Fantastic experience: One of the best parts was doing all my paperwork before my appointment and being to walk right in. I was in the waiting room long enough to sign in and they were calling me. I did not have to do anything else besides get my picture taken. It was an easy experience and then it didn't feel like a tooth cleaning mill when I got in there. I will be back thanks for the good work. (The hygienist did a great job as well)

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and visited January 21st 2025. My Dental Assistant, Meghan, was great in every way. She is personable, professional, and very thorough in her examination. She pointed out a concern with one of my teeth. She discussed this with Dr. Taylor prior to my examination from him. Dr. Taylor discussed this issue with me and I was appreciative to them both detecting this concern. I appreciate them taking care and time discussing this with me to prevent future concerns.

I called and received an appointment that same day, had a complete exam, my first set of Impressions made for a new partial, and a cleaning scheduled. I was thoroughly impressed with the way I was treated by everyone I encountered. I am completely satisfied and my wife and I are establishing them as our family dentist. I had a great experience today at the Dentist office. Dr. Whitley was polite and very instructive of what was happening with the pain I was/am experiencing. The assistant with her was also polite. I was called back in a timely manner and did not have to wait long for help. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just moved from Allentown, PA at end of January to Selma, NC. It took some time to settle everything down and then it was time to look for a doctor and dentist. I looked up dentist near me on google and Johnston Smiles was first one and had the most absolutely best reviews. I emailed and they got right back to me. Then sent me everything I needed in order to become new patient. And today was my first visit. I knew from the minute I opened door to when I left it was everything I thought it was going to be. The front desk, dental hygienists and doc were 110% the best. Everybody was so friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys for everything and I am so happy I found my perfect dentist just like when I was in PA. Yes this Yankee isn't too shabby lol.

Negative experience: Worst experience for my adult autistic daughter yesterday. The dental assistant was very rude and abrupt as soon as we told her what we needed help with. No change when we made her aware of her autism and anxiety. She only changed her tune when we said we were leaving. Offered to get the doctor but she was not any better, talking to my daughter like she was a child and not a grown woman. This used to be a great clinic when Dr. Parrish was around and even a few years back when we went but now it's not . What happened to all the caring people in this office? Do not take your autistic people there!
