Everyone was friendly, on-time, and organized. Doctor Willis made it a point to introduce himself very patient and thoroughly explained all of my options. The team all made me feel right at home. Appointment one of several! Oh, and BTW, Balinda is the greatest!

Fantastic experience: Lindsey is A#1. Sweet, personable, and so gentle with this ‘chicken’ ! Just love her and don’t want any other hygienist. Doctor Brad is a sweetheart too. Gentle and calming and has never hurt me. I love him like a son and the entire family too!!

Fantastic experience: Today (9/23/24) was my first visit to Willis Dental and I had a pleasant experience. Nathalie was the person who did the cleaning and she was very kind and was always making sure I was comfortable (pain wise). I need to go back in two weeks, so I am looking forward to meet one of the dentists. So far it has been a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Was there to get a second option and they were so nice and upfront with me. Very professional and believe I will be back. Thanks Follow up. 1/08/25. Decided to let them do my implants. Into it now about 6 months. All implants are in, still have 2 teeth to remove. Getting my permanent top on about a week, and should have everything done in about 4-6 weeks. They have done a great job so far, been very up front and explained what is happening and what needs to be done as we go. A+

Fantastic experience: I started going to Willis Dental Care about a year ago, for some teeth that needed extractions and implants done. They were extremely thorough in all the prep work and gave me multiple options for me to choose from. They are not a high pressure/sales pushing office telling you what to do, but instead are extremely accommodating in working with your timeline, and desires. I would definitely recommend for everything from a simple cleaning to complex extractions and implants.

Positive experience: My cleaning was fine as usual. I was "required" to update my file which was redundant from previous visits. You would think software could be developed that would bring forward past info (meds,past hospitalizations etc.) then ask patients to update from that info and therefore not having to repeat every year. We older patients have numerous meds and medical conditions so this type software would be extremely helpful. Thanks for asking for feedback from your patients.

Fantastic experience: I have always been terrified of the dentist and then along comes Linsey and Dr. Willis. I was almost excited about coming today. It doesn't feel like a dentist office - a very calming atmosphere. The sunshine begins when you walk in the door - customer service is EVERYTHING. They've got that in the bag. Linsey made me feel at ease. She understands my anxiety. Landon and Dr. Henderson are also part of my support staff I love this place.❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and on time. Attractive, well-lit, and comfortable waiting area. Some of the operatory chairs are showing some serious signs of wear, but they are comfortable enough and functional for their intended purpose. These folks are clearly very conscious of the image they project and they present themselves very well.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Dr Willis and his staff for over 15 years. Everything from routine cleaning, crowns and wisdom teeth extraction. The kindness that is shown by everyone I have come in contact with has been fantastic. They have technology that other dentist don’t have. When family members tell me the process they have to go through to get a crown made, I cringe. You have to wait HOW LONG? Dr Willis has a machine that created my crown in a few minutes and when I left, it was on and ready to go. I can not recommend Dr Willis and his staff enough. Great job EVERYTIME!

Fantastic experience: Update: Comments about Dr.Henderson still apply. However, On my last visit the business manager (the woman who handles insurance claims) told me not to return because I refused to pay an additional $500 for a mistake that she made. Before the dental procedure in question, I took out an additional dental insurance to my primary insurance to cover the expense. Both were given to the business manager and she submitted to the insurance companies. She told me how much I would have to pay and I made the payment to her. It was after the procedure had been done and payment made that the told me I owed an additional $500. When I called the insurance companies I was told that paperwork for a procedure that I did not have done was submitted to them and that they could only pay for the work that was done. $500 is a small amount compared to the actual cost of the procedure done but why should I be expected to assume responsibility for a mistake made by the business manager, especially one that was clearly avoidable considering the time spent acquiring additional insurance, securing dental proposals before the work was done and the money I paid in advance. So since I refused to absorb the expense for the business manager’s mistake, she banned me from Dr. Henderson’s office. I hope since my last visit the doctors have hired a more efficient, personable and respectful business manager. About Dr Henderson: I love Dr. Henderson. He anticipates my anxieties and concerns, often before I verbalize them, and addresses each of them. His staff is friendly and courteous, creating a family-like atmosphere within the office. I am always made to feel as if I am respected as an individual family member and that my time is valued, adherence to scheduled appointments. Dr. Henderson and his staff have definitely spoiled me.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and very caring and concerned with my comfort. They also have the latest technology to care for their patients…referencing my experience with having crowns made, no impressions, no temporary crown, no return visit, all done in one day. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Positive experience: The hygienists and cleaning experience is at average with no issues and very gentle. Almost "too gentle", as in my past experiences in my many moves, I have had hygienists scrap plaque off some of my hard to reach areas, and I doubt that my brushing technique has improved that much, LOL. My biggest issue with this office is the billing. They do not provide a detailed bill unless requested and then you have to go into their office to request it. Also, the bills consistently charge above the insurance contractual rates leaving the patient with a residual, even though I have two insurance and have NEVER been charged extra at any other dentists in Montgomery, or other states for that matter! Additionally, the attitude of the billing lady, Dianna Stover, is HORRID!! When I inquired about my billing she stated, and I quote: " ..you are insurance driven, you don't care about your health." HOW RUDE!!! Look here, just because I have a military based job and have to move or change dentists from time to time that doesn't mean I 'don't care about my health' and that I am not receiving care elsewhere. This is not the only dental office on the planet and this is highly disrespectful to me and our military that HAVE TO move and seek care wherever they are. I DO NOT recommend this office if you do not like surprise billing and if you honor those who serve. FOLLOW-UP: Now after having these horrendous billing issues (because they LIED about being in-network) they are trying to bill me for an appointment that I cancelled almost 6 months ago after this fiasco with their billing lady, who I told that we wouldn't be back because of this! Looks like we might meet again, but this time in COURT!

Fantastic experience: Today was my second time with Dr. Henderson and his staff. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the patience and concerns that all my questions were answered. I really enjoyed talking with Dr. Henderson at the end of my visit as he wanted to make sure that I was fully informed about my treatment plans. This is a great practice.

Fantastic experience: Every Member of the staff at Willis Dental Care is friendly and helpful. I have always been fearful of going to the Dentist, but my experiences here have totally alleviated that fear. My first visit was to replace a cap on a front tooth that was shattered when I took a fall. In the past when I needed a cap, I would have to wait at least a few days for the cap to be made and sent to the Dentist’s Office. I was referred by my Church Choir Director who told me that Willis Dental could make and place the Cap on my tooth during that first visit! The Dental Hygienist and the Dentist (Dr. Willis) were both Very gentle, and checked continuously to make certain that I wasn’t uncomfortable or in pain!! I recommend this Dental Office to anyone with a Fear of Dentists, And to anyone who needs a new Cap or other immediate Cosmetic fix!! They are THE BEST!!

Negative experience: Great dentists -- Dr. Willis and Dr. Henderson and their dental staff are outstanding. I have zero complaints about their care. HOWEVER, be advised that their "billing plan" can become an issue, especially if they choose to drop your insurance coverage while you are a patient. I was in the middle of a 3 step, multi-month procedure, to remove a damaged tooth, install an abutment, and the install a crown when they opted to no longer accept my insurance plan (United Concordia). When they chose to do that, my insurance coverage dropped from an in network coverage of 50% to an out of network coverage of 40%. This created a difference in the billing that I thought they would write off since they chose to drop my insurance and since I had already paid the entire amount I was supposed to pay from the original billing plan. They did not do that and were unwilling to write it off saying I had already received a "discount". Because I was in the middle of this process, I didn't want to try to find another dentist to complete the work so I completed it there thinking they would not try to bill me for more. After the process was complete, I received a bill for the difference. I had upheld my portion of the original billing plan and had met my obligations but based on their decision to drop my carrier, they moved the additional cost burden to me which was quite disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Highly competent and friendly staff and doctors. It is ALMOST fun to go to the dentist here. They are the best at pain management anywhere. There is never any worry about going to go to the dentist. I feel they are the best possible choice for all aspects of dentistry.
