Fantastic experience: I was in serious pain, I was crying swollen and they saw me right away. EVERYONE in the office was awesome. My dentist Leo I think was his name. Unfortunately I had to have a toothpulled. But I will return in 6 weeks for a bridge and any other things I need done. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lam is a lifesaver. I was able to get an appointment for a bad tooth within two business days of making the phone call. I've never met a dentist that was as attentive to my worries as Dr. Lam. He listed many options for my procedure and didn't mind when I asked questions about each one. I wasn't rushed into making a decision, and he double checked to make sure I was getting what I wanted- all without even a hint of frustration. Additionally, he didn't dismiss my severe, rare reaction to a common anesthetic in the past. It's such a relief to finally meet a dentist that takes the time to listen to patients.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to Juarez dentists because of the prices until a friend told me about Doniphan Family Dental. The prices are great and the staff is awesome. The doctor is very attentive and explains any problems and is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: “Awesome Dr” is the first thing that pops into my mind when I speak or hear about Doniphan Family Dental. The Dr is one of the most sincere ,down to earth, humble person I’ve encountered in the medical practice. He really listens and cares about his patients. His staff is just as polite and caring s as the Dr himself. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone, especially if you like being treated with professionalism and respect.

Positive experience: I moved about 5 months ago and needed to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Lam and his staff are personable, accommodating and the price was excellent. Dr. Lam took the time to get a little history not just about my teeth but my move to El Paso. The hygienist was thorough and gave me good tips on how to better care for my teeth. I didn’t give them a 5-star but they came close. I would just suggest protective glasses for the client(s) when their teeth are being cleaned. Also, in my past experience, the dentist and hygienist work together in charting when checking for pockets. I usually like to listen and keep my numbers in mind. I believe that was done by the hygienist silently. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Dr. Lam.

Fantastic experience: From the minute you get your appointment to your way out is very pleasant! Staff and especially Doctor is so explanatory on any questions and questions are always answered instantly !! I have had nothing but positive experiences !

Negative experience: My mom has cigna, and went to this clinic. They scheduled her for 6 months later and sent her home with a molar tooth hanging. The tooth should have been pulled, it fell off a few months later in her sleep nearly choking her. They claimed that they didn't get paid by Medicare for cleaning her teeth, but she had receipts for her original appointment. Six months later she arrives for her appointment only to be told that they no longer work with cigna or Medicare. And further claiming, again, that they were never paid by her insurance. Which is a lie. This clinic is dangerous and very neglectful. They are unprofessional and are very sneaky. They took advantage of my elderly mother and left her in a bad dental condition. Now she has to start all over to find a dentist that accepts cigna or Medicare that can take care of her dental issues. She would not recommend this clinic to anybody.

I was very nervous about my insurance and tooth in general but they took my insurance, did an exam, and an extraction same day!! The associates were informative and helpful and I’m so grateful for this facility and its members! (I have western sky insurance, full coverage on extraction, they also take blue cross!)

Fantastic experience: We chose a new dentist due to a move across town. I had to find one that also took care of kids. We just got our cleanings and fillings done. Dr. Lam was great with both me and the kids. He talked us through the process, the pain was minimal, and the kids did well. Paola and Luis, the hygienists, were great as well. The kids enjoyed talking to the staff and Paola made them comfortable by giving them attention, holding the little one’s hands, and giving them a toy for doing well. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: New patient at this dentist office but they did not have my appointment scheduled when I got their. Front desk did not bother to see what had happened they just shrugged their shoulders and told me I had to wait if I wanted to be seen with an undisclosed amount of time. Very unprofessional and showed no concern for what went wrong.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous dentist and team… my elderly parents had a schedule appointment for an extraction for my dad. Only when we got there there was a misunderstanding about when the appointment time was… We had missed our appointment… The dentist and assistant found time and place right then to extract a dead tooth for my dad’s mouth who is 92… These people were so caring and compassionate to my parents and myself through this process… So much so that this is now my new place to have my teeth done…

He is friendly and seems like he genuinely cares about his patients and what he does, and he’s thorough and takes time to address your concerns and answer your questions. He’s also quick! Today, I had an appointment to get a cavity filled at 12:00. I went in a bit early to get checked in - maybe 11:45 - and I was out at 12:07. The actual filling took only around 5 minutes. I’m extremely impressed by the service here!

Fantastic experience: After my regular dentist retired - 20 plus years as his patient- I was referred to Doniphan Dental. My first visit (8/31/22) was pleasant. The staff was friendly, 100% customer service oriented, and professional. They followed proper universal precautions (sterile gloves, sterile equipment and wore masks, throughout my visit). The hygienist, and the dentist, were thorough and meticulous. The biggest surprise was the affordability- quality service at very reasonable prices. Great experience!
