Fantastic experience: My 3yr old had her first dentist appointment today and the staff made it a very easy process. They were so gentle and sweet to her, it made her want to go back! I went here as a child and I’ve always loved it. I recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: This was my 4 year olds first experience at the dentist. From the moment we walked in the door she was in awe. The office is decorated with an ocean theme- there’s even a boat for the kids to play on in the waiting room. The front office staff was very welcoming and helpful. We only waited for about 10 minutes before being called to the back. Once we got to the back, the X-ray tech made my 4 year old feel very comfortable with the X-ray process. She didn’t mind answering all the questions of a 4 year old. Not knowing how the 4 year old would react, we were put in a private exam room. Again, decorated with the same awesome theme. The hygienist was patient, understanding and very accommodating to the needs of a first timer. By the time the dentist came in, the patient was relaxed with the process and had no problem letting the dentist “count her teeth” . Overall I would give this experience a 10 out of 10. My 4 year loved it too.

Negative experience: We needed a new dentist due to moving to this area. I have couple concerns and most likely not be returning. First, the hygienist (?) who was doing the cleaning wasn’t the friendliest and was getting frustrated with my kids for not following her instruction right away. With this being a pediatric dentistry, I expect the staff to know how to communicate with kids and be patient with them. Also, as she was cleaning, she would look up and carry on a random conversation with her colleague. Secondly, when we were seen by the dentist, I felt the treatment plan was very aggressive when my kids have not had any issues before this visit. It almost felt like they might be trying to maximize profit vs. what is best for patients. We ended up going back to our original dentist and getting a second opinion, which was vastly different from Dentistry for Children. We were hoping to find a new pediatric dentistry in the area, but this place isn’t it! It also has an “assembly line” feel to the clinic.

Fantastic experience: We drive from Cartersville to this location bc of their great care and kindness to our children. *Shannon* was very nice and shared lots of valuable information with us and our son. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to this dentist for years, everyone is always so kind I would highly consider if youre looking for a good pediatric dentist.

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the experience my 18-month-old son and I had during our most recent visit to this dentist. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm, and we made sure to arrive 15 minutes early, as we always do. Despite this, we ended up waiting until 2:50pm before we were finally called back. Nearly an hour past our appointment time with a toddler is unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication from the staff. No one made an effort to update us, apologize, or even acknowledge the long wait. When I got up to ask receptionist she said we were next, 30 minutes later, we just sat there watching other patients come and go while trying to keep my son comfortable and entertained. It felt like our time and our presence simply didn't matter. When we were finally brought to the back, the visit itself took only a few minutes. All they did was examine his teeth and apply fluoride. For such a simple appointment, there was absolutely no excuse for the delay or the poor communication. It's incredibly disappointing, because our initial experience here was great and made us feel confident about choosing this office for our son's dental care. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed that. The unprofessionalism, lack of courtesy, and disregard for our time have made it clear that we won't be returning.

Negative experience: The first appointment seemed fine. We were seen quickly and the staff completed the normal initial procedures. However, this morning we were running late due to a bad wreck on the interstate. In traffic I tried to reach out to the office to make them aware. I received a call from receptionist as I was pulling in the parking lot of the dentist office informing me that our appointments had been canceled due to non confirmation. As I am asking questions and trying to understand where the miscommunication was, the receptionist was so rude to me. She was confrontational, argumentative, unprofessional, and out right immature. I have never had such a negative interaction with a Healthcare office. At one point she interrupted me by saying, "Yeah, I know." I was unaware of the confirmation request sent to a voicemail that I do not have active. She replied angrily, "Even if the appointment was confirmed it would still be canceled because it's 7:52am and you're past our 20 minute grace period." I drove over an hour for this appointment. To be attacked by an angry secretary while I'm on the phone with her in their parking lot. The call was playing through the Bluetooth in my car and my children were in shock and commented on her mannerisms. Any person with a sense of common customer service could have helped me fix and prevent this problem. Instead, after today's rescheduled appointment and a total of 4 hours drive time, school, work, AND another appointment I had to reschedule for later today, I will be asking if I can easily have my kids seen at another office without starting the process over. So unprofessional. Not at all helpful. Very dissatisfied.

I just love them my kids are always happy and never scared when it comes to the dentist my 3 yr old grandson also loves it I've been taking my kids there since 2009 and we're still there till this day I will not pick any other dentist for my kids Children's Dentistry in Woodstock is the way to go

Fantastic experience: I took my son for his dental cleaning this week, and we had such a wonderful experience! The hygienist, Nadia, was incredibly thorough, patient, and caring—she made my son feel completely at ease. Dr. Choi (I believe that’s her name) was attentive, gentle, and very kind. My son actually said he’s looking forward to his next check-up in six months! Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great pediatric dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give more than 5 stars! My 3 year old had to have a filling and they took such good care of us! Especially the assistant, Ms. Chelsea she was such a sweetheart and beyond amazing with my daughter I could not recommend them more and will definitely be asking for Ms. Chelsea again when we have to come back!

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist herself were incredibly kind to my son. He’s only 3 and this was his first visit to the dentist, and he is already asking to go back! They went above and beyond for him and were super considerate of my opinions and made me feel like the ball was in my court. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Negative experience: I’m honestly shocked by how unorganized this office is. We were referred to an outside specialist for my son’s tooth, which we followed through with. The specialist evaluated him and determined the additional procedure wasn’t needed. They even gave us a written report to return to our dentist — which we did. We brought that letter back, completed the next appointment, and even scheduled follow-up procedures. After already completing one appointment in September, we came back in early October — I took time off work and my kids out of school — only to be told again that my son needs to see a specialist for the same issue. When I explained that we had already done that, the dentist seemed unaware and said no one had read that part of the specialist’s letter. That’s extremely concerning. How can a dental office provide safe, appropriate care if they’re not even reviewing patient information or tracking what’s already been done? To make matters worse, they also told me they don’t use the filling that their own referred specialist recommended. I left feeling completely uneasy about their process and communication. This experience was frustrating, disorganized, and honestly alarming. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere — patients deserve a dental office that pays attention and communicates clearly. UPDATE ON REVIEW. It’s great that the company responded to my review as if they cared and want to do better. This appointment was on October 16th, and the manager told me they were going to reach out to the specialist that they referred me to in order to get everything settled and move forward with my son’s procedure. While it’s great that they apologized. It is November 3rd and I have yet to be contacted with the correct steps to move forward. Unbelievable that even when your company makes mistake, and you apologize with a response to my negative review. Then you still don’t do your job???

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff!!!! Everyone made my children feel safe. The staff were professional and personal. My 7 year old was nervous and they made him feel at ease while taking care of him. I highly recommend this place they work with the children and take the time needed instead of rushing children or care.

Positive experience: The service is good. Place is also very clean and staff is very friendly. But did not like one thing that the dentist did. She said something to my son and he had trouble understanding so she right away without thinking asked my son are you autistic? What is wrong with the dentist? Who does this to a 13 year old boy. She should have been more careful. Everything else was fine.

Fantastic experience: Have seen them For years as far back as when the boys had to be treated in their back rooms due to anxiety . We have been going since they were 4 they are almost 12 now . They have become comfortable enough to be treated in the common dentistry area. Huge progress this staff made with their anxiety. Also to add one of my sons became disabled and dentally complex and they worked so hard to get us to the right specialists today !!!!

Negative experience: We came yesterday and a Dr took X-ray for my kid and Said the filling is chipped so we have to fix it and Dr Wilkins said come next day she will fix the chip in the tooth. Next day we came and waited for a whole hour and she said she can not see any chip in the filling it’s about his nerves system and he has to go to endodontist. It just took couple minutes to explain it but she could have said the same thing on the first day. We just wasted a lot of our own time for only two sentences to be said to us.

Fantastic experience: Today my 6yr old son had a fill in with laughing gas and the staff were nothing short of angels ! They made us feel so welcomed and cared for. You can tell and feel that they love what they do ! Shout out to Ms. Nicole, Ms. Selena and Dr. Marjorie ! We will forever come here. They gave thorough instructions for post care and even had a nice laugh on the way out <3

Negative experience: We took our 3-year-old son here for his first dental visit, and while the hygienist was kind and professional, our experience with the dentist was alarming. During her exam, Dr. Marjan Malek told us our son had 4–5 cavities and enlarged tonsils, then pushed a sedation consent form in front of me, insisting he needed to be put under anesthesia. Thankfully, I refused to sign and sought confirmation. A second pediatric dentist reviewed the x-rays and confirmed there were no cavities, and a trusted ENT confirmed his tonsils are perfectly normal. In other words, both of Dr. Malek’s diagnoses were wrong. I was shocked at how aggressively sedation was pushed for conditions that did not exist. Parents deserve honesty, caution, and trust from pediatric providers — not pressure tactics and misdiagnosis. For the safety of your child, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Malek and this practice.

Fantastic experience: Such a cute, kid friendly environment. They got us in and out. I took both my 12 yr old and 1 yr old and the process was very easy and relaxing. My oldest walked out saying he loved it and would like to continue to go there which is music to any mother’s ears when it comes to seeing a dentist. Negative experience: August 1st we took our son to get his teeth cleaned. He just turned 3 the 29th of July. Our experience this time going was absolutely awful! I no longer trust this place. Let me explain why, my son needed a X-ray of his teeth they were not happy that he wouldn't sit still for that. Next the first lady came in to the room and cleaned his teeth, he didn't put up much fuss and was mostly still for her. This next part is what infuriates me.. the "dentist" was supposed to come in to count how many teeth he had and look them over. My son was getting antsy and was ready to go so he was having a meltdown when she came in. Instead of giving us a minute, she wants me to help hold my son down so she can look at his teeth to clean them AGAIN. She acted like I lied when I said the other lady already cleaned them and said his teeth looked good. Let me say again, she was only supposed to come in and count how many teeth he has so far. Then she proceeded to tell me rude as hell well I guess it's his nap time, don't bring him back like that again (tired). No accountability for her trying to hold him down while sticking the mirror thing in his mouth holding his chin down in the middle of a meltdown. I won't be taking any of my children there ever again. I would advise anyone else to find a different dentist for your small babies as well. I REALLY trusted these people, and never again will I after this. I can't remember the dentist name, she was a short Indian woman. Beware!

Negative experience: My 4-yo needed crowns. She came out of that appointment with a bunch of cuts in her mouth that turned to cankers, and a stomach ache that lasted for days. When I called to see what we should do, the receptionist said she probably has a stomach bug. I explained that’s not likely because she’s not in school and we’ve been keeping her home monitoring her. My 16-mo was also healthy, and stomach bugs spread quick. The receptionist proceeded to laugh at me. She laughed at me when I was concerned about the health of my child. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a physicians office, especially a pediatric office. Turns out, her gums were bleeding during the night causing her to feel icky the next day. There was very little concern from the dentist’s office and zero follow up. Would absolutely not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old had his first cavity and Nicole did an absolutely fantastic job helping him deal with his nerves and keeping him calm. My three kids have been going to this location for three years. Although they are very busy, they are efficient and friendly.

Negative experience: The wait times are egregious. We were kept waiting ~ two hours of our scheduled appointment — an inexcusable inefficiency. As working professionals, our time warrants the same respect as the provider’s. If the practice cannot competently forecast appointment durations, it reflects a fundamental operational failure. Cease overbooking beyond capacity; it compromises both patient experience and professional integrity.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my boys here for a few years now and have always been impressed by their efficiency, care for their patients, and clear explanations to parents. The biggest compliment I can give is that the kids get excited to go to the dentist, that's amazing! Facilities are top-notch and they even have a game room filled with classic arcade games that keeps us parents occupied while waiting on the kids. Scheduling is also super-easy. A+

It was my almost 2 year olds first appointment, and even though she was nervous and screamed most of the time , the staff and Dr. Marjorie were so patient and kind! My four year old had a great experience too and can’t wait for his next appointment in December!

Negative experience: My 4 year old daughter was told in February that she had a cavity with no x-ray done. We went to our new dentist last week who confirmed she did NOT have a cavity. BEWARE. That would have been unnecessary torture on my 4 year old, for money in their pocket (and out of ours!)

Fantastic experience: It was quick and simple Alma is the nicest person I’ve ever met!

Negative experience: The dentist was awesome, but the xray techs not so awesome. They were not patient with my child and rushed us in an out. They run an assembly line rather than good patient care. I understand wanting quick service but running from station to station in a matter of seconds and getting irritated at kids for not being fast enough.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 5 year old son’s first time going to the dentist. From the moment we walked in to the time we left was an awesome experience! They have all kinds of stuff in the waiting room for kids to play with, along with sea creatures painted on the walls. :) It was really cute. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. My son has autism so I wasn’t too sure how it would go, because he has a little trouble understanding things sometimes. Everyone was very patient with him and wanted to make sure he was comfortable with everything involving the teeth cleaning. He had the best time! Fantastic experience: A review: ⸻ I’ve been a professional nanny for over 20 years, and I’ve taken many children to dental appointments over the years — but this office truly stood out! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the fun and welcoming under-the-sea theme that instantly put the kids at ease. Nadia, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and extremely professional. She took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process in a way the kids could understand, which made them feel comfortable and involved. What really stood out was how she turned the whole experience into something positive — the kids actually enjoyed going to the dentist! And of course, they were thrilled to get a little prize at the end. I can’t recommend this office highly enough. It’s clear they truly care about making dental visits a great experience for children.

Negative experience: This place is the fast food of dental industry. Wouldn’t allow parents to be with their kids at all and had us watch from what felt like an “observatory”. Not to mention the kids they just left in the waiting room unattended and pulled them back without a parent at all and an employee didn’t even know what dry socket is…although the employees were nice, don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! They are great with my 3 year old daughter, her first time visiting she was so un sure and refused to let them do her cleaning they were so patient with her and took time to talk and sooth her! We went back this week which was a few months later she was so excited to go this time and said she couldn’t wait to be a big girl for her dentist, she did fantastic and let them clean her teeth! ❤️

Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVE this dentist. They are extremely patient and kind, even when my toddler is having a hard time. They truly only hire people who understand the temperament of kids! You can tell. Their office is so beautifully painted and they’re really efficient at getting you in and out and answering all your questions. My son also loves that there’s things for him to play with and climb on in the lobby, and he knows if he listens he gets a prize. He actually looks forward to going! Highly recommend!

She was very caring and understanding and worked well with my son. The assistants were also very kind. They were patient with my son. I can even say that the lady who worked the desk and helped us check out was a delight as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming for a child. I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: We had our 1st dental appointment today for my 1.5-year-old daughter, and it went so well! Dr. Kelly (if I remember her name correctly) was amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable. The office was very kid-friendly, with a play area that kept my little one happy. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for parents with young children.

Negative experience: You can sit here in the lobby for almost two hours before being seen from the scheduled appointment but God forbid you're 25 minutes late. Every time I have come in on time if not early we waited an hour or more, the last visit I waited for over two hours, I showed up 25 minutes late and I have to reschedule. Guarantee if I was on time I'd still be waiting in the lobby

A few weeks ago, we visited for her routine appointment, and as usual, she was feeling quite anxious about the visit. However, I’m pleased to share that Nadia, the dental hygienist, truly made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to her compassionate approach, my daughter felt completely at ease and had a much more positive experience than we anticipated. We will see you again soon!

Negative experience: Appointment started out OK. I am a DEAF parent and felt ignored and left out today. Especially with not living in the area. Dentist states that’s she can not continue with appointment since I must use the services of an American Sign Language interpreter. Dentist agreed to not go I had with pulling out the tooth for my son and as soon as the phone call hung up, the doctor continued to pull out my son’s tooth without my knowledge and without permission from both parents. I was told that be pulling out of the tooth would be at a another day, so I am finding it hard to believe anything that this dental office says or states as to be the truth

Negative experience: Had a 1 pm appointment. Wasn't taken back until 145. Then didn't start working on my child until 2:20! The filling was so small it didn't need novacaine. So once they started she was done in 15 min. I understand working on kid time but my child is autistic and the longer she's in the chair the more stressed she gets. This was absolutely crazy!

Fantastic experience: My son’s visit was great from beginning to end ! Cesia and Sara were awesome and when my son and I got to the back Ms.Nicole and Dr.Ross were like a dream team . Not only did they explain step by step but even showed me what was going on as well . I’ve never felt more comfortable at a denist office as I felt today . I highly recommend Denistry for children for all of those who are looking for a dentist home for their children . If IG could give more than 5 stars I would ! Ms.Nicole thank you for giving my child and I a peace of mind today ! He was so nervous but said you made it all better !! Thank you all again .

Fantastic experience: They did absolutely amazing! And it was clean and fun for our daughter to see a dentist. And talked and communicate not just with us but with her as well and I had a great experience as well as my daughter did with them

Fantastic experience: I brought my son yesterday to Dentistry for Children in Woodstock, GA and they were all wonderful! My son is autistic and absolutely refused to want his teeth cleaned but the staff and the dentist were wonderful with him and very patient! & We got there a hour early and they went ahead and took us back. The receptionists were also very sweet! I'm so thankful to have found this place!

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars. I would! We’ve been here multiple times, this last time was the final straw. No one listened to what the issues were, then the “dentist” came in to review the X-Rays she said she really wasn’t sure. We got a referral to another place that doesn’t accept our insurance and when we called them back they stated they are “under contract” with this place and cannot give any other referrals. All and all, it’s never been a pleasant experience here.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly. Absolutely geared for your children. Speaks of concerns in a manors in which you can understand and has references for any issue out of their area. Helps plan next visit and steps if needed. Have been coming to this office since 2009
