I also really appreciate how easy it is to schedule and change my appointments. I never have to wait long before being seen, and they’re very efficient!

Fantastic experience: My daughter suggested I call Crafton Dental when I broke a corner on one of my molars, and I’m so glad I followed her advice! I thought it might take weeks to get an appointment since I wasn’t a current patient. But this entire practice is filled with friendly, helpful, and highly skilled providers who did their best to get me in to see a dentist within hours! While we’re new to the Columbia area, we feel lucky to have already found our dental care “home.” Their thorough exam has left me completely confident in their abilities to provide me with the best solution for my problem.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience! Our child was apprehensive before our appointment. The waiting room was a great first experience and a great way for our son to warm up to the dentist. They took the time and energy to make him feel comfortable and safe and aware of everything that was going to happen. Our son went through the appointment smiling and zero tears! Everyone is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Crafton dental is fantastic. The staff automatically makes you feel comfortable. They took great care of me when my tooth was knocked out. Dr. Casey even came in on a Sunday to put my tooth back in place. I am so fortunate to have found such a great practice. I took my daughter in due to a natal tooth and they were wonderful with the removal. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Update June 2020: Another outstanding experience today, caring and thoughtful and thoroughly professional and sincere. As I mentioned below I avoided dentists for years, but Crafton Dental is getting me back to regular care - thank you Laurel and Dr Crafton again! (2019) Without any doubt the best dental experience I've had in decades. Friendly, competent, thorough, diligent - I can't speak more highly of the staff or the Dentist. I have avoided dental appointments for years, but will gladly schedule my next appointment here. My only regret is that perhaps by rating the experience so highly I may help make it harder to schedule again next time! Thank you Melissa and Dr. Crafton.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crafton and Dr. Annie have been taking care of my teeth for over 10 years, and they’ve done an incredible job! I was born missing an adult tooth so I’ve had braces, Invisalign, a flipper, and now finally a Maryland bridge to replace the tooth that never came in. Throughout the entire process—since elementary school—the Crafton team has been patient and followed through on the expected timeline to get my smile where it is today, while being kind, communicative, and supportive. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: I originally chose Crafton Dental because of the stellar reviews. I have been a patient for a few years and am so glad I chose this office. Everyone is always so kind and professional, and Dr. Crafton is super friendly and amazing at her craft!!! Laurrel, just cleaned my teeth and I felt like I was in a spa (no, I’m not exaggerating)!!! She took her time and made sure to restore them to my natural white color. I cannot wait for my next cleaning in 6 months! If you’re considering a dentist, this is the place to be. I have very high standards, and they exceed them each visit. I would give 10 stars if I could! Edit: It’s been over 4 years since I wrote the original review (and over 6 years being a client) and I still feel EXACTLY the same about Crafton Dental! Dr. Lisa Crafton is still my dentist (I love her and her husband!) Laurrel is still the most amazing hygienist (my wife sees and loves Heather!), and they have still have wonderful, warm, caring, and skilled staff (and hygienists). Even when I moved out of the area, this remained my dental office!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place! They are soooo wonderful with my kids and I always feel like they treat us like family. Dr. Casey is so friendly and approachable and always has a joke up his sleeve for the kids. The hygienists are all so kind and personable. The staff have been there for a while, which also tells you that they enjoy their place of work. We’ve been going there for over 5 years and the consistency has helped us build relationships with the staff and doctors. I don’t like that we have to pay out of pocket ahead of time and wait to get reimbursed BUT the amazing and friendly service makes it all worth it. Some of our favorite hygienist include Laurel and Annie! We plan to stay with Crafton dental as we all, children and adults, love everything about them- location, staff, service, etc. It’s an excellent choice and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This was my daughter’s second dental experience, but first time at Crafton Dental, and they were phenomenal! They have the cutest play area (my 2.5 yo daughter literally did not want to leave), and Heather was so good with her … from blowing bubbles to get her to the chair, to giving her sunglasses and stickers to get through the whole process. Dr. Casey was also very efficient and kind. It was quick, and so kid friendly, which was exactly what I was looking for. So grateful to have found an amazing peds dentist for my daughter.

With 5 crowns, root canals and a lifetime of seeing the best specialists, I can also share Dr. Crafton's team's cosmetic/restorative work is the best I have encountered. This practice truly loves and cares for its patients!
