Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Electric City Dentistry. The staff is welcoming, the office is clean, and everything runs on time. They explain each step clearly and make sure you’re comfortable the whole visit. My dentist was professional, gentle, and efficient. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Fantastic experience: I’m ever so greatful to Electric City Dentistry, I’ve had my share of recurring gum/mouth issue’s & sensitivity, I went online to make emergency appt, & I was given Friday Oct 17th @ 12:10pm, I was greeted with Cynthia, who accessed my issues with exam & xrays, upon completion, Dr Tannis looked over my X-ray & assessed the issues going on inside my mouth, tooth & gum issues, she said no extraction necessary, we fill the tooth, scrape away, & do whatever necessary, prescribe a steroid rinse, I’m existing patient & this is my first ER visit with Dr Tannis & Cynthia, they took care of me & assured me everything will be ok, thanks again Electric City Dentistry, Dr Tannis, & Cynthia you both earned 110% satisfaction from me & my family, so happy & grateful in every way possible!

Fantastic experience: I’m 44 yrs old & just had wisdom tooth surgery today under deep sedation with Dr. Adel & CRNA Keith. What an amazing team!! I was extremely nervous coming in. Long story sort, this surgery was a reschedule from another local oral surgeons office who’s DMD missed two important medications that I was on which could have caused me to aspirate under anesthesia. It was myself that brought up these meds after I did my OWN research which ultimately caused me to cancel on the day of with the other surgeon. Dr. Adel & CRNA Keith were meticulous & very detail oriented which I appreciated as a nervous patient considering what I went through with the other office. I have to say this procedure went so smoothly & calmly. I came out of the anesthesia pretty responsive too. This went way better than expected! Additionally, I really want to take a moment to commend Dr.Adel. He has one of the best bed side mannerisms I’ve ever come across & that’s coming from me working in the medical field for 25 years. He listened to all my questions in our prior consult ( I brought a notebook lol ) took extensive time with me to answer all my questions about my medications confidently to have a safe surgery. Thank you Dr. Adel & CRNA Keith. I highly recommend this team to anyone that needs oral surgery

Fantastic experience: Electric City Dentistry in the Marketplace in Steamtown in downtown Scranton, is a great place to have dental work done. On Monday October 6 I got the best cleaning of my teeth. The hygienist was so gentle with taking exrays and cleaning. She informed what she was going to do each step of the way. The doctor who examined me and checked out the X-rays was very professional and friendly. Also the location on the first floor in the. Mall has great parking in their garage and ECD will validate ticket for hours. All the staff I met including receptionists were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Practice has several dentists and other professionals. Very accommodating, clean, modern. I've been at this practice for several years now and Service has been consistent. Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Garcia. I have always been nervous at the dentist, and have mostly had awful experiences. I ended up going here due to my previous dentist not accepting my insurance. Well I went in extremely nervous and as soon as I met the dr those nerves went away. The staff is so nice, the facility is super clean and I have become a regular patient there. I definitely would recommend this office and especially dr. Garcia!

She assured her that she would fix all of her dental issues that were complete fails from a previous dental office. She was suffering so much for many months with infections, losing/breaking teeth, and with bridges gone wrong, going from one dental office to another. Dr. Mary Grace changed all that! She was Truly an Absolute Godsend!!! He is highly professional and very friendly He is very easy to ask questions. His staff are super friendly. I always feel like im talking to my family when i have a appointment. Negative experience: Dental hygeinest don't clean my teeth well gave them 2 visits. But will not be returning back. Fluff is the vibe i get when i come here and an upcharge to do additional work that isn't necessary..

Fantastic experience: I had a procedure done in the end of December of last year. Prior to the procedure, my insurance company told Electric City that the procedure would be covered. After the procedure was complete, the insurance company said that they made a mistake and that I don't have anymore benefits available to me and the procedure will not be covered. The women at Electric City fought for me, helped me and checked in on me often. After 7 months, they were able to rectify the situation and the insurance company paid for the procedure. All of the women there are so helpful, especially Carlene ! The office is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was having excruciating tooth pain even after a week of being on antibiotics. Couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep. Went to a place that claims they do emergency dental only to be told I’d be better off going to an ER if I was in so much pain. After calling multiple places and failing to get anyone to even look at the tooth. I called Electric City Dentistry which is an hour away from me. They got me scheduled in same day. Dr. Nick was amazing and extracted the tooth for me right there. No more excruciating pain, I finally got a full nights sleep. I am forever thankful. Fantastic experience: I had Dr. Garcia for an urgent appointment. The clinic got me in within the same week, and the entire process was smooth, simple, and expedited. I let Dr. Garcia know that I was extremely fearful of dental work, and had had multiple traumatic experiences as a child. She was patient, kind, understanding, and exceptionally attentive. She helped me through my first ever crown, start to finish, and made the process as peaceful as it could possibly be.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Electric City Dentistry since Dr. MaryGrace built the practice after taking over Dr. Charnitski’s old practice on Main Ave. I like Dr. MaryGrace from the beginning for several reasons… Her friendly personality, professionalism, wanting to use the most current tools and technology, and that her practice does it all!!! There is no referring you to a dental surgeon. And now she has built her practice to be an amazing dental team with 11 talented dentists, dental assistants and hygienists!!! They can call all do it all and beautifully!!! Love this Office and I have referred multiple friends in addition to our who family and they all love this office and staff too!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation for a procedure my normal dentist doesn’t perform, Dr. Nick was so understanding & kind regarding my dental anxiety, he also walked me through my situation & all of my options (before I went in for the consult I didn’t realize I had a choice) he gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision that was best for me. I opted to have my procedure under sedation due to my anxiety, Kevin & Dr. Fryzel came in to set things up & go over risks/consents/etc & made plenty of jokes & conversation to ensure I was safe but also comfortable. Dr. Nick ensured all of my questions were answered both before & after the procedure. After I woke up the team made sure I was comfortable & waking up safely before taking me to my car with my driver. Overall my experience was incredible, they do not accept my insure so I self paid for all of this, it was easily worth every penny. I highly recommend Dr. Nick & the anesthesia team & I will definitely return if I need another procedure in the future.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment @ Electric City Dentistry this past week and was definitely impressed!! Dr. Woodruff came in and did a thorough exam. He went over my x-rays and recommended a deep root planing procedure and what to expect. The dental hygienist was super nice & very knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the deep root planing procedure that she would perform and answered all my questions related to the procedure. The total experience from the time I arrived, to the time I left, from the doctor to the hygienist and office staff, was nothing short of professional compared to my previous dentist. Fantastic experience: I lost a partial tooth on Sunday and called Electric City to see if they could help me out trying to get it fixed. They scheduled an appointment with me that worked with my work schedule. When I went to my appointment, the staff was very nice and accommodating. They stated that they would be able to help me replacing the tooth that I had swallowed. We set an appointment for next week because of the Memorial Day holiday, although they said they could get them fixed now but it would take a few days especially with the holiday. They asked if I could go without my dentures for a few days and I told them I could but would like to wait because of my birthday and the holiday. Will update once I have my appointment next week.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:50 AM, and after waiting 40 minutes with no update, I went to the front desk to check in. I wasn’t offered any apology—just a curt “we’re running behind.” No communication, no consideration for my time, and no effort to make it right. Extremely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Having recently needed a dentist for an emergency, I contacted Electric City Dentistry, expecting to have to wait at least a day or two for an appointment. Happily, this wasn't the case. I was able to be seen within a few hours, all went well, and I decided that this would be my new permanent dental office. Lovely people, excellent work, so happy to have found them!
