Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I took my extremely dental phobic mother-in-law in to see Dr. Waldman at Lakeland Dentistry. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dental technician (Big shout out to Nicole!) and to Dr. Waldman, himself, everyone went completely out of their way to be patient, understanding, caring, and compassionate with her. There was even some playful teasing between Dr. Waldman and his staff. (Which she really enjoyed.)They explained procedures to her clearly and concisely. They showed her models and pictures. They often made her laugh and by the time we left, I felt that everything was going to be okay for my mother-in-law and the laundry list of procedures that she desperately needs done. This establishment lives up to its great reviews, for sure. At Lakeland Dentistry, it's clear that they remember that they are treating real human beings! Totally ABOVE and BEYOND. Thank you, so much. While my mother-in-law doesn't exactly look forward to the procedures ahead, she does not dread them, either. She may have even made some new friends!

Fantastic experience: I was not a patient. I called in the morning, with a cracked tooth and they got me in the same day. They were so kind, patient, explained everything, step by step. The Dr and staff were great, the atmosphere is lighthearted but professional. I've been a dentist hoper for a few years, trying to find the right one, but I've found my dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones was my dentist for many years, and he was awesome. I told him to never retire, lol. Well, he retired (well deserved!!!!), and though I am very happy for him, I admittedly worried about looking for a new dentist. I have so much dental anxiety, so to find someone I fully trust, I assumed, would take time. I now see Dr. Cacciamani (Dr. C), and guess what? Dr. C is incredible! I feel incredibly lucky!!!! She puts me at ease, which was step 1 for me, building trust and letting my guard down. She is very calm and a great communicator, who really listens, takes her time, and cares. And of course, the most important part is that she is a great dentist and thorough, so yes, I found a gem. I am currently finishing up my Invisalign treatment with Dr. C and my teeth look amazing, so I cannot thank her enough. I also want to thank her team, Kim and Alexis, who are wonderful. Thank you both for the amazing Invisalign experience and results. For real. This sounds fluffy, but it’s true, I really appreciate you guys. (Kim worked previously with Dr Jones, so we go way back. Amazing team!) Since I’m leaving this review, a have to give a shoutout to Ingrid, my amazing dental hygienist, who is so patient, thorough, and sweet. Seriously I cannot thank you enough for caring and being so great! I actually started looking forward to tooth cleanings, sooo, yeah: you rock! Incredible group in a dental practice that I’ve gone to for over 15 years.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. 5 stars! Tooth pain became an urgent wisdom tooth extraction. Pain management was top-notch. Technology is top of the line. Dentist was exceptional. Assistants were comforting and calming. No insurance, but the total bill for a surgical extraction and x-ray didn't break the bank. I'm making Lakeland Dentistry my home for dental care!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for about 1.5 years. Always professional, friendly service. They are very conscientious of my budget which I appreciate greatly. Elizabeth cleaned my teeth and did a fabulous job! I met Dr. Waldman today. He took his time and answered any questions I had. Both Elizabeth and Dr. Waldman thanked me for taking care of my teeth and gums! I have never had a dentist who did that!!!

Negative experience: I want to revisit my review of this company. My experience with him up until my Invisalign treatment today was really positive. They were really good at using my old x-rays from my previous dentist as well as reminding me of my appointments. I’m just overall being very friendly from the front desk to The dentist who has the time with Dr. Patel. Fast-forward to this morning, and I don’t want to seem like I’m just giving this bad review out of spite or anger which I absolutely feel some anger but I think overall I’ve been hurt by Feeling as though my health didn’t matter to them today. What mattered most was they didn’t want to be out money. Back two months ago they were having a contest and they were giving you $1500 off of Invisalign and they told me about it but I wasn’t sure if I should get it because I’m underweight and have to drink shakes all day long while I drive for Meals On Wheels. But they assured me that the drinks should not get under the Invisalign. But that was not my experience. I told him that I would like to go and get a second opinion before I made a commitment to the Invisalign. So I saw another doctor about metal braces. He told me the Invisalign are nice cosmetically, but that in my situation, I may be better off with the metal. So I did tell Dr. Patel‘s team about that, but they assured me that it should be fine. They had two different people come in not including the doctor to explain Invisalign and why it would be a good thing for me. I did have some doubts when I reached out to the assistant office manager to let her know that I think I made a bad choice and that I’m not expecting a full refund necessarily if they could just work with me and maybe credit me partial since I was told things that we’re not true of the product that I decided to go with. But today the office manager Erica decided that no she was not going to refund me anything. She said I’ve already had a partial treatment as well as as they’ve made the new rays for me and they cannot do a refund. I really don’t think it was fair because she didn’t even offer me anything except for the fact that she said if I wanted to stop the treatment, we could just do that and she would just give me the retainers now and just leave my teeth how they are. I didn’t wanna do that because my teeth are so crooked. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t even work with me. It’s not as though I went through all the treatment got my teeth perfectly straight and then asked for a refund. I only did it for my health because I have chronic pancreatitis and that’s why I have to drink the shake so that I can gain some weight And while wearing Invisalign I’ve actually lost weight because I don’t have time to pull over and stop what I’m doing and keep popping those trays out all day long so I thought the metal braces would be better because then I can just switch my mouth around while I’m driving And I told them that I know I made a bad decision but that I also told them that I thought that the metal braces would be good, but they disagreed with me and I feel that that is partially their fault for providing misinformation to me on more than one occasion. If it wasn’t for my health, I wouldn’t make such a big deal out of it. Erica didn’t even apologize for the misinformation that I was given or anything, she was very unapologetic and I don’t feel that she had my best interest at hand. She was concerned about the company losing money and that was it and she made that very apparent. It was just my word against theirs since the girls that told me the misinformation in regards to the Invisalign were not around. I think some accountability should be held by the dental office well. I felt very pressured into getting the Invisalign. They were also having an Inv. ContestIt shouldn’t all be put on the patient, especially a big investment like that and especially when it’s affecting my health negatively, I must say my feelings were really hurt today at a dental office that I have been going to for a while and have recommended people go to would treat me in this manner.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I was impressed, friendly clean environment. I was kinda unease when the staff took both my 9 & 6 year old to the back without me. But after hearing my child’s laughter throughout the lobby, I knew right then everything was safe. I’m over protective, so when my children are not in my sight, I kinda freak out. Fantastic experience: I have such bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My first visit today was with Liz and Dr Walden. Liz made me feel so comfortable, explained every step to me, and gave me breaks when I needed. Her and Dr Walden explained what my treatment plan would look like and gave options to help with my anxiety, like going to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth for anesthesia. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming, explaining the costs of each procedure. I will definitely be coming back to have my work done here.

I experience dental anxiety, and explained that to the dental assistant Alexis who was helping me today and she helped me feel comfortable and safe! Fantastic experience: They're super kind and attentive. I went in for an X-ray and a filling for my back upper molar. It cost over $600 without insurance. The doctor made sure that I felt no pain. They did some quality work on my teeth and that's why I'm going back.

Fantastic experience: My first visit on 03/17/2025 as a new patient was great. Every staff member I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office was clean and organized. Dr. Vallejo took his time, explaining our plan of action and referred me to an Oral surgeon to remove 2 angry teeth. Once I've healed from the 2 extractions I'll return to Dr. Vallejo's office to help get my smile back. To sum it all up, I am recommending Lakeland Dentistry to anyone needing dental work. 5 STARS !! The front desk, dentists, dental assistants, etc. have all been super friendly and great. A very fun atmosphere as well although I can’t always respond with hands and tools in my mouth. Fantastic experience: I am always impressed by the customer service and personalized caring at this office. Always 100% +. Yesterday after they took my temp while sitting in the car they said they would come out to get me when they had the room ready. I was surprised when Dr. Vallejo came out to get me himself, I had expressed my concern about the procedure I was having done earlier on the phone the week before. While at the car He talked to me about the procedure and told me step by step what he was going to do. This is the way I love to be treated. And this is a constant every time I go to his office.
