Fantastic experience: Setting the appointment was easy; the receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was taken back soon after I arrived; no long wait. The dental hygienist was excellent. Katelyn was engaging and personable and extremely competent. The cleaning was painless, thorough and quick. The dentist came in immediately after the cleaning. He was pleasant and spent time explaining his findings. A great experience.

Negative experience: Pulled the tooth I kept saying wasn't the one hurting. Next day pain was still there if not worse, and I had to suffer with it through the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice! I was given a tour since it was my first visit. They gave me a "happy" and let me nominate a charity of my choice since I was a new patient. Dr. Gary took the time to speak to me in words I understood and developed a plan of care. The X-Rays were the only unpleasant part (my mouth is to small for that contraption!). The coordinator worked out the most efficient plan for my money and I am actually looking forward to my future appointment!

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic in Brandon with a desire to make my smile a winning smile. All my life I've had bad teeth and learned how to smile with my lips closed. When I saw my new teeth I had tears on my eyes. I couldn't be happier!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone that works in this building is so very kind. They welcome you in with open arms and make you feel welcome. The particular Dr. I use is Dr. Schurch and he's pretty much the coolest one out all the doctors...... in the world. For all seriousness he is very professional and honest. When he gives you an answer to what direction to go with your procedure he gives you options, as well as pros and cons to which you can best decide. I know that when I came in needing an emergency root canal I was freaked out at first, but as soon as I sat down I felt everything was going to be fine. So if you need any dental work go here and you will not regret your decision. Pinky promise.

It was great to be in such a clean, friendly environment, where they go out of their way to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. I especially like being able to see pictures of everything and to have all of the work explained to me in detail. I highly recommend.

You can tell she takes pride and cares about her patients and what she does. Best dental assistant I have had. Dr West was very nice and gave me options on what my choices and remedies were, he didn’t just come in and look and basically leave with just blan one way solutions. Overall a very good visit.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt safe or relaxed in a dental office before today. Everyone in the office was wonderful. Mallory, my dental hygienist was wonderful and made sure my anxiety was under control. I was seen by Dr. Schurch. He listened to my every word and did not dismiss my fears and concerns. Kayla, communicated with me through text before my appointment, she was very helpful. The wonderful finance lady even helped me with a goodrx card for my prescriptions since I do not have insurance. Every step was well explained and I left with no unanswered questions. Will never go to another dentist. Thankful to have found Dr. Schurch and his team.

Fantastic experience: I'll be honest I hate dentists!! If my past experiences were 1/2 as good as the care I received here my teeth would be in better shape!! These folks took me in as a new patient in dire need of an extraction!! The dentist was AWESOME. Didn't feel a thing and the quickest recovery I've ever had. Actually can't wait to start on my restoration and enjoy good teeth!!

Negative experience: My visit today was the worse and I’m debating about ever returning. I tried my best to remain calm and not get ugly with the staff but if I’m telling you one thing but you keep telling me another it really makes a person who is already upset get even more upset because you’re not hearing them.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Schurch and Malory and “Red” (didn’t know here real name) were amazing!! I’m a big strong Samoan that’s worked in law enforcement for almost 15 years, and dentists terrify me!! I was so anxious but they let me put George strait on the tv and walked me through the entire process and calmed me down immensely.. Dr. Schurch also followed up over the next few days to make sure I was okay.. They were simply perfect!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: New patient visit: TWS cleaning and exam was a pleasurable experience! All staff from checking in through leaving were professional and friendly. I have very sensitive teeth and Cassie took extra steps to make my cleaning pain free. Dr. Manning provided a comprehensive exam and spent time to answer my questions. TWS has an in office plan and I highly recommend it! I compared the cost to many dental plans and it was better than most. Lori, who answered every question I had regarding my treatment plan was extremely helpful from my initial call to payment. I cannot give enough praise to the staff for their knowledge, kindness and professionalism throughout this appointment!! Visit today was with Dr. Lewis regarding Six Month Smiles (braces). She answered my many questions with patience. What I appreciate about the SMS package most is just a one time charge; no extras. Excited to be having them put on next month.

Had Meagan, a dental hygienist student, who was super sweet, do my X-rays and the staff was so patient and helped Meagan if there was something she could have done differently. When my X-rays were done Kate took over again and she was kind, efficient, and clearly knew what she was talking about. I love it and will be using them again!

Positive experience: First time patient. I had a cleaning and 2 crowns. My dentist was considerate and efficient. I was impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff. I do have a concern about billing. I was told how much this would cost me after my insurance paid, but in the end I had to pay an additional amount. I had my teeth cleaned today. The dental technician was great, but at checkout I was asked for a payment. My insurance always pays for 2 cleanings a year. I was told when I checked with this office before switching dentists that this office was a participant of Delta Dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: Bright, clean facility with happy, helpful reception staff and friendly, proficient and gentle hygienist, Katelyn, who did an excellent job and had everything ready for Dr. Gary to examine and advise regarding oral health. Ended the visit with Lori who took care of scheduling appointments that accommodated all of my needs. I feel blessed to have been guided to this dental practice. 6 stars for this team!!

Positive experience: The dentists are good & the staff are friendly. However, my family has the same account got $268.80 credit. It’s been more than 1.5 years which they didn’t mail the check for us or let us know about this until I come back. I wish the accountants sent us the credit check as soon as they found out.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Haley Lindsey in the billing department. She was an absolute lifesaver when my insurance claim got denied. Haley was so kind and understanding, and she worked tirelessly to make sure I didn’t end up with a huge out-of-pocket expense. She followed up every step of the way, kept me in the loop, and didn’t stop until the claim was resubmitted properly and resolved. What could have been a really stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to her care and dedication. This is just one of the many reasons I keep coming back to The Winning Smile.

Negative experience: The cost of dental work is very expensive. Especially when you are retired. After paying out of pocket almost $1,000 and dental insurance they are still wanting almost $600. The insurance company said they were not in network, therefore they only paid the out of network rates which cost me dearly. This was for only for 1 crown. I will never recommend anyone to go to the winning smile because you can’t depend on what they tell you, which is important when on a fixed income. We really wanted a dentist close by where we live. All they care about is the $.

Fantastic experience: I decided to switch dental offices due to recommendations from two of my coworkers. I had a very pleasant first appointment with the Winning Smile office in Brandon. My hygienist was Katelyn (I hope that was her name, I'm so sorry I have poor memory!!!) and my dentist was Dr. West. During my initial exam, Katelyn was thorough and quite careful, which is definitely what you want. Dr. West was friendly and explained all instructions and options very well. I was extremely impressed seeing new dental technology in use, as well. I'm sure that doesn't get mentioned in reviews a lot, but seeing 3d LiDAR imaging in use is really great for more thorough care. (This should really impress you when you consider you won't have to gag on impression materials anymore!) After my appointment, sitting down with Lori was very pleasant, too. She explained insurance, billing, and additional questions that I had. This is helpful for me, since I don't know how to adult properly. I can't quite say that I'm excited for more dental appointments, but I'm CERTAINLY confident and happy that I'll be using such a fantastic dentistry team.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very polite and professional at this office from the front desk to the dental station you are assigned. I enjoyed the specialist (hygienist) named Haley. She’s professional, answers any questions you have, walks you through your procedures all while “smiling “. You can do a lil Netflix too keep you comfortable and ease any anxiety. You feel comfortable and reassured that their office has your best interest at heart while providing your dental care. My dentist with the same last name was great too. At this point, they get a thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: Great place! Friendly staff & Dentist. Staff and Dentist took the time to listen and explain things and had patience when questions were asked. Didn’t feel rushed during my visit.

Negative experience: Took my child for dental pain. They told us she needed several fillings for thousands of dollars (which I thought was incredibly ridiculous. but you do what you got to do for your kids. Not to mention, she hasn't had a single cavity in her life and she got 12 in a matter of months). 12 fillings later and we're back in the hotel room with my child still in pain. We get back home and I take her to her regular doc. He asked us who did all the recent work. He then told us she had no cavities in two of the teeth that had already lost fillings. It begs to ask, did she need the 12 fillings in the first place?? She certainly didn't need the two that were dislodged. Not to mention, the crack in my child's tooth that was causing the pain in the first place was never even addressed! My advice, if they tell you that you need fillings, get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: First time coming to Winning Smiles in Brandon. Great place and reasonably priced compared to other Dentists in the Brandon area. Got looked at fast and set up a plan to fix my tooth. Got sent to the Winning Smiles office in Jackson off of I55 where they brought me in 30 minutes before they even opened and took care of my problem! Both offices are great and would recommend either office to anyone looking for a new Dentist.
