Fantastic experience: I had to get TWO emergency root canals due to a treatment from a previous dentist at a different firm. The team was able to get me in right away. Vadim was amazing from the start and made me feel like I'd been going there for years. He put me at ease and is so personable. Dr. Angelina was able to see me the day after I called to perform the first root canal. A few weeks went by and I still had pain. I scheduled another emergency appointment and she was able to determine that the other tooth was causing the pain and also needed a root canal. I am now pain free after a rough month and have Dr. Angelina and her team to thank. My husband and I will be moving our dental relationship to this office. From the service to the communication to feeling like they care about their patients...10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My dental insurance had changed, which I thought was going to be a pain to find a new dentist in my area. To my surprise, it was the best thing that ever happened. I found this practice very close to my house. Even from the feeling, I got on the phone making an appointment I felt very comfortable being a new patient. After my appointment, I could not be more pleased. The staff is very friendly, caring and professional . And , The dentist gave me time to listen to my concerns and made a few suggestions. She had a few concerns, but did not push to do the work at this time, (her suggestion) but of course to stay on top of it. It is the most thorough dentist checkup I’ve had. What could have been a new scary situation ended up to be the opposite. I am so glad I found this office randomly . I would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going here and I loved it. My hygienist Alaa was so sweet and caring and did an extremely thorough job with my routine cleaning. I don't think my teeth and gums have ever been this clean before! She asked me how I was doing constantly during the cleaning, and explained everything clearly. The office itself was very clean and had delicious snacks, drinks and coffee. Dr. Anisimova was very professional yet gentle and kind. For the first time, Im excited to have a dental practice I'm excited to go to.

Negative experience: This dentist did a root canal on my husband. Completely botched it, causing an infection. Now we know why endodontists should be doing the ones doing root canals. Instead of sending him to someone capable of doing the root canal procedure, she did it in her office. Nothing like upselling your patients, right? Then when he went back in to be seen by Dr Anisimova she not only did nothing to help him with pain and discomfort, (not even an antibiotic to combat the possibility of an abscess), she was also quite condescending and patronizing. I called back to ask about an antibiotic, and the office manager said she will call me back, yet NEVER DID. This “dentist” is to dentistry what jiffy lube is to the auto industry.

Fantastic experience: I got my cleaning done with Brittany, she did an amazing job and talked to me the entire time, to ensure I was okay. The team is very very helpful, I would recommend everyone to come here :) Also, the customer service they provide, top tier! They get you on the schedule FASTTTTT and explain everything to the T, to make sure i understood what is going on in my mouth. My mom also now goes here, and that lady doesn't just go anywhere so good impression was given! I don't always write reviews but it was worth writing one for this office. Fantastic experience: I called on Friday 7/11 and wanted to get into a dentist to get a second opinion in regards to my tooth. The women that answered the phone got me in ASAP. She was so helpful walked me through everything that I needed to get from my current dentist. The paperwork that was sent was so easy to fill out. Today was my appointment and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! I work in a GI office and the way I was treated today is the way that I treat my patients. With love and compassion. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. They took time to explain everything to me and Angela was the sweetest! She was very honest and so down to earth not rude or in a rush. And at check out the women was so helpful and took time to explain my options and payments.

They schedule me for a same day appt and actually had great pricing.. The dentist and entire staff were awesome and this was definitely work the drive to Ballwin.. A++

Positive experience: Alla was very patient and kind knowing that I don’t really like going to see a dentist. She explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel at ease. She was not judgmental. Vadim was very thorough and detailed when he made my temporary crown. He knew I was anxious/ nervous about my root canal so he tried calming my nerves and talking to me to ease the nerves. He was very nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Anisimova for A little over two years. The staff is very friendly, helpful and great. She is a nice team of dental hygienist to take their work seriously and do a very good job. Dr. Anisimova is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff and they are so accommodating to my schedule. My teeth are so clean when I leave. Super gentle with my gums and any work being done. They offer different flavors of toothpaste when getting your teeth cleaned! I tried Raspberry today! It was satisfying!

Negative experience: I wish a partial refund had been offered after I paid out of pocket for a root canal. Understandably, root canals fail. But the infection was so severe it required 6 antibiotics to heal completely after the tooth was pulled. When you’re in pain and told a root canal will work and you haven’t slept in days, you’re more than willing to hand over your credit card. It’s just not right to then not give someone their money back for at least the part of the service that wasn’t completed.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown fall off at work and my dentist had retired last month. I found Dr. Anisimova through Google and called desperately hoping they could help me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They found room in the schedule to get me in that afternoon. They took exceptional care of me and had me out the door quickly. I booked my next cleaning appointment right then and look forward to seeing the friendly staff upon my return.

Negative experience: Hands down the WORST dental office EVER!! Staff is rude and demeaning. Once I opted to not have fluoride given to my daughter and the dentist came out and yelled at me in front of other patients. On another occasion, I had to have a cavity filled and they gave me novacaine on the WRONG side. They also charge a $65. cancellation fee. DO NOT GO. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: They are always kind and are very skilled. When I called to let them know I was running late to an appointment, they were very understanding and accommodating. They let me know what time I would need to arrive by to keep the appointment and also found alternative times available. I was able to get there a few minutes late and they were all very kind. My appointment was for a routine cleaning but I also needed a slight crown adjustment and Angelina was able to complete the extra work without needing to schedule another appointment. Thank you!

Negative experience: I came into the office after contacting them and being told they’re in network with my insurance. It became clear after multiple billing issues, and subsequently contacting my insurance company, that they are NOT in network. More recently, my mother who had been seeing them for years, went in for service and received a bill in full. She spoke to them and was told that her insurance provider did not cover any of the work. After contacting her insurance, I was told Dr. Anisimova had ended her contract with the insurance provider. My mother was never informed and stuck with the entire bill. If you’re looking for a dentist that is honest and straightforward, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
