Fantastic experience: I am writing this review because I had a great experience during my dentist appointment. Norma, the dental assistant, was very kind and Dr. Corbridge was very nice and professionally explained the process and did a great job. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a good dentist.

Negative experience: I had gone there to get some cavities fixed and after the fillings felt weird… I ask a different dentist to take a look and was told they did a horrible job went back to get them redone and they still didn’t do a good job… staff and dentist are nice but as far as dental work I don’t recommend

From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was incredibly efficient—check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Annel was amazing; she was not only very professional but also warm and friendly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Negative experience: STAY AWAY from this office and all their other locations. I went to 43rd but it seemed they were money hungry. Went to 75th ave & the dentist is GREAT hence the one star. Horrible company. They are DESPERATE for money. Asked them to not bill my old jobs insurance and that I have ahcccs now and they billed it anyway just because ahcccs denied ONE out of two teeth. Granted, the old jobs insurance was still active even though I told them I don't want them to use it since I submitted an appeal with ahcccs to get it covered. I just received both letters from both insurances today & that's how I found out. I even went out of my way and called ahcccs prior to getting my teeth pulled and they said it would be covered with the $1,000 emergency dental. That's why we ended up doing the extractions because I told them I had no money to pay it. Otherwise, I would have rescheduled. They kept trying to keep having me back but why would I when they don't listen or do their job with the insurance or send meds when you NEED them. I had to call all the time just to finally get antibiotics a week later after realizing how bad the infection was regardless if the xray didn't show it. I referred a coworker there and they wanted her to do it there too even though she needs to be put under. They don't offer laughing gas either. They wanted to do her implants even though she needs an oral surgeon. Anything so they get to bill you instead of another office. UPDATE: AHCCCS did cover it the first time hence why the appeal was denied because they lied about that too. I should’ve known they were money hungry when they wouldn’t even try to get the PA approved through AHCCCS & I had to call them. All cuz they just wanted me to pay out of pocket.

Negative experience: Do not get your braces here They overcharge and lie to you Orthodontist gave me gaps in my teeth and didnt fix them Took over a year for him to finally fix what I wanted and didnt see that problem sooner, couldn't see another issue I had with my teeth, and left gaps in my teeth. What a waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: This dentist office is literally a 12 out of 10. The doctor here did a FANTASTIC job today, I mean he did not take 1 break from the time I got in to the time I left. And the ladies that work here also the ones that were assisting did very well! I Found a new dentist for my daughter and I Thanks ,

Fantastic experience: I've had bad oral health for a long time. Bad habits along with little to no teaching in how to take care of my teeth made them pretty bad in shape and color. Despite it, I never felt shamed by the assistants or employees. They're super sweet nice, they explain well and speak very good Spanish! I recommend people who are embarrassed of their teeth but want to start taking care of them to go here, they're amazing

Fantastic experience: Hello,I suffer from bad teeth,they soon all need to be out (which is stressful) I had a dentist appt at another dental office today they called me 2 hours before my appt and cancelled (heart broken) because I was in on pain because one my 1 tooth in the front I called around asking do they take my insurance and yes I found one that does Desert sky dental they immediately took me in within the hour, I was late due to Vevo Transportation the dentist was leaving, I ask her please take this tooth out I'm in pain with no hesitation even though she was about to be off she took me, and I sat in that chair for 10 minutes and like that the pain was gone, I didn't feel nothing getting that tooth out,they very professional understanding caring and she knows what she's doing I love that dentist and she will become my dentist for now on and I just want to thank the staff for accepting me and helping me now I can talk again thank you! I recommend them to everyone because you don't get Dentists likes this no more,I am so grateful and bless thank you God for pointing my direction to Dessert Sky Dental on Thomas..Good day!

They greeted me with kindness and made sure my check in time was exactly at that time. I never had a great dental experience until I came here. They are so great and so kind.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my best friend who is an established patient and I really wish that I had been aware of this office before I went to where I previously was getting dental services. Everyone at this office is very professional and so nice. They were very meticulous when doing my X-rays and explained everything to me in a patient manner. Dr. Corbin was very professional and did an excellent job on my teeth I felt no pain AT ALL.Completely took away my fears of the dentist. I will most definitely continue to come to this office from now on to receive all of my dental needs.

Negative experience: Loved everything about this location except they do not understand when people have jobs that do not have a set schedule and for one missed appointment if it can even be called missed when I did call before to reschedule. After going there for many years they want to charge me $50 to schedule another appointment after me and my husband have been going there for years and we have gave them good business and money from our insurance. They rather loose a customer. I remember a day where I waited for the dentist for 2hrs to do an exam on me because he was running behind, I did not complain I patiently waited for him to be done and I had an appt after that one that I got late to. Sad how we can be understanding but not them.

Negative experience: Was not happy with the charges and explanation. The service was excellent; the whole crew goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The work performed is very well done, pain-free, but I was quoted way less than what I had to pay. I understand that insurance sometimes doesn't cover everything, but I specifically told them only what my insurance covered. When I asked which services were not covered, I was not given a satisfactory response.

Fantastic experience: The girls were so awesome treated me with kindness and no judgement on my teeth which I am embarrassed of and the dentist was amazing I left feeling so good and happy. I’ve been going through a lot because of my teeth and this dentist and his staff were so awesome

Negative experience: Great place to get great service. Dentist was very quick. Nurses very polite and helpful!! When u need service but when u need to have someone check on extraction site to see if somethings wrong 48 hrs later they want to set up an appt a couple of days later!! I just set an appt with another dentist instead!!!! Sorry don't have time to let tooth get dry socket or infection!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Julián really took the time to find what was causing the pain. I’ve been dealing with the problem for a year. I thought I needed a root canal but Dr. Julian discovered that wasn’t the problem. He was great! I highly recommend him. The whole team are great. So thankful!

Negative experience: Could not make it in today because of work. They told me if I didn't you would charge me a fee. If I am charge a fee I will no longer be going to you even though I like you all alot but I have no control of my hrs at work.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life. I made an 8am appointment and the doctors office calls me the night before rescheduling until 10 am. I arrive early and they cannot find my insurance despite me giving them my card and are unable to figure out how to contact my insurance. Then the rude nurse jammed xray equipment into my mouth so hard I was gagging. An hour passed without anyone to assist or help or answer any questions while the doctor and nurses just sit and chat in another room loud enough to hear. After an hour of waiting I finally gave up. Would never ever recommend

I'm a 74-year-old man extensive dental work done by different dentist but desert sky was the best Clayton and his assistant Denise had two crowns and one filling and complete X-Rays done in less than 2 hours. Fantastic experience: Dr. Corbridge is amazing! Personable, and professional. Does not dig if you say something hurts but will stop to make sure you are comfortable after numbing. Does not “patch” things up but will work until it’s done! So happy to have found him.

Negative experience: I arrived for my appointment to be told I did not have insurance. I explained it was through work and I was at work yesterday. I was turned away. 30 minutes later the lady called and said another employee looked at Tue wrong portal. Then she decided to check because I sounded genuine. Well, turns out the first woman made a mistake by looking in a WRONG portal. What a waste of my morning. I am a teacher an it is very difficult to take time off. UGH!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Corbridge is friendly, professionally knowledgeable and explains everything that needs to be done and sees it through to completion. He is gentle..."NOT digging" like he's doing an excavation. I highly recommend him for your dental care.

I had a root canal done and had A white crown put in, Dr corbridge and Denise were so amazing! Fantastic experience: Desert Sky family dental gave me an emergency appointment with a 24-hour notice. My appointment was at 10 and I was done by 12:30 and I receive my crown on the same day. Fantastic experience: I’m so glad we found Dr. Bryant and this office. I brought my 20 year old son today, whom has a fear of needles and dental offices in general. It was difficult to get my son to agree to come. Dr Bryant was incredibly patient and kind and has a way with connecting with his patients. He took the time to make my son feel comfortable, answered all the questions, explained in a really funny way, that connected with my son, on the importance of brushing. It was such an amazing visit! I’m not even sure words can explain. The whole staff was incredible. From the first call of scheduling, the wonderful staff member assistant (I wish I got her name) and everyone involved in his care today all went above and beyond. Thank you!!! I’m looking forward to bringing him back to continue all his care. And when we left my son asked me to stop so he could pickup a new electric toothbrush and mouthwash.

Fantastic experience: My kids were in need of same day braces and I was referred to Desert Sky Dental by a friend. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Alondra helped me fill out all my new patient forms, was very informative, and Dr. Corbridge was great! Kids are usually pretty nervous about the dentist but the whole staff was friendly and made them feel super comfortable. Isaida, his assistant, was also nice and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I was having serious tooth pain. I called Saturday morning and they scheduled me right in. Marisol was helpful from the beginning to get me in. As soon I was seen, Norma set me up with an X-ray and Dr. Julian diagnosed the problem right away. Root canal with a crown, and may I add… they have a lab which makes the crown in less than an hour. So everything was perfect. Great doctor and staff, I will be coming there for other services. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Have been here a few times now for the past month or so. First i came in for an emergency x-ray because of tooth pain. That got quickly addressed by the Dr. after finding a few cavities. I then scheduled another appointment for a full exam and added teeth whitening. The hygenist did an amazing job and was very thorough with the cleaning, afterwards Denise did an outstanding job with the teeth whitening =) Super friendly staff and the young lady at the front desk is super polite and extremely helpful with scheduling appointments. -Thank you all Sincerely, Sergio Campos

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I came across Desert Sky Family Dental, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The receptionist, Yesenia took her time to explain the procedures and what I should expect once I was called to the back. Dr. Colbridge addressed all my concerns and gave me great recommendations. I was also able to get in for a cleaning that same day. Anel, the hygienist pays really good attention to detail and was extremely careful during my cleaning. My cleaning was pain free and thorough. I will definitely be coming back to see their orthodontist regarding braces. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services I received here and I would definitely recommend.

I don't think I told them where my problem was but they already knew.... That's how much they pay attention. Very pleased.
