Fantastic experience: Very punctual, Dr. Patty took care of me right away of my pain that I have a nurse was real professional forgot her name, but overall experience was outstanding

Negative experience: ZERO stars! Horrible experience. Went in for specific need. Need ignored and focused on their protocol. Never step in their doors again.

Positive experience: I had a year and a half of visits and charges by two different dentists who never cleaned my teeth and did not provide any oral maintenance including a tooth that needed to be removed. They even had me pay them in cash for services not used. Choosing CRCID was a shot in the dark hoping not to run into more abusive situations and get someone who will actually do dentistry besides just charging my insurance companies. Up to now only the dentists were making out. After a couple of visits they began a routine of maintenance and removed the tooth. I was grateful. I’m a 100% Combat Wounded Vietnam Vet. I decided to leave Veteran’s Administration care and pay for my own care because VA is medicare equivalent and i needed more comprehensive care. i have worked in every major port from Nova Scotia to Texas. and beyond and was in charge of our Savannah and Charleston offices but the disrespect in this area toward minority persons, despite their injuries, has been the worst and most prevalent of any location i have lived, visited or posted to. My bottom line advice is to leave this area if you are able.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience when I go here. My hygienist is the best. She has worked hard to fix what the last one didn’t do good. Add a good dentist at that’s what makes a great place to go all my dental work done. Courtney shout out to you for making my visits fun and thank you most of all for helping me get back to where I’m supposed to be.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but excellent service with these exceptional people. Doc makes recommendations, if it's in the budget it quickly scheduled and executed. The Techs do a great job to put you at ease. There is music or a TV to distract your attention.

Fantastic experience: I needed my new mouth guard adjust as it was a bit too tight that I was afraid that I would pull my teeth out! I made an appointment and was quickly scheduled to come in and have it adjusted. The adjustment took only a few minutes and now the mouth guard fits perfectly!! Dr. Patti Wardius and her staff were outstanding as usual!! I highly recommend the Dentristry!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a normal cleaning of my teeth last week. It was nice to get a thumbs up on my oral hygiene, though I do need to get a crown replacement ( very old crown). That will be done in a couple of weeks. It is easy to make appointments that fit my schedule. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been a satisfied patient at this practice for more than 10 years.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Lewis today on a complicated bridge replacement and was extraordinarily impressed with his knowledge, personality, and professionalism. Very caring and sincerely interested in his patients needs instead of their wallets. I'll give a follow up after my procedure to let everyone know how it goes. But so far so good. Follow up… Well, my bridge was delivered today without incident. I am still in shock because prior to seeing him, I went to three other dentists who said they could not do what Dr. Lewis was able to accomplish. I now have a smile to kill for thanks to this extraordinary Dentist. I would recommend Dr. Lewis to anyone, especially for complicated procedures, without without hesitation!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Greenbrier CRCID is wonderful! My dental hygienist, Alexis is warm and friendly. She is also gentle and thorough. The rooms are clean and orderly. The hygienist staff and Dr. Lewis help me get past my anxiety about going to the dentist for routine care. I moved away from the Chesapeake area a few years ago, but won’t change my dentist in large part because of the great service I receive here.

I used to terrified about going to the dentist but not anymore. Kristin, my dental hygienist, is gentle but thorough! She puts me at ease with her great sense of humor and provides useful tips for keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Additionally, Dr. Lewis is a great dentist! Kudos to the entire CRCID team!!

Fantastic experience: I just had a standard cleaning, but this place is always nice and friendly. The only time I don’t like going to a dentist is if I have cavities. Lol.

Positive experience: I was schedule for my 6 month cleaning ..after my gums were check I was told I had gum infection on my back tooth and I needed a deep cleaning which will cost 300.00..I was told they had a 1pm available .. I ask if I can have my teeth clean in the mean time I was told no.. when I got to check out I was told they didn’t have any appointments until October .i felt I was already there for a cleaning ,why I had to wait so long if my gums are infected . That was the first time I was treated with no empathy . I don’t want to come back to that office base on my experience . That check out girl had no compassion or listening skills ,she made me so mad I had to walk away.

Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to this office after going to Konikoff for years with my family. Lately, we just haven’t been happy there, so I decided to try something new, and I’m so glad I did. Today’s visit was a breath of fresh air. I had blocked off 2.5 hours from work expecting the usual wait, but Dr. Lewis had me in and out in just about an hour. Not only was the appointment efficient, but listening to his commentary on the price is right throughout the process was actually a bonus. He also explained things in a way that was both informative and reassuring , on the price as right & regarding my procedure. :) It was one of the smoothest dental visits I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the first time i walked in I was quite impressed with the immaculately clean rooms. Like a sterile laboratory. I have been to many dental offices but this one is superb in every way. Secondly all the staff was super nice and welcoming , I felt like I knew them for a long time. Outstanding ! Most importantly was the work Dr Lewis preformed. He did some extensive implants to 6 front bottom teeth. The guy is so down to earth you can't help but like him. My new implants match and fit to perfection. I am totally please there is nothing negative I could say about this establishment. It is first class. I love my new implants and Dr Lewis in my opinion is the best of the best. Wish I could give 10 stars. They deserve it. Thank you Dr Lewis for being the best at your craft. The team made sure I felt comfortable at every stage of my visit, and I could tell they genuinely cared about providing great service. The dentist and hygienist took the time to explain everything about my visit in a clear and thorough way, making sure I understood each step of the process. I really appreciated the casual conversation about current events too — it made the whole experience feel less clinical and more like a friendly chat. Most importantly, the level of care they provided for my oral health was outstanding. I felt confident that my teeth were in great hands, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Negative experience: I scheduled a cleaning for my teeth when I got to the office. This is not what they said I was getting and I would need to rebook if I wanted that. This is the second time they have scheduled me for stuff that I did not want or was aware of getting. This is their staffs incompetency, and I am not paying for this visit. No work was accomplished during this visit. The only review is the attitude of the staff was poor and I felt as if services were being forced upon me that I didn't schedule. I've been a patient of theirs since 2005 and this is not how customers should be treated.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental visit I have ever had in my life. The hygienist was very thorough in explaining what my problems were and what needed to be done to fix them. I use a wheelchair and the staff was very attentive to my needs. One of the staff members even waited for me as I used the restroom. I will make this practice my preferred clinic from now on

Negative experience: Went in pain and also left in pain. I was referred next door to an office that was closed and then upon calling office to advise who they referred me to had no availability until Mid August was given list of offices to try. They have no referral team and MD didn’t seem to acknowledge the pain nor offer any recommendations for relief. Thankfully I found a receptionist at a different office who advised how to get some pain relief. Office looks great and state of art technology but looks are deceiving!! I must say the hygienist was extraordinarily nice. Other than that 1/2 star rating. I work in healthcare and standards at this office are low!

He's the best dentist I've ever been to, hands down and also he has these dreamy brown eyes. lol I waited over 7 months after Konikoff to take care of my bridge, and they kept dragging their feet. Dr. Lewis came to the rescue! He had my bridge done in just two weeks, and it looks fantastic. He's incredibly gentle, and his work is top-notch. Not to mention, his staff is amazing! The office is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's a fantastic dental experience all around. We switched our whole family to Dr. Lewis, and we'll never go anywhere else!
