Fantastic experience: Today was my first experience at Dental One Associates, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionist warmly greeted me, and was very pleasant and efficient. I was brought back to an exam room on time, asked some thorough questions by the hygienist regarding the reason for my visit, and the dentist, Dr Rushing, was quite personable, and spent a good amount of time examining my teeth and asking pertinent questions. Definitely making this my new home dentist!

Negative experience: Rude receptionist. She grilled my butt for what it felt like an eternity for not answering the million calls they blow you up with despite giving you other options to respond. I’ll be changing dentists just because of this.

Fantastic experience: Took care of a broken tooth and in a 3-stage process to save it. They were great about working me in because of this situation. After 2 weeks the temp. crown broke which happens sometimes. Got in today to replace it. Will go next week to get final temp. crown and have permanent fitted and ordered. Finally finished that process last yr. Went in for cleaning yesterday and had a different hygienist. I can see why my husband likes her so much. 8-21-25 Broke another molar. Luckily this time it was a much easier fix. Dr. Owens was great as always. Hopefully I'll have the permanent in 2 wks. I've been going to this practice for about 30 yrs. Dr. Conger took out wisdom teeth and bad molars not long after I started going. The tooth Dr. Owens worked on today had a filling that was older than him. He is kind and so is the rest of the staff. I'm glad to still be with them. Got my permanent crown today. It took less than 30 mins and it fits to perfection .

I’m always pleased with the work they do! 11/14/2024 Back to the good Dentist! . He worked on my night guard and top teeth guard. After he finished , my guards fit better and did not hurt like before. I always trust Dr Owens to do the best he can. That’s important !! I also trust him to fix anything that wasn’t up to his standard! If you chose this Dentist you won’t regret it! March 2025 I’ve honestly never been disappointed with the care and dental work I have received from Dr. Owens. He is very knowledgeable and careful with his dental work. I encourage anyone who needs dental work to make an appointment soon.

I’m greeted by my first name as soon as I enter the waiting room. My wait time is virtually non existent. From the front office staff to the dental hygienists, assistants and Dr. Owens, everyone goes above and beyond to make my dental visit as painless and comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: This is a busy dentist office but I called with a crown that had come off. They saw me the next day as I wanted. Got in promptly. My hygienist reassured me and answered all my questions about the cost estimate. Dr. Matt Owen is very nice and always makes time for my questions during his exam. Recemented my crown for a very reasonable fee with my insurance. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Owens has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my permanent crown fits properly and is comfortable. My permanent crown came off, and he checked to see if it could be put back on. When it didn't fit exactly right, he noticed a change in my gum and decided to order a new crown in a different material that he thought would work better for me. He didn't make the easy decision for me to just try the existing crown, instead he took a new impression and had a new crown made. And I am happier with this crown!

Fantastic experience: Great staff! From front office to assistants and dentists, these are great people. I must say I am always nervous about going to the dentist but they make it as good an experience as possible.

Positive experience: When checking out the receptionist was very sweet, polite and personable. The hygienist didn't speak unless I said or asked questions. Dr Owen was in and out like a flash but made sure I was comfortable while doing procedure and then off in a flash without a thank you or good bye.

Fantastic experience: They took me in as my wife was driving me to their office as I was in excruciating pain from what I discovered I had an abscessed tooth. It started on a Friday night and I suffered the weekend waiting for them to open up on Monday morning. I called on the way at around a little after 8 am. They didn't hesitate to get me the help I needed and told me to come on in when I explained what was going on. They have always treated me well.They took X-rays and Dr Owens narrowed it down to what tooth it was. I was hurting in my upper and then in my bottom right side of my mouth radiating to my my ear and temple area of my head on my right side. Dr Owens knew exactly where this was coming from. They got in touch with an oral surgeon and I was sitting in his chair by 10 am or there about.He knew what and where to go to treat me. By 11 am or so I was walking out. Both dental practices both treated me extremely well. I want to thank them for their kindness and understanding in helping me out.

Positive experience: I usually always have a good experience.. the sweet lady that’s usually at the front makes you feel so welcomed and cared about but the lady who was the front that day wasn’t welcoming… this was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had my mouth still feels sore… I care a lot about my teeth so I always do my best when cleaning and j worked at an orthodontic office not the same as a cleaning but I know more then your average person and the hygienist who usually clean my teeth always tell me I do such a god job they don’t have much work to do on me.. as soon as the hygienist started I could tell she was in a hurry and she was sooooo rough! Like I said most painful experience.. I have switched most of my friends and family to this office because of how good it usually is.. I just hope they don’t experience what I did.

Dr Grant did my root canal and and crown for the first time in my life and it was painless. I was very comfortable the whole time in the chair through out the entire process.I cannot wait until I return to get my permanent crown! I have found my Denist in Georgia!

And he will be doing the rest of my dental work that is needed. When I lived in this area back in the 90's, Doctor Grant was my dentist. Then I had moved to TN, and when I moved back to Ga, I went back to Doctor Grant for more dental work. And he was a really great dentist, until retiring just recently. The dentists, and all of their staff, is very professional! If anyone is looking for a dentist, this is the place to go for all of your dental needs!!

Fantastic experience: I like to have a good time, so one of my least favorite places to go is the dentist and now is probably one of the reasons I get to spend more time at the dentist, but at this office I found there’s a blend of professionalism, compassion, and a sense of humor, I appreciate that.
