They also followed up with me the next day to answer any questions. I had my root canal done by IV sedation and the anesthesiologist was also very good. In fact she called the night before and later in the day after the root canal to answer any questions. I highly recommend this end office.

Initial Call to Response: I initially received an AI system to capture and screen my information and someone from the front office called me back within a few minutes. Front-Office Staff: Super helpful and friendly and made the process smooth. They even contacted me the day after to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Technician (Tech): The Tech who accompanied me (Yaseiri) through the entire process and treatment was like having a personal concierge. She provided the best service I've encountered anywhere. She walked me through each step, offered explanations, and made sure I was comfortable through every part of this process. The little things like offering bathroom breaks and taps on the shoulder to distract me from the initial numbing was fantastic. This office should extend her an opportunity to lead and train others as she is a strong asset to this team. The Doctor: Dr. Zaheer performed my dental work/surgery and did an amazing job. My treatment required a little extra time (5 canal) and he ensured that I received quality work. I highly recommend Dr. Zaheer. I had zero pain during or after the procedure and didn't require any medicine. Office and Technology: Depending on your situation, you will likely encounter multiple x-rays, including 3D scans. The back-office is very impressive with computer monitors at each patient chair, where you get to see the details and mapping of your teeth. While I only needed standard numbing, they offer a wide variety of sedation methods from gas to IV's. Overall: I highly recommend the professionalism and quality work from the doctors and staff here. Fantastic experience: I am in my 60s and have seen many dentists, endodontists, and periodontists, and I can honestly say that Dr. Ali Nosrat is not only the best endodontist that I have ever seen but is also the most competent, thorough and caring endodontist. I went in to see him as he was recommended by my dentist to have 2 root canals, which he performed smoothly and without complications. I asked him to take a look at another area of my mouth, where he discovered an ongoing infection that was difficult to find and had not healed. He was very thorough in diagnosing the infection, from taking CT scans, x-rays, etc., and then fully explained what he discovered, his diagnosis and the recommended remedy. I fully trusted Dr. Ali and underwent microsurgery through his capable hands to remove the infection. I cannot recommend Dr. Ali Nosrat enough. Thank You Dr. Nosrat, and staff, for taking such good care of me, helping me heal and feel better.

My dentist sent me over the same day at 4:30 PM and they examined me and did a root canal right there on the spot. The dental assistant was amazing. So gentle and caring. Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first time visiting this office, as well as first time doing a root canal here. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. The office was very well-kept and clean. When I met Dr. Kabir, he explained everything that was going on with my tooth step by step and was very kind and polite. I had a bad experience with a previous Dentist, especially when I had a root canal, during which I experienced a lot of pain during the procedure. I spent thousands of dollars with them yet they did not do their job properly, seemingly having just tried to get money out of us by charging for things that insurance should cover. But I would leave that to God to judge! For my root canal procedure, Dr. Zaheer was the one to perform it and assured me that I would not have any pain. He was very professional and explained everything throughout the procedure. I’m so grateful and happy to have finally found a good and responsible Dentist. I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone who wants to have a good experience and beautiful teeth!

Fantastic experience: The root canal procedure was performed without any issues, which is contrary to the horror stories that I have heard. Dr. Nosrat is really a specialist! I heard that the procedure for my case could take up to 3 hours due to its complexity, but Dr. Nosrat did it very efficiently in just an hour and a half. Thank you Dr. and team! Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my dentist as I was experiencing a lot of pain and was told they could get me in very quickly. I had an appointment the very next morning. Dr. Abdul Essaedi assessed the situation and determined that I needed a root canal. He explained the procedure before he proceeded to make sure that I was very comfortable. It had to be done in 2 parts since I had an infection. Although I do not want to ever experience that type of pain again, if I ever need a root canal I would go back to him for the procedure. He was very kind, friendly and made sure that I was okay throughout the procedures. The office staff was very welcoming and coordinated with my insurance company so I knew exactly what the cost would be for the procedure. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Abdul Essaedi.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth on Labor Day. Dr. Zaheer saw me at 9am on Wednesday, two days later for a root canal. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating. Was dealing with a tooth for 2 weeks, no one seemed to care ( original dentist 2.5 years a patient) so new dental practice acted on it right away!!! Clean, friendly front desk, explained everything that Id be charged before heading back, the young girl that assisted Dr Essaedi was very good, gentle, and cant say enough about Dr Essaedi, asked if I was ok, explained all the apparatus put on mouth before starting , and most of all, the best music I ever had a dental procedure to!!!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Nosrat and his team of dental hygienists were gentle, empathetic, and informative professionals. Dr. Nosrat’s “chairside” manner was just right and he personally followed up several times post- procedurally to ensure that I was comfortable and healing well. While I hope it won’t be necessary, I’d certainly return if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the practice by my general dentist for a root canal on a molar I didn’t even realize was infected until an abscess formed on my gums because I had no pain or sensitivity. I experience A LOT of anxiety seeing new dental practices after having a traumatic experience with a different general dentist a few years ago which prompted my first emergency root canal on top of the fact that root canals are intimidating on their own to begin with. Dr. Essaedi was incredibly caring and thorough and made sure to answer all of my questions. He and his assistant also made sure to check on me multiple times throughout the procedure. I, unfortunately, have to return to the office in a couple days to have my first root canal from a few years ago re-done, and expect the overall experience with the practice to be just as comfortable (or, at least, to the extent a root canal can be considered comfortable lol)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kabir, his dental assistant, and my intake nurse were all SO kind and gentle. They took me in on an emergency referral and stayed far beyond their posted hours to assist me with a root canal. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prashant Varma for my root canal treatment. The clinic felt clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The front desk lady was very kind and took the time to explain every step of the procedure along with the costs, making sure I was comfortable and informed. I really appreciated the transparency – no surprises at all! Dr. Varma was incredibly patient and attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and explaining his findings as he went along. During the RCT, he constantly checked on me to ensure I was comfortable, which really put me at ease. Their setup is fantastic – you can even see your X-rays and reports right from the chair, which makes you feel involved and informed. I’m feeling so much better now and truly grateful for the care I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Varma and his wonderful team to anyone in need of a root canal!

Dr. Ali Nosrat demonstrated his expertise as he asked me questions, looked at the X-Rays and examined my tooth. He explained everything he recommended and then kept me informed as he began the treatment. The teamwork of Dr Nosrat and the Technician was an "all-star" performance. From the moment I called for an appointment, to the check-in, to being seated in the treatment chair, the staff provided great care.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience. I was very anxious at first but then Angie came in and talked to me. Everything was explained as the process went along. She was very sweet. Dr. Essaedi came in and he showed me the pictures of my tooth and explained exactly what was going to happen. I calmed down and it was all done and over pretty quickly! What a relief! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Nosrat a year ago with failed root canal and infection so bad that some of my bone was missing. Doctor did all needed imaging and walked me through the process of fixing and healing, which required multiple steps, months apart. Everything was done painlessly and the whole team made every visit pleasant. Year later I came back to recheck and everything looks really good and even bone that was damaged from the infection regrew! Definitely would recommend Dr. Nosrat and team!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding. Dr. Essaedi was fabulous. Almost no pain or discomfort afterwards. Only took one ibuprofen and then two advil PM that evening for sleeping. Woke up next morning and everything was perfect. No more medication needed. Highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Essaedi.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time having Dr. Nosrat perform a root canal, and once again, the experience was exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the staff and Dr. Nosrat make you feel genuinely welcome. Both visits were smooth, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. I can honestly say that when it comes to root canals, Centerville Endodontics is second to none. There’s no need to look elsewhere—this place is simply the best. In fact, during both procedures, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep! Believe it or not, I’d choose a root canal at Centerville Endodontics over getting a filling done anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Dr. Zaheer was so calm when he explained my root canal procedure. The day he performed the surgery, he noticed how nervous I was. The only painful thing was getting the Novocain shot which felt like a bad bee sting. No pain afterwards. The front office personnel are very nice and professional. I definitely would go back to him because he made me feel at ease. Also, he is a very handsome dentist I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: The office staff are all pleasant, caring and professional. Dr Essaedi has an excellent chairside manner. He explained his findings and what needed to be done. This was the quickest and most comfortable root canal I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is suffering with tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a root canal retreatment and as someone that has severe anxiety around anything other than a cleaning, I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Verma listened to my bad experience stories, acknowledged my concerns with empathy and was confident in his assurance that I wouldn’t feel any pain. The Novocain was a little rough but after that he was right, no pain. For the first time ever for me! He and his assistant continually checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay which I was grateful for. If you have major dental fear like I do Centreville Endodontics is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I had my first root canal done with Dr. Nasrat. Did not know what to expect. Yet, Dr. Nasrat helped ease my painful tooth. I must say that I had comfortable experience from start to finish. At one year follow up, my bone has fully grown back. I highly recommend Dr. Nasrat, if you need a root canal!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nosrat did a great job and he & his staff were very professional. Be sure, before committing to any specialist to ask if there are any special fees not covered by insurance. In my case there was a special 3-D imaging procedure for $260 that I wasn’t aware off until I arrived at the office.
