Fantastic experience: Great dental team here. I had a concern last month with a broken tooth and I was in a bit of a panic since I didn't have a regular dentist since I moved in 2016. Yikes! They were able to fit me in same day and fix my issue promptly. Completely nonjudgmental about my not being to a dentist in almost 10 years. The cost was quite reasonable with my insurance. They scheduled me for a deep cleaning which also went well. I recommend Dr. Moore and his team for your emergency and regular dental care needs.

Negative experience: Waited two and a half hours for an emergency tooth extraction, is that normal? Why take walk-ins if there is no one to service your customers? I asked if there was a wait time and the front desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders. I understand you may not know exactly how long the wait will be but it is difficult for me to believe that I couldn’t be told it would take more than two hours. We ended up leaving and making an appointment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Walked in because of a broken tooth and the wait wasnt bad at all- i usually wait longer at my family doctor. The staff is busy but friendly, theres nobody standing around wasting time here! The staff and doctor were confident and that helped with the anxiety of a dentist as the only other time id been at a dentist was for a wisdom tooth 25yrs ago. They wouldve had my tooth extracted and all done that afternoon but a storm rolled through and knocked the power out. I even showed up the next day without an appointment and they had my extraction finished in no time. They also have upfront pricing so you can decide whats best for your needs. They did a great job numbing me. I would recommend to anyone! Well ran office!

Positive experience: Great people, been a patient for many years, just not happy with current situation. My insurance changed and had one of my kids appointment and found out they don't take my insurance anymore and had prior appointments this year before April and no problem then my youngest had an appointment and didn't find out that they don't take insurance till we was their and no one from the dental office called and told us that they drop insurance company I had. Just wished they would have and saved alot of gas wasted and time. But other then that a great place and always friendly and great with my family dental needs.

I was very nervous coming in but the environment quickly settled my nerves. I love how informative the doctor was too, he would tell me why every action was being done. Fantastic experience: I was nervous/ unsure at 73 yrs old, haaving been totally without teeth for between 5 & 6 yrs. I had talked to 3 different people who had gone there. One was negative, but was second hand & the other 2 were very positive, so I chose to check them out. The nurse & doctor were very attentive & put me pretty much at ease. Doctor was straightforward & honest with all answers to my questions. After telling me what his opinion was, he agreed to what I was wanting to do, explaining the pros & cons. Cost was a bit more than I was hoping & he volunteered to work with me. I wanted to talk with my sister...they were fine...NO pressure from them at all. RESULT: I SAID YES & STARTED THE PROCESS....I AM FEELING WONDERFUL ABOUT IT & AM EXCITED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THEM!!!

Fantastic experience: Great people doing great work. Started with cleaning and proceeded with needed extractions and a partial. Getting much needed work done with excellent results. My dentist made me feel very comfortable and made sure all work was top notch, not stopping until the results were just right. Fantastic experience: The staff is so nice and respectful as soon as you walk through there doors. I explained the issues I am having with my dentures and Dr was able to find exactly why they hurt and don't fit correctly. He gave me step by step what he would be able to do for me to fix the issues and get me a new set for me and I get to be involved with every step into making me have a perfect smile again that I'll be proud to show off. Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked in the door they were attentive to my needs. I thought it would be just another dentist. But this one is different. Guy and his team are fantastic. Negative experience: All the Aegis dentists and hygienists I’ve seen over last two years have provided excelled care and service. Friendly staff. Updating 4/2025: I’d still give 5 stars except after being a patient for a little over 2 years they wait until I’m sitting in chair today at appt to tell me they’re no longer taking my insurance (doesn’t pay enough) and I that could proceed today, which I did since I was there, but that I’ll get an extra bill. Could have called me ahead. They even confirmed my insurance when I checked in.

Negative experience: I was disappointed to discover that this dentist doesn't participate with my insurance anymore. We loved coming to this place. I was even more disappointed to take a day off of work for a cleaning only to get there and. Bvbe told they don't take my insurance. No letter or phone call, no warning.

Fantastic experience: I was thete a good part of the day while my little tech and Dr both worked tirelessly on getting my upper plates to fit correctly and more comfortable. They spent alot of time on them and they are 95% better. They were both wonderful. The ONLY complaint that I have is that I had a $250 charge for a cracked plate, which is the original reason I went in. I have only had them for 8 months and they have never fit correctly until today. I have been in several times for adjustments.I feel it's the reason they snapped in the first place as it wasn't from eating anything hard because I really couldn't eat anything but soft goods. I did not feel I should have had to pay that. Other than that, today went well.

Fantastic experience: I have a terrible anxiety issue with going to the dentist and due to the last several I had been to I was long overdue for a dental visit. After reading reviews for Aegis I decided hopefully this is my forever dental office. I went to my 1st appointment for x-rays and consultation. My 2nd appointment, yes I went back :) was for my cleaning ~ Hannah was awesome! Very personable and gentle. She answered all of my questions and gave me wonderful advise. I was extremely happy with how I was treated and how great my teeth looked and felt when Hannah was done. A huge Thank You to her and the entire staff from check-in to check-out. Aegis should be very proud of the staff working in the Warsaw office (I am sure all of the Aegis's offices have Super Stars like the Warsaw office does) I will Highly recommend Aegis to all of my family & friends!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Trimmed a little off my tooth and explained why I need dentures. Unfortunately, I am in the process of trying to raise money to have a total knee replacement surgery. Then after wards I will try for the dentures. Everyone was really nice.

Negative experience: Very unfriendly staff! I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait for 54 min before I saw the dentist. He was with me maybe 3 minutes and suddenly said I'll be right back (laid my bottom denture on the side table) and returned 43 minutes later! Upon re-entering my room he merely took off the pair of gloves he had on with the next door patient and grabbed more gloves (No hand hygiene performed). In those 43 minutes I watched him go into 3 other rooms. The total time the dentist was in my room was at most 10 minutes. Very inefficient! SIMPLE ADVISE: deal with one patient until complete before going to the next and wash/foam your hands!

Fantastic experience: It was my pleasure to meet Dr. Guy Moore personally today. I was able to share how convincing his commercials and billboard advertisements were. I moved up here from San Antonio almost 2 years ago and was in need of a dentist. I often drove by His office in Warsaw and would often come across billboard advertisements, To me, he is a billboard celebrity! I was able to express to Him that his smile was genuine and instantly convinced me that he would be my new dentist. Dr. Moore is Definitely a wonderful human being. I highly recommend Him. He absolutely blessed me today, and I am so grateful because I will be wearing much needed new crowns in August . Bless you!

Fantastic experience: We love the office and all the staff! Even though they are not considered a “pediatric” dental practice, they do a fantastic job with my young children. We’ve been coming to Aegis for about 8 years and would recommend to anyone! We’re very sad to hear they’re going to stop taking Delta Dental so we’ll have to find a new office.

Negative experience: Went in for my 6 month checkup, should be business as usual since I've been going almost the whole time they've been open in Warsaw. First lady behind the desk was nice, said I needed to update my medical history, sends me to aa computer. I notice my history is empty. It shouldn't be, they've had it on file for years. So I ask her, am I supposed to update anything new? Because this blank. To which another woman answered that they switched software and didn't import the data. I'm concerned about the company's flippant attitude about my data. I told them I'd have to reschedule as I thought I was coming in for a quick cleaning, I didn't bring my glasses and stuff to fill out the entirety of my medical history again. Then the one answered again with a very smart assed, 'it was in the text.' My appointment was at 9 when they opened. Their text never said they opened at 8:45 to fill out paperwork, so I didn't show up until 9. I said again that I'd need to reschedule to which the first lady said, that'll be a $50 charge. I said I wouldn't be back. So, after years of going there, I won't be anymore, between the blatant disregard for my medical history to the rude girl upfront, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Aegis several years ago off of a friend’s recommendation. I suffered from extreme anxiety from horrible childhood dental visits which resulted in periodontal disease. I wasn’t pleased with my care at my previous dentist and was recommended to Dr. Moore and his team. My first visit proved that visiting the dentist didn’t have to be a terrible experience - it actually resulted in zero anxiety and me not dreading my next scheduled appointment. Goshen is my home office but I needed an appointment quicker than what felt comfortable. Today I had a deep cleaning at the Warsaw office and was equally as pleased as I have always been with the level of care I received. My hygienist was incredible! I was so impressed with her that I scheduled my next cleaning with her directly and am willing to make the 40 minute drive to have her continue my cleanings. Both offices are top notch! From the girl who cried about going to the dentist as a child and would reschedule dental work because of deep rooted fear, to the woman who is almost 40 now (yikes!) and has the most beautiful set of crowns to show off without even flinching, there is no question in my mind that Aegis is the best around and no one else I trust with the care they provide. And sincerely, the oral gel used during my deep cleaning today that kept me from needing Novocaine was LIFE CHANGING! Please keep that on hand - they don’t carry it at the Goshen office and it made my experience that much better. I even got to go back to work after my deep cleaning! Cheers to the best dental staff a girl could ask for!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Aegis. When our daughter couldn’t get in the be seen by any pediatric dentistry. We discover not only does Aegis perform pediatric dental care but also walk-ins. We were greeted by friendly staff an amazing dental hygienist (who got a blanket when my daughter got cold and cartoons when she was bored) they made her feel safe and comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Doctor Guy Moore and Aegis Dental Group for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was injured playing basketball and her teeth were displaced and fractured. Dr. Chhina and his wonderful staff worked us in as an emergency and stayed with her for several hours getting her straightened back out. Grateful cannot begin to describe how we felt. It was snowing very hard out and I know they wanted to get home but they stayed late past closing, making sure our daughter felt cared for and reassured, as if they had no place they’d rather be. She may have a long road ahead but we so greatly appreciate the expert care and time taken.

Fantastic experience: Waited a little bit to get back to be seen but it was worth it. So many times dentist offices will ignore the reason you are there and try to sell you services that that do want or necessarily need. This did not happen. They took care of my needs and of course offered graciously to provide ongoing preventative care. I greatly appreciated that. I will definitely be scheduling regular care there.

Negative experience: My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed and was told by the staff upon leaving that her medications were sent to the pharmacy, they weren't. I called the office to ask about it, and they assured me that the doctor would send them over before the end of the day, they didn't. They have no emergency number to call, so that left my daughter in more pain than I have ever seen her. After 2 hours of cranking on her jaw and Dr. MOORE couldn't be bothered with sending her prescriptions to the pharmacy. Unacceptable, and complete disregard for patient care.

Fantastic experience: I had to have two teeth extracted which had became very painful. I did a walk in with the warsaw facility. I was very anxious, my anxiety was thru the roof. It had been quite awhile since I had been to a dentist, and was feeling shame of neglect on my part for not having been in awhile. They got me in even with a room full of people already waiting. I was put to ease right away. I have never had such an easy time with a dentist before. Dr. Moore explained in detail what I needed, and the procedure he would do. He had both teeth out within a couple minutes! No pain what so ever! I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist before. Today four days later zero pain! I plan on getting back on track after the first of the year for my dental hygiene. Thank you again Dr. Moore and your staff for all that you did to help me! Here's to a happy New Year!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on Friday. My tooth cracked down to the gums. I panicked because I feared it would break out over the weekend and it would be painful. So I went to Aegis. They were able to fit me in and were able to do a repair. They were all awesome.

For background, I have a really bad fear of dentists when it comes to getting actual work done, and I let them know that from the beginning. They did nothing but make sure I was absolutely comfortable throughout the entire process of pulling my tooth, even occasionally stopping to check in and make sure I was absolutely comfortable. If you have financial issues and you have to go in on emergency, but cost is a problem, they offer two separate payment plans to help. 100% would reccomend

Would never recommend to anyone, went there one time and they wanted to charge me over 10k for dentures. Do Not Go Here, unless you want your money stolen and treated lower than there staff! Fantastic experience: Dr. Moore and his staff have been amazing. My children have not had great experiences with fillings etc until finding this team. My kids will actually carry on a conversation with these people in and out of the office when they see them and are very excited to do so. Prior to this you couldn’t even get them out of the car due to the pain and fright they had from 2 other places. The employees care about people. The pricing is fair and the payment options are great if needed. As the first family to be treated in the Warsaw location we have been treated like friends from day one. I have referred many people and will continue to do so knowing that they are respectable and great at what they do. We have used the cleaning services, extractions, dentures, fillings, and bridge repairs since they opened. 5/25/23 - Still patients at this office (they’ve been open at this location since Nov. 2018, I believe). My daughter now aspires to be the next Dr Moore protégé. What an amazing group of people. We all look forward to visiting for our appointments and visiting with staff! Moments like this count when people are your hero’s and you strive to be like them. He’s real, honest, profesional, and cares.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Aegis was just awesome, I was a walk in and was helped immediately with pre check in and waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. I was really just amazed at the process and very pleasant atmosphere, was also pleased with the cost and payment options. they have my full recommendation.

Negative experience: Had several issues through the time with Aegis Dental of Goshen. From one dentist not having a tooth pulled that desperately needed it. And used a crown until it failed. To another sending me home with steroids instead of pulling the failed crown. To an assistant severing my lingual nerve, making me numb on half my tongue in cheek for 6+ months. To not being able to screw in a simple cap after having an excellent job done getting ready for a crown for my implant. Then using a laser to cut out my gum, which is ultimately responsible for that dental implant failing. I now have an infection and over 1/2 my jaw bone under that dental implant is gone. Looking at $5k to get it fixed elsewhere Dr. Guy More is hands down an excellent Dentist. But the business is not managed well. He can’t review and give me an estimate without me present (was reviewed a second time on a day he wasn’t there, and he already said I need an implant replaced earlier - medical issues prevented me then). really needs better software to handle patients so they don’t have to wait 6 hours in the office for no reason and to expand and include more, capable dentists

Fantastic experience: As much as I don’t like getting those numb injections the staff are very professional and always making me feel relax. I have not had any bad experiences and for that I am grateful to all the friendly staff. They are always smiling and so friendly. I as a customer appreciate all they do for me regardless of what kind of day they are having. We will never know because of their great attitude! So I want to give them my total appreciation! Thank you All!

Positive experience: The staff is always kind and friendly. The problem I have is the miss communication with appts and coverage. I have been going here for over 7 years. I just learnt on my last appt that I was being charged more for any work done that was not performed by Guy Moore himself because the other dentists on staff are not in my PPO. How did I find this out? I went in for my second appt to get my temporary crown done and the cost was higher than what I was quoted in Dec. I paid it and then when taken back to the room the kind lady there looked into it and told me about Dr. Moore being the only one on my PPO. Check with your insurance before doing work. It may save you a bit of money. My 3rd attempt to get a crown is mid-March. Good work done here and prices are usually fair, but they will be cheaper for me going ahead. God bless.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and was a walkin. Everyone was very nice. I needed a crown and was able to get everything do for it in a couple of hours. The crown fits very well and after 2 days it is slightly tender. A lot better experience than at my former dentist.

Fantastic experience: The Staff at Aegis Dental Group are AMAZING! From the time I walked through the door all the way to checkout were nothing but kind and caring. Dr. Tod and his Staff are a cut above. I am deathly afraid of Dentist and will only go if I have an emergency. Thursday evening 3/4 of my tooth fell out and I had no idea where to go. I prayed about where to go and God led me to this wonderful establishment. Thank you to all that had a hand in making me comfortable and kind to me as you knew I was scared. Fantastic experience: I have had lots of terrible dentist experiences over the years so I’m always nervous to try a new dentist. I can say with confidence that my worries were put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I needed so major help with getting my teeth back to normal from botched appointments at previous places. Every here was so thorough and gentle, from the exam to the hygienist, to the actual appointment to do some major fillings. Everyone is so kind and walks you through every step of the process to make sure you are comfortable and you understand all the options you have for your specific needs. I can’t recommend Aegis Dental in Warsaw enough! We are only part way through getting my teeth fixed, but I know next time I go in I won’t have a worry in the world because I know they will take care of it and do it right the first time!

Fantastic experience: I went to Aegis as a walk in and I needed assistance with a toothache. They were able to take care of the problem without a bunch of hurdles to jump through. The staff was super friendly. The lobby and exam rooms were extremely clean. I ended up scheduling a consultation to become a new patient at the end of my visit. I will be returning!

I've been there on multiple occasions. The staff is really nice and helpful and the Dentist is great! I highly recommend over anywhere else.
