Fantastic experience: Its an amazing dental clinic for kids from a to z. Staff and doctor were so friendly , going to dentist for my kiddo felt like a playdate. Office is designed for little astronouts, so colorful and playful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. L is the most amazing pediatric dentist on the face of the earth. My son is non verbal autistic and terrified of doctors but Dr. L is so incredibly patient and understanding. The office is equipped with quiet rooms for my son to be in and get treatment. Dr. L and her team are the best.

Fantastic experience: We have visited Dr Libby 3x now and every time has been great! The staff and Dr Libby are so good with kids. My daughter is a bit timid and doesn't love going to the doctor but they always make the experience great for her! They even took x-rays of her dolls teeth to make her feel more comfortable. I have recommended Dr Libby several times! I wish I could use her as my dentist!

Fantastic experience: My kids have been going here since they were babies. This office is beautiful and has cool rooms, and doors that open a la star trek. Dr. Libby's the best! We've seen two other dentists there and they were both great also. My teens have been well cared for.

Positive experience: We had a fantastic experience with DRPD. Tanya was extremely helpful and compassionate in helping us with insurance coverage questions, appointment prep and other details. Dr. Libby and her team were incredible with our 3 yo son, ensuring he felt confident, safe and cared for from start to finish. His smile has never looked better and we could not be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with Desert Ridge Pediatric Dentistry as everything was easy and the staff were helpful, honest, and kind. From setting up the appointment, to arrival, to check in and seeing the hygienist and dentist to billing. Plus being contacted for any available openings they have to get seen sooner. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Blown away by my experience. I have never been to a medical practice for myself or my daughter that was this good all around. From my initial call to book all the way until my check out of my daughter’s appointment everyone was smiling, so nice, so informative and helpful. The office is completely decorated and looks like a place I would take my daughter for fun. The room they had her appointment in was made up like a playroom (she is only one ) and it made her so comfortable! We had the pleasure of meeting with Dr.Libby, amazing woman and Dr. she explained everything in detail to me and gave me lot of tips. She is extremely knowledgeable and her love for children is obvious. I left the office feeling so good. It’s been so long since I’ve gone somewhere for healthcare and didn’t feel like a number! I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: A straight 5 start review, for my 15 mo daughter’s very first dentist visit. Was a top notch experience. The nursing team very professional. Shout out to Dr Libby, very loving and attentive, despite the baby has been crying so badly she was so patient to the baby and us parents explaining everything clearly and concisely! Also they put so much thought a to the clinic design. Even as a parent I loved it already!

Fantastic experience: We went yesterday for our 1st appointment with this office/Dr. Libby! We were blown away- 1. The office is like Disneyland for kiddos- hands down the most fun and unique experience we have ever had in a pediatric office! 2. Dr. Libby/Maya/and literally all of the staff that helped us were incredible and made both myself and my boys (1 and 3 years old) feel so safe and welcome! I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Libby was in her assessments as well as her explanations to me 3. I adored our prior pediatric dentist and unfortunately due to insurance changes had to find a new one- I never knew I would find someone I LOVED just as much, if not a little more :) I already can't wait for our 6 month check up!

Fantastic experience: This office is absolutely amazing.! From the time you walk in to the time you walk out.! The staff is just phenomenal everyone i walked pass greeted myself and my son. The customer service is top notch.! My son has been asking to go back since we walked out. They even have an area for the little ones coming for their 1st visit. Oh and even a parent lounge area with coffee, tea, water and ice and even cream and sugar COMPLEMENTARY Definitely recommend this office for your littles dental care....100/10.!

From the first phone call with questions and to make an appointment, the pre-appointment information with a video tour and book read by the dentist, to the smiles when we walked in the door, the super fun play area, the themed individual rooms, the care and attention of the dentist with my child and myself to go over treatment plan, to the checking out. Wow! Exceeded my expectations and will recommend to anyone!

I have two, so they even had rooms with two chairs where they were being seen at the same time instead of having to wait for one and then the other. Fantastic experience: My boys were long over-due for a cleaning after a tough year of loss and transition in our family. DRPD was incredible and supportive! When we had trouble with our insurance, they offered quick solutions. Front desk staff was so sweet, hygienists and assistants were great with my boys, and our dentist was so thorough! She answered all of our questions, and didn't make me feel guilty about missing check-ups. My boys can't stop talking about how much they LOVE their new dentist. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: This is our third time coming here I believe, nothing but good experiences so far. My three year old son recently got some work done that required anesthesia. I was super worried but all turned out perfect! All the staff made sure we were informed throughout the procedure. Definitely recommend this practice. I do live kind of far but this spot is worth taking your babies!

My daughter was seen at this practice starting 24 years ago and all through her youth. Fine practice back then and the same now.

Our son trusts him and allows him to complete all the dental care he needs completed every time, even if it’s new or scary. We can’t say enough good things about Dr Austin and the staff there!!!!

Positive experience: The place is really cool and fun but the appointments and wait time is always way longer than it needs to be. We had to leave after an hour before the actual dentist could even check her teeth because it had been way too long already. I understand some kids require a bit more time as the dentist can be tricky, but they need to schedule more appropriately then. Absolutely no reason I needed to be there for over an hour for a teeth cleaning and check only. Especially with an impatient 4 year old. Again the place is very kid friendly and fun and staff is nice, just wish timing and scheduling was better. Every time we come it’s always way longer than it needs to be.

One of my kids has autism so it’s extra challenging for him to get his exam’s done. But they do an incredible job taking care of him! The staff is so kind and patient and they are accommodating. Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! My son loves going there because he can play then they cater the whole experience to kids. They explain everything to both him and me so he feels like a part of the conversation. His favorite part is that they give out a coin at the end so he can pick a toy from a vending machine. It’s great that he loves going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING! We took out 2 year old in for his first checkup. The entire staff was friendly, fun and kept our 2 year old calm, giggling and happy the whole time! HUGE shoutout to Dr. Austin for making the clinical process relaxed and fun for our toddler! He was awesome! This is our first child, so as first time parents we weren't really sure which group to go with. Thankfully we were recommended here and have definitely found the pediatric office that will be treating our growing family for years to come! If you're on the fence or not sure where to take your little, give this group a try. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with the whole team! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. They make my kids feel comfortable and they always leave with smiles on their faces. My 5 year old got 2 fillings done with Dr. Austin and his team this morning and everything was perfect from start to finish. We were done and out in less than an hour and my son was never nervous or afraid. He left happy, which makes me happy. I will always recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the level of detail and care this office provided! My son and I were welcomed with a friendly smile and conversation as soon as we arrived. The entire staff were incredibly nice and explained the whole process as we moved through the appointment. I also appreciated how prompt and efficient they were. Dr Razuri-Zuch was very kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease! I feel so lucky to have found DRPD and can’t wait to come back as my baby grows up!

Negative experience: I was satisfied with the dental care I received. I had horrible experience with the billing department. I had taken my three children in for cleaning and was told my insurance covered the services we were going to have done. I got a bill for $845 and the feedback was that the girls at the front don’t know. I can understand that, but she was confident my insurance would cover it. If there was a question (which I was reassured) I would have not chanced it cause I have dental insurance. Or even if they would have said if your insurance doesn’t cover this this is what it will cost. I would have not gotten all three kids seen. I have gotten cavities filled and it was verified prior to having them done what it would cost but not with this. I should have never allowed this.

Positive experience: I had a good experience bringing my young baby to Desert Ridge Pediatric. She is only 9 months old and I had some concerns that I wanted to address. We saw Dr. Razuri and she was very nice and thorough. All of the staff were very friendly. I only gave three stars because of the office atmosphere. In an effort to cater to children, the decor and set up feels overstimulating and busy. I'm not sure if we'll go back because of this, despite having a good experience with the doctor herself.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give DRPD 10 stars. We had our first ever dentist appt today and saw Dr. Austin McHenry. He was nothing short of incredible. He made us feel at ease, comfortable, not rushed, and answered every question we had with such patience. I can’t remember the girl we saw before Dr Austin, but she was also incredible. She was so sweet, and my daughter felt safe and just loved her. The office is clean, and is set up so perfectly for children and even the parents! From checking in, to checking out, it was the greatest experience and definitely exceeded our expectations! THANK YOU ALL!

Fantastic experience: My now four-year-old is always excited to "go visit the astronaut (Desert Ridge Pediatric Dentistry)", one of which sits on a bench on the sidewalk outside the front entrance. They thoughtfully placed a play area and tables with coloring sheets in the waiting area making check-in a breeze. Every single one of the staff, from front desk, hygienists, to dentists has been absolutely delightful and even more importantly, super thorough and knowledgeable. On the first visit, they take the time to give the kids a tour of the whole place. With patience, they let the kids explore and peek around, with each of their rooms decorated as a different planet. The door from the waiting room to these rooms is a legitimate spaceship door--very cool. At home, our son prioritizes his dental hygiene because they make it fun!
