Fantastic experience: Well my daughter loves this place and requests to go every time we pass it. Unfortunately my daughter's fillings on three teeth popped out because they are on baby teeth and she grinds at night. The staff were very kind and understanding and were able to get us in and out. Everyone there always makes it such a wonderful experience for my daughter but also for me as a parent taking in my kiddo.

He even reassured me that I’m doing a great job taking care of their teeth at home. They also gave them award certificate for Canes Chicken I highly recommend this place. I have a 4-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 9-month-old, and the level of patience and kindness they showed was beyond anything I’ve experienced at any other dentist. They made the visit fun, relaxed, and positive — and not even my kids cried! Their gentle, mindful approach made such a difference, and it was clear they genuinely care about making children feel safe and comfortable. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and asked several times if I had any questions. The office itself is fantastic — super clean, bright, and kid-friendly. The playground and mini movie theater were a huge hit and made the whole experience so much easier. I would highly recommend this place to any parent with toddlers or young children. Fantastic experience: I want to thank Smile Magic in Lewisville for being so kind when I was there today on 08/20/25 the dentist ( I’m sorry I forgot got his name ) but was very explanatory on my exam and what I needed to do for my teeth. Rocky was so helpful in getting me started on their program for patients who pay out of pocket for their exams and other procedures that need to be done. The Receptionist were so kind as well. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. You all EspeciallyRocky need a Raise. I have just retired to Smile Magic to have my cavities filled. Thank you so much Dr Abdul, Zack, and Jasmine for be so kind and gentle. I could not ask for a better dentist and assistance to work on my mouth. I would recommend that if you need your mouth worked on please, please. come to Smile Magic in Lewisville Texas. The entire staff is literally the best.

Fantastic experience: Everyone, from receptionists to assistants and doctors, showed a genuine concern for my overall well-being through their caring actions. Since my first appointment, which was just a check-up, the Treatment Coordinator named Rocky sat down beside me to discuss which option would work best for me. She explained to me everything regarding financial plans with a lot of patience, because it's a little bit hard for me to understand numbers sometimes haha. Always answered my questions in the kindest way possible, and never rushed or forced me to take any decisions; which it's interesting because they were about to close at that moment. Her amount of interest for me made me feel very close, which ended up giving me trust on her word. Now, I have always been scared of the dentist; even during the check up I was nervous all the time. But for my luck, my next appointment, the day of my treatment, did not feel like a nightmare at all. Both Dr. Abdul Mahmood and Zack made me feel comfortable all the time. They made sure to adapt to my conditions so that I felt as little sensitivity as possible. I remember Dr. Mahmood had to stand up to make it easier for me, even though it was not the easiest for him. And of course, they both were asking me constantly how I was doing, and offering me breaks just in case I needed them. They were always gentle, prioritizing my well-being over getting the job done quickly And on top of that, one of the girls from the back team named Jasmine came to hold my hand so I could squeeze it whenever I felt pain. I thought that was really sweet. And I don’t know if I should add this, but they played Winnie the Pooh on the screen just because I requested it. That definitely helped me too. Without a doubt, the best dental office where anybody can feel comfortable and safe. I definitely recommend bringing someone afraid of the dentist to this place; especially children. I'm sure they'll get over their fear right away. :)

Positive experience: Unfortunately, we don’t have much choices due to insurance limitations . Our child has been attending for 1 year. The overall staff could use a courtesy class. The dental and orthodontist care is subpar hence the reason for the score.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my kids. Outstanding customer service from all staff. They’re very patient with the children and Hedaya made it too easy to schedule appointments for all 3 of my kids within a couple days. The wait time is short and they have a huge playground and movie theater that my older children loved. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a pediatric dentist office.

The whole place is colorful, fun (has a kids mini theater & soft play area with a slide) that is very kid-friendly. From the moment they walked inside the building the office vibe immediately helped calm my kids’ nerves. Dr. Abdul was so gentle and patient, explaining everything in a way that made my kids feel comfortable and safe. Zack, the technician, was wonderful at keeping them smiling and relaxed during their cleaning, and Jonah, the dental assistant, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciate how the whole team took their time with us and treated my kids with such care. Instead of leaving stressed, my kids walked out proud and excited to come back which says everything about the kind of office this is! If you’re looking for a children’s dentist who truly cares and makes the experience enjoyable, I can’t recommend Smile Magic of Lewisville enough.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have gone in with my grandchildren the staff is very polite and comforting and the children are at ease. The 4 year old finally allowed for his teeth to be cleaned.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in my visit here. I took a half a day off work to try and get my teeth taken care of. I knew I had issues on both sides of my mouth. They told me I would have a $49.00 new customer evaluation and teeth cleaning. (They did not clean my teeth, instead wanted me to do a deep cleaning). I knew I needed a root canal and researched smile magic online. Online it says they do root canals. I also had an abscess in my gum that's causing a lot of pain. Additionally I needed 2 wisdom teeth removed and a molar with a cracked crown that needed attention. They didn't prescribe me antibiotics, they said I didn't have an active infection. I definitely do and have been told I do by other professionals. They referred me to 2 other places and wanted me to come back for a deep clean and a filing. The phone numbers to the places they wanted to send me had disconnected numbers. I thought it was very unprofessional. What bothers me the most is that I couldn't even get an antibiotic. They seemed to want to rush me out the door. This business seems like a good choice if you have kids that need their teeth cleaned but if you are experiencing pain or in need of any work, I recommend looking elsewhere.

My two older kids needed treatment and he was able to take care of it all same day and with care, giving us after care instructions as well as helping in a very appreciated manner. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment here yesterday, the urgency was spot on and the initial contact was great! Once I arrived I did the initial paperwork and averted questions, per usual. Once the payment conversation came up that’s when the first issue came up, I was told one thing about a Texas plan over the phone and the staff member stated a completely different number. She then went and asked and corrected herself ( by blaming it on biking changes…she was just wrong). I had to write several bits on information on a sticky but this was the same information on the paperwork!? I verbally told the front office I was pregnant as well as putting it on the paperwork. Once on the back the dental assistant that did the imaging was probably the most spot on, he was aware of my pregnancy and answered all of my questions without having to be corrected. The dentist came over and I stated that I was pregnant again for safe keeping…. he had no idea! He was however extremely pleasant and efficient. I was told what needed to be done and went to schedule my procedure. I again had to write more information on a sticky then I left. Once I left I was called to sign a document that was missed…. Cool! Through the night and the next day the pain became unbearable and I called and was told the patient coordinator would call back, as she was on the phone. I them called back a series of times, had to give the pharmacy information again ( they called in a prescription the day before but stated that they didn’t have that information) and told I’d get a call back to follow up on my symptoms and to be advised which medication would be called into the pharmacy. I went through this several more times and not once did they return a call. When I called the last time I was told to pick up an antibiotic… the one I’d adjust started and that he couldn’t call anything else in until he received a clearance. Now I’m in severe pain and I’m furious because this is ridiculous! I asked to cancel the membership THAT THEY OFFERED AND CHARGED ME FOR… only to be told there was no membership! Don’t waste your time, especially if it’s emergent!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to smile Magic in Lewisville for a couple years and never a bad experience! My daughter gets super excited every time I mention her having a dental appointment and that’s because the staff is super nice and professional. My son isn’t a fan of any doctor’s office but what toddler is lol. The dentist and staff is great with him and he loves the little rewards (toys) at the end. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else, Smile Magic is an all around great pediatric dental office! We love it here !!

Fantastic experience: Staff was extremely friendly and communicated so well. Child really liked the playground, theater, and X-Box. Just went for her 6 month check up. They were just as friendly as before. Even in this pandemic, you can "see" their smiles. Aug. 2022. Another great visit with this dental office. I really enjoy going there for my child's dental care. They ask both of us questions and really listen. Update: 3.15.2023, they are still doing an amazing job. So much so, that I have decided to start going to them. Keep up the great job/work! March 29th, 2023..another great visit for my child. Well, she had a couple of cavities, which is why we went there today and my first visit as a client. I have nothing to complain about. The gentleman that took my x-rays, was so sweet. He kept an eye on my 18 month old grandchild. Well, it's September 2024, and my, now teenager, has had another great visit I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everyone is nice as could be. Update: March 28, 2025, another great visit! Staff still awesome as ever!

While there have been a few instances where we had to wait 10-15 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time, the exceptional service truly makes up for it. My daughter absolutely loves the play area they have for kids, and the fun treats they provide after her visits are a delightful bonus!
