Fantastic experience: This was my first time at this dental office. From arrival, everyone was professional and friendly. Kahla(sorry if I am spelling her name wrong) was an excellent dental hygienist! She was informative, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job with my cleaning, x-rays, etc. Dr. Conibear was great…she was very welcoming and came up with an excellent treatment plan for me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic experience: It’s very difficult to rate a dentist office as 5-star, bc it’s still a dentist office, which I really don’t enjoy :) But, the team here is great (for a dentist). I really don’t like going to the dentist (any dentist, ever). But, if I have to go, which I do bc good dental health is important for overall health, this is a great one to go to. I usually see Dee as my hygienist. I never feel rushed like I have at some of the other local dental “factories”. AND, they never try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments, like other offices have. I also have a favorite room, which is #8 with its view of the fountain.

Negative experience: I had a root canal done here that was done poorly and have had an infection 3 times. They then referred me to a different specialist because they could not see where the infection was coming from, prescribed me antibiotics (that were wrong because my ER visit due to the swelling in my face from infection spreading to my cheek/jaw told me so). The doctors were in shock I was prescribed what I was prescribed as it was intended to treat upper respiratory infections, and would have done absolutely nothing to treat the severe tooth infection. They are all nice, but the place is way too overpriced for them to not know what’s going on, properly help you or give you the right antibiotics.

Fantastic experience: The office of Dellagio Dentist took me by complete surprise. From the warm welcome, to the beautiful office decor, to the staff being downright charming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in forever — partially because I’ve had so many awful experiences with them, but also because of my own shame for not taking the best care of my teeth during a time of depression. Each person I met was not only friendly, but empathetic and calming — as I have severe anxiety when visiting dentists. They fixed my two front teeth (that were chipped) same day, thanks to care credit and them being wonderfully accommodating. Positive experience: I’m changing my review after speaking with the manager Stacy and Dr. Conibear. Since my bad experience, they have since changed the entire front staff. They both did in fact feel terrible about the experience I had being that I have been a patient for 10 years. If not a little bit longer I appreciate both of them for taking the time to talk to me and keep me as a patient versus just letting me actually leave because I was mad enough to never wanna go back there. But I do love the doctor she has always been very good to me.

The staff are all very friendly, they have a high attention to detail, but this last visit I had was my favorite! Kayla, my dental hygienist was SPECTACULAR. Super kind and caring about my teeth. Negative experience: Received Invisalign treatment from Dellagio a few years back but they did not bill towards my secondary insurance as requested. You’re not able to speak with their management to go over the claims, they do not respond to emails or call back. They did not submit the claims so I had to appeal with the insurance and thankfully won, requiring Dellagio to refund a hefty chunk back. Fast forward a couple years later and I am trying to transfer my Invisalign to my new dentist and they will not answer calls, call back or respond to emails again. Disappointed in the customer service. It’s been 3 weeks today without call back and 4 follow ups.

Negative experience: I had one of the most frustrating and painful dental experiences at this clinic. I had been a regular patient here for over two years, coming in for routine cleanings without any issues or discomfort. That changed when the dentist recommended replacing an old filling and placing a crown—despite the fact that I had no pain or problems with the tooth at the time. After the temporary crown was placed, I began experiencing pain, which I raised with the dentist. However, my concerns were dismissed, and the permanent crown was installed anyway, with the explanation that temporary crowns can feel uncomfortable. As the pain worsened, I was told it could be resolved with a bite adjustment—but that visit didn’t help, because by then, the root canal had already been compromised. Two weeks later, with the pain becoming unbearable, the dentist decided to perform a root canal through the newly placed crown. I had no choice but to agree, just to relieve the constant pain. Sadly, even after the root canal, the discomfort continued. I sought a second opinion and was told by another dentist—based on X-rays—that the root canal was poorly done: one canal was underfilled, risking future infection, and the other was overfilled, possibly causing inflammation in the surrounding tissue. I now need to have the entire procedure redone by a specialist, including replacing the crown. It’s incredibly disappointing that a routine visit to a trusted clinic turned into months of pain, multiple appointments, and significant out-of-pocket expenses. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: Dentistry was average - no better or worse than any other dentist my husband and I have gone to. Billing was terrible. My husband changed insurance companies and they continued to bill the wrong insurance company. It has been more than 15 months! I have repeatedly called and emailed giving them the correct information - 20+ calls and emails. No matter what I did they still billed the wrong insurance company. The really strange part was that this was the second visit after the change - the first visit was billed correctly. I have now given up and paid the bill as even if they were to bill the correct company at this point, it has been too long since the service for the correct insurance to pay any longer. Go somewhere else. They are not worth the trouble.

I took a chance with Dellagio after reading reviews of several local practices, and though only one visit I am very pleased. Fantastic experience: Due to an aversion to dentists in general because of bad past experiences, I went to Dellagio Dentist because my teeth were in pretty bad shape and I had no other choice but to solve the problem. I found them through my insurance and I reluctantly made an appointment. This dentist was heaven sent for me. What a great staff! Dee, the hygienist who took care of me, was without a doubt the best hygienist I’ve had in my life and I’m 67 years old! Dr Conibear was a very knowledgeable young woman who I could tell was trying to save all the teeth that she could instead of pushing expensive treatments down my throat. I just loved this dental office so much that I am now looking forward to my next visit and finally taking proper care of my teeth! Loved them and wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!

Update: I broke my two front teeth after tripping and my face meeting the floor. They saw me the same day and repaired my teeth with two temporary crowns and got the permanent crowns ordered. Fantastic experience: I used to go to Dellagio years ago, however I lost my insurance… when I got insurance again, years later, I was upset to see that it wasn’t accepted at Dellagio and started going to Greenberg Dental with my fiancé. Our experiences at Greenberg were always horrible and I kept saying how much I missed Dellagio, so when the time came to change my insurance, I made sure to get an insurance that would be accepted at Dellagio for my fiancé and me. First time back today, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. All of the staff are super knowledgeable and you can tell they really do care for their patients. Kara and Paria made my fiancé and me feel completely aware of what needs to be done to keep our teeth healthy and took such great care of us. Multitasking at its finest! Glad to be back at Dellagio and don’t plan on ever going elsewhere.

Negative experience: I received some misinformation that caused me significant physical and mental pain, which I believe was unacceptable. I was led to believe that the doctor would be unavailable that day. This confusion resulted in my family and me missing our first appointment. Sometimes, I feel that the front office does not coordinate well with the back office, which creates misconceptions for patients. As a result, instead of leaving satisfied, I left feeling frustrated and out of pocket financially.

Fantastic experience: The only dentist I trust in Florida, she is super knowledgeable, efficient and above all she is a very good person. In this dental office you won’t be treated as a client or customer, you will be treated as a patient and they always make the effort to meet your needs.

Fantastic experience: Some of the kindest, most respectable people I've ever dealt with. They ACTUALLY answer the phone when you call and gave me an immediate appointment for a tooth ache! They didn't take my insurance plan, but the dentists on my plan weren't great (I went there once and the dentist wanted to pull all my teeth and give me dentures!) Instead, I went to Dellagio Dentist and they not only saved my teeth, but gave me an option to buy an insurance plan that was only $150 a year, yet saved me over $1,000! (By the way, they gave me a 20% discount on that plan!) I was treated by Pimaria (Probably spelled that wrong.) She was unbelievably kind and caring and Dr. Conibear finished the root canal and cap in one sitting to my great satisfaction! No after pain! I can't say enough about the staff and how professional they interact with patients! These guys rock!

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this office but after three appointments I’ve decided I don’t. The first visit went great, it was a cleaning. The hygienist is awesome. The dentist saw me at the end and she was so nice and I thought things would be great from there. My filling appointment came, I sat 50 minutes after I was scheduled before being given anesthetic. Then another half hour after that. When she did the fillings, she was in a rush and I didn’t get a mirror to check them. I went to the bathroom to check before I left because they were my front two teeth. The color was off and the shape was weird. She was with another patient so she had the assistant try and fix it. Then she came in and tried to fix it. It was better but not great and we decided to fix it at the next appointment. I sat and cried in the car because I had been so excited to finally get the staining gone, but now I felt that my teeth looked worse. I came in to get my sealants done and I also made an appointment to see the doctor about my front teeth fillings. She seemed in a rush again, so I asked if we could schedule for another day because I didn’t want the same result. I have decided to cancel that appointment. I don’t trust that she will not once again be in a rush because 2/3 appointments have been that way. I am too scared to end up with worse front teeth. I called to cancel and discuss this with the staff but when I said I wasn’t sure if I was going to get these done at the office because I didn’t like how they turned out, the person just said “I’m sorry to hear that, call when you’re ready” and that was it. I’m looking for an office that takes the time to hear patient concerns, but even more so to not rush through appointments.

Negative experience: I had to go back and edit my review. Two years ago I left a 5-star review. In the past 6 months, it is almost impossible to get ahold of their office. They always prefer to text, not answering inbound calls and they are days late in text responses. I hate that because Dr. Conibear is an incredible Doctor/Dentist and Dee is a phenomenal Dental Hygienist. It is unfortunate that their front office staff is sub par. I hope things turn around, because I don't want to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Poor Financial Management, they love to chs=arge and not deliver products or services. They love to take advangtage of older people who are not finanllically literate. Staff and denisit do good work, sad to see this place turn to money grabbers and over all sad place. I hope this practice gets new financial management quickly, I will periodically leacev reviews until our money is back.

Negative experience: What a sad day it is to write this review. What I can say, overall the work and professionalism by the dentist and her dental staff is phenomenal, no complaints there at all. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the office staff and the billing department. After a procedure, I was coerced in believing I should "pay the full amount" then my insurance check would arrive and I would receive a refund in "2 weeks" After speaking to my insurance company, that is not standard procedure and never should have happened. It has now been over TWO months since the start of this procedure and my refund still has not arrived. I have been lied to and mislead about this refund every time I call. Just today I have been told the insurance check has come in and it will be another "six weeks" until the refund is processed and sent back to me, when the women I spoke to face to face in the office last time I was there said. "an immediate refund can go back on your credit card" I was told today by yet another women, "that is not true and not our procedure. It is quite unfortunate as like I said the Dentist herself is great, but after two months of this, I can say I will never spend another cent at this office.

Fantastic experience: I just meant to praise Kara the amazing hygienist that has been taking care of me for a few years now. Not only she is highly professional but so kind and her personality is very genuine. She is a gem.

Fantastic experience: Staff did a great job! Went in for an Invisalign consult and was able to get all my questions answered and signed up in the same day. Even able to do my cleaning right after. Looking forward to my next appointment to start the Invisalign process.
