Negative experience: An entire office of liars that care more about your wallet than your health. Refuse to follow laws, threaten you, lie in clinical notes even with witness and recorded calls. Oh and have other providers cancel your medically necessary procedures- noted in their own records do asking for a license # which is a patients legal right. Save your time and money, find a provider that cares. I have plenty more to say and evidence if anyone wants to contact me. No wonder they have a 1.2 rating with the BBB

Negative experience: I was not pleased with the customer service. The person taking xrays did not appear to know what she was doing. I sat in the room for long periods of time with the dentist just looking in my moth for 2 seconds then leaving without explanation. I then sat in the room for several more minutes only to be presented with an expensive treatment plan. I did not care for this dentist office.

Negative experience: I went to cove total dental for an extraction back in May 14 of this year, 2025 at 2pm. The entire process was a nightmare. Before the appointment I had to call my insurance company on a three way call so they could explain to CTD receptionist how to use my dental insurance. On the day of my appointment check in was simple enough, but the dental assistant doing my X-rays was very rude. It was the most painful dental X-rays I’ve ever had in my 48 years. I felt like she was trying to hurt me. My spouse was there watching the whole thing. She asked him several times to press the button while she held the thing in my mouth. Then after that, they had the front desk lady come in with a dental plan for today and they wanted me to agree to let them put in a dental bridge immediately after the extraction to close the gap. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Doesn’t that area need to heal first? Plus I knew I wouldn’t be back after that day because of that rude dental assistant, but I needed my tooth extracted because it had broken off and I was in a lot of pain. Next the dentist and the dental assistant polished my teeth. I couldn’t have my teeth cleaned because they didn’t have a dental hygienist on staff. The dentist eventually proceeded with the extraction. It took her and the dental assistant AN HOUR to pull my tooth. She and the dental assistant kept changing places trying to get my tooth out. It took everything I had to keep from crying. I was in sooooo much pain. I’ve had extractions before, including a wisdom tooth, but this was by far my worst experience at any dental office. I remember thinking, this dentist must be a new dentist because she is struggling to get my tooth out. When the tooth was finally removed the dentist put in stitches and gauze in the empty space. As soon as they sat me up the tears started flowing. I couldn’t stop crying. I was given a prescription for Over The Counter Ibuprofen. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I work in healthcare. I pass medications. I know my pain tolerance. Ibuprofen is not going to help me right now, but whatever. I’m going to the Hospital Emergency Room as soon as I leave here. So as we were getting ready to leave, the dental assistant comes back in and says that she needs to take another X-ray. WHAT THE WHAT!!! I’ve never had X-rays taken after an extraction. I was already crying after the trauma of her X-rays and that amateur extraction. As I am already still visibly crying and shaken up after the whole ordeal, my spouse asks me if I’m up to taking the X-ray or did I want to just leave. The dental assistant then abruptly and rudely and loudly interjects and says, “ SHE HAS TO”. What in the H E double hockey sticks??? Is she insane? I went ahead and did the X-ray thinking that if they needed another X-ray they probably think that they left parts of my extracted tooth inside my gums. Next, billing. By now I am the last patient in the building. We’ve been here since 2pm and it’s now 5pm. We go to the desk, just before the lobby door to pay and there’s nobody there. This place just keeps getting worse. I finally decide to look in the lobby. The receptionist is in the lobby with the tv remote in her hand watching television. WHAT!!!! She sees us and comes to take my payment and gives me a detailed dental plan, for thousands of dollars, that they hadn’t given me earlier. It exceeded what my insurance would pay by thousands more. I took the paperwork knowing that I would never come back again and I absolutely won’t recommend that place to anyone.

Positive experience: The staff is super friendly! The office is clean. I have been going there for awhile now with little to no issues. I had a cleaning last week and wasn’t completely satisfied. They had DA students learning which wasn’t a problem for me doing X-rays but then the STUDENT flossed and polished my teeth and I had to explain to them not to rest the hand piece on my lower teeth. Then a dentist who was still learning came and clean my teeth which I don’t feel like did a good job. They kept cutting my gums and don’t feel like I got a great cleaning. Thankfully my teeth don’t get a lot of buildup but I have Invisalign so I like to make sure I stay on top of a cleaning every 6months. Hopefully they can hire some new hygienist. My gums were so sore after.

Negative experience: On the 21st of Aug 2025, I went in for an extraction and bridge. The assistant broke three temps trying to get them to fit. I told her and the doctor that it wasn't fitting properly, despite being numbed up six times. The final plan was to force it in and gob it with dental cement until it stayed in. This covered the extraction site. The act of forcing it in tore the stitches for the extraction. I ended up going to the ER twice. I had to see a different dentist to get it corrected. Its really sad when the second Dentist had to call a third dentist from across the hall just to verify the mess Cove Total Dental made iny mouth. Turns out Cove Total Dental screwed up my line of draw so my teeth are now crooked, the extraction site got infected over that weekend. I couldn't even close my mouth for 5 days. I told CTD this before I left their office, they didn't care, didn't listen when I told them everything felt wrong. I was in so much pain after that I get letig anxiety going to the dentist. If it were possible to give this place zero stars and leave a review I would. Avoid this place. They don't listen you and blow you off when you try to explain your symptoms. They may seem friendly but I felt like I was just another person in a seat.

Negative experience: This office has undergone significant changes since the ownership transition, resulting in a bad experience. Today was the last straw. I regret taking my daughter out of school for this appointment. Upon entering, there was an angry customer and a loud discussion about sensitive business matters in which the secretary was blasting this gentleman's personal business where everyone in the waiting room could hear. Then I see one lady walk out of the back hysterically crying. The staff's lack of discretion is concerning, as they readily share confidential information. (BEWARE) The blonde billing lady is rude and comes off as a bully she a bad attitude and narcissistic tendencies. I have had several bad encounters with her, she exhibits aggressive pushy behavior, she has no empathy and only cares about getting your money and if you don't give it she gets mad verbally attacks you and storms out of the room like a 2 year old. Very very unprofessional behavior. Her approach can be extremely confrontational and dehumanizing. Their treatment plans are extremely high as they thought they could come into a small town and take advantage of its residents. The orthodontist was nice in some of the assistants are nice but that's really the only good thing I have to say about this place. Don't fall victim. I've been a long-standing patient, and unfortunately since the office has switched owners professionalism has deteriorated significantly. We will not be back to this office again.

Negative experience: Review: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my wife recent experience. She went in for what should have been a straightforward dental procedure, but she was left in significant pain and with more questions than answers. From the moment the procedure began, I felt uneasy. The communication from the staff and dentist was minimal— she was never clearly informed about what was being done or why certain steps were necessary. At times, she felt completely in the dark and unable to advocate for herself. The worst part was the pain. Not just discomfort during the procedure, but lingering, intense pain afterward that made me question whether something had gone wrong. When she left she followed up in the emergency room , for the pain and infection that they said she had but was given no medication. Unfortunately, this experience has left me not only physically uncomfortable, but also mistrustful of the clinic’s professionalism and patient care standards. I expected competent and compassionate treatment; instead, I left feeling neglected and misinformed.

Negative experience: Run. When I first started attending this dentist office it was great because the dentist Dr. Dabney cared about me and my mouth. And he did a wonderful job.Once Dr. Dabney retired and they assigned me to Dr. Wahi it’s been a nightmare. I initially came in because I had Acquired a problem with one of my crowns falling out due to infection. Wahi sent me over to a specialist Who did the retreat on a root canal once he finished I returned back to Wahi who replaced my crown because one fell off and the others discolored due to the root canal retreat but she didn’t tell me she really didn’t know how to do crown work they were done twice because she had one tooth bigger than the other and one was bucked out and when I came with the complaints and she treated me as if the problem wasn’t real she finished the work because they wouldn’t give me anyone else so I was stuck with her and she still didn’t get them right I paid out of pocket for teeth I’m not happy with and not one person cares it’s sad that people come from other countries and don’t have empathy or sympathy for the Americans who care paying in real money now I’m out of my money and I’m not happy with my teeth they are still buck and they done twice. I will never return. The staff was great but the dentist don’t waste your time or money please you have been warned.

Negative experience: Update: be mindful of the dates of the reviews. They ask for reviews before services and they send tons of texts until someone does. Just heard them harass someone about them not leaving a review. Be careful as "policies" change depending on their mood. I had to threaten to leave because they said it was against policy to allow me to be with my child (who is a minor and autistic) during a cleaning. Very predator behavior. Then during the appointment the dental assistant kept talking about it while over my child. Mind you, before the appointment a husband and wife were able to go back together- zero issues. I've seen several times since only children being told to come back alone. Protect your kids! It's weird to allow adults to accompany one another but not allow parents to accompany a child.

Negative experience: As a person who manages a dental practice I completely understand when things come up with the doctors. So needing to contact patients to get them rescheduled is a must but the manner in which you do so is what is most important due to the fact that it is not the patients fault. When the so called "Office Manager" Kristen calls to reschedule and I'm fine getting rescheduled just need to have my daughter see the Ortho and General Dentist on the same day due to my work schedule and I myself having to reschedule my doctor's patients to allow time for me to be out of the office to take my daughter to her dental appointments her response is "well I don't know what you want me to tell you" is unacceptable as a again so called "Office Manager". I then called today to speak to her Regional Manager Hannah and her response was that Kristen was just doing her job and I should understand since I'm an Office Manager myself. Then when I was trying to speak she was interruping me so at that point I understood where the Office Manager got it from. What kind of training and mentoring is being given within this office? I understand the fact that things come up with the doctors, I don't and will never understand the rudeness of how it is being handled by what are suppose to be management. No one ever really speaks when I take my daughter in for her appointments from the front staff anyway except for that one young nice, polite receptionist with the dreads. I hope she does not take it the awful customer service skills that her upper management clearly have. If my office did metal braces and saw children I would most definitely have my daughter be seen here.

Fantastic experience: I originally visited this dental office back in 2018 and, to be honest, I wasn’t happy with the service I received at that time. Fast-forward to 2024, I decided to give it another chance—and I’m so glad I did. The service this time around has truly impressed me. The dentist was able to work with the VA and make sure all of the dental work I needed was taken care of. She made me feel heard and valued, and most importantly, she fulfilled every promise she made. This experience completely changed my view, and I’m thankful I gave them a second chance.

Negative experience: Over the course of 4 visits, I have discovered that I can not recommend this office for any dental procedures. Not a single dental assistant I saw was aware of how to even take blood pressure appropriately, not to mention the lack of professionalism on putting in temporary crowns. The abysmal communication practices (the dentist wouldn't even stop long enough to discuss a treatment plan with me), and the sense of being rushed without any kind of deliberate inprocessing, patient verification, discussion of procedures, or outprocessing smacks of a lack of caring for the patients at a minimum. Essentially, it seems to be an assembly line operation, devoid of care or deliberate thought. All bent on getting as many patients through with as little care of what is going on as possible to squeeze as much money out in as little amount of time as possible. I understand the need to make money, but not at the expense of care to the patient which is what I was brought to understand that a medical professional (dentists, dental assistants, lab techs, radiation techs, etc. Included) is supposed to provide. But perhaps I am mistaken... Either way, I will not go back and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: So I have been going there since 2020 because of how well the staff and the providers there have been but today has been an exceptional experience. I paid out of pocket for a service and they ended up calling me back to refund it as they discovered they could bill it to the insurance and they could have just disregarded it but they didn’t they took the time to reach out to me to correct it and this is the reason why I choose this dentist over the plethora of choices I have. Thank you for the help you guys provide.

Fantastic experience: Always such a nice experience. I really don't enjoy going to the dentist and it is great that you are in and out, appointments are timely and thorough. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the assistant to the provider is polite and will answer questions about the treatment. They don't push unnecessary treatments either which is a big plus for me.

Negative experience: My daughter's appt was cancelled for the second month in a row. She didn't have appt because it was cancelled and we didn't even have bad weather Jan 22 the roads were clear. Her 6month cleaning was scheduled for dec 2024 but that appt was scheduled on a day you wasn't even opened on, now it's cancelled again. I'm already a panicky person when it comes to switching providers, we've been once and timid about choosing to stay because of appts being cancelled twice now.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at the Total Dental Clinic to have a tooth check that I had a crown done several months ago and was still experiencing some discomfort. They did some X-rays and didn’t see anything there so they examined the tooth and had me bite on the paper several time and I had some high spot so they smoothed them out. Thanks for always being willing to help the patients to feel better.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend covering total dental! The ortho dentist himself is really great at what he does and so are the assistants. Positive experience: I came in with an abcess on a root canal. I never saw the dentist, only the assistant. She did x-rays, and the dentist determined I had an abcess on one of my back teeth. He sent meds for the abcess. He also sent a referral to Dr. that specializes in root canals. My insurance will not pay. They need a better system to help people out with dental insurance in network. This has happened to me twice. I do like this dental practice and former dentist. I just felt he did not care about my problem and he had the assistant to tell me his thoughts about my diagnosis. Be careful people. Most dentist are out to get the insurance money and do not care about you. Read the reviews!

Negative experience: My name is Augustina Justice and l have been going to cove Dental since 2015 however it seems like the office can not keep their staff. Every time I've visited them there is always a new staff. Which speaks volumes. To make a long story short on 12/19/2024 l have an appointment that was rescheduled by Dr. Richa Wahi this Dr/ woman is so rude and very unprofessional both to me and their staff members. I needed a filling on one of my tooth because a piece came off, Dr. Wahi refused to do the fillings because she wanted me to have them place a grown for me. For crying outloud l have 2 great insurances but they try to make me believe that l have to come out of my pocket. The patient are supposed to be getting credits back before the New Years and the last time l received any refund was in 2019 that was when they had good staff that knew their jobs. I do not recommend any family going to Cove Total Dental in Copperas Cove. The staff and doctors there are very unprofessional rude and based on my experiences they steal people's hard earned money.

Negative experience: Two years ago, I was told by the dentist that I was going to get veneers on my four front teeth because they were thin, but didn’t have any cavities. When I went to my appointment, he started drilling on my teeth. What I realized then, was that he was prepping me for crowns, instead. He ground my teeth into tiny nubs (see photo). Since then, my crowns have consistently fallen out. I have had to go back multiple times to either have them reglued or replaced. I talked to the manager, Henna Ferrad, on the 10th, and she said that she would make a decision about whether they were going to see me or not. That weekend, another one of my crowns fell out and I found the other one. Yesterday, I called her and left a message and she didn’t return my call. So I called her again and she was not in the office. I called the Cove office and they said that they are not going to be able to see me anymore and that I have to go find a new dentist and that they refuse to turn in my paperwork to the VA. The reason why they refuse to see me anymore, is because I got upset when my crown fell out, again for the third time! I thought that I swallowed it and they refused to make me a new one and wanted to charge my insurance for a new one! My insurance (VA Dental) has paid them over $10,000, already. I have been a customer for over 14 years and have had extensive dental work done at this practice (multiple crowns (10) and a bridge). They said that they don’t have any guarantees on crowns, yet on their website, they guarantee veneers for five years. This is ridiculous and borderline malpractice!

Negative experience: I got a referral through the VA back in April 2024. A few times had to reschedule my appt and when I went to my appointment, they checked my blood pressure and it was elevated so they didn't do my cleaning. I didn't know blood pressure could interfere with a CLEANING! They told me to get a reading by my doctor and consent but I haven't gotten that appointment as of yet due to the VA scheduling system. So I don't have a review, but everyone I have encountered there seem professional and caring ‍♂️.

Negative experience: Nov 22, 2024, update: I was scheduled for my 3 month cleaning for the 25Nov 2024. Cove Total Dental called me to say that my cleaning was not approved but in May 2024, I had approval for 5 cleaning for a year. My approval magically disappeared! Everytime that I go there I always have to inform them of my approval because the people that are handling the paperwork do not know what is going on...GOOD HELP ID HARD TO FIND! Aug 19, 2024 update: The Ladies at Cove Total Dental are great. When the hygienist took x-rays and dental pictures of my teeth, she explained to me what was going on with my teeth and what needed to be done. The cleaning was great, it was everything that I expected Thank you May 15,2024 update: Today I went back to Cove Total Dental to get my teeth cleaned and get my teeth that are cracked fill. The Dentist and the dental assistant was great. They took the time explain everything to me completely. Why I didn't need fillings and why I need crowns and how they work. These ladies are great. Thank you to the team that seen to my need. February 13, 2024 update: Today went back to Cove Total Dental to get my three month cleaning. I had a different dentist & dental assistant this time that cleaned my teeth. This time I got the full treatment that I was supposed to have gotten in November. This dentist and her assistant introduced themselves and we talked about the condition of my teeth and gums. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it. They made sure I was fine during the whole process. Nov 2023 I had my teeth cleaned by a different dental hygienist today. It was two people that was working on my mouth. They didn't rise my mouth, floss or polish my teeth and didn't give the fluoride treatment. ☹️

Negative experience: Stay away from this place it’s a scam and I’m glad the VA caught it before it was too late. I was only referred here because of location to where I live. Just recently retired from active duty and have no dental issues at all. I go here for my first exam and the place doesn’t even look clean and tidy like you would expect a dental office it looks as if it was just thrown together and slice some chairs in to make it look decent. During my exam the Dentist or atleast he called himself a dentist comes in and says I will need all these crowns done to my teeth and that it’s needed and should be done immediately, I doubted what he was saying since he only looked at my teeth for maybe 10 seconds and tried to justify what I needed off the X-rays. I reported them to the VA and the VA brought me in to try to confirm what they say was needed and told me I don’t need any crowns and don’t even have any cavities! This place was trying to experiment on me just to get money from the VA. They were saying I needed over 10 crowns!! lol Do yourself a favor Veterans!! Stay away from this place or you will end up with a lot more dental problems than you would expect. This place should be shut down!!

Negative experience: ;( Made an appointment for just a cleaning. After an hour of just X-rays (with no lead vest because Erika said that they told them last week that it was not necessary and that the Sun gives us more radiation than their machine…) and waiting here and there then the finance lady came with a maxed out insurance coverage and a cost of thousands of dollars for a deep cleaning services list she said that I don’t qualify for just a general cleaning so I denied to be treated because I felt like they were just trying to charge the insurance and me the most they can. I wasted almost 2 hrs there and got no cleaning ;( I don’t think I’m going back there…

Negative experience: I do not recommend dental services to anyone considering this establishment. I came in for a crown and night guard and was left with a discolored blob that protrudes in the front of my mouth that affects smile line. I am a veteran and have used them in the past through Community Care as a referral from the Temple VA system. They were chosen solely out of convenience to where I live in Copperas Cove. I have excused some missteps in the past and continued to use them allowing for the benefit of doubt and grace. I have had some positive results on their work including a previous crown and night guard, cleaning and X-rays. Recently, my experience has been horrible. The dental assistant was inexperienced in performing her duties and needed much guidance. I had issues with the following items such as , scanning my teeth, making the mold, design of the temporary, color match of the temporary (yellow), haphazard placement of the temporary, care while in the chair, assistant not wearing eye wear during the procedure, operation of the water, bedside manner of the dentist and dental assistant, final instructions for care- not to eat on left side for 2 weeks, and the overall professionalism of the establishment. The next morning, I reach out to speak to the manager who was not available. In the meantime, I contacted Community Care to explain what happened. They took care of me by canceling the referral, requesting my files, and placing an urgent referral for me to be seen somewhere else. In the afternoon, the manager contacted me. She heard my complaints and offered an apology. She cited the number of years the dentist had been with them and her credibility. She also stated the dental assistant was not very experienced. I wanted to come in so that she could see the work and placement of the temporary crown. She agreed to see, if I would give them the opportunity to make things right, until my other referral came through because they care about the patient. I arrived to the office, lead to a chair where a more experienced person tried to remove my temporary crown. After 3 attempts, I stopped her since it was adding to the pain and trauma, I had already experienced. She asked if she could at least polish it or shave down the bulk. I asked if there was anything she could do about the placement of the crown that exposed the tooth behind it. She said no. She then asked, if I wanted to cancel the permanent from being made. I said absolutely and please cancel the appointment with that dental assistant. I left and received my final apologies at the front desk. In the past, I have had this office make me an appointment me knowing the referral was not correct and then sending me home, never to provide an update. They are not in good communication with Community Care or their patients. I have left messages to speak to the manager in the past and was never contacted. In this case, she responded almost at the end of her work day. Today, a two year old noticed that something was wrong with my tooth by touching her own teeth in the front where my temporary is located. I would have shown my picture but I’m too embarrassed. It will not help the reputation of Your Total Dental and Orthodontist. Please choose wisely.

Negative experience: I had a really disappointing experience at this dental office, which is owned by the dentist who treated me. After a root canal and temp crown, I was left in severe pain, even though the dentist assured me I’d feel minimal discomfort and didn’t prescribe any pain meds. I ended up having to rely on prescription-strength ibuprofen from a friend. I later had to visit their Taylor location because they were closed at the time, and they found excess cement and poorly fitted temporary crown. The assistant had rushed through the work and didn’t adjust my bite properly, so I had to return several times to get it fixed. To make matters worse, I had called ahead to request not to work with that same assistant again. However, when I arrived, the dentist ignored my concerns, saying, “Do you want this done properly or not?” I calmly explained what I’d been told and asked why he was becoming so defensive. He said, “I’m telling you now this is what’s going to happen,” in a way that felt intimidating and left me feeling trapped. After he left, the assistant apologized and said she respected my feelings, clearly aware that his behavior was unprofessional. Though I still have some discomfort, I’m too uncomfortable to return. Despite multiple attempts to contact the supervisor, I haven’t received a response. Since the dentist owns multiple locations, there seems to be no accountability. I won’t be going back and would advise others to be cautious about any office he runs.

Fantastic experience: I’m glad I came here for my daughter. They were very patient and kind with her through her anxiousness. Dr. Wahi made it clear that if we don’t calm their mind and just do the procedure it’ll affect them in the long run. You have to build their trust. Never thought of that, that taught me that no matter how bad it needs to get done we have to think about how it’ll affect our children. Make them comfortable as much as possible. And for that I’m grateful!!

Negative experience: This facility is not kid friendly. They did not take time to explain the procedure to my 12 year old. They just rescheduled because he was nervous. On second appointment i had to refill out the same forms i initially completed on the first visit. Parents are not allowed in back during procedures.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would! I can't thank Dr. Lomboy and the Cove Dental and Orthodontics team enough! I knew I was in good hands when I walked into their office. The staff is friendly and professional and always goes above and beyond to make me and all their patients feel comfortable during every visit. Dr. Lomboy is truly a master at his craft, and I am thrilled with the results of my orthodontic treatment. My smile has been transformed thanks to him and his team's expertise and dedication. I am so grateful for the care and attention I received as a patient. Thank you for giving me the smile of my dreams and caring for all my dental needs!

Negative experience: Patients beware! After spending over $4000. I left with an incomplete crown, tooth and root from an extraction still in my gums, two fillings that fell out and was charged for work they never did. The manager claimed the work done was good and justified the errors. They ended refunded a portion of the bill to avoid insurance fraud. Go someplace else. Any place else!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wahi, we’ve been seeing her for several years and every time we see her she is patient, and kind with my daughter who had a terrible experience at the dentist before. She has worked to build her trust and we think she’s the best. 10/10 recommend her.

Negative experience: Need Partials desperately and Dr. don't recommend. He basically wanna fix teeth I'm not currently having issues with. No procedure is not guaranteed to last forever even partials. Having some teeth to chew with is better than none at all. The procedures he want to perform cost over $20,000. I don't have this kind of money. So I guess I'll have to find a Dentist that will make temporary Partials. And I pray the film that was taken won't affect my cost when I go to another dentist. The film I took I was told where free.

Negative experience: My first time at clinic, and my last. Front desk person was fine. Dental tech (I assume) who ushered me back put lead apron on me for panorex. Another tech (I assume) stepped in, took panorex, then said the lead apron was on inside out. She reversed the apron and retook panorex. I do not have confidence techs know what they are doing. None of the techs nor the dentist ever identified themselves, like, "Hi, I am so-and-so, your dental tech/hygenist, or I'm Dr. So-and-so." I didn't see any diplomas/certificates on the wall like you usually do. I was referred there by the VA; hopefully the VA will contract with a different dental provider in Cove.

Negative experience: The 2 stars are for the front-counter staff, dental assistants, and dentist. They really deserve 5 stars, but sadly, the manager (Mindy? Mandy?) is horrid so I have to adjust my review to account for my experience with her. She's extremely unprofessional and downright rude, if I could solely rate her she'd get -5 stars. There was a scheduling error for my appointment to reattach my crown, and I had to argue with her to keep my 4 o'clock appointment. I understand accidents happen, but this was an emergency and I needed my crown reattached ASAP. I have a job, much like the manager, and I can't just drop everything and come an hour earlier than my scheduled time with less than 2 hours notice. I also can't wait several days until the next available appointment to have my crown reattached. She tried everything to keep me from coming at my appointment time from bringing up a past due amount (which I didn't know about or I would have paid it) to intimidating me. When I did get to my appointment she was dressed unprofessionally wearing what I would expect a 12 year old to wear to an Easter church service and didn't once attempt to apologize for her earlier behavior. The rest of the staff was extremely apologetic ON HER BEHALF. I love the staff here and would recommend this office to anyone, so long as you don't ever have to interact with the office manager. Dentist: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dental assistant: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Front staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mindy, Mandy, whatever:

Positive experience: I’ve been going to the copperas cove location for 8 years now and today I must say was my least favorite visit Not only didn’t I get my free new tooth brush bag I also called back and asked for my doctors note to be emailed to me and the lady on the phone was kinda rude she stated if u want to come back for it, it would be faster however I live in Killeen which is 15 mins away Needless to say I finally got my doctors note the next day. Which is crazy because to email my note should have only taken 3 minutes to send.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this practice very highly. Very kind & understanding staff. They knew I was trepidatious regarding having my tooth pulled but handled it and my fears perfectly. The only pain I felt was a pinch when the numbing medicine went in. Dr Wahi is wonderful and very professional yet so calming that I felt so safe in her & her staffs hands. I won't hesitate going back for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and awesome doctors - Dr Richa Wahi is amazing with her attention to detail, listening patiently to concerns, and giving objective recommendations. We went for wisdom tooth extraction, which was so professionally done, it felt seamless. Highly recommend this practice!!

Negative experience: I came here for a cleaning, and made it clear from the onset I only wanted procedures that my insurance covered. The dentist suggested a deep cleaning, and I said only if my insurance covered it. Their finance and insurance person came back with an out of pocket estimate of nearly $900, because my insurance would not. Then they insisted I couldn't get a regular cleaning, it was the $900 or nothing. Lady, I'm a single disabled mother taking care of a disabled child. Given a choice between a dental cleaning and buying groceries you are not the priority. No, I do not want to keep your ridiculous estimate, I just wanted a cleaning that was covered by my insurance. Thank you for wasting my morning and disregarding my very simple request.
