Fantastic experience: They have been very kind and helpful with the dental work that I have needed to get done, each member of the staff I have worked with does a good job answering my questions and helping me feel comfortable and informed with the work that I have gotten done. Chelsea was a great hygienist!

Fantastic experience: I love Provo Family Dentistry! I have been seeing them since I moved to Utah years ago and they are so kind and accommodating!! I have always had weak enamel and unfortunately have had to get a lot of dental care done. But they have been so kind and so helpful, walking me through everything in a way I can understand and taking incredible care of my teeth!! They have even coached me on how exactly I need to brush my teeth a little more effectively! I haven’t had any new cavities since I started seeing them! I also had to bring my 3 month old baby today and one of the sweet ladies working in the front, offered to hold him when he got fussy. So incredible and meant so much to me!!

Fantastic experience: Really nice staff, I felt seen. They went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and explained everything in a way that gave me all my options. I also needed to bring my young son to the appointment and everyone was really friendly. They didn’t get frustrated when I need to help him throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Had a crown removed today by Dr Flick and the Dental Assistant answered all of my questions about the quote for the work being performed. The procedure went better than expected and I was pleased with the work performed. With moving to a new dentist, I am always concerned about any extra charges not covered by insurance.

Fantastic experience: Provo Family Dentistry has been so amazing with helping me smile again! I had a cracked veneer and needed fixing. The whole process of getting a new veneer was very simple and pain free. They were patient with me and helped collaborate to give me the best coloring & shape of my new veneer. They are also amazing with teeth cleaning as well. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Be careful scheduling an appointment here. They aren’t very kid friendly. My kid was having a normal reaction to a cavity filling, and the dentist didn’t have much patience through the procedure. Further, they aren’t costumer service focused. We had an unprecedented event come up. A 90 fee was charged for missing an annual teeth cleaning service. We called to let them know we wanted to reschedule and what options were available. They were very focused on getting that fee taken care of vs. trying to schedule new time and focus on treating us. Very disappointed by the service. I came here because of the outstanding reviews, only to find myself never considering this place again.

Fantastic experience: Was flying into Provo yesterday and chipped a filling, I went in with Dr Wilson who was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the entire procedure. I hate dentists and am super skeptical...... WELL I might consider moving me or flying back for dental visits.

Fantastic experience: This practice is so wonderful. Dr Neal and Sarah are especially wonderful. They are incredibly patient, kind and caring. They truly care about individual patients and are exceptional at working with children. The level of care and concern they exhibit is one of a kind. One of my daughters needed a special mouth guard and has some challenges with mouth breathing. Dr Neal is an expert at myofacial therapy and her skillset goes way beyond basic dental care. It’s truly incredible. Sarah is amazing at explains procedures, training patients for home care, and making you feel comfortable (she will even get you a blanket or essential oils to make your visit more pleasant). This dynamic duo provides care I never expected from a dental experience. They are truly top notch. My entire family goes to this practice and have had amazing experiences for dental implants, cavity care for kids with challenges brushing, sleep improvement, and more. We love Provo Family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Most people dred the dentist, but I love it! Dr Wilson and his staff are kind and gentle - the best experience going to the dentist. They can usually get you right in or within a short time which is also unheard of. My kids went to see Dr Wilson while they were at BYU, I moved out here and still go to visit their office even though I live in Saratoga - this office is worth the drive.

The office is clean and feels very friendly/family-like atmosphere. My hygienist even turned on my favorite music today to drown out the drilling. You are in great hands with Dr. Flick (and honestly any of their doctors and staff)!!

Negative experience: Yikes. I went here because they had so many 5-star reviews (which I find out later is because they give out gift cards for them). I had a cleaning done initially and it went well. Everyone was really friendly. I came back to get fillings though and I really wish I hadn’t. He told me that there was a spot that for sure needed to be done and a few that he needed to see more closely to know if they needed to be filled. He said once he was in there handling the other one that he would know if they needed it. I told him to pause part way through and let me know what he thought so we could decide together if we got them done that day. He didn’t. I walked out of there with 5 fillings without being asked about it. I shrugged that off because I assumed maybe I had just miscommunicated. But the bummer is all those filings are still painful over a month later. Can’t floss without a ton of pain. Can barely drink room temp water. Can’t chew on that side. Such a bummer. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

Negative experience: Cares more about money than his patients, when I told him I didn’t have money for a 3rd root canal he told me to put it on my credit card. I would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at PFD is extremely caring and take the time to explain to you what the plan for the visit is. Dr Wilson is amazing and takes the time to explain to you what the issue is and the options he can offer. Chelsea is my favorite person in the staff. She’s always caring and thoughtful.They always treat you with the outmost respect. I have had the best experience in dental care with them. I absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Provo Family Dentistry was very patient and easy to work with as I learned the hard way what not to do with a temporary crown. They were always very welcoming, and they happily re-attached the crown even when I managed to detach it within 24 hours (note to self: when the dentist says, "No chewing," it means, "No chewing."). They also gave me fantastic instructions on how to lovingly care for my new, permanent crown so that it will last as long as possible. A tremendous thank you to the great staff, assistants, and dentists at Provo Family Dentistry (with many of whom I am now on a first-name basis)!

Fantastic experience: We live in Eagle Mountain. We happily travel to this dentist office because they are awesome. The dentists are experienced but forward thinking, the assistants are the best! We love it. There’s 7 of us and they take good care of all of us.

The mouth guard was too thin so they let me come back with no charge to get it to how I wanted it. Sarah also gave me a jaw massage since I was so tight. I’m so glad I came here!
