Fantastic experience: I was very happy with everyone at the office. Nicole was great, as was Anna Kay and Dr. D. Everyone was kind,polite,and professional. I am so happy that this office is in my insurance network ,and that I chose them to provide me with the dental care that I need.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient. I was having a toothache and was told I could be seen the same day. Dr. D figured out the problem and took care of it immediately. All the girls were very professional even the hygienist came in to check on me. I would recommend this office 100%

Negative experience: If you want to be upsold and begged for your money come here if you want a dentist that actually cares about you go literally anywhere else. The worst experience when it comes to a dentist feel more like a sales room then anything else and they should be ashamed of them self’s if they treat everyone like this

Fantastic experience: By far the nicest and most thorough dentist I have been to and I’ve had to change 4 times thanks to insurance acceptance. Friendly but very proficient and thorough - state of the art everything but the practice feels very relaxed. No pressure with any procedures just recommendations and checking on insurance to give precise assessments of any out of pocket expenses. The most thorough cleaning I have ever had - no one really enjoys dentist visits but we all know they’re a must - as a patient who has had some uncomfortable experiences I sincerely recommend this practice .

Fantastic experience: Kelsie was my hygienist and did a really fantastic job. She explained what she would be doing and what the first visit process was going to be. Everyone in the whole office, from phones/front desk to the Dentist was very friendly and capable/well trained. The whole vibe of the office was so pleasant and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and also confident in the care I received.

Negative experience: I've been a loyal patient for over 5 years and have always received excellent care from Dr. Housley, Dr. Wier, and the hygienists—so it pains me to leave a two star review. I even drive 40+ minutes for appointments because the service has been worth it. However, I’m very disappointed by the recent lack of communication. I called to reschedule an upcoming cleaning and was told my usual hygienist is no longer there and the next available appointment isn’t until February—nearly three months later. That delay is unacceptable for an established patient, and I was never notified of the change. Had I not called, would I have just shown up to no appointment? The receptionist was kind and helpful, but the situation overall felt unprofessional and poorly handled.

Fantastic experience: Dental Care Of Spring Hill did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. They also found I had broken one of my fillings and they were able to move me to another room and fix it the same day! Which was really great and helpful that I didn’t have to make another appointment and come back a different day.

Negative experience: Felt as if I was getting taken advantage of and pressured to get work done with very expensive prices. Unclear and pushy. Got a second opinion at another place and paid 1/3 of the price without being shamed into it. Would not reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a lot of pain without an appointment one morning and they took me in immediately. After a few X-rays, I was sent to a specialist for a root canal procedure. I was just thankful that they took me in on such short notice and prescribed me antibiotics to help with pain and swelling. I have always used Dental Care of Spring Hill for all my cleanings and follow ups! They have served me well.

Fantastic experience: I had not seen a dentist for 2 years, after Covid crisis. I lost an old filling, but there was more going on, cavity, crown, root canal. Dr Duvall was able to get me in the same day. She & her tech were so efficient and gentle. I hardly had any pain & just a little tenderness afterwards. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. I moved here 2 years ago and had not found a dentist yet. This will definitely be my dentist in the future. Big thanks to Dr D and the staff!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going to Dental Care of Spring Hill and everyone was so wonderful and welcoming from the receptionists to the Doctor. My dental hygienist was Kelcy and she was an absolute rockstar, made me feel comfortable and at home from the start. She asked me my preference of music and threw some jams on while she worked, it was great. Halfway through cleaning, the ultrasonic scaler stopped working so she had to finish the old fashion way. Kelcy was wonderful! She was followed by Doctor Madison Wier who was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! She explained to me what was wrong with one of my teeth and got me set up with an oral surgeon that day. All in all it was a great experience for me at this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about this office! The front desk staff is amazing, the dentists are both amazing (I’ve seen both at different times, you can’t go wrong!) the biggest blessings are the dental assistants!!! Both Anita and Tabby are particularly good! I can not say enough about Tabby especially. She is awesome. She is calming for my nervous kids, who were especially scared…being so patient with them. She did not rush things even though it was taking longer than any of us expected. The patience paid off. My son and my daughter were both good when they left, and had overcame their fear. Thank you Tabby!!!

She asked the business manager to come see me to talk about the cost out of pocket for those procedures, and I made an appointment to have those done.

Negative experience: I’m pretty disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment for both myself and my child on Monday to be seen Wednesday morning. When I arrived, I was told our appointments had been canceled because I didn’t confirm a text message. I was never informed that failure to respond would result in automatic cancellation. The front desk staff acted like this was common knowledge, but it wasn’t communicated clearly at all. Like many people, I receive tons of spam messages and don’t always catch every text, especially when I’ve already booked an appointment just two days earlier. It would make much more sense to let patients know at the time of booking: “Please look out for a confirmation text or your appointment will be canceled.” That way, people know what to expect. Taking off work and pulling my child out of class—especially when I explained on the phone how urgent the timing was due to my insurance ending—only to be turned away at the door was extremely frustrating. I hope this policy is better communicated to other patients in the future.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was met with a professional and "on time" staff. The environment was open and not oversaturated. Be sure to fill out your paperwork prior to your first visit. It'll save some time. I look forward to future visits.

Fantastic experience: At 68 years old my teeth were progressively getting crooked. I asked my dentist for options and she suggested Invisalign trays. I’m so happy with the results after just 130 days. I had a total of six teeth that had moved out of place two on my top set and four on the bottom. My teeth now look fantastic and the spacing between them is great. Before I had difficulty flossing my teeth because they were crammed up so close to each other. My mouth felt like it was too small for all my teeth before but not anymore the Invisalign tray worked magic moving them into a comfortable position. I have one tooth that needs a tiny bit more adjusting and included in the treatment plan are additional trays to finish the job. Once that one gets squared away I’ll order my retainer trays that I’ll just wear at night to maintain my now almost perfect smile. My dental insurance covered a lot of the expenses so I highly recommend Dental Care of Spring Hill they have been fantastic.

Negative experience: I had initially given this clinic a 5 star review, but I am beyond frustrated with my care in the last 2 years. In summary, I've been ignored, the scheduling has been a nightmare and I don't feel like this clinic actually cares about my dental health. I've been so patient. I've pondered on where I need accountability versus this clinic, but after back to back repeated issues, I feel it's appropriate for me to change my review. I had a two crowns placed on some lower molars that never felt right afterwards. Discomfort, sensitivity, couldn't floss and I was starting to see gum irritation around both teeth. I scheduled a consultation where we agreed we would step right into replacing the crown should we all decide that's best. Only to get there and they are defensive from the start about only having time for a consultation. The tech at that appt was rude and condescending about how it's not that bad - when she couldn't even get the floss in herself! I asked to just speak with the dentist (which they scheduled me on a day where mine wasn't even working). I was annoyed I was going to have to reschedule but again - I was patient. Scheduled the next appt on a date a few weeks out, but I called back to change the date due to a work conflict. Then the day of that appt, when I had already taken off work and used my very little PTO that I get at my job, they called to say they can't take me. At this point, I had put up a fight because this was the second time they were doing this to me for this specific appt. (and that's just for this instance - I've can't count how many scheduling issues I've had over the years). They did wiggle things around and fit me in. But not without the practice manager telling me that I should have talked to her to begin with because sometimes the people in the front don't know how to schedule things. I'm sorry - what?? I'm not taking notes on who to request to speak with for scheduling when there's 100% a communication and training issue you need to deal with. THAT was a lack of accountability. I just got the final crown in the one tooth they decided to rework and I feel RIGHT back where I started. I STILL can't floss between my teeth. I STILL have discomfort. And I am still left wondering why they were not listening when I was expressing concern about the one at the front too. And not to mention, the tech I worked with the FIRST time I got these crowns placed was not a good experience. I had thought it was just her, but the issues run deeper. There are a couple of sweet techs that I like working with. Dr. Housley's demeanor is what I think kept me there for so long, but I'm not sure this is where I need to stay. I keep getting ads that they are all taking new patients, but when I go in, it feels like they are always overbooked. The only reason I'm sticking with one more consultation is because this stuff is expensive and I'm on a budget like everyone else in this economy. I've been up front about my health journey and goals with this clinic. But I'm left wondering if this is actually just costing me more down the road. I'm giving this one more consultation and opportunity for this particular issue.

The discussion around my treatment plan was detailed, and I felt fully informed every step of the way. Everyone in the office was kind and supportive, especially when it came to navigating my insurance coverage, creating a treatment plan, & helping with my application for a manageable financial plan. A huge shout out to Nicole, Tiffany, and Dr. Duvall for making me feel welcomed and truly cared for. The entire team was genuinely kind and encouraging—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a cavity filled and it was a really good experience and first time visiting so I was very nervous. They explained everything in steps and scheduled my cleaning right there so I would be set up for my next appointment. Dr. Duvall is very nice and the staff seemed very kind overall. They take Medicaid insurance which is a huge plus if you have that kind of dental insurance!

There's one thing I'm puzzled about - I respectful ask "why" are all your posters, ads, etc only of white individuals and families?? I'm an old white man in my 70s so you might wonder why I care - but I DO ! The vast majority of your staff are people of color. And that's great. But your wall hangings/photos, etc should represent reality, but they don't. Just sayin'.

I think the dentist and her staff only wanted me to purchase Invisalign at their special of 4200.00 ... all I wanted from this new dentist was an exam , X-rays and a cleaning ... Never got the cleaning, allegedly I had an infection of a tooth() at the price of 294.00 ... so much for having Delta Dental ...I will be calling them for a new dentist. This one left me feeling like it was only about the $$$

Fantastic experience: Wow, I just had a temporary crown put on a back molar on a tooth that lost it's crown 4 or 5 years before. The temporary crown came off before the crown got there. This has happened with another dentist with my last crown and they glued it back in place. After the 3rd time it had fallen off, I just gave up. But, when I went in, they made a whole new temporary crown and did a build up on my tooth for more stability of the temporary crown. When my actual crown came in and they put it in, told the dentist it didn't feel quite right. The dentist took it off, made a new mold and made another temporary crown with the tooth build up. The doctor mentioned to me if this temporary broke before my crown came in that the tooth would need to be pulled and a bone graft put in. Well a week before my appointment for my crown installation, my temporary cracked. I heard it crack, but it stayed on. When she looked at it she said the tooth had to be pulled. But hear this! Any other dentist wouldn't credit you back for the money you had paid for the crown. This office credited the portion I had paid for the crown. After the credit for getting a tooth extracted and to install the bone graft, I had a 50.00 credit on my account. The dentist pulled my tooth which was below my gum line. Other dentists have sent me to a specialist which cost me a lot of money. She pulled the tooth and did the bone graft perfectly. No problem whatsoever. I absolutely love this office. They care about the patient, plus every person in the office are so very kind. They call you the next day too make sure you're doing okay. They deserve more than 5 ⭐ 's in my opinion. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
