Fantastic experience: Was a very awesome experience, loved my hygienist and dentist...SO FAR THEY ROCK... actually talked to me and not about me to each other..

Fantastic experience: I DO NOT like going to the dentist but the ladies at front assistanting me, the young lady taking the X Ray's and the dentist were all very polite, professional and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Fast and friendly service the whole staff was very nice and accommodating for my daughter!

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and professional. The Dentist gave me three options for my treatment and his staff gave me detailed costs for each procedure. That made it much easier for me to make a decision.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment for my mother-in-law, who’s first language is Spanish, and it was nice that upon entering the office the staff spoke Spanish and were able to make my mother-in-law feel comfortable. They got her right in and took care of her tooth pain.

Negative experience: Lots of x-ray, Dr Kim told me that he was unable to pull my due to fosamax, that I already knew. I went to Dental Depot expecting a exam and teeth cleaning. So not happy with my experience at all.

Negative experience: This place is horrible! I got a call to confirm my appointment and they told me that I never confirmed it which was an absolute lie , and the nurse don't use gloves for anything that they put in your mouth that's disgusting I don't know where his hands have been. Just saying I had a terrible experience here.

Positive experience: The care for the patients is amazing the dentist was absolutely great ! I Had 3 extractions today preparing for dentures and it was completely painless and they give complete instructions on after care . Only thing that needs a little bit of work is the front desk people . Really unorganized and I always have a problem with the front desk getting my appointments right . If you’re nervous/scared of dentist this is a good place to go .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yeram Kim is very good! I highly recommend him and his assistants. I've had several procedures done recently with very little pain, they are the best! If you're apprehensive about going to the dentist Dr. Kim is the man to see, he's very gentle and professional.

Positive experience: Good for cleanings and checkups. But for the crowns and root canal, they add multiple unnecessary appointments. All the staff were great. It's just i don't want an exposed nerve any amount of time. It's mainly for kids, small cavities, etc. You'll observe the trains. The place looks cool. And it's very busy, so the wait times can be 30 minutes to two hours after you've been roomed. Also, the xray machines don't work great, so prepare to have giant metal rectangles in your mouth multiple times. It also could be inexperienced staff. And another hour of waiting if you have questions. Good luck, and remember daily dental care avoids these issues.

Positive experience: Service staff great, Dentist Ok....but the waiting room discussing, filthy fabric benches & chairs, doubtfully cleaned since opened... Nothing had been wiped down, wood arms of chairs covered in finger/body prints...come on a bottle of cleaner & a clean rag & wipe them down daily, weekly not yearly & or never...

Negative experience: This is the most incompetent place I've ever been too. The front desk could do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. There was no type of answers to any of my questions. I need a clearance for a kidney transplant and they had ABSOLUTELY no idea what I was talking about.i left with no answers to none of my questions. Not a place I'd feel comfortable to get a clearance from them. I'll go elsewhere

Negative experience: I got an appt. quick and was roomed quickly as well. Wait time for doctor was short, but Doctor seemed to be in a hurry during exam, he also kept getting interrupted by other staff during my exam. Appointment lasted like 30 minutes walk in to walk out, oddly fast? Wait time to get a cleaning is 6 months out and never got a set appt time or date. The scheduling lady didn’t specify if i would get called for a cleaning or not? she seemed confused like me and she didn’t give me an appt for my cleaning so i’m not sure if i’ll get my cleaning this year or not.

Fantastic experience: Wow! The office decor is nice! They have a model train that travels on tracks though each room. There are pictures of trains and a bit of history on the wall in the waiting area. The employees are very friendly and the Dr friendly and caring. They accept Sooner Care, Medicaid and other insurance.

Positive experience: After pulling my teeth out when I got dry socket they pretty much just referred me out and didn’t do much else pretty much I gotta deal with it

Negative experience: They did dentures top and bottom and they got the top ones wrong and they won’t correct the mistake. They are too thick I can’t even talk with Them in my mouth I suggest going somewhere else for all your dental I rate dental Depot 0

Fantastic experience: Have had great experiences with these nice folks!! I am a bit of a chicken but the staff was very comforting in ensuring that my mind was eased the last extractions I had to have. I will be making an appointment tomorrow as I'm having issues with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Recent visit. Having tooth problem they got me right in, address issues pulled the chipped the bad teeth. I'm not having any pain with the procedure. Oh most excellent. People and Dentist very efficient.

Negative experience: Went there two weeks ago they were supposed to give me an appointment and go through my insurance and call me back. I’ve called them nonstop every day to get this appointment set and they refuse to return my call. The place is incompetent.

Fantastic experience: I've always felt cared for at dental depot. Rescheduling appointments and working with my own schedule has been easy and the people working there have always been very kind and attentative. They explain things in laymans terms and give very considerate guidance.

Negative experience: They have a dentist that was very rude( Horney), some of their staff are new and unprofessional. They hurt me when they did the x-rays. I’ll never comeback to the south office.

Positive experience: They where rush all the time .i just want to say that the i’m not a Doctor but i know the mouth is a sensitive area Because they where rude whit my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a filling in my bottom tooth but my front teeth need new fillings and they switched and did those instead and even took her time with them; it was Dr. Horn and she did a fantastic job; made a beautiful smile, there is a spot that needs to be shaved down but I called and they got me in first thing the next day! Thank you doctor Horn I love my new smile!!

Positive experience: I’ve always adore Dr.Mai and all the work he did but today when I went in for a cavity to get it filled I got told I’d need a root canal and that my insurance won’t cover it. As a mom of two toddlers I can not afford $2,000 payment or any payment plan they gave me. I simply just want a filling cause I know it’s not that bad I’ve had cavities before nothing new! I was highly disappointed in this visit.

Negative experience: Dr.Mai refused to prescribe any pain killers at all after he extracted my back molar! He was saying that, Since I was already prescribed 800 mg ibuprofen 3 days ago, I should be good! He also made Sarcastic comment When he was pulling the tooth, It started to naturally hurt when he was doing all the Yanking, He was frustrated, And asked me to stop and let him Do his job.

Negative experience: They gave my son's appointment away then blamed me. Nobody called or text me about canceling his appointment when I literally just talk to them the day before confirming the appointment. Dental depot is Unprofessional and they do not care about patients. They just care about money!

Negative experience: Went in for tooth pain and they want me to pay for treatment for an entirely different issue that wouldn’t solve my pain issue and completely ignored my reason for an appointment. Schedule somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The hygienist was probably the best I ever had. The girl who got me ready was very sweet and professional! The facility is very clean and pleasant to be in!

Negative experience: I was not impressed with the pre scheduling personal. They keept telling me that my insurance was inactive and it was not. They didn't follow up once I and my insurance personal gave them the correct number and information.

Fantastic experience: I love this place except when I need to reschedule no one answered and they text you back saying thinks for calling

Negative experience: My appointment was today a 8am, and they told my appointment was at 9 even they text me to confirm, then later they told me " they don't have space for me until later today or until February of next year even I told them I have to be at work at 10am. What the point of making of appointment if they gonna trying to change just because they their mistakes. "Horrible experience today " this facility needs to work on their communication among the office and front desk staff. That would improve their communication with customers.

Negative experience: The dentist I had has left & gone to EDMOND, which means I get a new person. He told me he was doing *root canals*.. Within 3 days of this my right bottom started hurting bad. The new guy tells me *I'll drill into them fix the root then it'll be good* he refuses to pull them. I used my insurance to do the 1st guy. I'm NOT paying for the next guy to drill into my teeth to fix them. If I have to pay, he's pulling them. To bad the 1st guy didn't do it right, I'm getting them pulled.

Fantastic experience: The staff made me feel really confident on how well i keep my teeth clean!!!

Positive experience: Staff is friendly. They were able to get me in as a first time patient very quickly when I was having dental pain and distress. Treatment was also available very quickly. Good place!!

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing. I was visiting from out of state and they were able to get me in right away. The staff was very friendly as well. The doc was also very helpful and explained my options very clearly and was not pushy as to which decision to make for my treatment. When we move here this will definitely be our regular dentist we see.

Positive experience: Was seen with no appointment due to tooth pain. They were quick and professional. Although I did awake the next day (which is today)with considerable pain still. I guess I'll see how it turns out.

Negative experience: I brought my son to consult with you re braces. Took 4 months to get my denial back because it took too long for the service and then the insurance company told me that you documented the problem with his under bite hitting his palate and he has problems chewing. We never got an orthodontist opinion. We just saw a dental assistant who said he would most likely have to get braces. My question is how long do they go to school to diagnose and treat a patient? Our experience has been so bad. No explanations I had to call the office multiple times over a 3-4 month period. I will never recommend to anyone again because of this situation.

Fantastic experience: Great place! I had a Dental Emergency and I was able to get an appointment for 8:00am the following day. I was so happy and grateful. I will be moving from my current dentist to Dental Depot.

Negative experience: All I'm going to say is that this facility needs to work on their communication among the office and front desk staff. That would improve their communication with customers, as well as allowing customers to obtain the correct information when speaking with the staff. I won't be returning to this location after my last visit.

Fantastic experience: I have only had great experiences here! I would recommend this location to anyone! Staff is friendly, always clean, and the wait usually isn’t long.

Negative experience: 2 attempts at an appointment, the people doing the intake and setting appointments are completely incompetent. Both times we show up and they say we don't have an appointment, 15 minutes later they discover the intake people messed up and apologize but make no effort to correct the mistake. Dental Dept has become the Walmart of dentistry, no customer service, no quality.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. My wife had an appointment, does not get greeted when she gets there, then on her way there she was hung up on. Then before even seeing the dentist she was asked to pay! How do you pay for something you haven’t even been seen for yet? Just was a very unprofessional experience for her! She ended up walking out. I referred her them because that’s where I go and I have never had an issue, might change my dentist now.

Fantastic experience: Office staff was very friendly! From the time I got there I told them I had fear of dentist so of course it had been a while! They eased my anxiety and worry and were super professional snd understanding! They talked to me and explained everything before they did it and the two ladies who cleaned my teeth were amazing! This is my new dentist and im so glad i booked!

Positive experience: Thought I went in with a bad toothache but after the examination the dentist told me he didn't think it was a toothache and so in two weeks I'll go back and we re-examined my tooth because it was infected but he gave me some medical products. It was good to know that he just wasn't going to take my tooth out without some further investigation.

Negative experience: My experience was bad, the lady was really rough made my gums bleed and after she cleaned my teeth they were overly sensitive.

Positive experience: Friendly and quick service. Didn't have to wait long and they called me back and started my cleaning right away.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE…. The worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t even give them ONE star. I can’t even begin to explain the amount of stress and heartache this has caused. Thank God I found a new dentist that is meeting my needs. DENTAL DEPOT NEEDS HELP.. I’m sorry for all those who have had to go through the same thing that I did. I pray that none of y’all do.! I will never be back !

Fantastic experience: The doctor and his assistant are the best. The people in the front office are very rude very childish and very disrespectful. They are not nice at all. They make you feel some type of way they like to make fun of you and say smart remarks, and when you reply, they get an attitude and we can reschedule your appointment, I would not recommend dental Depot on Western to anyone

Negative experience: As far as the service goes it is good and they are kind and reassure that you are not hurting during procedures. However, everytime I call the number listed on Google under the business the phone just rings. the number listed via text to press C to confirm or P for phonecall does not work and is different , recalling that number does not work. on top of that the text number listed on the voice-mail I've texted but still did not get an appointment for my son rescheduled. Three diffrent numbers no results when I need to reschedule. I was texted yesterday i had to be a same day appointment because i missed previous appointments, one being that the Dr. Was not in the day i had an appointment, but couldnt do so because of their horrible phone system and different numbers so when i am able I have to find a ride to go by and do things face to face which is an inconvenience

Negative experience: I would never go back! Dental depot over charged me to re-cement a crown that had come loose. Took about 5 minutes but I was charged 150.00. Just because they tried to tell me they didn’t have the correct code to charge it out. There only out to heard people through and make the most money they can without thinking of the customer

Negative experience: Dr.Kim is the worst. Got by back tooth pulled and one filled. Didn’t get any kind of meds had to go to the ER hours after numbness went off because I was in pain. Tried to talk to someone in charge but they was to busy to talk and call corporate left a message never had a call back. I don’t recommend going to S western location unless u want to be in pain after and have a bad experience
