Fantastic experience: The Dr. is very pleasant. But most importantly, she is always sincere and honest in her assessment. I feel confident of a truthful assessment and fair and honest charge. The actual procedure (root canal) was painless. The most uncomfortable part was my nervousness at the onset. Once the doctor helped me relax, I honestly felt nothing. It was over before I knew it.

Negative experience: An unfathomably horrible and uncomfortable. experience. Came in for a root canal (even though I pushed for an extraction) but a piece of equipment BROKE INSIDE of my tooth. Rather than removing the metal or just removing the tooth, they put a temporary filling on the hole they drilled. They told me I would have to get the tooth removed and they can no longer help me. They gave me a refund but sent me home with a piece of metal in my tooth but the crazy part is they didn’t give me ANY antibiotics nor prescriptions for pain despite having a foreign piece of metal in my tooth. I have to schedule my own emergency tooth removal for a mistake they made. This is so unreal.

Negative experience: I would put negative 5 stars. As another person had put, i have the same situation. They are in network for my insuramce provider. They do not follow the in network provider fee schedule. They only do a percentage like you would an out of network and charge the customer what should have been discounted by the insurance agreement. In my case this is a difference of $871. They tell me i only get back under $200. I will be speaking to my insurance provider about this as well. Edit: Calling they never answer and can't even leave voicemail. Insurance agreed that they are in a contract with the insurance company to be in network and cannot charge above the contracted rates. They will be investigating and told me next steps to take for more investigations into them and might need to go to court to get my money back. Shady practice.

Negative experience: They were not honest from the get go , told me they were in network but were charging me out of network fees, they were not going to accept the agreed upon price between them and my insurance company. That being said I would only give the doctor a five star, not billing or office staff.

Negative experience: I would give -5 stars if I could! The visit was a total waste of my time! The “specialist” just put cold on my teeth, said I need my tooth pulled by my dentist and to schedule other days for root canals, and ran off! At this point, I am going to get them all pulled by my dentist! I never want to see her uselessness and incompetency ever again! Waste of time and money! Note: They charged me for X-rays and Ct scans when I already had them done at my dentist. They claim theirs are “better” than my dentist! I feel bamboozled! What cons! Definitely never going again! I will rather pull all my own teeth out!

Negative experience: UPDATE: I am updating my review to say that Clermont Endodontic/ Dr. Denise Adegoke does not run an upfront business. I called on 11/15/24 and spoke with Sue regarding my United Healthcare insurance, which says Dr. Adegoke is an out of network provider. She suggested waiting until they get the insurance payment & we can go from there. We'll, Sue's "go from there" was to just send a bill on 11/27/24. I called on 12/2 to speak with Sue, but the woman answering said Sue was busy. I explained the situation and was trying to find out how they bill to insurance because the original treatment plan was printed on letterhead saying D. Adegoke, not Clermont Endidontics. I also asked if they billed as D. Adegoke or Clermont Endodontic, and she got very snippy with me and said, "Of course we bill as Clermont Endodontic," and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back 3 times and finally left a message at 9:48 am. Their voicemail said that calls would be returned that day if a message was left before the end of their business day. Never heard back! 12/3/24, I called at 12:53 and left another message. I've never heard back from them. In the meantime, I called United Healthcare to get information regarding how the claim was submitted, and not to my surprise, it was submitted as D. Adegoke, NOT Clermont Endodontics. Also, I was told that Dr. Adegoke has applied with United Healthcare to be an in-network provider, but the application is still "pending." How is the office telling new patients that they are in-network when clearly they are not. Keros Elsayed was the endodintist that was at the practice prior and was the in-network doctor, but somehow, they seemed to think the certification carried over. But obviously, they understand it didn't since Dr. Adegoke has recently applied to work with United Healthcare. I am appalled at their lack of professionalism and just ignore that I am trying to gather information to appeal to United Healthcare. 1. Please don't hang up on a client just because you don't like or understand what is being said. Find someone else who could help instead. 2. Don't ignore the messages left when your voicemail says calls WILL be returned that day (if left before the end of day). Until I have the opportunity to speak with the office, they will not receive any payment. I have the right to have a discussion. Since they choose to do business this way, be warned. Nobody should be treated this way. Original post: I was referred to Clermont Endodontic at 10am and they were able to take me at 1:30 pm the same day. That was great news. Everyone at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. Once in the back, the hygienist was attentive and comforting. Dr. Adegoke came in and explained her process. I explained that I don't like needles and can't look. She was so sweet and while she was giving the novicaine she told me to wiggle my toes in my shoes. Her needle method was excellent and her compassion for me was greatly appreciated. While asking for instruments from the hygienist, I constantly heard "please " & "thank you." How nice to treat your workers with respect. Nobody wants/enjoys a root canal, but Dr. Adegoke made it less troublesome.

Negative experience: Young lady put me off for weeks about coverage for my 2nd dental plan. Finally today I'm walking in and was told they take Humana gold dental BUT it wont cover the eval. And I asked why?, they are OUT of NETWORK. That's unprofessional to lie to a client that they take your insurance when they dont and are out ofnetwork. I left. .

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. The front desk was very friendly and inviting the day that I went. The doctor was very good at explaining what needed to be done. It was my first root canal, which sounded so scary to me, but he put my mind at ease and I got it done the same day as his diagnosis. So far so good. A root canal for me with the various kinds of dental care I’ve had to receive, was not that bad.

Negative experience: Got a root canal there 2 years ago, pain never subsided. Went back and spoke with a different doctor there and he said it was fractured, the tooth needed to be pulled, and ask why I didn’t have a crown on it. They never told me after the procedure I needed to see another doctor for a crown. I went to get a second, then a third opinion and they both said they couldn’t find a fracture on the ct, the tooth didn’t need to be pulled, and I needed another root canal because the original root canal was not complete and I had infection still in the tooth. Office staff was friendly though.

Fantastic experience: This place was awesome. Made an appointment for a root canal for a week further out than they initially offered because I would be busy. But the tooth got progressively worse very fast. Called on a Sunday night at 830pm and left a voicemail explaining how much pain I was in and asking if they could see me that following Monday or Tuesday. They called back 830am on Monday and told me to come in at 10. They took some X-rays and got right to work. The whole procedure was done in less than an hour. Dr. Elsayed was great and so was the staff!

Positive experience: I had a root canal therapy and was pleasantly surprised that I had no pain afterwards. No need for pain meds. Dr. Elsayed was meticulous and quick with treatment. He is also very knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. One thing I would have preferred was if I was given a permanent filling other than a temporary one, so another visit to a different dentist to do that would have been avoided.

Positive experience: Root canals are rarely a pleasant experience but Clermont Endodontics does its best to make it as painless as possible. While the patient must keep his mouth wide open for about 20 minutes, the doctor works quickly to complete the procedure in an expeditious manner. The only unpleasantry was trying to insert a “bite guard” into the mouth of a self identified gagger. That was never going to work! But they worked around that issue trusting that the patient could keep his mouth open without a guard.

Positive experience: Updated review. I updated from 1 to 3 stars as the office called me and took the charge off of my bill. Sue was very nice and I appreciate her help. I am now going with 3 stars due to the fact the Dr. could not do my root canal. I went to Clermont Endodontic Specialist to see if I needed a root canal. The dentist did a complete exam and said I did. I scheduled the root canal, PAID for my visit, and left. When I went back for the root canal, they did all of the prep work, numbed my mouth, only for the dentist to tell me my mouth is too small he cannot do it! I have had many root canals with no problem with other dentists, but whatever. My complaint is MY SON later received a bill for me?!!!!! so 1. He is in no way responsible, 2. MY BILL WAS PAID, 3. I called and discussed it with someone and thought it WAS DONE. NOPE..... just received another bill, in my name. I went to my EOB and it turns out they billed me twice H5152A - No payment can be made. This is a duplicate service that was reported and processed on claim number 24026291023. The Provider has been paid the amount shown in the AMOUNT PAID column. I think this is enough said, and since I called and thought it was worked out, but it's still ongoing it needs to be said.

Positive experience: I had a root canal and it was my first visit. Everything was great as far as friendly professional staff, quickly got in, dentist was great, I had no complaints whatsoever until after the fact when I found out that they never called in my prescriptions to the pharmacy; being that my appointment was Friday at 3:30, they were closed by the time I found this out and no one is available on the weekend so I had to go to an urgent care to get antibiotics as my tooth they worked on was infected and incredibly painful. I’ll be calling them first thing Monday morning to try and find out what went wrong, but they definitely left me hanging in a rough spot by not ordering my antibiotics and steroids; the kicker is on my way out the receptionist told me since I live 45 min away that I could probably just go from there straight to the pharmacy and it’d probably be ready to pick up by then……. If my scripts were waiting for me as planned, I’d have given 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The visit was very pleasant. I am disabled and walk with a cane. I forgot my phone in the car, and the front desk was very accommodating and letting me use the exit door, which is very close to my car instead of having to walk all the way around the front. I was offered and given water while I waited, which was no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Once inside again, everybody was so accommodating my procedure went very smooth, and I felt no pain and no discomfort. My dentist referred me to them, and I am so happy. Again, my experience was all five star.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience here. I was very anxious about going and getting my root canal. I have put a lot of money out of pocket on my teeth because I aged out of my insurance. The front desk lady, Leslie, helped me a lot. She honestly was the difference between me having a panic attack versus having a good experience lol. I was very nervous about how to pay because everything was going to be out of pocket. She helped me or rather SHE herself set up my vantage one account which got me a couple hundred dollars off the procedure. She was super nice and comforting the entire process. The specialist was very kind and made me feel at ease. He actually went above and beyond and gave me a free filling also! Great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Darren Sinopoli, DMD (Endodontic Specialists) is a great doctor!! He knows what he is doing and explains the procedure prior to having it done. His staff is also wonderful from his assistant to the receptionist. They also deal with many insurance companies. I have been here yearly and I wouldn’t go to anyone else, and would still recommend them very highly as of this date 9-12-23.

Positive experience: Most of the procedure was very good and painless, I was a little concerned about the number of x-rays also if I had known ahead of time about the discount for paying in cash I would have brought a check and saved $ 100+ .

Positive experience: I felt the communication was poor to what would be taking place during the process of my root canal, as in the case of I wasn't given any prior explanation as to the need for my temporary bridge to be removed prior to it happening, it was just being removed with as tool without made to understand why. I feel that his stand in assistants are at different levels of how pleasant they come across and to how much they put you at ease and comfortable during the chair process,..meaning pleasant to very unpleasant. The last women I had on my visit was nothing short of rude. The Dr. himself is very nice but needs to explain more to the steps of what is taking place concerning any breaks or bridge removals that are important to the client to know before it's actually taking place. For the most part it was an unpleasant experience to go through.

I would like everyone to know that from the front desk staff to the dental assistant and the dentist at Clermont Endodontic specialist, I had an amazing appointment. Everyone was kind along with the dentist also being comforting and gentle which is extremely important. by the way I had to have a root canal done. I left there grateful for my experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at the office and I was impressed right from the start. The lady that made my initial appointment was very friendly. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and didn’t have to wait long before seeing the doctor. The doctor explained clearly the procedure and asked if I had any questions. The nurse assisting was very nice and talked with me more about the procedure once the doctor was done. Checkout was smooth and the lady scheduling my follow up was very accommodating about getting me in on a day/time that worked for my schedule. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff!

Fantastic experience: I came here after moving from another state. Didn’t know anyone and was recommended by my new dentist to come see Dr Sinopoli because I needed a root canal. I have had teeth pulled in the past but never a root canal. The front desk staff were very nice and helped me get approved for care credit due to not having insurance yet. Dr Sinopoli was fantastic with administering the Novocaine! The root canal went on without a hitch (that I knew of) and I was out of there within an hour or so! They are very professional and Dr Sinopoli and his assistant were great! They know their stuff! I would definitely recommend!! Hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do I know I can go with no fear!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sinopoli is the best! I've had many root canals from several Endodontics specialists and he is by far the absolute best. He had to redo a couple of the root canals the other specialists completed. I won't go to anyone else. In fact, I'm having another one today.

Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh! Can I just say how awesome Dr. Darren Sinopoli and his whole staff is. AMAZING! I just had a root canal, 1st visit done and Dr Sinopoli is very gentle, kind, caring, personable and wants to chat to learn all the specifics of your tooth issue. One sad thing is...he doesn't do General Dentistry. I would like to switch to a new Dentist to a more convenient location then where I am currently going.
