Negative experience: had an appointment for Friday at 10 AM. Arrived on time, the doors were locked & the building was dark. There is a printed sign on the front door that clearly states the Friday Hours of 9-2. No staff reached out to cancel or reschedule prior to Friday . No answer to phone calls. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the absolute best staffed Dental Offices I've ever been to in my 50 trips around the sun. I tend to dread any sort of medical appointments and had been putting off some much needed dental work that quickly escalated into next level pain. I was able to make a next day appointment and received some of the best dental service and care I could have hoped for. Perfect in all respects. The entire staff from reception to Dentist were super awesome humans and for real helpful and sincere, something that's quite rare to find these days. So stoked to have lucked into finding these guys having recently moved to the area!

Fantastic experience: These people will help you. Dr. Emma, Maria, Brenda, and the rest of the staff (I wish I could remember everyone's name) were so nice, efficient, and professional. I had a chipped front tooth and they were able to get me in the same day I called. Dr Emma did a fantastic job fixing my tooth. I highly recommend O2 Dental Group of Wilmington.

Fantastic experience: Had been experiencing dental emergencies due to wreck, the employees made me comfortable and explained my options with me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my appointment and will not choose another dentist to ever touch my mouth. Negative experience: I called to reschedule a root canal appointment but the person who answered the phone answered very rudely. Said there was a cancellation fee applied told her I would find somewhere to get it done before I could finish asking how much of a credit I still had on the account she hung up the phone. I have tried calling back and no one is picking up the phone. Will never go back to this place !

Fantastic experience: Gabby, Brenda and Anna were the best! I had an emergency and went online and got an appointment right away. Fantastic experience: I am one of those who’s had a fear of visiting the dentist from poor visits in the past and neglected my own care because of it. I am so incredibly grateful to have randomly discovered this dentistry who served me on such short notice for an emergency. Every single person from the front desk (shout out to Dayra! She’s so sweet and welcoming!!) to the dental assistants and dentists that I saw. Every single person treated me with kindness and zero judgment was felt. You guys really eased my anxiety. I had a tooth pulled and the whole process, even though not a fun one, was done professionally and insanely quick! For a not great situation I had to deal with, each of you really made it tolerable. The space is super clean and calm.. I’m not even worried to return to get a full clean and examination now. Thank you guys so much.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for 3/11/25. I received multiple reminders for this appointment via email / text. The week of I was asked to confirm my appointment by text message which i responded and confirmed. The day of my appointment I received the reminder text that it was at 5 pm which is also their advertised extended day. I left work early to ensure I was on time for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and the office was closed. I double checked their website and the door for the hours and both stated they should have been opened until 6pm. I called the next day to speak with someone about what may have happened and the receptionist confirmed that I had an appointment at that time. She the transferred me to the office manger and the call was disconnected immediately. I called back and was told that she was busy and a message would be given to her to return my call. I waited a few hours never received a call. I called the office again to then be told the office manger was in a meeting and she would call me before the end of the day. Office manger finally returns my call late afternoon. When I informed her of what happened, she stated that the dental hygienist that booked my appointment, no longer works at the office so any appointments that the dental hygienist scheduled no longer shows up on their main schedule. I told her I was confused as to how I was able to confirm my appointment and receive multiple reminders of the appointment band she let me know those are all automated messages. So where did my confirmation go?!? Pretty sure no EMR or scheduling system works that way regardless if the person that booked the appointment is employed at the office or not. Even if that was the case, the office and administration staff should have ensured all appointments that the dental hygienist scheduled were rescheduled or patients were notified of appointments changes. The office manger and the receptionist could see my appointment date and time booked in my chart but not on the main schedule. Makes no sense. If that's how their EMR/scheduling system works maybe the company needs to spend more money on a new system. The office manger proceeded to tell me the new hours took effect on 3/10/25 and she submitted for the hour changes. Yet my appointment date was on 3/11/25. Regardless if the hours weren't changed on the website, the hours on the door should have been changed on the effective date before the end of the business day. She continued to talk over me and showed no accountability for their mistake. Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment?! My appointment has come and gone what am I rescheduling for? Then the office manger takes the time to inform me of my bill after I told her I wasn’t coming back. I gladly paid my bill so I could be done with the office... Dr.Dudleck is an amazing dentist!! However I will not be back due to the lack of accountability and treatment from the office manger and the whole appointment scheduling system.

Fantastic experience: My hubby went there for the first time and absolutely loved the staff and the treatment plan they gave him and went over it thoroughly! He now knows what to expect and they booked him for his next appt 2 days later and the appt was on a date 6 days later so they can get everything done quickly. Would recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: There was no wait time for my appointment. The staff was very professional & personable. The high technology allowed the hygenist to get all the pictures she needed. The Dr checked & cleaned my teeth & noticed a cavity to be filled at a later appointment. I was very impressed with their work.

Negative experience: It’s the fact that yall are trying to be smart with a sorry response like that. I came to that office for an emergency, was there on time, and was denied by the snobby girls that y’all have working the front desk. I as a customer expected way more professionalism from the staff, given that I was recommended to y’all, but yall don’t have to worry about ever seeing me again or anybody I know. Sorry excuse of a practice fr.

Negative experience: If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. I had really high hopes for this place due to family switching over to go here and the reviews. Boy was I in for a rude awakening.. Upon arrival I was told that I missed my appointment that was at 4:10. I booked a 4:30 for the simple fact that I couldn’t leave work any earlier. I showed the front desk staff my confirmation text messages and email proving I booked for 4:30. Of course that came with a sigh and an eye roll and another staff member saying to the girl I was talking too, that she would need to check with the dentist about seeing me since I “missed” my appointment. Which she never actually got up to do because they had no intentions of “working me back in” The girl checking me in let me know she still needed to “call” my insurance to verify the coverage and that if she did not hear back before 4:45 I was going to have to reschedule. I obviously wasn’t happy with that but okay whatever. I fill out my paper work she calls me back up there to tell me what they will cover and what they won’t, by this time it is 4:45 on the dot meaning she heard back from my insurance well before 4:45. I was then told I would have to reschedule at 4:46 for another day because my appointment time had gone by already, even though I was there and present. I did not receive a greeting upon arrival other than all three of girls huddling around laughing and talking. I am very upset because I had booked an emergency appointment due to a filling being lost and my nerve being exposed. The emergency appointment was not taken into consideration whatsoever and the staff was very unprofessional. I left work early to be seen here and the only way they would have been excused was with a note stating I was there. Well I wasn’t allowed a note because I wasn’t seen and it was their fault on why I wasn’t seen. 10/10 don’t recommend this place. Don’t even waste your time.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I was so nervous to go to the dentist after 20 years and they made me feel so much better. Terrietta took great care of me and calmed my nerves. Went over every single process in detail. Dr Emma explained all my teeth problems and told exactly what to do to prevent cavities. AMAZING SERVICE WILL BE BACK.

Fantastic experience: I was a last minute appointment. I lost a filling and needed immediate care. I called the office of O2 care… the front desk was kind and informative and very compassionate to my needs!! I’m a coward Dr. Dudleck and Gabby made me feel right place right time. They were kind intelligent and experienced! I’m going back….reasonable,smart,caring and most importantly no judgement!!! For heaven’s sake’s there is a TV on the ceiling!! Go it’s in your best interest! Btw they have a good sense of humor!!! It’s what’ we need feeling uneasy!! Just do it!! U definitely deserve everything great!! Fantastic experience: I accompanied a patient who had only recently arrived in the US. You can imagine her fear when she had to have major dental work done (fillings plus multiple extractions and dentures). I was probably more nervous than she was but Dr. Dudleck and Terrietta somehow communicated to her (with some help from Google Translate) that they could carefully, calmly, and almost painlessly address her problems. We had to come back for a number of visits but after the first one she was fine. We both trusted this dental team and we were both so pleased with the outcome: a healthier mouth and a beautiful smile. I'd like to thank everyone who worked with us.

Fantastic experience: Everyone that works at the Market street location is so nice and incredibly helpful. I never feel judged and I leave with all of my questions answered. I don’t have insurance but they have so many affordable options for self pay. They’re seriously the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Positive experience: Was very satisfied with my first app. Everyone was very nice and professional. Explained the procedure to me. Everything sounded good. Would love to have them care for my implants but the only problem is I can't afford the cost of the procedure or the financing options. Will need to check around for a less expensive price for the procedure. Otherwise, would let them do it in a heartbeat if I could afford their price.

Positive experience: I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I went through a extensiv set of x-rays. I wasn't advised my 1st visit was ONLY x-rays. Everyone was very nice. My next visit to have my cleaning was done by Maria, very gentle & sweet nature. I'll go back for next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist in years from bad experiences but my experience with Maria and Dr. Emma changed my mind completely. My teeth never left cleaner thanks to Maria’s expertise and X rays with her were a breeze! Fantastic experience: Amazing experience dentist Dr. Dudleck and assistant Gaby were very thorough and kind. Fantastic experience: I saw Brenda and Dr Dudleck for a root canal and crown. They were both so nice, friendly, gentle, and definitely knew what they were doing. Definitely helped my confidence with having my first root canal and second crown on the same tooth. Dr Dudleck is the best dentist I’ve had. Thank you Dr Dudleck for your hospitality and stoping my pain in that tooth for 3 years!!!!! I am very grateful for your service and I hope you stay a dentist because we need more people in the health profession like you!

Fantastic experience: Maria cleaned both mine and my daughter’s teeth and did an amazing job! It was our first time using this office for a dental cleaning and we were very impressed! She is so friendly, kind, caring, knowledgeable and very thorough! Definitely recommend for future cleanings! I also saw Dr. Emma H. and assistant Brenda for my fillings and they made the process so simple and smooth! Both ladies were so kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Fantastic experience: Super kind I got my root canal and crown there just a weak ago, the process was pretty fast and for the most part painless and all the staff are super nice and helpful. My dentist explained everything well and made me feel more relaxed planning to get my Invisalign there too also they talk Spanish so they were able to talk to my mom and brother about the entire process !

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars. They get your money and then could give less than a damn about you. How do existing patients even make appointments here? You can get in today if you're a new patient but if you're not, you have to wait 3 months for the cleaning that you pay monthly for. What a joke. I am making it my life mission to steer people away from here. This place is disgusting

Positive experience: People were all good, friendly, helpful. Having to pay 2 cc service fees because I could not pay for it all at the end and have it under one charge is poor business practice. It shows me that 1. You don't trust your customers and 2. that corporate does not care about customers needs or money or what would be good for us customers, just the $.

Negative experience: Never coming back here again. First time I came here I had Dr. White. Coolest, nicest, and most understanding dentist I ever met! I went because I was having extreme pain with my wisdom teeth. He was also very gentle and talked to me to help me understand what was going on. Today, I went again for the same reason. This time I had Dr. O, who was extremely rude and ignorant. He came in and I instantly got the vibe that he didn’t want to deal with me. He asked me what was going on, I told him, then he preceded to stick his finger in my mouth 2 times and just asked me if “it hurt” like um yes it hurts!!! And he was being extremely rough! I ended up leaving with more pain! Then he asked if we were going to do an extraction today. I explained how I did not have the money for that. Then he asks “so what did you expect from today” like what the hell Some help?! With my pain?! For you to LOOK at my teeth and gums, not you just feeling an area a couple times and asking if it hurts when i already told you I’m in severe pain!!! That’s not what I said but I told him how I was helped last time and he proceeded to laugh in my face and says “oh so she’s just wanting some pain meds” so then he made it looked like I was freaking drug seeking?! I didn’t even care about pain meds, what I cared about was antibiotics because I knew that was what was actually going to help. Like how dare he automatically assume I came in and wasted all this time just to get some freaking pain meds. He made it EXTREMELY clear that he DOES NOT care about his patients. I don’t know what happened to Dr. White, but I will be looking for him as I know he truly cares about his patients!!!

Negative experience: Can’t get the 3rd party call service to schedule an appointment. Very professional dentist and staff. If you do get in, and they haven’t canceled your appointments (3) and counting for me) the actual dentistry is quite good.

Negative experience: This place is Shady. There is one really good dentist there- as for the rest….They make you sign for any dental work and how much it is. I set up a payment plan. Insurance came back saying they were not paying for part of it because it was unnecessary. I had an appointment today for a cleaning and they refused to see me because I hadn’t paid what insurance deemed as unnecessary. I talked to numerous people about this apptt beforehand-not once was I told that the balance had to be paid in full before I could have my teeth clean. I wasted my time- took off of my work-I think it is pretty unprofessional. I will not be paying for any unnecessary work that they did to up my bill. Good riddance!

Negative experience: I had work done in April of last year and everything was fine. Then I started getting emails and texts in December that I owed them over $3k with no explanation. When I call there's no answer, but I continue to get threatening messages. I don't understand how I have work done and months later I owe thousands of dollars. I tried calling and got talked over and treated like I was an idiot, I requested to talk to the owner who responded to my review which is only the manager. People please be aware of this place, you have to have medical and dental insurance and they don't specify that during the consultation. My bill went from $150 to $3,095, with no reasonable explanation. It's really sad how they treat people.

Negative experience: If I could give a Zero star I would!! This place is HORRIBLY ran. Just so everyone knows you have to have MEDICAL and DENTAL insurance to be seen here. Don't like them screw you over like they did us! They are trying to bill a medical insurance we don't have instead of billing our dental insurance we HAVE! Don't go here! Go else where!!!!

Fantastic experience: From the professionalism of the front desk to the calming way of the tech and understanding dentist, the entire experience was extremely pleasant. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've had work done by 02 dental group, and the Dr's know what they're doing. I've dealt with many many other dental office's in the past, and without saying any names 02 is on another level as far as exsprecnce, and the professional work they do. Fantastic experience: I am a first time patient and had some concerns and questions. The staff from the appointment desk to the new patient intake to the actual time being seen by the doctor was smooth, welcoming and seamless. Dr D, Anna and Gabby were all pleasant, patient and answered all of my questions. After having x-rays and a complete exam, I came away with a personalized plan of action including a breakdown of costs. I am looking forward to getting started with this awesome O2 Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Laurel was excellent ! Very thorough, but gentle and professional. She is friendly and easy to talk to with any questions or concerns. The staff member at the front desk very efficiently checked on Insurance coverage for a mouth guard for me and will keep in touch when they get back to her. Negative experience: If you have other options, I would pick a different dentist office. I'm not sure why I've stayed here so long with so many red flags. They told me I needed surgery when a second and third opinion confirmed I did not, they have double charged me through my insurance but won't let me pay in person, they've canceled and filled appointments without letting me know until I'm standing there trying to check in, and probably the worst of it is they broke my permanent retainer during a simple cleaning and tried to fix it even though they don't have training in orthodontics. I'm not someone who likes to complain, so I've done my best to give the benefit of the doubt time after time. If I could do it over, I would have found somewhere else long ago.

Negative experience: Anna was wonderful. She patiently answered various questions about my teeth and provided great education. I think that I just had the best dental experience with Anna! Usually the measuring of the gums is painful but she was gentle. They did a great job with the decorations to decrease anxiety which I usually have at dental appointments. They also have great air freshners which helps significantly reduce that dental office smell. It was a bit noisy, more than other places but I think because it is small. Will return and hopefully Anna is still working there. She was training Latrice and she was green but we all are at various times. New patient. Update 5/6/23 Questionable billing practices. Despite me telling them that I had xrays last year they didn't take the time to get records from previous Dentist which led to me being billed for services that I had done again too soon. They were anxious to verify my coverage but dropped the ball otherwise now I am being billed $300+. I specifically asked them to make sure the panoramic xray was covered at 100% , they said it was but surprise it's not! Reported to insurance company and the board. Nice office and decorations but they don't operate like all other medical practices to secure records for previous services! Wouldn't recommend

Fantastic experience: So I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time and I am new to the area. I had a dental emergency and they got me scheduled the very next day! During the exam and procedure everyone I interacted with were amazing! I was extremely nervous and they made me feel right at home as if I had been going to them for years! Fantastic experience: Had a very bad experience at another dentist office and this place was a life saver! I was extremely nervous and anxious to visit another dentist after what I went though somewhere else in town and 02 got me in the same day I called. Fantastic experience: From the very first appointment I was absolutely in love with O2 dental group. From the first visit I was made welcomed and comfortable by every staff that I interacted with. They were very attentive. I didn’t get my dental hygienist name but she was always making sure that I was fine and that nothing was hurting during the cleaning. My dentist Dr. Dudleck provided me with all his findings and provided me with answers to all my questions which allows me to leave worry free at the end of my appointment. Hannah at the front desk scheduled me for my next appointment and provided me all the answers to what my insurance covered and what was left for me to pay out of pocket. She was really sweet on finding me the best appointment date for a busy mom like me. I will truly recommend O2 dental group to all my friends and family !

Fantastic experience: I visited this office in extreme pain. Found out I had a cracked tooth. Dr White noticed it within seconds. I immediately felt comfortable because he obviously knows what he is doing. He can be pretty direct but I genuinely appreciated that! He was straight up about what was wrong and how to fix it. I came back for a few more visits to fix the cracked tooth and some cavities. Again he was straight up and to the point about what he needed to do. His assistant that helped while pulling my cracked tooth was spot on. They were both super confident when they worked together. I was squirmy and they handled it professionally and even had a few jokes but its all good! I have learned my lesson and I will be the best patient ever!! The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was also very kind and pleasant on my first visit and my 3rd visit when she cleaned my teeth. Laurel I believe her name is. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt like I was talking dealing with a family member! Everyone here seems extremely confident and they know what they are doing. Even billing with my insurance vs what I had to pay out of pocket was super professional and explained in detail. Thank you!!!!

Negative experience: I had been several times and had no complaints when they first opened. My last visit I noticed I had a new dentist and was refused treatment as I have high blood pressure which I take medication for but anxiety does trigger it. I was in pain and felt like I didn’t matter. They had no problem taking my money before but suddenly I need medical clearance to return?? I found a new dentist!!!

Negative experience: As a new patient I was treated incredibly rude on the phone by an employee. My cleaning appointment had been changed 3 times due to "scheduling issues". While it may not represent the integrity of the dentists, it's unacceptable to treat patients impolitely. Do not recommend

Negative experience: My most recent experiences have been horrible. The customer service is inadequate. I did not feel good about a dental exam provided to my teenage daughter and after seeking a second opinion I was extremely glad I did not go with the recommendations of this office. They were preparing to fill 5 cavities with little explanation. After having her seen by another office, only 1 filling was needed and it was actually having to correct the 1 filling that was previously done at this O2 dental office. I had already made a deposit and appointment for my daughter’s care before seeking another opinion. Once she was seen by another office I requested a refund of O2 Dental, submitting the required form. That was April 14th. After calls to this office and emails I have yet to receive the refund 2 months later. Not once has anyone proactively called me to provide me with any updates regarding my refund (even after being told I would receive a call back). I have been told that the accounts payable office is not in their office and that they have emailed them and will give them a call. The manager I spoke with referred to my refund as “stuff” and after I asked what else could be done, only repeated her initial reasoning… “As I said…,like I said…”. I recommend better customer service training for who you have hired as management. I also recommend your staff providing dental services do a much better job with explaining care and recommendations. And most importantly, I am very disappointed that the recommendations given to have 5 cavities filled turned out to be on the extreme end. Taking away so much of her enamel at a young age would not have been a wise choice. Please do better and also provide my warranted refund.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to post my experiences with o2. My anxiety is at its height when I’m the patient and with that being said, they made me feel at ease and was gentle while working on me. Thank you. I highly recommend anyone that has doubts or feeling anxiety. Great staff.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Going to the dentist can be a stressful thing, but that’s not the case here. O2 Dental has a very calming atmosphere, and very kind staff. My hygienist was amazing and gentle, and really made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. O. did my exam, he is wonderful too.

Fantastic experience: My 16 year old has anxiety about going to the dentist. O2 got us in quickly, and he had a few cavities. They scheduled us quickly to have them filled, and gave him something to lower his anxiety. Everyone is so friendly, and they really explain the cost before your appointment. They are so great that my son is no longer scared of the dentist! Highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: The staff was excellent and as a person who hates the dentist and gets very distressed - this experience was way better than expected. They kept me informed of each step and that was calming This appt was for a crown / every part was made to calm me and I left there with permanent crown !!

Fantastic experience: DR. LYDIA OYEGUNWA is kind, caring and has an excellent “bed side manor.” I have super sensitive teeth and both the doctor & assistants do everything they can to make me comfortable. Their attention to detail is evident in the latest technology they use and even down to the tasteful, contemporary interior design. Oh yes, I’m also happy with the dental work I’ve had done there.

Positive experience: Service is outstanding. Dr O is great. My only gripe is with getting an estimate and being advised as to what insurance covers. Staff does not look at your specific policy information even when asked to do so. You're not in a position to check yourself when something changes during a procedure and them find out it's not covered after being told it is covered. This is not the first time I have been given incorrect information to which has costed me hundreds of dollars.

Positive experience: I am a believer. Dr. O reviewed my objectives and is going to give me a dental solution that is more than I could have dreamed of. I'm amazed and relieved that I can have my smile restored at a price that I can afford. The office is extremely well organized and efficient. The staff is personable and, because they create the first impression, they give you a sense that this is going to be a successful dental experience. The appointment was easy to make and then there were followed-up-reminder texts, emails and calls. The waiting time was reasonable, even on a Saturday. There are Saturday hours. Now, that's amazing! Dr. O is calm, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. His knowledge of up-to-date dental options was impressive. I can compare his solution to other dentists since I have recently had consultations with other dentists in search of an answer that would work for me. Dr. O wins, no contest. I'm excited about getting my work started. Dr. O is changing my life! UPDATE: The extractions went perfectly. I wasn't aware of anything that happened from the time that I sat on the dentist's chair until the assistant woke me up to say it was over. I was literally stoned and still out of it. I experienced minor pain during the initial healing two weeks. There was one problem. I didn't have a post op appointment and clearly no one in the office noticed. I called after two weeks had passed. I requested an appointment and then no one called with a date. I called today, November 26, and I will finally go on December 3rd. I'm more than displeased. Also, be careful with their billing requirements. They can rush things, even when you don't owe them a dime.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff! I was hesitant going in because of the anxiety I always get when going to the dentist. Both the hygienist and dentist made me feel very comfortable. They both were very knowledgeable and educated on where to focus while brushing and techniques to use.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough about Dr. O and the O2 dental staff at the Porters Neck location. To be honest, I'm just not sure I can say enough about them. I had been to a couple locations in the area, who I will refrain from naming, and it left a lot to be desired. Then I was referred to 02. They immediately stepped to the plate for me. They saw me in a desperate time of need. Dr. O performed a four hour root Canal in the very back of my mouth on Jan. 1 of this year. I could not even make contact other previous dentists on that day. Not only did they answer the call, but the man performed one hell of a procedure about as smooth and confidently as I have ever experienced dental work. Not only was that day a lifesaver, but the attention to detail led to us establishing a plan for further appointments to get me exactly where I need to be from a dental stand point. Today I finished the last of those appointments and I am still as pleased and amazed with the quality of the location as I was on Day 1. I'm telling you people, go to this location. There staff is extremely pleasant. They communicate great, and they take GREAT care of their patients. I am extremely satisfied and after the trials I have been through with the Dental industry in this town, it wouldn't be right not to help point people in the right direction.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely happy with every part of this practice! From start to finish- Setting the new patient appointment was easy & at a time I didn’t have to miss work…I get to my appointment & the office is clean & tidy and I didn’t sit for longer than 5 minutes before I was taken back. The woman who took my X-rays was friendly & upbeat and explained everything she was doing which I completely appreciated. The hygienist was just as friendly & took the time to answer the questions I had. The dentist was extremely nice & caring and explained everything in terms that were easy to comprehend. Then at checkout & the talk about about finances- everything was completely straight forward & priced out. I felt I was in great hands. The hours were great! The staff was awesome. I felt the price was very reasonable. Totally recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. Made you feel as comfortable as you can at a dentist. They are very high tech with all the up to date gadgets and completing a full 3-D scan of your teeth. Gave me "phases" to complete to get me back to where I need to with a very affordable payment plan. Overall very pleased! Also... they have TV's in the ceiling.. which is awesome. I was actually laughing while they worked on my mouth as I watched "Wipeout"... Dentist got a kick out of it.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great dentist. Look no further than Dr. Nick Griggs. I love Dr. Nick and his assistant Jasmine. Dr. Nick is kind and compassionate! I love how he comes in and greets you. He takes time to speak with you eye to eye about what he will be doing. He just don’t come in and say hi then get started. He works well with terrible teeth like mine. He thinks outside the box. If this won’t work he will try something else. He does not get annoyed when things don’t work. He assures you that it will work out! He is encouraging. He just goes back in his bag of tricks and makes the impossible happen. He is innovative, dynamic, and skilled! Go and check him out!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazed!!! I had to have a tooth removed and was totally freaked out. But let me tell you from someone who has had a lot of dental work. This didn’t hurt at all, not even the numbing of the area, I didn’t feel the needle or medicine getting administered. I would scream the praises from the rooftops…. I have definitely found my new dentist. Looking for a great dentist then look no farther.

Negative experience: I had scheduled an appointment the day prior online for the excruciating pain my wisdom teeth are putting me in, but because the appointment was never confirmed after I did all that paperwork and signed, they basically gave my appointment to someone else. They tried to back up the time for it for earlier in the day, but I couldn't get anything. Comes to find out after receiving an automated text about lack of confirmation, they never even sent the email for me to confirm my appointment, so I lost the entire appointment for nothing and now have to go through the trouble of locating another dentist that I don't have to wait more than two weeks to see and doesn't conflict with my work schedule! I'm not even a patient here, and because of how poorly they were to assist, I definitely will never be a patient here.

Negative experience: Won't be returning, the employees were very nice but... I have never paid a co-pay with my dental insurance, yet this office charged one. Then when I questioned how many x-rays they took, I was assured it was all covered under my insurance plan, just got off the phone with my insurance company, nope I was not due to have any x-rays, so I'm not getting my co-pay back and may have to pay for these extra x-rays

Negative experience: Dr O in Feburary made accommodations for my dental anxiety and professionally extracted a molar that was damaged. Now that another molar is in need of treatment, I waited over 2 weeks for an exam and then told that I need to go find and get a primary care Dr (which I dont have) and tell them they have to call 02 dental in regards to my dental anxiety before they can do any treatment. Why was this not brought up over 2 weeks ago when I went in for my emergency dental exam? When I expressed the inconvenience in waiting over 2 weeks for an appt with a broken molar. When it was in my file that dr. O had to make accommodations for my dental anxiety? When I mentioned it several times both over the phone and at the emergency exam in July? So what did I wait over 2 weeks for? If I needed to go find a primary care doctor why was I not advised so I could be finding one during the extremely long 2 week wait with a broken molar??? An employee of mine was a dentist for a very long time and he said hes never heard of ANYTHING like this. Now I'm even more at unease after reading some of these reviews. Dr o was great. The 2 stars are for him and the fact that the new doctor is extemely nice and the way he communicates in person is remarkable. But nice doesnt take away the fact that this has been a HUGE inconvenience considering my dental anxiety was known by this practice, and I brought this up both over the phone and at the appointment so that my file could be checked and this could be verified. I was still horribly failed at multiple avenues. instead of being made aware of the fact that *this time* I need to go find, pay, wait for and get into a primary care. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is all extremely distressing, and a huge change from my experience months ago.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience. They did the filling of 4 tooth together before my move to different state when none of my tooth was hurting . One of the tooth filling was very deep and needed route canal but instead suggesting route canal later they did filling and in 2 weeks I had to go for route canal at new place and had to go through the pain twice. Will never recommend this place

Negative experience: I am NOT happy. My husband had a new patient appointment yesterday, and the advertised special included an exam, X-rays, and a cleaning. The office did not clean my husband's teeth, but instead offered him a credit on a root canal! So, in order to have his teeth cleaned, he needed to come back and spend hundreds of dollars on a different procedure. That is bait and switch. We will not be returning and will use a different dentist office that honors their specials.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this place! They were very thorough and gave me an excuse to actually sit down and watch that new Netflix show that I never remember [since there are screens above you in the dental chair] for a brief moment, I forgot I was at the dentist... until I looked in the mirror and saw my numb face FYI let me just tell you how difficult it is to wear lipstick with numb lips, cheeks, and jaws. On the brighter side, the dentist definitely made sure I felt no pain. I appreciate him being so attentive to my pain and I'll gladly take the numbness versus the alternative.

Negative experience: I was treated very poorly by the front staff, her name is Dayrah. I did not have a mask, and I am fully vaccinated. I understand and respect that doctor offices are still requiring masks, but they told me I needed a mask and when I responded that I did not have one, she told me it would be a $1.00 for one. I felt that was extremely tacky, especially as a new patient. She was extremely rude about it and I will not be returning.
