderful here! Gosh they are so sweet to me! I'd like to add Brook to the mix. What a nice crew! 2025 √√√√ I'm back to get these dentures refitted as it cuts my cheek. Great job again. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: everyone here is always super nice, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth the past few times was great, she chit chatted and cleaned my teeth nice. I'm happy with the work I've had done, the doc is skilled and fillings/root canal were pretty quick, numbing shots were precise and only got the tooth that needed to be got. I've had other places miss and my whole cheek be numb for hours after. Sometimes its busy and it takes a bit but there's only so many people working and they do what they can do so its understandable, rather them take an extra few min on everyone rather than rush.

Negative experience: My review is going to be a bad review I was waiting over an hour just to get my teeth cleaned and I only got blood pressure that’s it taken as soon as I went back and that was the only time some one was in the room I was in and I had to reschedule the appointment because it was taking them forever they never came in to say how long it could be or anything before the dentist would be in but can tell everyone else that walk after me that he will be right in 3 people came in and was seen that came in after me and I was still not seen at all..

Negative experience: My original appointment was canceled. I rescheduled the appointment and got a call the day of informing me that it had to be rescheduled again. This time it was due to sickness of an employee. I went to my new appointment, arrived on time, the dentist came and checked my teeth and gums. Spent about 5 minutes tops, asked 1 question and was gone. After an hour and a half a staff member asked for me to pay my co-pay because they were going to lunch and they may not be there to collect it at the end of my appointment. I told her that I would have to go to my car to get my card. And was ask to go and get it since the hygienist would be a few MORE minutes. At 2 hours I ask a staff member how much longer it would be. She went to check and said about 5 more minutes. A routine cleaning took 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Positive experience: Wonderful hygienist; however, I was last appointment and waited an hour and 15 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. This is not the first time.

Negative experience: Well I had an appointment today, I went and they didn't even touch me and wouldn't even look at my mouth because I'm pregnant. I get not getting xrays done because of it but I'm telling you I can't eat because of the pain of a broken off tooth and they refused to even look inside my mouth to try to find maybe something?? I figured you would have at least looked to see if there was something to do for some relief until I have my baby but they DIDNT EVEN LOOK. The girl at the front desk was very nice but the guy hygienist that took me back had no personality and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Baldwin was kind ,patient and saved my tooth I'm forever grateful. And his staff are so wonderful and understanding. 5 stars not enough for this group

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist is the best! She takes her time and really does a great job. She is proactive and always looking out and trouble shooting any dental issues that may need extra care. I had a small chip in my tooth the last visit and the dentist did an excellent job at repairing it. My teeth never looked better!

Positive experience: I don't like dentists. Who does? But this was a really good experience. From the front desk all the way back. Everyone here was great. The dental hygienist was kind and helped put me at ease, the young man who took me back to the room was friendly and was that way with everyone he brought back and his coworkers. The dentist was thorough, explained well, and he didn't make me feel like I was a bother for asking questions or that he was rushing through when he was talking to me. The ladies up front were nice and friendly and put a smile on my face. If you're looking for a dentist, it's a place I'd recommend!

Fantastic experience: I mean.... it's the dentist ‍♀️ 5 stars isn't the rating for how fun the overall experience is... it's just how good these guys are compared to other dentists Now, I've had some bad experiences at other dentists. But I really appreciate the staff at Poland Refresh. I got some work today; some fillings. I got shots to numb it (which were not as bad as I expected, because they used a numbing cream first). They gave plenty of time for all the numbing meds to kick in before bringing in the drill. They are efficient and they explain things; considerate and try to put you at ease. The secretary even explained my bill (let's be honest, I have ADHD, so I heard about 5% of it). At any rate, I do recommend the POLAND Location of Refresh!

Fantastic experience: Very kind atmosphere. At other dental offices, I felt judged for some of my poor dental hygiene decisions. But they have a sense of understanding. That definitely aids with me actually wanting to come back, and get my dental hygiene where it should be.

Negative experience: The worst as I called to make an appointment today,they said we can't see you since you missed an apartment in the passed. It was actually there fault since I showed up early for my appointment and they informed me they cancelled not since as a no show, so they would not even scheduled a new appointment and told to go to another dentist. Sad since they are partnership with like half the dentist in my network. I don't trust them. Find other dentist .

Negative experience: This place is a hot mess. I waited a month for this appointment and took off work for nothing. I called 10 minutes before arriving to let them know I’m running a couple minutes behind. They inform me that I didn’t confirm my appointment and they have to reschedule me. I informed them I did confirm this appointment a week ago and the lady put me on hold, phoned the office, then came back and blamed me saying “well since you’re going to be a couple minutes late and dr has other patients to see, they have to reschedule you”. She stated this specific office doesn’t have a “grace period” if you were to arrive a few minutes late anyways. Don’t waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly they got me an appointment quickly. I didn’t have to wait months as a new patient. So far a good experience my teeth are terrible but they weren’t rude or judgmental they were straight to the point about what needed done and helped through the decision making. i have to have all my teeth pulled so i have to follow up with there surgeon Hopefully the next couple visits will be as good as the first.

Positive experience: Everything and every one was wonderful. So nice. Our only complaint was the hour and a half wait. With being in a wheelchair that's too long for me ... I was in some pain. But thank you for everything else. Dr Baldwin and the whole staff were excellent and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: Please take this review to heart, going to a dentist give me the worst anxiety. The dentist i see at this location is wonderful, when administering the numbing medication, you can barely feel the injection. He is very quick and efficient when drilling. The nurses have all been quite kind and efficient as well. The lady that does the cleanings is also very quick and gentle. All around the staff is kind, friendly and efficient. I've have bad problems with my gums for the last few years and all the other dentist have been like "brush and floss" and when I tell them I do, I always get the "yeah right" but here, while the dentist did seem skeptical, he asked about my routine and then gave some pointers to try and improve it, like switching to a specific Toothpaste. I followed his advice and my gums have improved for the first time in many years. I still got some work to to to get them healthy again but I finally feel like it's an acomplishable goal.

Fantastic experience: My dentist and dental assistant were fantastic. It’s hard when you’re getting dental work done and can’t talk back, but their conversation in the room was friendly, funny and super helpful to keep my mind off of what was going on. I have had 2 procedures besides cleanings done here , and I felt 100% comfortable in their care. I was so nervous and had so much anxiety before going. Turns out.. everyone there is super friendly! and made me feel extremely comfortable being there. I don’t leave many reviews, but they truly deserve this one.

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would. Everytime I go into the office there’s an upcharge. I think it’s going to be $80 it’s $186 bc I only got a “partial exam” 3 months prior. I’ve waited an hour for a cleaning in which never happened. I got x-rays & sent on my way. They over book & under deliver. Needless to say I will not be back.

Negative experience: They didn’t correctly submit my paperwork so I still couldn’t get my cleaning. This was the second time in a row I’ve driven 45 minutes to get there for them to reschedule me again after doing a dozen X-rays again that they’ve already done twice before. Obviously they get paid to give X-rays. The waiting room is always packed, most unorganized dentist I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic experience: Had a scheduled cleaning got me right in had the pleasure of meeting the visiting x ray tech kayla and the hygienist heather they both are usually at the niles location. they both were amazing at what they do very personable and caring. heather does such a thorough cleaning and gentle

Negative experience: Scheduled me for 8am and doors don't open until 8:15am. I was told they do morning huddle. Do before you have appts? That makes no sense. I was there hour and a half when I had to get to work. Ridiculous for a cleaning. They made me do xrays when I had done in January.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Anna did my fillings and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly suggest this place for your dental needs.

Negative experience: Very rushed, barely cleaned. Nurse told us she had cavity which was visible but Dr never talked to parent even after asking 2x.

Negative experience: If zero stars were an option, that is what this office deserves. I had an appointment at 9:30am, scheduled months in advance, arrived at 9:20am, to complete pre-appointment paperwork. I was then not taken back into the office to be seen until 11. At this point I was still very patient and accepting of house busy their office was. I then had a cleaning by a very friendly dental hygienist. I was not seen again until 1pm when the dentist finally came in to give me a 1 minute exam. He never apologized. Never said anything kind or sympathetic. I didn’t leave the office until 1:10. I was there for 4 hours and was only seen by medical staff for a maximum of 20 minutes. I am appalled with the manner they handled taking me as a patient today. It’s a disgrace to feel taken advantage of by a dentists office and felt like my time did not matter. Please, find a different dentist to go to, any dentist. Do NOT go to this office.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year son had 3 teeth extracted. He didn't feel a thing. I had to buy a $25 Roblox gift card for nothing. Lol. I thought he would be miserable but he was great.

Negative experience: I sat there for 1.5 hrs before I was taken back. Just for them to tell me I couldn’t be seen due to pregnancy restrictions… they knew all my info when I checked in and could’ve told me then. This is actually the second time this has happened to me.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. New patients wait a little longer first time visit but all other visits are fast and very good service. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Always reminding for next appointment with texts or emails. A+

Positive experience: This was my first time with Refresh Dental -- December 22 at the Poland OH office. My records had not been transferred due to my having been given an outdated email address in September for the transfer when I made my appt by phone. After that avoidable mix up however my experience was excellent. I plan to be back every 6 months with Dr. Baldwin and Brandy. Brandy's touch was gentle and her personality competent, friendly and calming. Dr. Baldwin was thorough in both exam and conversation following.

Negative experience: Be prepared to wait!!!! I Dropped my husband off at 11am for his 11:30 cleaning apppontment. He sends me a message at 12p, saying that he is still in the waiting room watching other people walk in and being seen. An another hour goes by, he says he is finally in the room but waiting. It is currently after 1pm, And he is still in there!!! Ridiculous!! This isn't the first time with this location where all he does is sit for hours. Be prepared to take a day off work. Definitely finding somewhere else to go.

Fantastic experience: I was at Poland Refresh Dental today for a deep cleaning. Brandi was absolutely amazing and gentle. She explained everything before she started and made me feel comfortable. Andrea, Special and everyone else there are wonderful. I will not go anywhere else but here.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. I didn't even wait 10 mins before being called in and there was no wait in the back today either. Also, I love the hygienist! Thanks for a stress free visit.

Positive experience: everyone was pretty nice, i was here for about 2 hours all together. during this time i got x-rays, my teeth cleaned, and the dentist looked at my mouth and talked with me about was going on. i have 0 complaints about the staff i interacted with, however after having my teeth cleaned i sat and waited for a little over an hour for the dentist to spend 3 minutes in my room and basically sent me off to somewhere else. never asked about my discomfort or offered any help to relieve said discomfort until i could get in to have my trouble teeth removed. i also asked for a copy of my x rays which were not provided and when i asked how long it usually takes to get into the place they were sending me (the whole right side of my face is in pain including my jaw, mouth itself, cheek and face) i was ignored which sucked. i then immediately called the number they provided for the scheduler to try and schedule and was sent right to voicemail and the inbox was full. tried calling the office directly and nobody picked up. called back later in the day, again was sent to voicemail with a full inbox and again tried to call the office. was put on hold and told to leave my name and number and nobody ever reached back out. these guys are the only place somewhat close that accept my insurance so i’m kind of stuck but it’s frustrating.

Fantastic experience: The only reason why this place is getting 5 stars from me is simply because of brandy. That woman did a deep cleaning for me and was absolutely wonderful! It didn't hurt at all because of her and I will not go to anyone else again

Fantastic experience: My grandson got sent here from his dentist to have a tooth evaluation for a possible root canal. Dr. Baldwin was great. He found out his filling was high ( which his dentist should have found) and gave Cameron specific information about his teeth and care. We switched to Dr.Baldwin as his dentist before we left.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time at Refresh Dental. The staff were absolutely amazing with both my kids. Brandy did so well with my son who has autism. I’m very glad they go to their office!

Fantastic experience: This was the best dentist off experience of my life. I have always been scared of the dentist but Refresh dental in Poland made my experience so good compared to any dentist i have ever been to. From the xray tech, to the dental hygenist, and the Doctor. they were so excellent at what they do modern clean fresh postive environment. They are fast precise and professional . I have not had my teeth cleaned so well ever. They do everything with attention to detail to not hurt you while they work in your mouth.The dentist is my favorite I have ever had. He read my xrays and explained exactly what I need to start doing immediately to help the issue I was having. He is a down to earth Dr who speaks to you takes time to help really fix and explain any teeth issues you may be having. They have a tv screen there to show you your xrays and tv to calm you in the room with tv shows on . They have a positive upbeat office vibe there staff is all sweet, and I cant believe how the process flowed so seamlessly and quickly. I would highly reccommend Refresh dental in Poland Ohio. They are the best!

Negative experience: First off the dentist here doesn't even introduce himself so I have no idea what his name is although I have seen him several times. The last 3 times I saw him he ignored the fact that I wasn't numb enough for my procedures and I had to endure horrific pain. I will no longer visit this clinic nor do I recommend it. The rest of the staff is amazing and caring. I wish the previous dentist was still here.

Fantastic experience: Prior to this appt, I had been super frustrated with this office. I'd leave voicemail after voicemail for them to call me back. I finally was able to make an appt through their online portal but it was cancelled by the office last minute. I then went back on the portal to reschedule. It took 3 months for me to get in. Fast forward a few days before my appt, I kept getting automated texts for different times on my Friday appt. I called, couldn't get through to an actual human, so I went in to the office personally. They said that it must have been a mistake because they aren't open on Fridays and we're able to get me scheduled for that following Monday. I was annoyed at this point. However, once I got back in to see the dentist, he is so wonderful. He takes his time to talk with you and I never felt rushed. My dental hygienist though, is the reason I give this place a 5 star. Brandi, sorry if I misspelled her name. She is by far the BEST hygienist I have ever had. She is so gentle, she is very kind, very personable and empathetic. I don't know what the issue is with the phone system and online appt portal, but the dentist and Brandi make up for that, hands down.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming here , I’ve had a very bad experience with the dentist in the past as a child (small smiles lawsuit) and they treated me with so much care , the ladies were so nice and sympathetic. If you don’t have good experiences with the dentist this place is the best place to go to!

Fantastic experience: The lady who assisted Dr. Baldwin today was absolutely lovely, and did her best to put my anxiety at ease. The whole staff there was just wonderful with my endless questions and worries! Dr. Baldwin did a fantastic job with my teeth and made very sure I was comfortable. The woman who did my fillings (I told you I'd forget your name! So sorry!) was excellent as well. She did beautiful work and was very caring. All in all, I love the staff at this location and am recommending my husband be seen here as well.

Fantastic experience: Brandi is the reason I keep returning to Refresh Dental. She is so kind and funny, she's gentle and caring. I look forward to seeing her for my cleanings twice a year.

Positive experience: Dr. Baldwin and Brandy are phenomenal! Doc is very knowledgeable, gentle and actually listens to his patients concerns. Brandy, will always be the highlight of your visit. Such a sweet, kindhearted and overall pure person. She loves what she does and she is good at it! She is the reason I travel a hr. To get my cleanings. Such a positive force. If she were to leave, I unfortunately would too. On the flip side… Getting in touch with someone at the office is pretty impossible. You can legit call all day and not get thru to anyone. Same day “emergency “ visits don’t seem to exist.

Fantastic experience: It was great. They did it fast but safe at the same time , they made sure I was comfortable and after the procedure they made sure to wipe my mouth so I wouldn’t look like a cotton mouth lol.

Fantastic experience: The lady who does the fillings might have been one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I really do hope she get recognized through this review. I wish I would have gotten her name even tho I’m sure she told me and I just forgot. The doctor is very straight forward and blunt but it’s obvious he says it with your best interest in mind.

Fantastic experience: The doctor is great at this location as in one of the most honest I've ever been to but the real reason I go here is because of Brandi, she is the absolute best at cleaning teeth and being an all around amazing human. Love her professionalism and constant good attitude. Thank you for being a great establishment. My only gripe is the wait but good things are worth waiting for.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is so wonderful. They have amazing bed side manner and made me feel very comfortable. Could not have had a better technician and doctor.

Positive experience: It was a nice atmosphere . They need to put a sign on the outside door stating to go to other side for dental work . I waited 10 mins at the orthodontist side . Called several time to make sure I was at the right place before they answered . It took 2- 1/2 hrs to get teeth cleaned , X-ray & see the Dr . I’m hoping it won’t be that way next time !

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience.. The Dr explained everything and gave me great information I didn’t know..The front desk lady had a great attitude.. My app was at 12:00 and I was out by 1:20.. I was a first time patient.. Will def be referring other people!!

Negative experience: I will never ever recommend refresh dental at Poland Ohio to anyone because the Staff members have their own personal mafia at that office. They hate their patients and never help them explore better options of payment by submitting the proper paperwork to ease the burden of out of pocket expenses. I had scheduled a cleaning for today and when I arrived I was placed in a room for an hour and never had any cleaning done. The dentist came over to me after Staff members took several x-rays of my teeth to basically tell me that 4 implants were going to cost me $20,000 dollars and that the insurance that I have currently didn't cover nothing towards the total cost. I got up and walked towards the front of the building to exit and I was then approached by the office manager and told that she was very sorry to inform me that the orthodontist called out for a family emergency and couldn't do the cleaning. I responded to her and said? Why wasn't I given a courtesy call to make me aware and she said with a condescending smile on her face, but you got the the doctor to give you a price on the work and I quickly said I'll inform my insurance about your mafia style practices you have going on here and exited the building. I then informed my insurance company of my interactions with Refresh dental and they filed an actual complaint on behalf of me and the elderly that gets ripped off all the time at that office. Negative experience: Not very happy again. Refresh Dentist Dr. Baldwin wants me to see a oral surgeon. The DDS wants my x-rays. So I stop in and desk only offers one "Cranex D" . Desk lady says that that should be all the new Dr.needs since it can only be billed once every 5yrs. Sounds like she feels the new Dr.can take new pics and bill my insurance. Thanks alot Refresh I get $1,800.00 benefits and don't mind duplicating spending for something I already paid for. I thought patients are entitled to all copies of the medical records and pictures. Guess not at Refresh Dental Poland.

Negative experience: The dentist was not friendly, nor did he introduce himself. I asked him his name Dr Baldwin because I wanted to report this. At one time, they had nice doctors & friendly staff. I will not be returning, the dentist seem to be irritated when I asked him questions. He needs another profession.

Negative experience: I'll preface this with the fact that I only gave 1 star because there wasn't an option for no stars... Don't take your children here, they have a policy that doesn't allow the parent to be in the room which is rebutted by a study performed but them University offers Buffalo in 1995. They claimed there wasn't enough room in the procedure room even though I sat in the corner completely out of the way. They then followed it up with the "COVID" excuse. This dentist lacks any personality and doesn't communicate well with his patients. I told the dental hygienist that my daughter's eyesight was affected by the anesthetic at a previous appointment and she assured me that it was unrelated and she had not experienced this in her 20 years and it was attributed to anxiety which I find hard to believe when a quick Google brings up countless results related to the exact same symptoms occuring from too much anesthetic. (because they numbed both the top and bottom on the same day.) The dental hygienist then rolled her eyes at me when I stated that my daughter was uncomfortable and that my concerns were valid and I wasn't leaving the room because she wanted me in their with her. On a separate appointment when my wife was having some fillings done, she asked if he was going to fix the crack where the tooth meets the gum line and he said: "What crack? Oh, you'll have to have that pulled if you have any discomfort AFTER they did fillings on the that tooth." How did Refresh get so big with "Professionals" representing their company like this? Needless to say, we are currently finding a different dentist....

Fantastic experience: This location is awesome! I was greeted when I came in. The wait was minimal. Brandi is the best hygienist I have ever had! The dentist was so helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous going to get my tooth pulled because of a bad experience with another doctor but this has completely changed my mind on dentist forever. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice & understanding of my fear so they talk me through it all, & made my experience pleasant. Thank you all for doing such a great job.

Positive experience: Staff was friendly and kind. I received top notch care! However, my appointment was at 2:30 and I wasn’t called back until 3:40. I feel due to the long wait time, a three star is justified…

Negative experience: I’m never one to give bad reviews but after the second visit that this happens being a new patient I will not be coming back. My appointment today was at 950 am I arrived and signed in at 940 am. The waiting room was full and cleared not once but twice and I still wasn’t called back. I’m there for a cleaning as I’m sure I wasn’t the only cleaning scheduled today. I was never acknowledged for my wait or told I was going back until I stood up and politely asked the receptionist how much longer the wait was. The receptionist did not even know my name and when I told her she said “yes yes you are next to be seen.” At this time it was 1040 am I figured I’ve waited this long what’s another few minutes? Then two other patients went back and that is when I decided to walk out because I had other appointments to get to and after waiting an hour and a half I felt it was a bit ridiculous to stick around. My first visit was the same thing I waited almost an hour to be seen without any acknowledgement of the wait. I will not be back!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is three and had her first dentist appointment ever today at Refresh Dental in Poland. I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness they showed to my daughter. The hygienist took the time to show her all of the tools and walk her through each step.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly. They were busy and short staffed. I NEEDED a couple teeth pulled and although they could not b4 lunch, they scheduled a same day appt for later so the two teeth that need to be extracted got extracted. Thank you Dr Baldwin and staff for accommodating me in my time of PAIN! Very fast paced, very professional and certainly accommodated me. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baldwin is the absolute best. I'm so grateful his office got me in the next day due to the pain I was in. I felt nothing during my root canal which is almost unheard of, but when you go to a good dentist, you get good results. Thank you Poland location for everything today, Molly
