Was disappointed that they didn't have an elevator with the office being on the second floor. From my most recent visit, mid covid19, the office takes great measures to keep patients safe. Still great services, great staff!

Visiting the dentist isn’t usually something people look forward to, but Dr. Kaplan and his amazing staff always make sure you leave with a bright smile. I’ve been a patient here for over a decade, and my entire family comes here as well. We’ve never had to go anywhere else—not even for emergencies. Dr. Kaplan has even come into the office on a weekend to see one of our kids after a wrestling injury. That level of care and dedication is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going here for years. We have always had good experiences. Dr. Wyra is an amazing dentist who is fantastic with my kids. I have also found the best dental hygienist there. Her name is Rhoda. She is so gentle even my kids don't mind getting a cleaning.

Positive experience: 3stars because their reception desk staff are offen very rude and unhelpful. And honestly unprofessional. I worked as a dental assistant for over 20 years so I know how front desk, insurance works etc..But every single time I call to make an appointment I get a rude person who just doesn't seem to want to help or give out an appointment. I have even had to request to speak to office mgr that's how frustrated I am with them.it's the same unfriendly attitude when I go for my appts too. They don't greet you..not sure what's going on up there at the front desk , maybe they all hate their jobs cause that's the vibe I get, because the dentists hygienist and assistants are beyond helpful professional and super friendly...they are the only reason I go here...but if the front desk attitude continues I may have my family elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaplan is extremely adept at explaining choices before a procedure is decided. Very knowledgeable, professional manner and can make any patient feel comfortable. His staff, as well, including the receptionists and dental assistants add to the outstanding environment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Olga Nadkarni is one of the finest dentist I've come across (I've lived in 4 - 5 different countries in Europe/Asia). I tried a couple of dentists in NJ but would say that she is the best. She is brilliant, having loads of experience, humane (knows how to comfort patients who are feeling pain), honest (not pushing for too many unnecessary techniques) and professional. I would strongly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Kaplan is an excellent dentist. I have always received the best care and am very happy with him. The most important thing about him is that he is honest and he truly care about his patients. Unlike many other dentists, he prioritizes patient well-being over financial gain, avoiding unnecessary procedures. Plus, they use all the latest tech. I've been driving 55 miles from North Jersey for 12 years, and it's totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: I finally decided to get a checkup and cleaning after 13 months and it was so quick I was lucky someone cancelled and I was able to get in. The next day. They are very professional and the office is very clean and lots of distance between everyone. My hygienist was excellent and I was lucky to get Dr Kaplan But all of the dentists are great there. Recommended highly!!!

Fantastic experience: Had Root canal done by Dr. Yang. Was a bit nervous but it went well. Very little pain afterwards. Nothing that Tylenol wouldn’t help. Good experience overall.

Negative experience: I have been going to Bridgewater Dental grp for ever and have always had a great experience there. Yesterday, I had the WORST experience there as a patient. The hygienist(first time with her, I think) was inattentive, standoffish, splashed mist on my face the first 15mins. At one point I had to ask her for a tissue to wipe my face and drool as my face was wet from the constant mist. She was unapologetic, seem annoyed and rushed for whatever reason. My teeth didn't have my usual clean feel like always. My teeth wasn't clean. I have Never had this type of humiliating experience before, so this review is specifically for this hygienist. Dr Shah and the rest of the frint desk staff were very professional per usual, Thank you. Please keep this hygienist away from me or any one of my family members schedule. 2** is for Dr SHAH and the front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr Ramesh this morning for the first time. She was so upbeat and bubbly i felt so comfortable. its hard to get a good dentist these days but she makes me want to keep coming back...

Fantastic experience: I’ve had sensitivity issues with a filling for months warranting several visits to the dentist to attempt to fix the problem. Dr. Wyrwa has been very accommodation and trying to figure out the issues. Finally, we found out the tooth that has been getting progressively sensitive was loose. He redid the filling, hopefully I don’t have to go Back again for issues with this tooth

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment this morning. My old crown fell off and dr Olga Nadkarni was able to recreate a new stump and made a temp crown. She was so quick and efficient, explained each steps to me. Olga and Valerie, her assistant are very professional and kind! She also managed to get me in sooner for my next appointment and I’m very grateful knowing she is so buy.

I had a deep cavity and with her expert skills she was able to remove the decay & maintain the structure of my tooth. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Positive experience: Cynthia was great! But I must say I waited 20 minutes for my appointment and there wasn’t even an apology. They think it’s normal I guess ! Front desk is not very friendly . They don’t even smile !

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I have been so far. I was looking for an office with good reviews and found this one. Can tell that front desk ladies are not the friendliest ones but their personal treats people in a very good way. The most I like is that I work near there.

Negative experience: Dentists are great admin staff are the sole reason for the 1 star. Inconsistent and straight up lying to my face about my lack of coverage or what my bill is. MY TRUST IS LOST. The two women closest to the seating area have both lied to me. One saying I have no insurance even though a week before billed my insurance for which I have emails proving this. And the other one saying she spoke to me about my $1000 copay..... When I have never dealt with her before hand. Why are they lying! The office manager stepped in after the last visit before I got too angry and said well it's actually $1300 due but I will take off $300. I finally got to what I hope is my real copay and paid $700 and change. I have lost all trust and they have lost my business as well as my wife's. It's a shame because the dentists are so nice and knowledgeable.
