Fantastic experience: Today I had my first visit due to a situation that I was concerned about with my mouth. I had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Wang. From the moment you walk in the office you're greeted as someone that is special and that really continues all the way through the entire experience from meeting with the doctor and the departure. Fantastic experience: Rosie did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Woo did a very quick but good exam. He looked in my mouth less than 3 minutes. The front desk staff was very nice. They also gave me a freebie bag (toothbrush and small toothpaste) when I asked them for one. (my former dentist automatically gave every patient, after every visit, a tote with small box of floss, a toothbrush, a small toothpaste and a 3-pack of plaque picks...no having to ask). Woo Wang charges less than my former dentist though, and they have a plan that saves me money on my visits. I'm happy with their services.

Today’s visit was quick for 1 tooth extraction. It was painless and surprised. Dr. Wang did a great job! I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for new dental need. Negative experience: Julia was very rude and obnoxious to me during my visit today. She ridiculously attacked me for no apparent reason, and said "you don't have to come back to the practice, if you are not satisfied with the charges I am presenting to you." I thought those remarks were awful and uncalled for. Indeed, she wanted me to blindly accept and pay the full amount she demanded. I simply disputed the amounts because the approved portions by my dental insurance were not taken into consideration. Upon realizing the anomaly, I immediately drew her attention to the inherent error, but she bluntly refused to recognize and adhere to it. Instead of that, she became belligerent and very incoherent. Consequently, I urged and insisted upon the doctor (Chen), who invariably, heard all of her altercations, abuses and ulterior motives directed towards me to escalate and report her despicable behavior to the management; so she may be reprimanded to desist and refrain from those negative behaviors to their loyal customers in the future. In conclusion, she definitely lacked the public relations ability required by any organization to enhance future patronage, regardless of her capacity in the business.

Fantastic experience: Woo Wang Dental did a great job on my teeth. The atmosphere was comfortable; the employees were very friendly and professional; and Dr. Shang was excellent at his craft. I felt at ease and relaxed with Dr.Shang. I did not feel any pain, and when his work was done, I was beyond satisfied. 4/19/20 Dr. Shang finished the follow up on my teeth and again, like my previous visits, Dr. Shang was wonderful. Woo Wang Dental is no doubt the go to dental care. I have referred Woo Wang to two of my coworkers and my coworkers are beyond satisfied. Negative experience: They lied and told me my insurance was covering charges that they didn't even submit to the insurance. They told me I had to pay out of pocket for Floride treatment and my insurance told me they paid them 25 for it. They provided me with a list of six charges that doesn't match the insurance company records

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Woo Wang dental for over 20yrs and have always had the best experience. The team is wonderful and has always treated my family and I with great care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Woo saw me a week ago for my pain in my lower right jaw region. He saw the X-rays and after a thorough examination felt that nothing was really evident. I went back in a week after the same pain and not subsided. He then examined again to find the cause being in a jaw muscle that maybe inflamed. Prescribed Aleve dosing for a week along with warm compress and monitor. He felt pretty confident that although not a tooth issue per se, that he has diagnosed the stress in the jaw area causing inflammation in the jaw muscle. Very thorough diagnoses and conservative treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Great, honest dental office. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they were very transparent about what service is not covered by insurance e.g., fluoride after a cleaning. They also didn’t try to push expensive services. In contrast to one dental office I visit that tried to get me a root canal and cap-I haven’t had a cavity since 1999. I finally found my dentist after living in the area for 2 years.

Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised by the excellent job the older adult male Dental Hygienist from the Temporary Agency did yesterday afternoon who was covering for Lilly whom is on Maternity Leave till next year. I would strongly recommended that he be offer a Permanent Job at your Dental Practice since he has excellent clinical skills and checks in frequently to see how the client/patient is doing and would be an asset to you , staff, and clients. I had my 6 monthly Dental Cleaning by an excellent Registered Dental Hygienist , Ms Siobhan yesterday morning and exam by Dental Doctor , Wang who I officially saw and meet for the 1st time since my previous years have been seen and treated by Doctor Woo and his Doctor son and was extremely pleased. They have assembled an excellent team and have excellent friendly, and helpful receptionists too like Ms. Donna and look forward to see them in 6 months, March of 2022.

Negative experience: Great dentists and services, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. I was originally quoted and charged an amount that I thought was final, but later received another bill without any explanation. This resulted in my final cost being double what I was initially told. Clear and honest communication about charges is essential, and in this instance, it was lacking. I feel blindsided and disappointed after being a patient for over five years. It’s clear that the clinic is more focused on charging without helping patients understand the cost and without considering if the patient can even afford it. I trusted them, but I can no longer continue using services at a place with such practices.

Fantastic experience: Their clinic is within walking distance from a gas station; so it is very convenient for me, I can run two errands at one trip. Today’s visit was especially pleasing, because they made the appointment efficient. They also patiently explained my X-Ray and gum situation, which is a great value besides the routine visit. Moreover, when I had a follow up questions regarding the visit, the receptionist (Giselle) responded promptly with added information. Overall it is a comfortable dental clinical experience. Negative experience: Would not recommend. My replacement crown did not last more than two years and during that time, I had numerous issues of it falling off (from just flossing) and getting infected. I would not recommend Dr. Kenneth Wong at all. He does not care about his patients. I had to seek another dentist to redo the crown. Waste of money.
