Fantastic experience: I had an emergency they took me in right away. The doctor knew exactly what the problem was.

Positive experience: My favorite location is the Hamilton office. Ewing is more high volume due to services offered directly on site. I have been using them for years and I'm please with price points and quality of service. Have a few hiccups in the past with wait times and a scheduling error with Ewing location but overall I'm satisfied. It all depends on my what you value most such as time, savings, experience, availability and more.

Fantastic experience: Doctor and Nurse were very good. No pain during procedure. I have a little pain post procedure, but not much. Overall very good .

Fantastic experience: Nice office & staff but I want to give a big shoutout to the young lady by the name of Ashanti that works here. My grandmother came in for a treatment, and she was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. very knowledgeable and very patient with us. It's hard to find good people in this society so Kudos to her. My grandmother will be a longtime patient because of this employee :)

Negative experience: Had terrible experiences at Eastern Dental in Hamilton. Dr. Galati seemed rushed all the time and was not friendly to me. Another time my cleaning appointment was cancelled after I showed up after the staff didn't even bother to call me beforehand. When I needed a root canal it was not done at Eastern as I was sent way out of my way to Endodontics, Ltd. in Langhorne, Pa. to have it done. Other times way too crowded, so I would sometimes sit there for over an hour waiting to be seen. The hygenists I had no problem with, they were efficient and friendly. But overall, I should have left Eastern long ago as I was a decades+ long patient. I miss Dr. Levine as office is different now without him. Finally stopped going there and couldn't be happier as now getting great care elsewhere.

Positive experience: People are so very nice and respectful. The wait was long. Waiting room too small. Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled. Luckily no pain.

Negative experience: the thing about eastern dental of Hamilton is this…. The office staff, the hygienist and dentists are all perfectly nice people. But the operations of the office needs an incredible overhaul. There is way too many cancellations due to lack of staffing, appointment times are not followed and people’s time is not valued. Waiting over an hour past your appointment for a cleaning is unreal. It’s very inconsistent every time we visit.

Negative experience: The worst place ever, they do anesthesia come back after 30 minutes when it stops working, come back do it again and again leave to other patient

Fantastic experience: Dr Gould was wonderful. I had no pain and he took his time and didn’t hurt me at all. I was very happy and he fixed my tooth. Bravo Dr Gould.

Negative experience: This is based on my experience with my daughter that has Autism. I felt dismissed pretty much immediately. The dental assistant rudely told my daughter "u have to stop screaming or youll scared the other kids" with an annoyed face. I kindly told her that shes autistic and doesn't understand what shes trying to tell her. In which i did put on her form that shes autistic so that they knew. Also, i was not expecting her to react this way, so I was trying my best to console her. During this time i was holding my daughter and trying to comfort her. Then the dental assistant IMMEDIATELY left and grabbed the manager. Which I understand, she was very scared and most likely wouldnt have done good so it was better to reschedule, but it was just that feeling of being immediately dismissed..Noone tried even though they treat kids there as well as adults and my child isnt the only one scared to be at the dentist.. The manager told me "as a mom i wouldnt traumatize her if shes not having any issues right now" as if my mission was to traumatize her. This isn't saying that this wasnt the best choice to not go through with the appt, it 100% was. But it was the feeling of being dismissed almost immediately that I didn't like or feel welcome. I will not be returning to this office

Negative experience: Need someone that knows how to give a customer the right information before they get treatment done, don’t give them one fee before then when treatment is done your looking for additional money. If you don’t know what your doing you shouldn’t be quoting anyone’s dominance’s that’s not good customer service for your office it runs people away.

Negative experience: Every time a make an appointment they call and say they are under staffed and need to reschedule. When we finally do get in my family and I wait hours. Unfortunately have decided to move on. Once Dr Levine retired the place slowly went down hill.

Fantastic experience: They me got me in the same day and I only waited 5 minutes to go back. Both the dental technician doctor were very nice and explained everything to me what had to get done. The doctor went and got the surgeon who went and explained to me what needed to be done. He was unbelievably nice. I really hate the dentist and he explained to me it was just a small Procedure and I was able to relax.

Negative experience: The hygienist that cleaned and polished my teeth was wonderful(5 stars for her). She is always professional and kind. However, waiting TWO hours for a check up and cleaning is unacceptable! I thought they forgot about me. I will continue to look for a new dentist because every time I go, I wait and wait for at least an hour. What’s the point of having an appointment time? My time is valuable too.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental care place Ive ever been to in my whole 41 years of living… they tricked me into coming in thinking I will be getting my tooth pulled, but when I got there they wanted to do everything but pull my tooth.. the office manager was very rude didn’t want to hear anything I had to say she looked at me like I was trash… I also told her that the head dentist was rude and she told me I was lie basically..

Negative experience: At Eastern Dental in Hamilton. Not good. I pick the same time early in the morning every 6 months for a cleaning. I schedule it along with my wife so we can get in and out in time for me to go on with the rest of my schedule for the day. This day they took my wife in right away and I was till waiting. By the time my wife was done with her cleaning 30 minutes went by and I had not been seen yet. We check with the receptionist who stated they were running a bit behind. So I waited patiently but then when other patients started arriving and taken back before I was seen, now more than 1 hour after my scheduled appointment I had to say something. I informed the receptionist that I was not happy waiting while others who arrived well after me were being treated first. I told them that I was there for just a cleaning. I told them that I was leaving. Then and only then did the office manager stepped in and apologize saying that she didn’t know we were there. We have been loyal patients, have had several procedure done, some very expensive. We had to wait before but never to this level. I feel like the quality of customer service has gone down recently.

Negative experience: Incorrect and lack of proper billing procedures. Charging patients exorbitantly high fees without even sending in a pre determination to insurance to see if it’s covered. I will be filing complaints with the proper authorities. I would give negative stats if I could. This does not take away from the staff at the front desk which are very courteous and professional

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this location for many years. Staff and Drs are great The only problem I have is there billing it terrible! They take your copayments (estimated)before sending to insurance It never is the correct amount. There is usually a credit and they never tell you when you come for another appointment

Negative experience: Long wait appt was at 10am got there around 9:30am was not called until 10:45/11am and my daughter did not get the fluoride after her cleaning was told to come back.

Fantastic experience: My visit at this Easter Dental was a pleasant one to the point where I was actually late for my appointment and they gave me a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment and they still accepted me in after a 30 minute lateness. Then they got me in and out at no time.

Fantastic experience: I’m always happy with Eastern Dental of Hamilton. The front desk staff and dental assistants are always very friendly and helpful. I was called on my appointment time and was in the dental chair promptly.

Negative experience: Absolutely - DO NOT GO THERE!!! I was told that unfortunately after I started a lengthy surgical procedure to have me top teeth pulled and replaced. In the beginning the process was good but as the situation continued. They were extremely unprofessional and very defensive when asked questions. Also, when the surgeon pulled my back tooth and he broke the bone in my gums in half.. I came in for them to correct their mistake (for free). You know, as well as I getting something for free these days, especially at the dental office is NEVER the case .it was clearly their issue but I had never been treated worse in my life. Also, my appointment was at 10:30 and called me back around noon. Because I was in a lengthy process with several appointments I was in the wonderful position of waiting an hour minimum and 2 hrs .EVERY TIME I HAD an appointment. Everyone , and I mean everyone was talking about it and loosing it in the waiting room something that happened over and over again. I'm going to post this review anywhere I can so that people know to stay away - they were hacks. I was told this, and should have listened and bailed earlier in the process SAVE YOURSELF and YOUR teeth.

Positive experience: I am usually pleased with my service. No, issues. I'm still not satisfied with the long wait times an hour and a half Just for a cleaning and checkup. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I only continue to go to this practice because of doctor Gulati.

Negative experience: First time there with a12:00 appointment, waited 40 minutes to be seen. Cleaning was about 5 minutes. Fastest cleaning I ever had. How good can that be?

Negative experience: This was one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. I went in to my appointment and was told that I needed two filling on my lower left molars. Nobody explained anything about how the procedure would go or possible side effects. I come back, get my fillings done. The hygienist told me to wait until the Novocain wore off before eating. I get home and actually wait longer before eating. I take one bite and I am in excruciating pain. I was so puzzled because nobody said that this could be a possibility. I call them the next morning in tears because my teeth were so sensitive. The receptionist told me to come in so they could look at it. They told me they don’t see a reason why I’m in pain. No concern, no care or compassion. They referred me to a specialist and sent me home. One month later I still cannot chew on that side. I’m worse off now than before I went there.

Negative experience: Understaffed, appointment at 12 for check up/cleaning and didn't leave till after 2pm

No matter what my dental issues are I am never disappointed with the care and attention to detail. Dr. Gulati, Dr.Shah and Chrissy are my"Go-To's". The entire staff delivers their best!

Fantastic experience: My first time there. I had a lot of doubt about the place. But from Stacey at the front desk to everyone attending to me in the back, all of my doubts ceased. Their kindness, patience, help, & instructions were surprising beyond my expectations. They were all absolutely wonderful in every way. Phew! What a relief & joy! Guess they’re a keeper in my book. Negative experience: I have had several teeth damaged to the point of extraction from this dental office. Since leaving this practice a year ago to go to another dentist I have not had any further issues with cracked teeth!! I do not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Called for an emergency appointment, it was for 1130am had to wait 2hour to see the doctor, when Called in it took another 20 minutes to see the doctor. When you are in pain it's no joke.

My last visit was right at opening at 8am, full checkup/cleaning/followup appt scheduling and out before 9am.

ThoughI had to wait a couple hours before I seen the dentist? Her name was Dr. Shaw she did a very good job on the filling. She doesn’t have much of a sense of humor, but she does a great job.

Negative experience: I had to change my evaluation due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from the Dr. I had. She was not willing to listen and help with a solution. She Already got my thousands of dollars, so it was obvious she didn't want to hear any criticism. They really need to hire some people with personality and aftercare skills. They are rude!!!

Fantastic experience: Arrived at 7:50am for an 8 am appointment. Was taken back to have a checked which went quickly. Had a seat back in waiting room for 5 minutes and then proceeded to have teeth cleaned. Made a 3 month check up and left at 8:30 am. Everything went great.
