After 35 yrs with my old dentist until he retired, and a bad experience with his replacement ...I left that practice. I was referred to Bender by a family member ....and I'm glad I was. I found a new home!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bender dental for about 16 years. I switched because they took my insurance at 100%. I had Dr. Bender for years, then Dr Patel (who has been very caring). Occasionally I have to had doctors Trott and Pashaliyev when I had urgent appointments.both were so helpful. Bender dental as been quick to get me in when so Thing is needed right away! At a time when dental practices are concerningly restructuring the way they bill, pushing to get patients to pay out of pocket and insurance, I hope Bender Dental continues to take the 100 % of Insurance.

The wait for a routine cleaning and check is a long one, because they're so popular, but when a crown of mine popped off, they scheduled me ASAP. All the staff, including the administrative staff, are very friendly and patient.

I first came in with severe tooth pain and a lot of anxiety from past dental experiences. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Ibragim and his team made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Today my new crown was put in place. I am thrilled with it’s matching color and overall appearance! Job well done by Dr Patel and his assistant Judy! They helped me greatly and I have my smile back again! I had a small “emergency” in that I cracked one of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment quickly (in 2 days!) and Dr Patel and his very capable assistant Judy began the process of repairing/covering my tooth with a crown. I was very well taken care of with compassionate care. At several points in the process they checked to be sure i was holding up ok. I greatly appreciate the care I receive from these professionals! first visit today. Very impressed from receptionist to hygentist/dental assistant to Dr Patel. Fantastic experience: I'm new to this office and had my first procedure- 3 fillings done with Sharron and Dr Patel and it was truly the best appointment I've had at a dentist in a long time! I felt heard and respected and was comforted every step of the way! After getting numb (in the past), I would begin to feel like I'm going to faint (presyncope), lose color, rapid heartbeat, losing vision and just feel really horrible. I would be fine and in good spirits before the numbing. It was a physical reaction, not a mental reaction (anxiety). Every time I would try to explain it to Dentists before, they would make it out to be an anxiety issue and pushed that I should be medicated before procedures. I DO have anxiety, but that was NOT what was happening and I didnt appreciate that it was chalked up to be anxiety every time. This visit made me finally feel heard, was not suggested to take meds and it was a VERY successful visit. Super grateful for their kindness and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I just left this office 5 minutes ago and they are AMAZING! I had a restoration done by Dr Ibragim and Karina. They are TOP NOTCH. They are warm, friendly and funny. They made me feel at ease. Even when I was at the check out both of the ladies were kind and approached me with huge beautiful smiles. It’s tough to find an all around AMAZING office. Jody provided a challenging cleaning very nicely and Dr. Patel gave me a great report as to the health of my mouth. I always leave feeling well cared for.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Abrams and his assistant were very efficient and thorough in a crown preparation today. I have had many crowns in the past to compare with today's experience. It seems they have the highest quality equipment that expedites the crown process. A number of X-rays were taken to ensure the removal of the old tooth was complete as well as the proper fit for the temporary crown. Very pleased with the whole experience.h

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bender dental group for about 5 years. I saw Dr. Trott, who I liked a lot, and Dr. Amar Patel, who is great. I had a dental issue that I thought was going to cost a lot, but doctor Patel said the tooth was ok, made a little adjustment, and it was as good a my old crappy teeth can be! I found his honesty about what I needed extremely refreshing!

Fantastic experience: There is not enough I can say positively about Dr. Trott and her EFDA Amanda! This whole office works together like a smooth running machine but at Race Car speed! Dr Trott and Amanda are very efficient and explain every move they are making beforehand and it seems they have telepathic skills to work efficiently together. Everything is sparkling clean. The check-in and checkout staff know you by name and greet you as soon as you enter the office! The front office staff are all very friendly especially Alicia at check out and all so caring. They address any emergent concerns very quickly! I was stupefied that they also provide a follow up care call after any procedure which I think is stellar! I can’t say I want to recommend this practice because I wanna keep it to myself, (haha) but that would be selfish so I would definitely rate the group at greater than five stars if I could. If you’re looking for Quality “care“ this is the office for you!

Positive experience: I generally love Bender Dental. My experience today, though, really wasn’t great. My hygienist gushed over how good my home care was and how nice my teeth and gums look. Yet, she scraped and scraped far more than usual. When I asked her why, if everything was so good, was she spending so much time torturing me, she said she was just being extra thorough. Maybe she tells everyone their hygiene is good to put them at ease? I don’t know. But, I didn’t care for Jody.

Amanda was outstanding! She made me feel less anxious and did her job effortlessly and with care. Dr. Trott was great. I appreciated her very gentle touch as she made her way around my mouth. My last stop was with Alicia in billing and she, too was friendly and professional. An overall, wonderful initial visit. My visit yesterday was for fillings and root planing. It's been many years since I had fillings removed and replaced, and it went smoothly. The root planing was a new experience and I was waiting for the discomfort. It never came. Super good. Dr.Trott was great as was her assistant, Rachel. Wonderful dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Bender Dental fit me on the day before Thanksgiving to replace a top front incisor filling that had fallen out the night before. Fortunately there was no cavity and the filling popped out intact, so it made the repair much easier, but no one knew that when I made the appointment. Dr. Porcelli was kind, unhurried, explained her plan, and completed the filling. I really appreciated the repair on such a busy day for everyone.

But the hygienist explained everything before and as they were doing things. They didn't make me feel bad for not having been to a dentist is a long time. Dr Patel was very nice as well. Fantastic experience: My experiences with this dental office have been very professional, with the affable hygienists and dentists! They are always so friendly and listen to any dental problems I may have. They thoroughly clean, screen, and prepare me for review by the dentist. The dentists are also, thorough in examinations, discuss all procedures and/or state of my dental needs. Explanations are always clearly illustrated and are made certain they are understood. Office is clean; they are prompt; and easily to communicate with over the phone and in person.
