Tradition Parkway Dental Care

Positive experience: My last teeth cleaning was a different experience. The hygienist was new to me (filling in). The hygienist was a sweet, very polite, very gentle, somewhat tentative woman. Thing is, I barely felt any cleaning going on. I do not relish experiencing pain in any way, but I do expect to feel some pressure, etc. The entire process took 20 minutes. This included being seated, scaling, polishing, flossing, application of mouthwash & setting up a new appointment. All completed in 20 minutes. I’m a bit concerned that I may not have had a true, full cleaning.

Fantastic experience: They keep me informed on all my appointments, the Drs and Hygienists are very experienced and have great personalities.

Positive experience: Update: In today's environment we all want to be comfortable with the standard of infection control and cleanliness of the any medical and/or dental office we visit. I can truly say,, from my observations, that Tradition Parkway Dental Care has a standard of infection control and patient and staff care that truly makes me comfortable in the dental chair. In my former life I worked in the Dental field so I have some idea of what to expect. Today I was seen by the new hygienist, Janiel. Janiel was very thorough and explained what she was doing - step by step. Reviewed my medical history, obviously had reviewed my chart beforehand, and updated as needed. A very good experience overall. Thank you Tradition Detal staff. I appreciate your professionalism and all that you do for me and my family.

Negative experience: Save yourself the time and look past this one. I made an appointment online, received a text to confirm the appointment, confirmed the appointment and then received the link to fill out all paperwork. I took 20 minutes filling out paperwork and then received a confirmation that all was ready for my appointment - very normal until arriving at appointment. When I arrived at the appointment the receptionist said he could not find my appointment by name. He then asked for my phone #. After a couple of minutes he told me that since I hadn't confirmed the appointment it had been canceled. I showed him my confirmation showing that I had confirmed and also the confirmation for all paperwork received. He then changed his attitude, spent minutes in the computer doing who knows what and then took my driver's license and insurance card and asked me to sit down. Twenty minutes later I went back to the desk to get my DL and insurance card since he had never called me back to get them, and said I wanted to cancel my appointment. The office manager heard me talking to the receptionist and came over and said she would make sure to get someone to get me back in quickly if I'd wait just a minute. I sat back down and others in the office had heard what was going on with a man waiting for his appointment over a half an hour and said the office used to be great but is really going down hill. That didn't boost my confidence any. I waited another five minutes and wasn't called up still. By this time I had been there for about 40 minutes. I told them that I didn't want to start as a new patient in an office having so much trouble getting me checked in and also seeing other patients who were waiting. I also asked to have my file removed since I had shared personal information with them when I filled out all of the documents online, and they are never seeing me as a patient. They then told me that would be impossible to delete my file and would just have to change it to inactive. I gave up at that point and left. Just don't bother with this one. There are a ton of dentist offices in the area. Move onto a different one would be my recommendation.

Fantastic experience: This dental care experience is the best I ever had. From the dental technicians, to the greetings from the very warm staff at the front desk, Tanya is an absolute gem! Their account management process is in order!! De. Knits is doing a fantastic job on my Invisalign process. I truly have discovered a 5 Star dental care experience thanks to the awesome team at Tradition Parkway Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been to other dentist for this procedure. I needed a partial or a denture on top, and I needed a partial on the bottom. finally I came to Tradition Parkway dental. not so trusting because of my past experience. I want to Express, how grateful I am for the sincerity and their expertise. I was under the care of Dr. Petrone and her technician Heidi. The team was expert. I was able to put my trust totally into them. The job is finished. I have beautiful dentures on top that amazingly match the teeth that were there before. I was so worried about my features changing. But they didn’t. They only became more beautiful. my heart is filled with gratitude. The office staff is gracious, and on the ball on your behalf. I thank all of them from the bottom of my heart. I recommend everyone go to Tradition Parkway Dental you will not be sorry. They have your best interest at heart. Not the money to be made. They worked with my insurance company check and see if they’ll work with yours.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to you by Lisa Ludwig, a neighbor of mine. I was quite surprised when I walked in how big the office and the rooms were so impressive. The tech told me everything she was doing with X-rays and cleaning and I also received an itemized bill of what it would cost me to fix my lower teeth. I was very impressed by everything and everyone. Definitely will refer you if I am asked. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great care and super qualified dentists and hygienest's

Negative experience: If I could give a quarter star I would. My daughter has been going to the same dentist consistently every 6 months for years. She turned 19 and decided she would like to go to another dentist since she is older. She always received perfect scores for her teeth. No cavities or issues. Why would this new dentist now tell my daughter after being in the office for an over an hour and took a lot of x-rays and say she has gingivitis, and her plan does not cover this till after 6 months waiting period. We went in for routine check up and cleaning. They told us it would cost $325 and she has to come to every 4 months. Are you kidding me?? Absolutely not!!!! They refused to give her a regular cleaning which is 100% covered. She has no gingivitis. Her previous dentist has many more years under her belt and has been operating for years. Why not give her the regular cleaning then have her come back. So we switched services. BEWARE. Thumbs down for me.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff is kind and pleasant. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable for whatever procedure you’re about to get done. Ellie is a great hygienist, she is thorough, gentle and her humming calms you down.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental for a few years I have been to a lot of places in my 71 years I use the same Hygenist and I have so much enjoyment and respect for this person that is so gentle and thorough just so pleasant it makes you feel So good and the DENTIST is so highly skilled and so precise he is a perfectionist on crowns and specialty procedures they are amazing I finally got my wife to switch over and she is so happy with my hygenist and all the work she has had done

Negative experience: Not very happy with their professionalism. They provided me with a quote and at the time of the visit I asked if the price is the full price and they said yes. Soon the I got there they added more things that was stated on the previous appointment. They won’t amend for there mistake.

Fantastic experience: I first booked through their website and I was scheduled for October. I called and asked if they had something earlier. They booked me the next business day which was a Monday. During the appointment they explained everything about my treatment in detail. I would highly recommend and very happy about my future dental health.

Negative experience: Initially scheduled for a cleaning and found out not dental hygienist work on that day, then my appointment was canceled and they forgot to schedule a new appointment after I called to confirm a new appointment

Fantastic experience: Ever since switching from yazji dental to tradition Parkway dental care. It has been such an ease at heart for getting treatments done easy, and painless! Dr. Petrone is the best doctor there very gentle, caring, nice demeanor, and overall fantastic personality. I wish I wasn’t moving to South Carolina, so I could stay with this dentist, because it is the overall best.

Negative experience: While the procedures I’ve gotten there have been fine, I believe this establishment is very inefficient in how they carry them out. Whether there’s a profit reason for that I don’t know. A simple deep-clean for me requires 3 separate visits. At the first one, they told me they needed to do a full oral exam w/X-rays, despite the fact that they had done that exact thing less than a year ago. Then they told me that because they had to do the exam and X-rays, they couldn’t do the cleaning, so I’d have to come back. And then they told me that the cleaning would require 2 visits, because they only do 1/2 mouth per visit. No thanks, I don’t have the free time needed for 3 visits within a 2 week period. I won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first appointment with Tradition Parkway Dental Care. The office my me feel at easy and were professionals. The dentist Dr. Kevin Knust was very kind. He answer my questions and very professional. I would recommend this off to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: This place is truly amazing!! If you have a fear of the dentist (I don’t, but if you do) they will definitely put you at ease. I had the pleasure of working with a new dental assistant, Fern. She was GREAT!! You’d think that if someone told you it was their first day that you’d want someone else, but nope. She made me trust her. Ellie my hygienist was stern but in the most positive of ways. That’s what you want out of a hygienist, no non sense. LOVED IT. Dr. Petrone was so sweet. She explained everything to me but made sure I understood. She didn’t try to push unnecessary treatment okayy my that other doctors probably would have. Kelly, the treatment coordinator was super nice. She made a connection with me rather than just telling me how much I owed lol. Rounding it all out, the office as a whole has a wonderful vibe to it. Fantastic experience: I have reviewed before and will continue to review after every visit because this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Every time I have an appointment, I am warmly welcomed, treated politely and respectfully, and each visit is quick and consistent. This team really cares. I neglected going for a check up for 2 years and when I came back last week the dental hygienist, Janelle, remembered me AND remembered how to correctly pronounce my name after all that time, which meant the most to me (no one ever gets it right.) My front teeth were pretty stained and now they look SO much better! I feel so much more confident smiling now. And also a very special shout out to Dylan at the front desk who was able to work out my insurance so I saved about $80! Yall are all so amazing!!!! Thank you! Everyone deserves raises!

Fantastic experience: 08/16/2024 I've been a patient at Tradition Parkway Dental Care for a couple of years now. Dr Knust and staff continues to show excellent customer service!! Dr. Knust is a very skilled and pays attention to detail, he listens and is also very knowledgeable. The staff is professional and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The clinic is clean and I appreciate the bottled water provided for patients. I would definitely recommend Parkway Dental Care!!! Thank you all for always taking good care of me❤️

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience ever. I made an appointment for a cleaning and ended up getting a dental analysis done after waiting a month for an appointment. Then after taken X-rays I was told I had to come back for a cleaning another day? A total waste of time. I’m 50 years old and never needed two appointments for a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Knust and his team are A+ professionals when it comes to your dental care. Their Invisalign program is the best! My teeth have taken less than 6 months to straighten and the dedication to every need to meet my timeline was satisfied ! The entire staff is more than my Dental Team. They are my family! I highly recommend Dr. Knust and Tradition Parkway Dental Team!

Fantastic experience: When I lived in Royal Palm Beach Dr. Kevin Knust was my dentist. He is absolutely the best! Very skilled and knowledgeable. He did 2 implant crowns for me that are both perfect!! I moved way up to Jupiter and he moved to a practice in PSL. I followed him to PSL, that's how much trust and confidence I have in him. His staff in PSL, unmatched for their kindness, helpfulness and genuine love of their jobs. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: The office atmosphere was pleasant, staff was very nice and I felt quite at home. Wait time was reasonable and Dr. Knust was very professional and I felt comfortable with his care and plan. I was happy to be dealing with this practice. This was my first visit and I felt fortunate to have been referred here.

Fantastic experience: Great Practice. All staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I am always notified on what is covered per your individual insurance. I was not pushed to get dental work I did not need. Cleanings are done with enthusiasm and thorough.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I didn't have to wait for the treatment( removal and placement upper denture). The pricing was on point. The staff is awesome. The procedure was near painless. If I need to come back in between appointments for adjustments I can. Doc makes sure your COMFORTABLE.

Negative experience: Never have I even been exposed to such a blatantly financially driven operation! Their office practices are designed to part you (or your insurance provider) from your money. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dental practice and it had very little to do with the dentist or the hygienist.

Negative experience: NOT recommended! My wife was lied to concerning a scheduled appt. for 6/4/25. The VM left said, "because you didn't confirm your appt., it was cancelled, but call back to reschedule." When she called back the receptionist said, the appt. was cancelled because the tech called out sick. This second time, they have lied about appts. They also tried to charge us for floride treatments that were never approved or done. Go elsewhere

They are so so kind and so so informative of what you need to do and what you not needed and then when you step back, get the people that prep you for the doctor for the dentist doctor to come in And they are phenomenal themselves kind, courteous very very respectful and then you got doc To come in and he is super fabulous couldn’t say anything better about him very receptive very open and was like talking to a family a highly highly recommend this dental facility to anybody

Fantastic experience: I relocated from New York and was nervous about finding a dentist in Florida. Somebody in the Facebook group where I live recommended this office. I was very impressed at how high-tech this office was, how friendly the staff was, and how detailed their explanations were for everything that we spoke about. They fully disclosed costs as well. From the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist. All were very professional, and I feel as if I will be in very good hands in this practice. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: Went for a cleaning and they gave me an estimate, which I signed not knowing that they would charge me double of what the estimate was. They added on services that I was told was covered by insurance and then a couple of months later, I received bills that were basically the same amount that we paid initially. An estimate is not supposed to vary to that extent, not cost 100% more what they quoted you. Then they have the nerve to mail me the copy of the signed "estimate." They are issuing highly inaccurate estimates, so don't sign anything. It is a trap for them to take advantage of you.

I felt very comfortable. Dr. Petrone was the same. Professional, kind and explained specific procedures that I will need in the future. I appreciated her concise yet knowledgeable information. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Tradition Parkway Dental Care was able to get me in quickly and repaired a tooth that had broken over the weekend. Negative experience: I have never been to a dentist office where you get soooooooo many Suprise bills in the mail! They check your insurance, and you pay your portion and then you get bills in the mail. Got the latest bill saying Urgent Notice: payment is due immediately with no explanation! I would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE! Response from the owner is hysterical!
