Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and professional. I liked the office and felt very comfortable with the dentist and his staff, he gave me the answers I needed. I have had a wonderful experience at this office. I had two implants placed and let me tell you it was the most extensive dental procedure I have had but yet the best experience. I did not even feel the injections and my recovery has been great, my face did not swell and the recovery pain has been manageable. Every appointment is a wonderful experience. Vanessa just had another appointment and as always it is a pleasure seeing everyone and my dental experience nothing but the best. Thank you so much to all for such a pleasant experience .

Within 1 hour I had been seen- then treatment plan - cost eval & payment - extraction. All within less than 1 hour. Painless too for the extraction.

Fantastic experience: First of all , as a new patient , Vanessa made everything so easy. The staff explained and went over the financal part of my procedures, what my insurance would cover and what I was responsible for. Once Dr. Chai explained what I needed, he set right to work. He worked quickly and, best of all, it was pain free! (Removed a root canal gone bad) Even after that eve and next day, no pain killers were needed. I'm so happy I found them and will always go back!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and dentist is honest. I went in for a consultation on an implant. The dentist that I have been seeing for 3 years suggested removing a tooth and paying him $2000 and surgical dentist bobby $3000 for implant and extraction work. After reviewing X-rays, Dr. Chei felt that the tooth was healthy, wasn't causing pain, and just recemented the crown.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist since 2009! All of these years I have been afraid to visit the dentist because of a past experience where my dentist turned out to not be a licensed dentist. Today was my first day back and all of those years And honestly, I can say I had a really great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding of my anxiety given that I haven’t been in for a cleaning in such a long time. I am extremely grateful for everyone’s patience and for being gentle with me! I will definitely come back and also recommend others to do the same!

Fantastic experience: From having bad experiences with dental offices, I came across this dentist and read the reviews that lead me to scheduling an appointment. When arriving I was greeted with excellent customer service and all of the staff members were nonjudgmental and had a positive attitude. Within 10 minutes, I was met with the doctor who took the time to listen to my concerns and along with the staff’s help, came up with a plan. Fantastic experience: Let me tell you, I could not have picked a better place. I have not been to the dentist in a good while and was nervous and a little embarrassed because my teeth are not in good shape. Everyone and I mean everyone were so welcoming and nice. They calmed my nerves and made me feel not so embarrassed. They kept me informed thru out my whole time there. If I could rate them with more than 5 stars I would. They deserve all the praise. Negative experience: i love the dr and care team but Vanessa at the front desk has caused me to move on! i called today to reschedule my appt 48+ hours in advance she immediately started talking about a $25 fee. I said so please explain your policy then she realize my appointment was more than 48 hours so she's like we won't charge you. She also was like are you sure you'll be able to make this appointment as if I had done something wrong by rescheduling? i just shouldn't be harassed like this to reschedule or threatened with fees when they don't apply! Maybe the higher ups will see this as i've tried to call to complain but they do a good job of keeping it from them as i could never speak to management when i've called before with complaints.
