Prices are reasonable, and they don’t add unnecessary procedures just to bill more insurance or out-of-pocket. Last year my mom had her upper dentistry done here, and she’s very happy because the fit is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Very good service. -I can’t just say one because there are many good employees! Dr. Levy is the best! Dr. Levy is gentle, thourough and kind. After my teeth were examined, I was referred and seen by a crown root canal specialist on the exact same day. Also when I called Dr. Levy’s office to note that the X-rays were not yet received by the other doctor-the reception promptly send them over- which put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Hailey at the quince orchard office was great! Efficient, skillful, and warm. Doctor Van (??) is funny and doesn’t try to recommend treatments just to make money. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Dr. Lev T is a great doctor, very p personable, and Keith‘s name well informed on what’s that waiting on and the options. The front staff is wonderful, very courteous, and a pleasure either on the phone or in person. I only get four stars because there is always room for improvement and here like anyone I would say, the dentist prices are high, because I think we all know that! I will say that I appreciate that I could put them on a payment plan with no interest, and I really appreciate that!

Been a patient @ Kensington Kelly & Associates for 16 years, and always pleased with the service, attention, and transparency in pricing and procedure. Had to go see Dr Park in the Quince Orchard office thus time-everyone, like in Kensington, warm, welcoming and responsive. Tech/assistant Jacob was very attentive, careful and always made sure I was comfortable. Much appreciated!

Negative experience: Even though I’ve no complaints against Dr. PJ, I am writing this unsatisfactory review for the practice due to office managers and staff. After being with the practice for almost 12 years and referring so many new patients to this practice the office staff and management has always treated with lots of racial discrimination, unfairly, and with un-acceptable disrespect. They have always been putting their undocumented rules and policies before a patients health. Today I went in for my daughter’s annual checkup in my unstable health conditions. Instead of expressing sympathy and consideration they backlashed me with their policy. They talked to me so rudely in front of my 9 year old. Office manager took employee’s side and didn’t believe a single word I said. I even told her to talk to my daughter who was my only eyewitness of the incident. This situation could have been avoided if they would have just shown some sympathy towards my health and circumstances. But instead they decided to show misuse and misconduct of their authority and power. I don’t recommend this practice now or in future.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain and called my doctor and she got me right in same day gave me medicine /antibiotics and gave me a referral to get my tooth fixed immediately since she was overbooked to do the actual procedure. I love this place so much that I still go out there even though I don't live in Gaithersburg anymore

Fantastic experience: Dear Doctor Lev, I want to share with you my today experience in your office and beyond. I came to the office and immediately was invited for a procedure that took about 40 minutes. During the procedure I did not feel any pain and discomfort, but it was as usual at your procedures. At 10:30 am I left the office and was ready for pain, as it was usual during 82 years of my life. However, I did not feel any pain and now is 5:15 pm I am still fine. In two hours after the procedure, I jogged for one hour and I did expect pain, however it did not come. It’s something fantastical, I have never felt as that after the dental operation and I cannot explain it. Could you please tell me what special was in your procedure except maybe your very special skill as dentist. I cannot stop telling friends of mine and aquatinters about it and certainly no one believes me. What I felt today was amazing telling about your very special ability in dentistry. Positive experience: My Dentist (who only cleans teeth) referred me a dentist who does not accept Met Life dental insurance for the implant. I did the research and found Dr. Robert J Kelly DDS & Associates, this office is one stop shop, they do all the dental work except crowns which they outsoars, like the office and the people who work there. Dr. Maharaj is very good, he is working on my implants (two). Will highly recommend to others.
