I hadn't been there before but they were willing to bring me in on the fly on a Friday morning without a prior appointment so I didn’t have to suffer a toothache over the weekend. Issue was more complicated than I had hoped but she figured it out and explained it simply. I was given something to take care of me over the weekend and it really helped! I can't praise their professionalism, empathy, and promptness enough!

Fantastic experience: incredible establishment! whether it's because of lengthy procedures, unkind staff, or other complications, i have always been incredibly nervous to go to the dentist. it became so bad that i didn't go at all for around 3 years. i was referred to bullard dental by a close friend's friend and i am so happy i chose to proceed with reaching out. the ENTIRE staff is incredibly kind, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and helpful. they get back to me in a timely manner and i can tell they genuinely care about my overall health. and that is very hard to come by now a days. i cannot recommend this practice enough. they somehow make me, a severely anxious person, look forward to going to the dentist-and that is truly saying something. if you're looking for a dentistry that's professional but also feels like a supportive family, look no further than this amazing group of people! highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Generally, I hate going to the dentist. However, Dr. Bullard and his staff make going about as good as it’s going to get. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Bullard explains any needed treatment, why it’s needed, and the cost. A detailed, written treatment plan is provided. Latest technology is used. Office is comfortable and clean. One stop shopping for any dental needs. Recently returned for a tooth extraction and bone graft in preparation for a future implant. The procedure is not pleasant under any circumstances, but Dr. Bullard and his staff at least minimize the unpleasantness. As usual, they were very friendly and explained what was happening. Most impressive is that Dr. Bullard himself called me at home that evening to check up on how I was feeling. I broke a tooth on vacation last week. Called Dr. Bullard's office and had an appointment in an hour. Crown was completed in about two hours. As always, everyone was very friendly and everything was explained before it was done. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that started hurting. Got an appointment the next day. The extraction was virtually painless.

Negative experience: Loved everything about my first visit. My third visit, too bad it turned out the way it did. Has nothing to do with the dental care. It is the ladies at the front desk. I had an insurance issue which left me with $700 bill. I called office to ask if I could make payments and still be seen. “Oh of course we can” so I make an appointment and sitting in the chair when then I am told I have to pay half of what I owe before they will work on me!!! Drove 40 minutes on my only day off and was so pissed I walked out!!. Ladies at the front need to learn how to communicate. All that had to be said was when I called was they can’t see me until I pay half of my bill. Don’t see what is so hard about that!!!!

But if you just have to go, it would be very difficult to find any dental facility better than The offices of Dr Jonathan Bullard and his staff of hard working, specialized technicians. The offices are modern and clean. The equipment is top of the line with the best modern, up to date, cutting edge setup that I have ever seen. Most services are in-house and Just about anything that you might need can be done within a very short time period. The staff is both very experienced and very professional. In service and personnel I have found them to be far above The Norm. Especially when it comes to dental assistants and hygienists. They are super courteous and just outright nice people. Especially Jenny and Rachel. And I must also mention that the 2 Skye's (they know who they are, lol) are also very good technicians and very Good people as well. Fantastic experience: I had major problems with my teeth caused from dry mouth. We saw Dr. Bullard on T.V and he seemed really caring about all of his patients. I was right everything was explained to me and I had several options to consider. I decided to have all my teeth removed and was placed with fixed teeth. This is a long process but every step of the way was always explained in detail. The fit had to be tweaked a couple of times but they constantly said until your happy we want stop. I love my teeth it was the best decision I could have ever made. I would recommend Dr. Bullard and his staff which by the way were so good to me to anyone out there. Fantastic experience: I have a huge fear of dentists. I've never had a positive experience at a dental office.... UNTIL I went here. I'm not going to lie the first visit I went in I was so scared I was literally crying. Now I go in and smile and laugh with the staff when I have appointments. Every person there is so sweet. They listen to your concerns and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I needed extensive work on my teeth and a full transplant on the upper portion. I'm currently still wearing the temporary implant while my bones heal, but even the temporary teeth look amazing. I have never been one to smile and show my teeth. Hated it and avoided pictures. Especially in recent years as my teeth got worse. I was in constant pain from broken teeth, cavities, chronic infections. Bullard dental totally changed my life! Sounds cliche' but there's no other way for me to describe it! I feel better physically and mentally. I'm not taking Ibuprofen daily to combat headaches and jaw and tooth pain. and I'm not afraid to smile! When someone says " let's take a picture!" I'm all for it now. 100% recommend this dental office

Excellent communication between staff and myself answering all questions and reassuring me as I have begun an extensive dental series of procedures. I have been to many dentists over the years and this dentist and the dental assistants are by far the best I’ve ever worked with and that’s the key. They make you part of the treatment team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now. And as although she wasn’t there then but, Dr. Rose was amazing, great personality and she is very passionate about her profession. At first I was thinking it was taking too long because I just wanted to go home on that rainy day. I got there at 330 and left out at after 5 close to 6 maybe. But!!!! It was all worth it. She took her time, and perfected that tooth honey! I have 5 more to go and she will definitely be doing those as well. Her assistance Sky was amazing as well. Great music, knowledgeable even though my mouth was super sore, I wouldn’t trade for anything. See you guys soon!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bullard, Dr. Morris, and everyone at the office put in a lot of effort to do their best to support patients along their individual oral health journeys. For a long time now, I have been able to depend on them for regular cleanings, x-rays, fillings, composites and more. Last but not least, they are centrally located and have a nice, clean, welcoming office, waiting room, and patient rooms.

Fantastic experience: They are just the "Total Package". Researched some other dental offices, and they fell WAY short compared to Bullard Dental. Bullard is completely transparent, and they do all their work in-house and their staff is consistent. I personally hate going into offices that have a high employee turnover. Professionalism at it's finest.

Fantastic experience: I had been searching for sometime for a dental clinic because I am NOT happy with the results of my immediate upper denture that I got last year at Sexton Dental. I have some definite changes I'd like to make in the new one. I also have 4 natural teeth that need attention. After reading all the reviews, I chose Dr. Bullard. So far, I couldn't be more pleased! The office is pleasant,and the staff are professionally mannered,and helpful. They knew that although I have a budget to work with and am paying cash, that I want the best possible quality custom denture as it is going to have to last me for years. They listened to what I wanted, and helped to derive a treatment plan that was perfect! They use state of the art technology and really make you a part of the team in your custom treatment plan. Dr. Bullard and his staff take the time to listen to your wants and needs and base the plan accordingly. I had not been to a dentist in years prior to losing my top and most of my bottom teeth because the last one I went to not only charged me for work he never did,but treated me like I was a child! None of THAT in THIS office. They have a whole team working on your dental care and YOU are the head of it. I am looking forward to seeing my final product: A beautiful smile. "My" smile! Update- I couldn't be happier! Dr.Bullard and his team did a phenomenal job! Update-2021- once again I am VERY pleased with everyone in their office was nice,explained everything treated me with respect. Edit 11/5/21 I had a horrible toothache and they worked me in for the next day even though they were super busy already. I HAD to be out by 3:30p to get my son from the bus stop. At 3:09 i was about to reschedule when he came back in and pulled the tooth, I was out the door at 3:29pm! The staff is courteous and is always smiling and professional. I am always treated like an old friend.. Edit 1/4/2022 Finally preop for implants. Lower. Bar on 3.. They were very thorough in the explanation of surgery,,medications, going over any questions I had etc. I feel quite ready. Edit 1/18/2022 Surgery went well as expected, the staff and Dr. Bullard were very professional and I am pleased.edit 2/12/2022 finally got my temporary, A soft liner was put in and although it didn't stick the 1st time they made things right! 12/6/23 They have a fine team. I am happy with the job they do.

Fantastic experience: Well within two weeks I had two different weekend battles with pain. On Monday morning at 8 am i called and was sitting in the chair by 8:45. First time I have ever felt like a dental office actually cared. Amazing dentist and Amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is so stressful for me. Bullard dentistry is such a relaxed and friendly place.I was so surprised at how wonderful they were with my anxiousness . They went out of their way to address my every need with such patience and understanding. Outstanding service!

Fantastic experience: Front office staff and dentist associates are very friendly and helpful. They explained every detail in a professional manner. I will be going back to get the perfect smile I am wanting. Dr. Bullard is so nice and friendly. He understands what I am wanting and he explained what best fits me. Thanks to everyone!

Fantastic experience: The staff is awesome, Dr.Bullard makes you feel so comfortable. They all truly care about you the person first. Dr.Bullard does excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those with high dental anxiety
