Fantastic experience: The over all experience is better than any adult dental center over been to in Toledo. I say adult because my children go somewhere else that I think is perfect for children. So for this establishment I can only speak on my experience as an adult patient. The front receptionist is friendly and professional. The dental assistants and Dr.s are also spot on!! I have very bad anxiety and they handled me so gently and kindly which is hard for me to find these days from medical professionals. They walked me through all the steps and cared about my comfort level. I have gotten a lot of invasive work done there and have found for me as an adult they are the only dental clinic I trust.

Negative experience: if i can rate them zero stars i would. brought my 2 kids in there, my 2 year old was obviously scared he’s never been to a dentist and the dentist was absolutely rude, had no patience for him, threw her tool down cause she was getting mad at him for crying. i wouldn’t recommend this place not one bit.

Fantastic experience: I have a big fear of dentist but I felt so safe and knew I could put my confidence in my dentist at taking care of my teeth. I have been pregnant almost every year for 6 years now and it took a BIG toll on my teeth. All dentist i have gone to were saying I need so much stuff done and I should have taken care of my teeth better- just alot of fear from them. My daughter actually needed a tooth pulled due to an injury and so we went to Dr. Murphy and she said she could do it right then and there after the check up but was afraid of her developing a fear. I really appreciated that she thought of that for my daughter so we went to a place where they specialize in kids. Anyways I booked an appointment with dr murphy for my teeth and told her I am scared (due to a dentist taking advantage of my teeth when I was younger, who then got their license taken away due to malpractice), She explained to me every step she was doing, there was no fear tactics that she did on me, she was not very concerned with my teeth at all. I felt heard and understood with her. She filled my font teeth and they are BEAUTIFUL! the best work I have ever gotten on my teeth!!! I feel so pretty and loved now. I booked another appointment and will CONTINUE to keep going to her, as well as booking my kids/husband with her. She will be our family dentist from now on.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I had dental work scheduled for December 12th @9am... that appointment is now no longer in the log books. They had removed my appointment and said nothing to me! Also they never answer the number they leave in their response and still haven't called me back...Avoid this office at all costs. After the treatment i received at my last appointment, no one should have to deal with that. Had an exam this morning for a broken tooth with an exposed nerve. The dentist said "yes, this had to come out immediately, but the rest of these teeth, do too". Scheduled me for a month from now. Nothing for discomfort, and weren't even going to prescribe an antibiotic until I asked. Now I have to wait a month, in chronic pain. The assistants were friendly but forced a bite down, for an x ray, ON THE BROKEN TOOTH, so I'm in exponentially more pain than when i showed up, this morning. I'm currently looking for a different office, due to the severity of the pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to corner dental and seen Kristen Murphy, I had the best experience! After four years of dealing with nothing but disappointment from previous dentists pertaining to my dentures, She listened to me and my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that what I received was what I wanted. As of today I love my new dentures and I am a lot happier thanks to her. She also helped my handicap son with his partial, and he’s also happy. She’s amazing. Five stars. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. Always in such a rush to get you in and out. Needed to get fillings fixed and they said I needed a root canal so okay, let’s do it. Cracked my tooth they were doing the root canal on. Messed my filing up even worse to the point I can’t even eat on that side anymore not even something soft like French fry’s….. not to mention I have waited a year and a half trying to get just a cleaning and everytime a week before my cleaning they call to cancel and reschedule. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience: I've been searching for a dentist for months and I finally got in at corner dental. My appointment was to examine my teeth for a future extraction but instead of waiting they did the top extraction at my initial appointment. The procedure was uncomfortable but they listen to me and helped me though the entire thing. I was expecting strong pain afterwards but 4 hours after my extraction that included an impacted wisdom tooth, I have NO pain what so ever. Amazing bedside manner, amazing dentistry, I won't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Some of the worst service i have ever had. The front desk never answers the phone. I was never given a price. The call center can’t answer a question. Pick anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Dr. Ali & Staff – Corner Dental, Oregon Growing up, I experienced dental neglect and dismissal that left me with deep trauma and long-term issues. As a child, I was offered Invisalign by a dentist who never truly evaluated whether it would work for my mouth. I had severe overcrowding, an overbite, underbite, and a crossbite — there was no way Invisalign would have helped. I asked a simple question at the time: “What if I accidentally forget them on my lunch tray at school and they get thrown away?” His response was to look at my mom and say, “Don’t waste your money — she doesn’t need them that bad.” Then he basically walked us out. That was it. I was dismissed. I never received braces… until I turned 30. That same dentist ignored a serious issue that began when I was 12: a painful popping sensation in my right jaw that has continued to this day. I can’t open my mouth fully, and insurance still won’t cover TMJ evaluation or treatment. So I’ve had to live with it — and most providers don’t listen or accommodate the pain. But Dr. Ali and his incredible team at Corner Dental do. They don’t treat me like I’m “just a Medicaid patient.” They treat me like a person. I live with brain tumors, a debilitating stomach condition, and severe anxiety — and Dr. Ali adjusts everything based on my needs. He allows breaks, checks in with me constantly, and never pressures or rushes. He’s helped me begin a journey of healing from a lifetime of dental fear and shame. This office truly listens. The staff is patient, kind, and supportive even during my lengthy (and often chatty) visits. Negative experience: Cancelled all appointments on last minutes notice. I don’t have email and I wasn’t able to call them back so they cancelled me and both my kids appointments. Waited 8 months to get in. Just for them to tell me they can’t see us again until December. Obviously will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even lie, after reading some of the reviews on here, I considered canceling my appointment. This tooth pain wouldn’t let me and I’m so glad I didn’t. My experience was great, staff was amazing. Dr. Murphy is awesome. Couldn’t get my issue taken care of today but they’re gonna fix me up in a couple weeks.

Negative experience: My daughter went in for a root canal The doctor was working on her and another patient at the same time and the staff continuously came in the room asking questions about another patient when I say it was a time when there was 3 other employees in the room and it was not for my daughters procedure. This is how mistake happens we’re is the patient privacy I would not recommended them to anyone. Very unorganized.

Fantastic experience: I went in to have a tooth filled that another dentist had told me needed extensive work done in order to save it. Not only was Corner Dental able to fill my tooth they were able to do so in such a way that it looks like a perfectly healthy natural tooth. The tech that did this work was amazing at her job. I would recommend this office to any of my friends and family.

Negative experience: We’ve been to a couple corner dental offices and they’re all terrible. They treat it like a big factory just trying to get as many people done as possible. They over schedule and have too many people in at once which means you end up waiting for too long. The floors were covered in dirt and crumbs. The hygienist was good enough at working with small kids and making sure they were comfortable, but once again at this location, the dentist couldn’t care less. He was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He didn’t even sit down. He stood next to the chair, peeked in my kids mouths real quick, and left. They also send WAY too many texts and emails. I couldn't wait till the appointment was over so I can block the communications. I absolutely hate corner dental and won’t go to them again.

Negative experience: We are a family of 4 and went to corner dental for years. But about 4 years ago they started to have major issues. Constantly canceling appointments on us with less than a 48hr notice, one time as we were checking into the appointment and they decided they needed to cancel!! Of course after I just pulled my son out of school for the appointment! We decided we had enough and switched to another dentist office. NOW after not seeing Corner for 2 years, they continue to blow my phone up about every other week even though I have opted out every time!! The text my cell for all 4 members of my family and I am BEYOND ANNOYED!! I have called their office to ask for my information to be removed 4x without a single call back. I reached out to another Corner Dental, they said since our records are at Oregon, the Oregon office must handle the concern. Guess its time to report to the FTC for not complying with opt out rules.

Negative experience: This place follows a policy were everything is transactional. On the health side, they are always busy busy and can't keep up with customers, everyone is overwhelmed and clueless, its scary. They will claim that your teeth need work, its a corporate niche, when they absolutely don't, i went to other dentists and they proved i needed ZERO fillings when this place claimed i needed 16 of them, kind of blows my mind how they can get away with this. They overcharge outrageous prices to the insurance company, they get their out of pocket initially at the date of service, once they are paid by the insurance company, they bill you with almost more than the original charges, you get shocked with the amount you pay it thinking that this is it, but NO they will bill you again asking for more magical charges that don't make any sense. I would say their billing practices should be investigated because it is outrageous. I moved to another practice and never looked back and so should anybody else, if your a new patient RUN.

I’ve personally have had horror stories with past dentist; within minutes of my first appointment even starting, Dr. Murphy and her team completely changed my mindset on Dentist! Negative experience: The dentist is very unprofessional. He lied about what he did during my service then made excuses. Eventually he corrected it. I damned near had to fight himntooth and nail for him to be accountable foew his actions. The support staff is excellent, kind, caring, friendly and eficient. I'll never go back to corner dental for anything.

Fantastic experience: Long story, short... I visited Corner Dental to have a tooth extracted since my dentist doesn't extract teeth. Oral surgeon's office was booked into the month of September, but Corner Dental was able to get me in quickly. Dr. Murphy was great administering the Novocaine with little pain and the tooth was extracted aimlessly. Everyone at the Navarre office was very nice.

Negative experience: My temp crown broke off 3 hours after. Not happy….have not even ate and face still numb. My teeth are important to me and now I have to miss more work to get it fixed.

Negative experience: This is the second time in a week that I've had to have my temporary crown put back on. It came off after 6 hrs. Just brushing my teeth. Then today it came off within 2 hours after eating a small cupcake. This time I swallowed the temporary crown. I went to the office and scheduled tan appt. To get a new one. She was able to make it tomorrow morning. Let's see what happens next.....

Fantastic experience: I can't express how grateful I am for the treatment I've recieved at Corner Dental on Navarre. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist has provided excellent care and service. I had horrible issues with my teeth and Corner Dental was the only local dentist that took my insurance so I really didn't have any option and was afraid I would have a horrible experience, but it's been the exact opposite. Whenever I see the ads and commercials of people thanking their dentist for giving them back their smile I always rolled my eyes and thought it was so cheesy. But that is literally the beast way to explain my results!

Negative experience: Had the worse filling yesterday. the anesthesia experience was horrible ruined my entire day, i’ve had 3 fillings out of state in the past all at once but never felt any single discomfort but went through hell here yesterday just for one single tooth. Was never told i was gonna be put under anesthesia for such a little filling on one single tooth, also the thing they put in your mouth to keep it wide open during the process automatically leaves your face drooped and saggy with wrinkles the moment is taken off just take a look at your face. the lady that did the filling is nice but wish they can communicate better i wouldn’t have gone through the anesthesia numbing process neither will i let them place that wide mouth opening thing in my mouth that hurt my jaw and left my face automatically wrinkled. I rather open my mouth by myself.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible!! Very rude and childish! They ruined my temp denture I paid $500 for and then laughed saying they don’t do refunds and it is what it is. I was told to wait 12 MORE weeks after I was told the healing was great! NEVER will I recommend!!!

Positive experience: I really don’t know how to fairly rate this. If I could rate the Oregon location, 5 stars. CD has a whole is awful. Everything is routed through a call center of people not even in your area. It makes it difficult to discuss insurance information or billing. Also inconvenient for booking. Zero stars for whoever thought this was a good idea, a call center from people all around the country, to get in contact with your local office…

Fantastic experience: Second place I've tried that was corner dental. Came in and was expecting to get pushed out with a referral for wisdom tooth removal(again). I talked to the lady and asked her to have the doctor come look and see if he could do it. He came in, looked at my mouth and told me that it's best they come out now, puss was coming out from one of my wisdom teeth. He said he pull them that night. I've had nothing but problems with that side of my mouth so I agreed. I will always go to see this dentist from here on out. I cant thank him enough for being the only dentist that was willing to pull my wisdom teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Ali at Corner Dental in Oregon . Let me start by saying that I'm usually terrified of dental work, but Dr. Ali completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, his calm demeanor and reassuring manner put me at ease. Throughout the entire root canal process, His expertise and professionalism were evident, and I felt completely taken care of. Thanks to Dr. Ali, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly easy. I highly recommend him and Dental Corner to anyone in need of dental care.

As a mom who literally has to take my child everywhere with me , they did so well at keeping my son occupied while I was getting worked on . Fantastic experience: Becky is the absolute best of the best. Her 32 years of experience shows in everything she does. Corner Dental is lucky to have her. I have visited 3 Corner dental offices and I was not satisfied with the first 2. (Lewis and talmage) Dr Tao is also great. She makes sure that everything is done perfectly even things that staff can do she makes sure that it's done correctly and does not let anything fall short. I am going through a lot right now because I have to have my top teeth pulled and Becky and Dr Tao has been very supportive through this journey. Thank you!

Negative experience: I would NEVER recommend anyone here they shouldn’t even be dentists I’ve had chipped teeth and cavity’s fixed first of all the last time I got my chipped teeth fixed the lady forgot to put the plastic piece between my two front teeth so there was no line between my teeth I had to chip it away with floss and now I have a terrible off center like in my front teeth and when I got my cavities fixed all of the fillings have either fallen out or new cavities just continued around them bc they didn’t fix them right and the last time I went to get cavities filled they messed up my teeth so bad I couldn’t couldn’t put my teeth together because it felt like there was a rock in between them and now I can’t even eat on that side because it’s very painful idk what they did wrong but when I eat or drink cold or hot things I get shooting pain in my teeth and jaw don’t ever go here all I’ve ever had is problems now I go to aspen dental and they’re amazing

Negative experience: My children were scheduled for appointments Feb 2023 for this May 2024 (not even sure which day in May because I was supposed to have gotten paperwork for their appointments and receivednothing from them!). For the past 8 months I have been trying to get two of my children in for EMERGENCY dental exams. They badly need teeth pulled from decay that's gone down to the roots. My daughter's filling fell out and since her two teeth have been decaying rapidly. My 3 year old his two front teeth have rotted completely between then and have turned black, as well as two of his back teeth have cavities that rotted into holes that have gone to his roots. They both have been to the ER and urgent care for the pain. My 3 year old for these past 8 months which is why I have been pushing for the dentist to see them, has been getting fevers from the infections which is causing him to have seizures. The only way to stop it is the dentist needs to see him and do something about the teeth! They brush twice daily, floss after meals, rinse with mouth wash for kids. But still they have horrible teeth. I've taken my daughter to the Dentist of NW ohio and they cleaned her teeth and told me corner dental needs to get on this issue ASAP because they don't handle teeth in her state. The school does bus cleanings for my son and they too have said the same. No other places takes kids this small or my insurance type. It's ridiculous they don't return calls, they don't answer the phones, nothing! I'm tired of my baby having seizures because his dental needs are being ignored! I've called their other offices and they don't help kids of their age, but would have taken them if they did. So it's just this specific location apparently! I'm beyond livid!

Fantastic experience: I usually have bad anxiety from a horrible experience I had in the past but I felt comfortable and like I could trust the dentist to do a good job, which he did such an amazing job! The dentist and staff was very nice to me. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: They are friendly and caring. Very informative on what work was required to be done. I need extensive work but they were able to refer me to where I should to go. I was very nervous but they made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend. And Lashira A. was incredibly helpful and caring!

Positive experience: I give communication a one star because you CANNOT get ahold of dental office, only the call service. Very frustrating especially when the call center tells you one thing and the dentist tells you another and you waste two hours of drive time plus a babysitter. I give the dentist I see five stars. She is the best! If I could communicate with the office directly I would recommend Oregon office at the drop of the hat. But I’m thinking of finding a different office because of the communication issue! It has caused me so much stress.

Fantastic experience: Dr. W. Morocho is a fantastic dentist and staff is so friendly always helpful I don't usually like dentist but even my hubby that is the type that goes through novacaine fast yet they listen & take good care to make sure you are not in pain.àlso they try to help if having financial problems UPDATE 4/2024. Negative experience: Well everything went well until my numbness went away like 2 hours after I received my filling and I was able to fill with my tongue my tooth was completely rough feeling all around it like it wasn’t smoothed out at all I’ll really disappointed about it. It was an early Saturday morning appointment not sure if that was a factor I will call Monday morning to complain but I now dread going back again to get this fixed. Sad thing is my daughter also is experiencing the same issue from same day. She was done before me an for some reason they didn’t numb her before her filling and ripped her gums all up I’m not sure what happened this Saturday morning 4/13/2024

Fantastic experience: best dentist I have ever been to. they are so caring and gentle. took my tooth out with no problem. she was the best

Negative experience: I literally just got farmed for a cleaning that was painful as hell. Went in there needing multiple fillings. Doctor Thos Nguyen at first said that one tooth one be okay with just being filled. Was going to fix all my fillings. Suddenly decided that it had to be extracted, and that no other fillings can done until so. She did this because she knows how hard it is for someone on Medicaid to find an oral surgeon and didn't want to deal with me. Got sent in my way with a good luck, they know damn well I won't get my teeth fixed for months.

Positive experience: I was expecting to find out if I was having issues with TMJ. The doctor can in and wasn't going to address that problem. I had to explain why it was important. Then I had to stop her before she left to ask if she was going to fill my cavity in my tooth. Well, I have to come back for that. Then I would have to come back to have my teeth cleaned. Seems like a lot of going back to me!

Negative experience: extreamly unprofessional. while i had teeth issues, i felt like a second rate citizen with lower insurance, was called a limited appointment, dentist ali barely saw me for 2 minutes, insulted , embarrarased, and down right triggered anxiety by saying ill all my teeth. felt extreamly uncomfortable leaving with little to no info on a sirious situation i had been waiting a month to be seen for because i had also had a ear issue. aspen dental treated its patients way more curtiously.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was very attentive and careful with her work. She makes sure she gets the job done right and makes sure you don't feel any discomfort. She also doesn't judge if you need to bring a plush for comfort. I love going here and would recommend her and the assistants to everyone. :)

Fantastic experience: From the front desk to the back rooms at the Oregon location (can only speak for that specific one) everyone was super friendly and helpful and the price was wayyyy way lower than I got previously quoted at another dentistry office. Was seen by Dr. Thao and her assistant Lauren and they were both super amazing.

Negative experience: I made an emergency apt for my 14 year old at the end December the got us in January 2. When we went they said they couldn’t treat him that day and didn’t have another opening for a month for a root canal. Come his next apt they call to tell me his insurance was canceled so I had to reschedule once again. Now fast forward to finally going to his apt today which they knew about for weeks we go in I had to fill out the same paperwork that I did at our January apt. They take us to the back just to say they can’t treat him because they don’t have the supplies needed… like what you knew about this apt I’m so furious and upset and now my son has to wait even longer to be treated. This office dropped the ball in treating us and we should have not had to waste our time if they couldn’t do it

Fantastic experience: I don’t know if it matters that I submit a review upon every visit, but I have had a great experience with their doctors and staff— I seriously recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Had to get 2 teeth pulled - 1 cracked tooth and the wisdom tooth connected to that one. Got the numbing shot and it went pretty smooth in my opinion. DMD Ali Abuhaltam knew the exact balance of strength and gentleness! Definitely recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very detailed on what they wanted to do and what they were going to do and I love the text message option because I tend to forget stuff or if I wrote it down I'll lose the paperwork I love the text message option

Negative experience: The website says dental emergencies lol what do you consider an emergency? My sister had an appointment with 2 broken teeth and the oriental dentist made up a thousand excuses to not remove her teeth. Kept rescheduling knowing her insurance was about to be cut off in 2 weeks. Gave her antibiotics and made another appointment for her. She goes it was at 530 pm the lady that was there that night told her oh we won’t be able to do nothing for you . Sent her on her way now has no insurance and 2 broken teeth still. So again I ask what do you consider an emergency. She has contacted a lawyer also!

Fantastic experience: The staff is kind, place is clean, and honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. They made sure I was comfortable and calm through the whole process. The office is warm and inviting. I'm so happy to have started going here.

Fantastic experience: Took extra care. In worrying about this chickens comfort.then I forgot my plate and they had it at the front desk in a bag waiting for it and when I came back after hours they gladly opened the door for me!!! Thanks again corner dental in Oregon ohio!!!

Fantastic experience: They were pleasant and got right done to business . They took care of 2 of the 4 cavities that she had today and scheduled her an appointment for next week for the other 2 cavities. She said there was no pain and she was comfortable. I was very pleased with the service they provided to her.

Fantastic experience: Always such a positive experience at the Oregon location. I was assisted by receptionist, hygienist and dentist. Everyone is fast, friendly and enthusiastic. A great team of professionals!

Positive experience: The doctor was quite gentle. The assistant was quite disorganized, who was not quite comfortable handling two tools at a time and poked me in the face with the suction tube. Thankfully that was only a suction tube. Also it doesn’t feel as clean as offices I've been in other states.
