Fantastic experience: I took my mother today who she came to visit to the states with No dental Insurance, her crown was losen We gave them a visit based on reviews, and We were not disappointed at all. I’m bad with remembering names, but everybody from the Dentist owner husband and wife to the staff to the Accounting from walking to leave it was top notch Experience. I can’t speak about pricing As I’m not knowledgeable But my mother crown is fine now.

Fantastic experience: I love receiving dental care here! Dr. Nisha wanted to fix a crown that previously caused me a lot of trauma from another dentist. Everyone was incredibly patient and allowed me to take a sedative. Some medications I take made the dosage less straightforward, but they took their time explaining everything to me. In the midst of all this I changed insurance companies, so there was a lot of back and forth. Devon was so amazing and so patient making sure I had everything set up correctly. Truly appreciate everyone in this practice!

From them, I have received excellent care and attention to my teeth and mouth. The cleaning and exam are very thorough; explanations are given for what is being done and the state of my teeth. Negative experience: Grandview Dental Care is in-network with only ONE insurance plan—Delta Premier—but they’ll do everything in their power to avoid telling you this. If you have any other plan, they have no obligation to offer fair pricing—and they won’t be upfront about it. I confirmed my coverage both when booking and before my cleaning, and two months later I received a $400 bill—“my insurance didn’t pay enough,” despite my plan covering cleanings and exams 100%. Then the surprise: “Oh, we’re out-of-network—when we say we take your insurance, we mean we’ll bill your insurance whatever rate we want (an outrageous one), and whatever they don’t cover, you’re responsible for.” I addressed this with them after the fact, but they never responded to my concerns—just sent me more information on how to get them their payment. Oh, and check their Yelp page—plenty of recent 1‑star reviews recounting the same shady billing practices, yet they still have a stellar Google rating.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment here as a new patient and can’t say enough good things. I had admittedly been avoiding going to a dentist for a while, especially after some bad experiences at other practices, and can be really anxious and sensitive in medical settings. Casey and Dr. Nisha and the rest of the staff I interacted with were so warm and accommodating and totally put me at ease. I also really appreciated being able to get nitrous oxide for my cleaning at an affordable price — a game changer for a squeamish/anxious client. I’m really impressed and appreciative!

Everything from pre-visit directions to the post visit goodie bag was thoughtful and high quality. The hygienist was friendly and made sure to ask about my preferences and comfort level. Dr. Nisha also made me feel at home right away. She sat down, introduced herself, asked questions and then listened. It was exactly what a dentist experience should be. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Grandview Dental for over 15 years. They value their patient’s time, money and are always so kind. I had no idea just how much trauma I was causing with grinding at night. Best decision ever to get fitted and wear my night guard - sensitivity is completely gone. Thank you Dr Max and team!

Fantastic experience: I have to start with how incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and kind the staff is here. They go above and beyond for their clients, not just when it comes to dental care, but they have been incredibly supportive during difficult times in my life. Casey and Hope are absolutely amazing to work with and they are a huge reason I love it here. I have suffered from severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and the staff at Grandview Dental are wonderful with providing a variety of options to help ease my anxiety (such as nitrous gas or IV sedation and frequently checking in with me to make sure I’m feeling ok). I’ve had routine cleanings, fillings, a crown, and a couple of retainers made within a span of a few months, and everything has been great. All of the doctors are amazing, although I’ve worked with Dr. Nisha the most and she is fantastic in every way. I’m so glad I’ve found this clinic. I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Negative experience: I personally would not recommend. The only reason I started coming here was because of the good reviews and how close it was to me. Multiple issues have happened at my time here and I finally had enough. First they had me come back 3-4 times to fit a nightguard because they couldn’t get it right the first time or even the second. Before that, I broke my first nightguard not long after getting it and they were “nice enough” to not charge me for the new one. The new one is tougher so able to withstand my grinding at night. One of the times I came in for a nightguard fitting, the doctor and assistant left the room for at least 15-20 minutes after saying they would be right back leaving me wondering if they forgot about me. I had to get fillings here for cavities and I felt like passing out after receiving the novacane (which I’ve never done before at previous dentists) and they were almost about to not do the fillings since I had to focus on not passing out for about 30 minutes. Finally, what really irked me was that my insurance updated and I uploaded all of my information. They never went over my benefits with the new insurance and failed to mention it was out of network. They only mentioned this after my cleaning which resulted in me having to pay $261 out of pocket for a simple biannual cleaning. Ridiculous. Save your time and money and don’t come here.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the Dr. everyone is nice. Since I had filled in my information prior to my appointment, I didn't have any paperwork to fill on my arrival. Every procedure is explained to you prior to performing it. The place is clean and the staff is really nice. For my first appointment, I can say I had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: This office has friendly, informative staff and doctors. Their location is easy to get to. Waiting time is minimal. My Hygienist and Dentist were patient and gentle as I am a nervous wreck at a dentist visit. They made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. Today I had a crown done. Dr. Grosel and Dental assistant Sam were amazing. The procedure went along smoothly and my new crown was made and ready in 45 minutes! The whole procedure was done in about 2 hours. Thank you Grandview Dental.

Negative experience: These folks are great if you need a quick cleaning and friendly service during that cleaning. It gets worse when they talk to you about more involved procedures. Had a pretty bad experience with them when I asked if I could get a retainer for my top teeth and a night guard for my bottom teeth since they kept insisting me grinding my teeth was an issue. Everything was going well until they messed up my order and ended up giving me a night guard for my top teeth and no retainer. Went in again a week later to, according to the person on the phone, get my retainer for top teeth and night guard for bottom teeth - as originally asked. Once I arrived at the office, I was surprised by them giving me two retainers - completely ignoring my ask for a bottom night guard. Now I'm left with a night guard I'll never use, due to the need of a retainer for my top teeth, that cost about $400. Also, be wary of who they refer you to when in need of wisdom teeth removal or gum graft surgery. My partner ended up in the hospital with an infection after getting her wisdom teeth removed by a doctor this office "highly" recommended. Yes, they're very nice people but unorganized and with questionable prices & business practices.

Negative experience: Have called 3 different weeks to setup a new patient cleaning. Press option 1 for new patient, get a message that no one is available and leave a message. Left a message, never got a call back. Don't waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed being there, hygienist match my energy and was expecting me to have the shape of teeth I had and they made feel like my teeth mattered no matter the type of condition they are. And was 100% more truthful than 95 percent of the dentists in Ohio.

I am new to Columbus and have had extensive dental work and they listened and tailored recommendations and care for me. The office is clean and welcoming and they explained every step along the way. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to this dental office since we moved to Columbus 8 years ago. We find the doctors and staff to be friendly yet professional. Our hygienists are always thorough but gentle. We have had crowns made, old fillings replaced, chips repaired, and receive fluoride treatments for sensitive teeth. They also accept our Delta Dental insurance.

She’s been my dental hygienist since the beginning, and every visit with her feels like catching up with an old friend. This past June, when I lost my mom and was dealing with a locked jaw, I scheduled an appointment. The warmth and care I received from everyone there were beyond words. As I was leaving, they handed me a heartfelt condolence card and some chocolate—it was a small gesture that meant the world to me. I can’t recommend Grandview Dental Care enough. They’ve truly transformed my dental experience.

Positive experience: Grandview Dental has access to much dental technology,it seems. The location in the heart of Grandview is pleasant as is the interior of the office,more like a home than an office. I particularly liked the hygienist as well as the staff who were helpful in getting me into and out of the building. Like most dental services the cost to make dental repairs are very high. Unfortunately, I am on disability and felt awkward in trying to work out a payment plan. Has anyone ever found real dental insurance? I don't think it exists.

My tooth crown fits perfect and is so much prettier than the gold that was removed. Entire office staff were pleasant and happy to be there. It seemed like a very nice place to work. The office is pretty, clean, and calming. I liked the tv’s with the brief descriptions of the medical staff. That adds a personal touch to my experience. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby, the staff from the hygienists to the dentists and front desk staff are all incredibly kind, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or pushed toward a service I didn’t need. I’m currently doing clear aligners with Dr. Nisha and it’s been a great process. The team even gave me a bouquet of flowers after I shared that I’d recently gotten engaged. 20/10 recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office in Columbus! I recently got four wisdom teeth extracted here (no referral needed!), in addition to getting my regular cleanings with this team, and I could not have had a better experience. I'll continue coming here for as long as I'm in driving distance, honestly. Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly folks work at Grandview Dental Care. The best!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Nisha was very kind, thoughtful about an issue I’ve been having, and very efficient without making me feel rushed. All of the dentists in this practice have seen me at one time or other and they’re excellent.

Fantastic experience: Grandview Dental makes going to the dentist so easy. And even on days when it's still hard, they make it better. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel valued and comfortable. I happened to have a particularly hard previous 24 hours before my appointment today and was really struggling, so I ended up having a little cry in the office. Amanda and Casey (I hope I am spelling your name right) took such great care of me and comforted me. THEY EVEN GAVE ME FLOWERS! Poor Amanda, I think I hugged her for forever. They both made me feel so safe during a vulnerable moment and I hugely appreciate them as well as the rest of their team. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. I hope I never move out of Columbus so I won't ever have to find a new dental office because I would be crushed. That's how much I love them there.
