Fantastic experience: Complete Dental North always welcomes you with a smile. The staff is great ! Dr Gravett is the best! He is extremely people oriented and great with his patients. I’ve been going to complete dental for 10 plus years. Always satisfied and if I have a problem they always fix it. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and kind, and helpful as well. The appointment did not take long. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I loved this location and the staff. I will be returning to this location!

Fantastic experience: I had to get two root canals. I cannot begin to tell you how afraid I was. I'm talking about could barely get my earrings out for the x-ray with how hard my hands were shaking. Once everything started though I instantly felt a sense of calm. Would you believe that I went through this whole root canal smiling (as much as you can smile with a piece of rubber/plastic over your mouth to isolate the teeth) and laughing? If you're like me and you have a just debilitating fear of the dentist in general and especially dental procedures, then this is the dentist for you. I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend coming to this office for dental procedures (or just dental related things in general). I would seriously give it more than five stars because where else would you go in for a root canal and walk out smiling and laughing?

Fantastic experience: The entire staff, from Elain at the front desk to Britney and Dr. Gravitt, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Britney's detailed explanations and patient answers to my questions were particularly helpful. This team provides truly exceptional customer service and awesome care. He is also very intelligent and I feel confident that he is treating me with the best dental care possible. The front desk staff, and dental assistants are all extremely friendly & kind. They can also get you in to be seen quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I had a tooth pulled, and he was finished pulling it before I even realized he had started. Thats how painless the whole procedure was. They are also very thorough when explaining aftercare, so I felt confident when I went home afterwards. Fantastic experience: The front receptionist are always so nice but what got my attention my son needed some dental work done. I took him to his first appointment and the dentist was very thorough and showed me through x-rays step-by-step Everything that he needed and everything was done in a timely manner, and I really appreciated that as a parent! My son was very pleased and I was as well. He stated that they was very gentle and explain everything that they will be doing each time that he goes in for a visit.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to any place at all that was as nice as these people were. Every single person from the front desk all the way to the back were very friendly and made me very uncomfortable. I had all my top teeth pulled for new dentures and I never felt a thing. They really do care about their patients. And I would recommend them to anyone. And I thank them all for their kindness and work.

They listened to what my problem was and immediately assessed and explained the situation. They were also very prompt about getting me the x-rays to send to my regular dentist out of town. I had an all around very good and professional experience.

From their courteous staff answering the phones, to their hygienists carefully explaining each step of your procedure, to the stoic dentists, who crack a joke at the end the visit, every employee will make you feel comfortable and safe. Billing is a breeze, payments and information updates are easy to handle. Definitely a 5-star office!

My daughter is only 17 and we were all giggling together which puts her at ease. Any moment she felt anything they instantly stopped to her make sure she was pain free the whole time. However, the amount and cost of the additional work recommended be done has given me pause (approximately $10K, even with good supplemental dental insurance), and I will likely get a 2nd opinion before going forward with much of it.

Doctor Bennet was also very helpful on explaining my options to fix my broken crown and asked if i could hang for a bit to make me a temporary cap. I’m glad i went to North Madison even if it’s a bit far from where i live.

Fantastic experience: My husband had an emergency tooth issue - he had a cracked molar that got infected. The office in North Madison was able to get us an appt in less than 24 hours and they were very fast and affordable (we didn’t have dental insurance at the time). The staff is so friendly and professional and my husband, who usually dreads the dentist, felt very comfortable after his first visit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and everyone there is top notch! Gives great honest advice which is rare nowadays. They had to fill 11 cavities I had 4-5 years ago, did great work, and continues to monitor them appropriately. Blessed to have found them!

Negative experience: Dr. Gravitt is very nice but his hygienist are hit and miss. The last one I had butchered my gums them claimed I had gingivitis and tried to sell me a $40 mouth rinse. I have visible marks and scrapes on my gums in places that the tool never should have touched and was bleeding so bad it was pooling in my mouth. Would not recommend if you have dental anxiety like me.
