They were so patient and gentle with my children, explaining everything in a way that made them feel at ease. The office was clean, organized, and very kid-friendly, which helped calm any nerves. What really stood out was how much care and attention the staff gave to making sure my kids had a positive experience. Instead of being afraid of the dentist, they actually left smiling and excited to come back! I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and warmth shown to us today. Fantastic experience: 10/10 service ⭐️ For my baby's first dental visit, she had an excellent time, the nurses were friendly and patient with me and my infant. The nurse that assisted us was highly informational as she told me every thing, as a parent, on how I can care for my infant at home before we saw Dr. Keith Jones, who was highly interactive and friendly with my infant. I would recommend this dental office for young ones.

Fantastic experience: To be a first time patient here the intake and startup was fast and easy. They got my son in on his first visit ever, got him an early and cleaning. He was embarrassed about the build up on his teeth but the dentists were nice friendly and fast. Thank you!! Can't wait for the check up!

While my daughter was being seen, I looked over and saw Dr. Jones on the floor playing Legos with my son. They took the time to educate both me and my kids. Kind, professional, and patient-centered—we need more like them. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can’t brag on this facility and staff enough. Hands down the best scheduling and appointment confirmation services I’ve ever seen with any dentist or doctor - ever. Literally every time we walk in, after check in we literally do not have time to sit down before the door is opening and they’re called back. As soon as the hygienist gets done, it’s not but a minute or two and the dentist is on his way to do his thing. Very friendly and thorough staff. Very clean facility. Modernized for a comfy atmosphere.

Negative experience: Staff was very pleasant and was able to work my daughter in for a chipped tooth, HOWEVER, after asking multiple times if they took my insurance and being told “yes” multiple times, when it was time to pay, I owed $167 bc they were out of network with my insurance! So, I will not be returning for this purpose.…. Ok. Update. 3 months later, after taking my kids to another dentist due to this place not taking our insurance, I had my child’s teeth cleaned then got a phone call from the current dentist saying I owe $ bc small bites did run my insurance and got money for my kids cleaning with them! So now I’m out MORE MONEY due to LIES all from small bites! I am NOT happy and will never ever advise anyone to go here!!

As my girl gets older, she enjoys seeing everyone! She loves to have her teeth brushed and she had the rotating brush used today and didn't give them any trouble! Small Bites is a blessing for us!

It was a great experience from start to finish from the front desk assistance greeting you and explaining everything efficiently from booking the appointments and sending reminders, to the x-ray staff for patience with my nervous 5 year old, to the cleaners smiling and welcoming faces, and Mr. Jones for explaining everything clearly about my children teeth and what to prepare for. I highly recommend!
