Dr. Marshall was just as impressive — professional, honest, and truly focused on what was best for our son’s dental health. Instead of suggesting unnecessary treatment, he gave us the right advice with our child’s well-being in mind, which we greatly appreciate. The office atmosphere is wonderful. We enjoyed fresh coffee, my son was delighted with his hot chocolate, and the thoughtful gifts they gave us were such a sweet surprise. She patiently explained everything we needed to know, making us feel completely comfortable and informed. Then, Dr. Marshall was very honest about the best treatment option for our son. Unlike other places we visited, they didn’t try to take our money — their main concern was the dental health and well-being of our child. We enjoyed great coffee, received thoughtful gifts, and were impressed by their spotless and beautifully maintained facilities. As a Latino family, we truly appreciated their excellent service in Spanish and the respectful, friendly way we were treated. They also offer very good payment options, making the whole process even easier. Fantastic experience: The best customer service i have ever experienced, no exaggeration. Dr. Marshall's team is exceptional not only knowledge but the definition of Southern Hospitality. We recently moved here and hadn't really found that southern charm. Well who knew you could find it at an orthodontics appointment!!! Dr. Marshall was very honest and stated our daughter did not need treatment at this time. He did have recommendations for teeth grinding, which our daughter struggles with. You can tell drs that will just try to up sell you, but Dr Marshall clearly cares about the patient and does not recommending treatment that is unnecessary. If you needed a sign on which orthodontics to choose, this is it!! Ooh and grab a free .99 latte while you're there

Fantastic experience: We ask so many questions. Whatever comes up we ask Dr. Marshall’s team and they’re extremely accommodating and sincere in their answers. Felt like we’ve gotten great value in just a short amount of time (7 months). We are still in the process but Dr. Marshall’s attitude and demeanor with the patients is top tier. We’ve never regretted choosing them or spending our money here. Clearly a reason this practice always is winning some type of accolade!!

Fantastic experience: Marshall and his team are amazing! I would recommend them 10000%. They really care about their patients and they go above and beyond no matter what. Every appointment I have had was a great experience but today, they had an office lunch that my appointment unfortunately cut into because my teeth are currently so sensitive. (I wish I remembered the two girls names but they are the best!) They were so patient, caring and helpful. They still took their time and treated me like family doing everything they could to make sure I left with teeth they would want to leave with. When I was leaving, the ones that didn’t have any patients were also so nice and told me congratulations for getting my braces off. The whole atmosphere of Marshall Orthodontics is so welcoming and positive. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere but here!!

Positive experience: The main reason for my score. I had came inside for a consultation but wasn’t greeted once I walked inside the door. There was some employees having a conversation once I walked in but I guess it was to important to acknowledge a client walking in to give a nice good morning greeting..I literally had to say hello first. I might as well been behind the desk myself

Fantastic experience: Marshall Orthodontics is hands down the best! Not only is Dr.Marshall and staff prompt, kind and courteous, they go above and beyond for their patients! Jenna is the best, we love seeing her great smile these past 2 years, but in all honesty, the whole staff is phenomenal! Braces are expensive, so some may be hesitant about their child getting them due to cost and the responsibility it takes to have and maintain them. I was very nervous due to this, and so we waited until our child was what we felt was old enough to handle this. Did you know that Dr.Marshall and staff not only give a free consultation, but guarantee their work! This is the only place I have found in the upstate that guarantees the braces, so if for some reason her teeth reshift after they are removed, Dr.Marshall and staff will replace them one time at no additional cost! This is what truly helped me feel completely reassured along with our childs stage of responsibility and the staffs bedside manner that solidified my decision to choose Marshall Orthodontics. I truly appreciate this office and recommend them to anyone I know that is considering braces for their child or themselves. Give them a try, what have you got to lose?

Makayla was so helpful when my son broke his wire for the 3rd time in two weeks. She provided me with extra phone numbers, emails and even a website to assist us when we need it most.

Fantastic experience: We had a consultation visit today for my daughter. Making the appointment was super easy and was done through text! We were able to get an appointment quickly and during a day and time that worked with our schedule. We met with Erin who gave my daughter such a peace and was very informative about the whole process! We didn’t have any treatments that were needed for now and I liked that they didn’t push anything on us. You could tell they truly care about the well-being of their patients.

Fantastic experience: Denice put my braces on and ever since has been the best one i’ve had. she makes getting braces changed less stressful and can always make me laugh. she welcomes me with open arms and i always leave with a smile on my face after seeing her. she’s by far my favorite one and i love having her to change my braces and just start a conversation to take my mind off of the pain.

Fantastic experience: The staff and faculty are quite nice here. They are quick with what they do and I’ve never had a problem within the past 2 years. Every so often they even have some events with prizes and it gets you more engaged. Things have always gone smoothly for me and I haven’t had any issues with anyone, including other clients.

I guess I’ll start by saying I felt welcomed instantly from just calling to book my consultation. They reiterated how excited they were to meet me several times during the phone call and even in confirmation text the day before. Same thing when I walked in for the first time! The staff are just awesome. Especially Erin! You will love her. She’s so funny! The place is so nice and clean and before I forget… omg the coffee/latte machine!!! Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for around 1 1/2 years and it is wonderful! I am primarily am writing a review because of what just happened this Friday. I came for an appointment and they were late just by 15 minutes because it was a Friday and they were a bit busy. They apologized for the wait and I then had my appointment. The appointment when smoothly and it got done quick too. Once I was done, they gave us the option of a Crumbl Cooke gift card or Chick-fil-A card and a free cup!! Fantastic experience: Best ortho ever. They are very accommodating and helpful with any question and concerns you may have. The entire staff is super nice. Thus far my experience has been great from the consultation, to installing of brace, and with the upkeep. Oh and did I mention they are reasonably price and offer great installment plan if you can't pay all at once. I definitely recommend Dr. Marshall for all your Ortho needs.

Fantastic experience: This office is so efficient. I’ve been here three times now for my eval, scanning, and now picking up my active retainers. Let me tell you, they are efficient. I haven’t waited more than five mins any of those times, super friendly staff, the teamwork is top notch. I had to reschedule a follow up and instead of waiting as the lady said she would be right with me, her co-worker heard and said “I’ll schedule her now”. So glad I chose to seek my orthodontic treatment here as they definitely know the value of time! Great job team Marshall Orthodontics!

Everything is new and it is in the perfect location in Simpsonville. Everyone who works here is skilled at what they do and so unbelievably friendly.
