Fantastic experience: As usual, Doctor Mike is wonderful! He always makes me feel at ease and gets the job done well. he really is one of the best dentists I ever had. Whatever procedure I am having he talks me through it, and that relaxes me. I used to be the biggest baby when it came to having to get my teeth fixed. But with Dr. Mike and his staff a trip to the dentist desk be gone no problem. Also, I would like to recognize Chrissy, the girl who checks me out. she is very friendly and never makes me feel awkward if there’s a problem. she always comes up with a solution. Fantastic experience: It was a positive experience! I barely waited 3 minutes before I was called back for my appointment. My teeth were cleaned gently and efficiently and Dr. Guo was wonderful as always! I do think, however, a tv screen would be nice on the ceiling so as you lay back in the chair one could focus on what’s on the screen and not what’s taking place in one’s mouth.

Fantastic experience: I lost a crown; my regular dentist was away on vacation; and the covering dentist was of no help (an issue I'll address separately). I tried calling Red Hill. They were very accommodating, gave me interim good instructions, and saw me the next day. They were very professional, thorough and the crown was put back in place. All in all a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Red Hill Dental is the best Dental office I have ever been to. The Staff, Hygienists and Dentists are all Amazing! I never have to wait long for my appointment which is super important to me. If I am in the waiting room 5 mins that is about it. They are excellent with dealing with insurance, reminders and just being over all extremely accommodating. If you are frustrated with your current Dentist in anyway then do yourself a favor and call Red Hill Dental.

Fantastic experience: I always receive a through evaluation of my teeth and mouth. Karen the hygienist is so pleasant and congenial while probing and cleaning my teeth. Of course, Dr. Mike is very familiar with my mouth and upon every visit keeps an eye on suspicious areas for possible deterioration. He only reccomendens restorations when necessary for the patients well being. I feel he empathyses with the plight of seniors on fixed incomes.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are both patients. We've always had a positive experience - friendly staff, great cleaning by Jillian and excellent care by Dr. Fricker. Never waited more than a couple minutes to be taken back to the exam room. Received costs in advance of the work I needed at this last visit. Dr. Fricker takes his time to do a thorough job and Kathy makes sure I'm comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency while on vacation in the area and a family member recommended the Red Hill dental office. When I called to see if I could be seen, the office staff were extremely kind and helpful. They were able to "squeeze" me in even though several dentist were away on vacation. The dentist was able to repair my crown and it actually looked better than my original one. The staff and Dentist were very professional and courtesy.

Fantastic experience: I had a loose crown on my molar implant. Thought it would require a new crown- very expensive ! However Dr. Bonomo was able to remove the crown and reinstall it. My dental Higienist was very knowledgeable and detailed in finalizing the process. Dr.Bonomo was very attentive and explained clearly the plan in dealing with the loose crown. I know a lot of people do not like going to the dentist, generally speaking I do not like being in any doctors office for too long, but Dr. Mike and his team make it really easy to look forward to my regular cleanings. Everyone is friendly, competent, and makes an effort to make sure you have a positive experience. I can happily say that I do not have any complex dental issues, and I feel that this is in no small part due to having had a good, honest dentist for what has probably been at least half of my life. My wife recently became a patient at Red Hill Dental, and she sees Dr. Steven Bonomo. I highly recommend Red Hill Dental.

Not a single person I've referred nor myself or husband has ever had a less then stellar experience. They don't have a 4.9 star rating for no reason so take the very few people complaining with a grain of salt, there's always people you can't please no matter how amazing you are. This place is incredible, honestly, every single person here, I promise you. You will finally not dream the dentist, yup THAT good. I've continued to go here for many years now and I can honestly say it's been the best dentist experience I've ever had. This was my first trip here and certainly won't be my last, the experience from start to finish was stellar. From the moment you walk in your greeted kindly by the ladies at the front desk who are upbeat and personable. There's no stuffy feeling here, everyone is outgoing and friendly. I saw Dr. Bonomo the owner of the practice, who simply couldn't have been nicer. He was incredibly down to earth and real, no stuffy doctor here, he spoke to me in terms I understood and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, I felt very welcomed and important, not just a number. Incredibly thorough he did an involved exam, pictures, measurements and really took his time to document everything about my teeth. He handed me off to the hygienist, Julie who was equally incredible. She was gentle, made sure I was comfortable and chatted with me like she knew me forever, which is especially helpful when she's the one with the instruments working on my teeth :). I've had many very bad dentists and really bad experiences and this I can say was the best experience I've ever had. Never have I ever felt so invited at any doctors office let alone a dentist. I highly recommend Red Hill Dentist, you will no longer dread the dentist.

Just prior to my family and I going out to an all you can eat dinner a crown came off one of my teeth! My dad got a full set of dentures and had only one adjustment. They were perfect. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday 3/24 was my first time there. I had a great experience from the moment I arrived. Anna the Hygienist, was great, thorough and explained everything she was doing. My teeth were sparling clean when she finished. Dr. Steve was also great going over what Anna did and also giving me a thorough inspection. I am already scheduled for my next appointment in 6 months and requested Anna.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is polite and courteous. I've had bad experiences in my youth and am super sensitive when it comes to having my teeth cleaned or dental work performed. They are gentle and always check in on how I am doing. This past visit They were short a hygienist. This past visit their hygienist was out and Dr. Bonomo performed the cleaning and did a wonderful job. By everyone working together they were able to keep my appointment for that day so I did not have to reschedule. I greatly appreciated all they did to keep my appointment.
